도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 피부관리 카운셀링 시스템의 개략도를 도시한 도면이다. 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명에 따른 피부관리 카운셀링 시스템은, 정보 입력 단말(100), 사용자 단말(200), 피부관리 서버(300) 및 데이터베이스(400)를 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
정보 입력 단말(100)은 사용자의 개인 정보 데이터를 입력 받으며, 피부관리 서버(300)와 통신 가능하도록 연결된다. 즉, 정보 입력 단말(100)은 사용자로부터 개인 정보 데이터를 입력 받아 피부관리 서버(300)로 송신할 수 있다.
이때, 개인 정보 데이터는 사용자의 피부 고민에 관한 데이터 즉, 사용자의 피부 상태 데이터를 포함하며, 상기 사용자의 피부 상태 데이터는 미리 준비된 일련의 설문 항목을 통하여 수집될 수 있다.
설문 내용의 일례가 아래 표 1에 나타나 있다. 다만, 본 발명은 이에 한정되지 않는다.

사용자 단말(200)은 솔루션 생성부(370)에서 생성된 맞춤 피부관리 솔루션을 출력 가능하며, 피부관리 서버(300)와 통신 가능하도록 연결된다. 즉, 사용자 단말(200)은 피부관리 서버(300)로부터 맞춤 피부관리 솔루션을 수신하고, 이를 출력하여 사용자에게 표시할 수 있다.
상기 정보 입력 단말(100) 및 사용자 단말(200)은 동일한 단말일 수 있으며, 이 경우, 하나의 단말을 통해 사용자의 개인 정보 데이터의 입력 및 맞춤 피부관리 솔루션 출력이 이루어질 수 있다.
이러한 정보 입력 단말(100) 및 사용자 단말(200)은 사용자로부터 입력을 수신하고 통신 네트워크를 통하여 데이터를 송수신할 수 있는 하나 이상의 컴퓨팅 장치를 포함한다. 예컨대, 마이크로소프트 윈도우 호환가능 운영 시스템(OS), 애플 OS X 및/또는 리눅스 배포판을 실행하는 종래 컴퓨터 시스템일 수 있으며, 스마트폰, 태블릿, 휴대정보 단말기(PDA), 휴대폰과 같은 컴퓨터 기능을 갖는 장치일 수 있다.
피부관리 서버(300)는, 정보 입력 단말(100), 사용자 단말(200) 및 데이터베이스(400)와 통신 가능하며, 정보 입력 단말(100)로부터 수신한 사용자 개인 정보 데이터를 수신하여 데이터베이스(400)에 송신하고, 사용자 개인 정보 데이터 및 솔루션 데이터를 이용하여 사용자별 맞춤 피부관리 솔루션을 생성한다. 상기 생성된 사용자별 맞춤 피부관리 솔루션을 이용하여 피부관리 솔루션을 제안할 수 있다.
상기 피부관리 서버(300)의 구체적인 구성에 대해서는 이하 도 2를 참조하여 상세히 설명하도록 한다.
데이터베이스(400)는, 피부관리 서버(300)와 통신 가능하도록 연결되며, 피부관리 서버(300)로부터 수신하는 데이터를 저장할 수 있다. 보다 구체적으로, 사용자의 피부 상태를 피부 고민 항목별로 분류한 피부 상태 데이터 및 생활 양식 데이터를 포함하는 개인 정보 데이터를 저장할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 데이터베이스(400)에는 솔루션 데이터가 미리 저장되어 있다.
상기 데이터베이스(400)의 구체적인 저장 데이터에 대해서는 이하 도 3 및 4를 참조하여 상세히 설명하도록 한다. 나아가 데이터베이스(400)는 피부관리 서버(300)와 하나의 전산 장치 내에 설치될 수도 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 피부관리 카운셀링 시스템은 피부관리 서버(300), 정보 입력 단말(100) 및 사용자 단말(200)과 통신 가능하도록 연결되는 웹 서버(미도시)를 더 포함할 수 있다. 이 경우, 웹 서버는 인터넷 망에 연결되며, 정보 입력 단말(100)은 인터넷 망을 통해 웹 서버로 상기 사용자의 개인 정보 데이터를 송신할 수 있고, 웹 서버는 이를 수신하여 피부관리 서버(300)에 송신할 수 있다. 피부관리 서버(300) 역시 웹 서버로 상기 맞춤 피부관리 솔루션을 송신하고 웹 서버는 이를 수신하여 인터넷 망을 통해 사용자 단말(200)로 송신할 수 있다. 나아가 웹 서버는 피부관리 서버(300)와 하나의 전산 장치 내에 설치될 수도 있다.
즉, 사용자는 사용자 단말(200) 및 정보 입력 단말(100)을 통해 온라인 상으로 사용자 개인 정보 데이터 즉, 미리 준비된 일련의 설문을 통한 사용자의 피부 상태 데이터 및 생활 양식 데이터를 입력할 수 있고, 피부관리 서버(300)에서 생성되는 맞춤 피부관리 솔루션을 출력하여 받아볼 수 있다.
