在船坞搭载期间,由于各型船在艉部甲板面均按工艺设计预留了机舱可拆口,遇到雨天,没有东西遮挡,雨水从机舱口落下,造成机舱口区域工作进度受到影响;造成机舱口区域只能停止作业,延误作业施工,影响生产进度,尤其在船舶主机吊运至机舱口后。由于机舱口没有遮挡,雨水会通过机舱口落下,导致机舱口区域形成积水,需安排人员进行排水、清理。若机舱口被遮住后,物资无法吊运至机舱底,影响施工。
因此,需要提出一种船舶用雨棚,能够解决现有技术中机舱口无遮挡延误作业施工、机舱口区域形成积水的问题。

本实用新型的目的在于提出一种船舶用雨棚,能够解决现有技术中机舱口无遮挡延误作业施工、机舱口区域形成积水的问题。

提供一种船舶用雨棚,包括:
挡雨棚面,所述挡雨棚面包括钢板、阳光板和檩条,所述钢板、阳光板均与所述檩条固定连接,且所述钢板与所述阳光板交错设置;
位于所述挡雨棚面下方的挡雨棚架,其包括水平支撑架和若干竖直支撑架,所述水平支撑架与所述竖直支撑架固定连接,所述水平支撑架包括水平柱、竖直柱和倾斜柱,所述竖直柱与所述水平柱垂直设置且所述竖直柱与所述水平柱 铰接连接,所述倾斜柱的两端分别连接所述水平柱和所述竖直柱连接,所檩条固定在所述挡雨棚架上;
所述竖直支撑架的一端与所述水平支撑架连接,另一端与甲板固定,所述竖直支撑架顶部设置有若干第一加强筋,若干所述第一加强筋沿所述竖直支撑架的周向均布,且所述第一加强筋与所述水平支撑架固定连接,至少一个所述竖直支撑架的底部设置用于选择性将所述竖直支撑架与船板固定的固定机构。

固定锁链通过活动卡码与船板固定连接,该种结构方便拆装,防止锁链留在甲板上阻碍作业活动。
螺丝与钢板之间还设置有防水垫圈能够防止雨水从棚面滴落在甲板上,影响作业以及造成机舱口区域积水的问题。

具体实施方式
为了使本领域技术人员更好地理解本实用新型的技术方案,下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本实用新型的技术方案。
如图1-5所示,本实施例提供了一种船舶用雨棚,能够解决现有技术中雨天船舶机舱口区域停止作业且机舱口区域容易形成积水的问题。其自上而下包括挡雨棚面1和挡雨棚架2。其中,挡雨棚面1包括钢板11、阳光板12和檩条13,钢板11、阳光板12均与檩条13固定连接,且钢板11与阳光板12交错设置;其中,檩条13为C型钢。如图3所示,上述钢板11与檩条13通过螺丝固定连接,螺丝与钢板11之间还设置有防水垫圈用于防止雨水从钢板与檩条的连接处滴漏,檩条13侧壁上还设置有第二加强筋,用于稳固檩条13。钢板11与阳光板12的连接处设置有防水垫防止雨水从钢板11与阳光板12之间的缝隙处滴漏。
如图2、4所示,上述挡雨棚架2包括水平支撑架21和若干竖直支撑架22,水平支撑架21与竖直支撑架22固定连接,水平支撑架21包括水平柱211、竖直柱212和倾斜柱213,竖直柱212与水平柱211垂直设置且竖直柱212与水平柱211铰接连接,倾斜柱213的两端分别连接水平柱211和竖直柱212连接, 檩条13固定在所述挡雨棚架上(参照图2)。
竖直支撑架22的一端与水平支撑架21连接,另一端与甲板固定,本实施例中竖直支撑架22通过螺栓固定在甲板上,竖直支撑架22顶部设置有若干第一加强筋23(参考图2),若干第一加强筋23沿竖直支撑架22的周向均布用于加固竖直支撑架22,且第一加强筋23与所述水平支撑架21固定连接,至少一个竖直支撑架22的底部设置用于选择性将竖直支撑架22与船板固定的固定机构。具体的,位于机舱两侧的竖直支撑架22的底部设置有固定机构。
固定机构包括固定锁链24和活动卡码25,固定锁链24的一端与竖直支撑架22连接,另一端通过活动卡码25与船板连接。固定锁链24与活动卡码25配合,方便用户安装拆卸该雨棚;其他实施例中固定机构则包括可伸缩的拉杆,拉杆的一端与竖直支撑架22铰接,另一端与船板固定连接。
如图6所示,本实施例中檩条13平行且交错设置,即檩条13上下交错设置,该种设置方式能够保证檩条13与水平支撑架21固定连接;如图7所示,挡雨棚面1的钢板11与阳光板12交错设置且二者平行设置,阳光板12与钢板11交错设置能够保证下雨天雨棚使用时不影响采光,节约能源。钢板11的宽度与阳光板12的宽度相比较宽,二者长度相同。
如图5、8所示,上述活动卡码25包括卡码本体251,卡码本体251上设置有调节螺栓252,卡码本体251上设置有卡槽253,调节螺栓252一端穿出通孔且与卡槽253的端面抵接,通孔远离卡槽253的一端设置有螺母254,调节螺栓252与卡码本体251固定连接。卡码本体251上设置有能够穿过固定锁链24的连接孔,而竖直支撑架22通过挂钩与固定锁链24连接。
挡雨棚架2上设置有便于吊装的吊耳,进而使该雨棚能够通过平板车移动到安装位置后,再通过吊车将雨棚吊装。
如图9、10所示,水平支撑架21底部还连接有滑轨41和电动葫芦42,滑轨41具体设置在水平支撑架21中部,位于水平支撑架21中部的水平柱211两侧焊接有连接板3,滑轨41焊接在连接板的底部,电动葫芦42设置在滑轨41上能够沿滑轨41滑动,滑轨41两端设置有限位板。本实施例中设置电动葫芦42与滑轨41的目的是在雨棚下方吊运物资,使机舱口处在雨天能够保证作业进度。
安装时,通过平板车将上述船舶雨棚运输到机舱口处,然后将竖直支撑架22固定在甲板上。

  8. 根据权利要求3所述的船舶用雨棚,其特征在于,所述活动卡码(25)包括卡码本体(251),所述卡码本体(251)上设置有调节螺栓(252),所述卡码本体(251)上设置有卡槽(253),所述调节螺栓(252)一端穿出通孔且与所述卡槽(253)的端面抵接,所述通孔远离所述卡槽(253)的一端设置有螺母(254),所述调节螺栓(252)与所述卡码本体(251)固定连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的船舶用雨棚,其特征在于,所述水平支撑架(211)底部还连接有滑轨(41)和电动葫芦(42),所述水平柱(211)两侧焊接有连接板(3),所述滑轨(41)焊接在所述连接板(3)和所述水平柱(211)的底部,所述电动葫芦(42)设置在所述滑轨(41)上能够沿所述滑轨(41)滑动,所述滑轨(41)两端设置有限位板。
  10. 根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的船舶用雨棚,其特征在于,所述挡雨棚架(2)上设置有便于吊装的吊耳。
