Le procédé de production est applicable à un terminal et comprend : l'acquisition d'une instruction portant des informations de carte SIM logicielle chiffrées ; le déchiffrement, selon une manière de déchiffrement d'informations prédéfinie, des informations de carte SIM logicielle chiffrées pour obtenir des informations de carte SIM logicielle ; et le chiffrement, selon un identifiant du terminal et une manière de chiffrement de fichier prédéfinie, des informations de carte SIM logicielle pour générer un fichier de carte SIM logicielle chiffrée.