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 피부관리 카운셀링 시스템을 구성하는 피부관리 서버(300) 및 데이터베이스(400)의 개략도를 도시한 도면이고, 도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 피부 고민 항목별 상태 분류 기준을 도시한 도면이며, 도 4는 기 측정된 솔루션 데이터의 일례를 도시한 도면이며, 도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 피부 고민 항목별 상태에 따라 도출된 맞춤 피부관리 솔루션 항목을 도시한 도면이다.
도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 피부관리 카운셀링 시스템의 피부관리 서버(300)는, 데이터 송수신부(310), 피부 상태 분석부(330), 생활 양식 분석부(350) 및 솔루션 생성부(370)를 포함하여 구성된다.
데이터베이스(400)는 데이터 송수신부(310)로부터 데이터를 수신하여 이를 각각의 DB에 저장한다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 데이터베이스(400)는 개인 정보 DB와 솔루션 DB로 구성되는데 개인 정보 DB는 사용자의 이름, 성별, 나이 등의 기초 정보 데이터가 저장되는 프로필 DB(미도시), 사용자 피부의 영양, 안색 및 주름 상태에 관한 데이터가 저장되는 피부 상태 DB, 및 사용자의 정신적 스트레스, 신체 건강 상태, 라이프 스타일 등에 관한 피부 영향 요소 데이터가 저장되는 생활 양식 DB를 포함한다. 솔루션 DB에는 피부 고민의 세부 항목별로 식이, 화장품, 운동, 마사지, 생활 습관 등에 관한 다양한 솔루션 데이터가 저장된다.
데이터 송수신부(310)는 데이터베이스(400), 정보 입력 단말(100) 및 사용자 단말(200)과 통신 가능하도록 연결되며, 사용자의 피부 상태 데이터, 사용자의 생활 양식 데이터 및 솔루션 데이터를 데이터베이스(400), 정보 입력 단말(100) 및 사용자 단말(200)과 송수신할 수 있다. 상기 피부 상태 데이터는 사용자 피부의 영양, 안색 및 주름 상태 데이터를 포함한다. 또한, 상기 피부 고민 항목은 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 영양, 안색 및 주름으로 구성되고, 영양 항목은 유분, 수분 및 탄력으로 구성되는 세부 항목을 포함하며, 안색 항목은 피부 밝기, 붉은기 및 노란기로 구성되는 세부 항목을 포함하고, 주름 항목은 주름 개수, 주름 깊이 및 주름 면적으로 구성되는 세부 항목을 포함할 수 있다.
피부 상태 분석부(330)는 데이터 송수신부(310)에서 수신하는 사용자의 피부 상태 데이터를 사용자 피부의 영양, 안색 및 주름의 세부 항목에 따라 분류하여 사용자의 피부 상태 분석 결과 데이터를 생성할 수 있다. 예컨대, 각각의 피부 고민의 세부 항목별로 좋은 상태, 약간 심각, 심각, 매우 심각 및 가장 심각의 총 5단계로 상태를 분류하여 피부 상태 분석 결과 데이터를 생성할 수 있다.
상기 사용자의 피부 상태 분석 결과 데이터는, 기 측정된 솔루션 데이터에 의하여 상기 5단계의 상태를 분류될 수 있다.
상기 5단계의 상태는 피부 상태 분석부(330)를 사용하여 측정될 수 있다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에서는 피부 상태 분석부(330)를 사용하여 피험자 여성 1,343명을 21 ~ 27세, 28 ~ 34세, 35 ~ 41세, 42 ~ 48세, 49 ~ 55세 및 56 ~ 65세의 6그룹으로 나눈 후 피부 지표를 측정하였다.
측정된 유분, 수분, 탄력의 영양 데이터; 피부 밝기, 붉은기, 노란기의 안색 데이터; 주름 개수, 주름 깊이, 주름 면적의 주름 데이터;등 솔루션 데이터의 일례를 도 4에 나타내었다. 상기 솔루션 데이터는 솔루션 DB에 저장되어 기 측정된 솔루션 데이터로 활용될 수 있으며, 사용자의 피부 상태 분석 결과 데이터 또한 DB에 추가로 저장되어 기 측정된 솔루션 데이터로 활용될 수 있다.
하기 표 2는 기 측정된 솔루션 데이터를 세부 항목별로 좋은 상태, 약간 심각, 심각, 매우 심각 및 가장 심각의 5단계로 상태를 분류한 예시이다.

생활 양식 분석부(350)는 데이터 송수신부(310)에서 수신하는 사용자의 생활 양식 데이터에 따라 사용자의 생활 양식 분석 결과 데이터를 생성한다. 상기 사용자의 생활 양식 데이터는 사용자의 정신적 스트레스, 신체 건강 등을 포함하는 심신상태, 식습관 등을 포함하는 라이프 스타일, 기후 및 환경 변화에 대한 민감도로 구성되는 피부 영향 요소 데이터를 포함할 수 있다.
즉, 생활 양식 분석부(350)는 상기 피부 영향 요소 데이터를 포함하는 사용자의 생활 양식 데이터에 따라 사용자의 생활 양식 분석 결과 데이터를 생성할 수 있다.
