监测到人脸图像后判断所属的用户等级,如果判断的用户等级与开机用户等级不符,则需要切换。具体的,用户等级切换模块400若判断的用户等级低于开机用户等级,由于是切换到低等级,权限和配置更低所以可以直接切换,若高于开机用户等级则是要切换到高等级,高等级会具有更多的权限和配置,则进行进一步确认,确认是否切换到高等级,在得到确认后再切换到高等级。这样做的目的是避免切换到高等级后有其他用户在人脸采集范围外而不能采集到人脸图像,但是也可以操控机顶盒,保护高等级用户。
此外,本发明系统还包括:用户离开处理模块,在机顶盒切换到高等级后,若超过设定时间内没有采集到人脸图像,则判定为用户离开,切换到开机用户等级。这样在用户离开较长时间后采取保护措施将机顶盒切换到中等用户级别。
该机顶盒多用户管理系统,采用人脸识别技术获取多用户的人脸图像并进行等级划分,不同用户等级设置不同的权限和配置,开机采用中等用户级别启动,启动后再采集用户人脸图像进行判断,切换到相应的用户等级,从而能够对不同用户进行很好的保护,实现多用户的有效管理,对用户身心、隐私、资产等进行很好的保护,消除用户风险,利于用户使用。
本发明机顶盒多用户管理方法及系统,采用人脸识别技术获取多用户的人脸图像并进行等级划分,不同用户等级设置不同的权限和配置,开机采用中等用户级别启动,启动后再采集用户人脸图像进行判断,切换到相应的用户等级,从而能够对不同用户进行很好的保护,实现多用户的有效管理,对用户身心、隐私、资产等进行很好的保护,消除用户风险,利于用户使用。
以上仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种机顶盒多用户管理方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    S10:采用人脸识别技术,获取所有用户的人脸图像进行存储,并对所有用户人脸图像进行用户等级划分;
    S20:设置不同用户等级所拥有的对机顶盒的使用权限和配置;
    S30:开机默认采用中等用户等级启动,启动后实时监测获取观看电视节目的用户人脸图像;
    S40:判断监测到的用户人脸图像所属的用户等级,若判断的用户等级低于开机用户等级,则直接切换到判断的用户等级,若高于开机用户等级则发出切换确认提示,在确认切换后切换到判断的用户等级。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的机顶盒多用户管理方法,其特征在于,所述对所有用户人脸图像进行用户等级划分具体为:将儿童、未成年人和身体不适用户划分为低等等级,将身体健康老人划分为中等等级,其他用户划分为高级等级或中等等级。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的机顶盒多用户管理方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S10还包括:将未存储过的用户人脸图像设定为访客等级,并将访客等级划分为最低等级。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的机顶盒多用户管理方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S20具体为:最高级用户等级具有所有权限和配置,并且都够对其他用户等级的权限和配置进行更改和设置,其他用户等级由高到低依次对权限和配置进行限制。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的机顶盒多用户管理方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:在机顶盒切换到高等级后,若超过设定时间内没有采集到人脸图像,则判定为用户离开,切换到开机用户等级。
  6. 一种机顶盒多用户管理系统,其特征在于,包括:
    人脸采集划分模块,采用人脸识别技术,获取所有用户的人脸图像进行存储,并对所有用户人脸图像进行用户等级划分;
    等级设置模块,设置不同用户等级所拥有的对机顶盒的使用权限和配置;
    开机等级设置模块,开机默认采用中等用户等级启动,启动后实时监测获取观看电视节目的用户人脸图像;
    用户等级切换模块,判断监测到的用户人脸图像所属的用户等级,若判断的用户等级低于开机用户等级,则直接切换到判断的用户等级,若高于开机用户等级则发出切换确认提示,在确认切换后切换到判断的用户等级。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的机顶盒多用户管理系统,其特征在于,所述人脸采集划分模块将儿童、未成年人和身体不适用户划分为低等等级,将身体健康老人划分为中等等级,其他用户划分为高级等级或中等等级。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的机顶盒多用户管理系统,其特征在于,所述人脸采集划分模块将未存储过的用户人脸图像设定为访客等级,并将访客等级划分为最低等级。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的机顶盒多用户管理系统,其特征在于,所述等级设置模块设置最高级用户等级具有所有权限和配置,并且都够对其他用户等级的权限和配置进行更改和设置,其他用户等级由高到低依次对权限和配置进行限制。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的机顶盒多用户管理系统,其特征在于,所述系统还包括:用户离开处理模块,在机顶盒切换到高等级后,若超过设定时间内没有采集到人脸图像,则判定为用户离开,切换到开机用户等级。
