Description

The field of the present invention relates to that of breathing masks and in particular that of respiratory protection masks. More specifically, the present invention relates to the quarter face masks which adapt to different sizes and shapes of faces so as to ensure a seal between the air filter and the face of the user while allowing the use of filters. customized air of varying thicknesses and compositions.
Nowadays, respiratory protection masks do not provide adequate waterproofness and protection, especially for users who exercise physically in an environment where the air is polluted. In addition, the respiratory protection masks comprise flexible or semi-flexible textile structures that do not make it possible to create a sufficient seal on a multitude of faces and therefore under conditions of normal use. Respiratory protection masks have often uncomfortable structures, are often bulky, unsightly and do not allow to wear glasses at the same time.
In addition, respiratory protection masks have valves directly on the filter surface forcing them to be thrown away and reducing the filtration area. The promise of efficiency and the standards cited by most manufacturers of respiratory protection masks are unclear, attributed under ideal conditions of non-reproducible tests in real conditions and often erroneous and poorly understood by the general public.
The object of the present invention is to solve all or some of the disadvantages mentioned above in the form of a filtering respiratory protection mask comprising at least:

le profil de la portion de contact définissant une empreinte pour le nez de l'utilisateur entouré de deux portions d'appui nasals, une portion d'appui pour le menton de l'utilisateur et des portions d'appui latérales pour les joues de l'utilisateur reliant les portions d'appui nasals à la portion d'appui pour le menton et,  the profile of the contact portion defining a fingerprint for the user's nose surrounded by two nasal support portions, a bearing portion for the user's chin and lateral support portions for the cheeks of the user connecting the nasal support portions to the support portion for the chin and,
la distance entre l'empreinte du nez de l'utilisateur et la portion d'appui pour le menton de l'utilisateur étant comprise entre 50mm et 110mm ;  the distance between the impression of the nose of the user and the bearing portion for the chin of the user being between 50mm and 110mm;
la distance entre des sommets des portions d'appui nasals étant comprise entre 19mm et 32mm ;  the distance between vertices of the nasal support portions being between 19mm and 32mm;
l'empreinte nasal comprenant deux parois latérales s'étendant jusqu'aux appuis nasaux et formant un angle l'une par rapport à l'autre compris entre 25° et 36° ; et,  the nasal impression comprising two lateral walls extending to the nasal supports and forming an angle relative to each other between 25 ° and 36 °; and,
l'angle formé par les portions d'appuis nasals par rapport à un plan horizontal étant compris entre 70° et 81°.  the angle formed by the portions of nasal supports relative to a horizontal plane being between 70 ° and 81 °.
Thanks to the provisions of the invention, the protective mask provides both an improved contact with the face of the user while adapting to many user morphologies due to the depth of the silicone and its thickness. In addition, users wearing goggles that are padded or on the skin, are not hindered by the filtering respiratory protection mask because the height of the structure is positioned below the area for the telescope bridges. Thus, the skirt can adhere to the skin, the wearer can position the glasses without the seal being reduced and which completely or partially avoids that the fog is formed on the glasses glasses.
According to one embodiment, the two portions of nasal supports form two convexities whose vertices are defined by an end zone of the convexity located opposite the maximum length of the connecting wall. Thus, thanks to this arrangement, the mask adapts better to all morphologies.
According to one embodiment, the two portions of nasal supports are configured to cover all or part of the wings of the nose and the lobule of the user.
Thus, thanks to this arrangement, the user can wear the mask and a pair of glasses.
According to one embodiment, the contact portion forms a flange relative to the connecting wall, facing outwards with respect to the breathing chamber.
According to one embodiment, the contact portion forms a flange relative to the connecting wall, turned inwardly relative to the breathing chamber.
Thus, thanks to this arrangement, the rim turns outwards and the interior allows to adapt to different morphologies without deforming the connecting wall, and at the same time strengthens the seal by tilting more than one side or the other of the connecting wall, depending on the size of the face of the user.
According to one embodiment, the frame comprises a first frame and a second frame configured to cooperate with the first frame so as to maintain the filter; the first frame is between the skirt and the filter, and the second frame is configured to be attached to the first frame.
Thus, thanks to this arrangement, the filter can be changed regularly and easily.
According to one embodiment, the first frame comprises a first receiving portion configured to receive the filter and a second receiving portion for receiving the valve facing the outside of the user.
Thus, thanks to this arrangement, the filter and the valve are distinct and one does not interfere with the other in its function.
According to one embodiment, the first frame and / or the second frame comprises or comprise a set of reinforcing members configured to reinforce the first frame against torsional, tensile, compressive and / or flexural forces.
Thus, thanks to this arrangement, the filter is not deformed.
According to one embodiment, the second frame comprises at least one holding element configured to maintain the filtering respiratory protection mask on the face of the user.
Thus, thanks to this arrangement, the mask is held in position. According to one embodiment, said at least one holding element has a T-shape configured to cooperate with a retaining device comprising at least one loop; said at least one loop is configured to be inserted into one end of the T-shape of said at least one holding member.
Thus, thanks to this arrangement, the mask can quickly be attached and detached to a strap.
According to one embodiment, the valve comprises a valve seat cooperating with a valve configured to move outwardly of the filtering respiratory protection mask.