솔루션 생성부(370)는, 피부 상태 분석 결과 데이터 및 생활 양식 분석 결과 데이터에 맞게 솔루션 데이터를 이용하여 사용자별 맞춤 피부관리 솔루션을 생성한다. 상기 생성된 사용자별 맞춤 피부관리 솔루션을 이용하여 피부관리 솔루션을 제안할 수 있다.
솔루션 데이터는, 영양, 안색 및 주름의 주 고민 항목별 각각의 세부 항목에 따른 생활 관리 정보 및 피부관리 정보를 포함한다.
또한 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 솔루션 데이터는, 피부 상태가 급변하는 변곡점을 기준으로 미리 설정된 변곡주기에 따른 연령대별 피부 고민, 예를 들어, 7세 주기에 따른 연령대 그룹별 피부 고민, 예를 들어, 21세 내지 27세에 해당하는 연령대 그룹에서의 고민 발생 빈도, 고민 지속 기간, 고민 분포 등의 고민 강도를 고려하여 생성될 수 있다.
즉, 사용자의 피부 상태 분석 결과 데이터를 솔루션 데이터와 매칭하여, 상기 피부 상태 분석 결과 데이터가 포함되는 연령대 그룹(예컨대, 미리 설정된 7세 주기에 따른 연령대 그룹)에서 동반되는 다른 피부 고민이나 주요한 피부 상태 악화 요인을 함께 참조하여 대처할 수 있도록 맞춤 피부관리 솔루션을 생성할 수 있다. 상기 생성된 사용자별 맞춤 피부관리 솔루션을 이용하여 피부관리 솔루션을 제안할 수 있다.
예를 들어, 정보 입력 단말(100)을 통해 '최근 전체적인 피부 탄력이 급격하게 떨어지기 시작했다'라는 설문 항목이 수집되면, 데이터베이스(400)상 솔루션 데이터에서 피부 탄력(기기 측정 및/또는 설문 결과)이 급격하게 감소하는 연령대 그룹(예컨대, 미리 설정된 7세 주기에 따른 연령대 그룹)을 찾아 해당 연령대 그룹에서 동반되는 다른 피부 고민이나 주요한 악화 요인을 함께 참조하여 이에 미리 대처할 수 있도록 피부관리 정보를 제공한다.
상기 생활 관리 정보 및 피부관리 정보는 솔루션 항목별 관리 정보를 포함하며, 이때, 솔루션 항목은 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 유수분 밸런싱, 주름 예방, 피부 노란기 케어, 탄력 케어, 잔주름 케어, 피부 검은기 및 붉은기 케어, 유수분 및 탄력 케어, 주름 개선, 및 토탈 피부 미백 케어로 구성될 수 있다.
솔루션 생성부(370)는, 상기 사용자의 피부 상태 분석 결과 데이터를 상기 솔루션 데이터와 매칭하여 영양, 안색 및 주름의 각 피부 고민 항목별로 맞춤 피부관리 솔루션을 생성한다. 상기 생성된 사용자별 맞춤 피부관리 솔루션을 이용하여 피부관리 솔루션을 제안할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 상기 솔루션 생성부(370)는, 식이, 화장품, 운동, 마사지, 생활 습관 항목 중 어느 하나 이상의 항목을 포함하는 사용자별 맞춤 피부관리 솔루션을 생성할 수 있다. 상기 생성된 사용자별 맞춤 피부관리 솔루션을 이용하여 피부관리 솔루션을 제안할 수 있다.
한편, 본 명세서와 도면에 개시된 본 발명의 실시예들은 본 발명의 기술 내용을 쉽게 설명하고 본 발명의 이해를 돕기 위해 특정 예를 제시한 것일 뿐이며, 본 발명의 범위를 한정하고자 하는 것은 아니다. 여기에 개시된 실시예들 이외에도 본 발명의 기술적 사상에 바탕을 둔 다른 변형예들이 실시 가능하다는 것은 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 자명한 것이다.

    상기 피부관리 서버로부터 수신하는 사용자의 피부 상태 데이터 및 생활 양식 데이터를 포함하는 개인 정보 데이터 및 솔루션 데이터를 저장하는 데이터베이스;
    상기 데이터베이스, 정보 입력 단말 및 사용자 단말과 통신 가능하도록 연결되며, 데이터를 송수신할 수 있는 데이터 송수신부, 상기 데이터 송수신부에서 수신하는 상기 사용자의 피부 상태 데이터를 피부 고민 항목별로 분류하여 사용자의 피부 상태 분석 결과 데이터를 생성하는 피부 상태 분석부, 상기 데이터 송수신부에서 수신하는 상기 생활 양식 데이터에 따라 상기 사용자의 생활 양식 분석 결과 데이터를 생성하는 생활 양식 분석부, 상기 피부 상태 분석 결과 데이터 및 상기 생활 양식 분석 결과 데이터에 맞게 상기 솔루션 데이터를 이용하여 사용자별 맞춤 피부관리 솔루션을 생성하는 솔루션 생성부를 포함하는 피부관리 서버;