Other features and advantages of the invention will appear better on reading the description which follows an embodiment of the invention given by way of non-limiting example.
The invention will be better understood with the aid of the detailed description which is set forth below and with reference to the drawings added to this file, in which: FIG. 1 represents an example of a front view of a respiratory protection mask filter 100 according to the invention; FIG. 2 shows an example of a top view of a filtering respiratory protection mask 100 according to the invention; Figure 3 illustrates an exemplary exploded view according to one embodiment; FIG. 4 shows an exploded view of a skirt, a frame and a valve according to the invention; FIGS. 5 and 6 show an exemplary measurement point for the distance between the user's fingerprint and the user's chin support portion, the distance between vertices of the nasal support portions; , the distance between the end of the impression of the nose and the apices of the nasal support portions and the angle formed by the portions of nasal supports with respect to a horizontal plane. In the following detailed description of the figures defined above, the same elements or elements fulfilling identical functions may retain the same references so as to simplify the understanding of the invention. The invention, shown in FIG. 1, relates to a filtering respiratory protection mask enabling a user to benefit from filtered and unpolluted air. This filtering respiratory protection mask 100 comprising at least one skirt 110, made of a flexible material such as silicone and preferably flexible silicone Rockwell ShoreA40 flexibility to adapt to different morphologies comfortably, and a frame 120, made of harder material that the skirt 110, preferably Shore D50 or more, so as to maintain the contour without deforming the skirt, otherwise the parts would detach from each other and nothing would hold in place.
The protective mask, according to the invention, provides both an improved contact with the face of the user while adapting to many user morphologies due to the depth of the silicone and its thickness.
The frame 120 forms a breathing chamber 101 for receiving the nose and mouth of the user and consists of a first frame 127 and a second frame 128, made of material harder than the skirt 110, configured to cooperate together and to maintain a filter. The frame is designed with a certain thickness and a non-structural horizontal geometry to allow slight deformation at the time of tightening against the face and provide improved sealing, and enhance the seal between the filter and the mask.
The skirt 110 includes a contact portion 111 configured to contact the face of a user of the filter respirator 100 and to surround the nose and mouth of the user. The contact portion 111 has a convex shape and has a rim relative to the connecting wall 113, turned outwardly and inwardly relative to the breathing enclosure 101. The average distance between the outer rim or the inner edge of the contact portion 111 and the connecting wall 113 may be between 2 and 5 mm and preferably between 3.3 and 4.3 mm.
The connecting wall serves as a structure to stiffen the contour, while the flange turns to the outside and I 1 interior allows to adapt to different morphologies without deforming the connecting wall, and at the same time strengthens the seal by tilting more one side or the other of the connecting wall, depending on the size of the face of the user: this flange being fixed in the middle, if Γ it exerts a force on the inner rim of the wall it pushes the rim outside against the face and vice versa if a force is exerted on the outside edge of the wall it removes the inner edge of the face.
The skirt also includes a fastening base 112 and a connecting wall 113. The connecting wall 113 is configured to connect the contact portion 111 and the fastening base 112 while providing both improved contact with the face of the user and adapting to many user morphologies, the distance between the contact portion 111 and the fixing base 112 may be between 14 and 30 mm and preferably between 15 and 29 mm.
The fastening base 112 of the skirt 110 is configured to come into contact with a stop 122 of the frame 120. This stop 122 is intended to fix the fastening base having a set of openings intended to receive fastening lugs 129. present on the stop 122 to facilitate the assembly of the skirt 110 on the frame 120.
In Figure 1 as in Figures 2 and 3, it can be seen that the second frame 128 includes at least one holding member 126 configured to maintain the filtering respiratory protection mask 100 on the face of the user. Indeed, this holding element 126, on either side of the second frame, has a T-shape configured to cooperate with a retaining device, a strap for example, having at least one loop. The loop is thus inserted into one end of the T-shape of the holding member 126 so as to allow the user to quickly attach and detach the mask to the strap.
The attachment lugs 129 of the abutment 122, as mentioned previously, are on the first frame 127 and have, indeed, two utilities: the first is to fix the skirt to the frame 120 and more particularly the skirt 110 to the first frame 127 , and the second utility is to fix the second frame 128 to the first frame 127 since the fixing lugs 129 have on some of them elastically deformable clips for maintaining the second frame 128 on the first frame 127. Also, as is clearly visible in Figure 2, the second frame 128 also provides additional support to the skirt since once installed, the second frame 128 covers, both, the stop 122 on the first frame 127 and the fastening base 112 of the skirt 110.
In order to ensure a good hold of the filter during the assembly of the first and second frame 127, 128, a first receiving portion 123 in the first frame 127 is configured to receive the filter and to prevent the filter from discovering the filter. breathing chamber 101 and not partially cover the valve at the same time as shown in Figure 3. For this purpose, the first frame 127 also comprises a second receiving portion 123 reserved to receive the valve 124 so that the filter and the valve 124 are distinct and one does not interfere with the other in its function. This valve 124 is clipped into the second receiving portion 123 as the exploded view shown in Figure 4 exposes. This valve 124, flexible material integrated into the structure, is less restrictive because of its location, composition and strength. Indeed, it allows fluid communication between the breathing chamber 101 and the environment of the user, and comprises a valve seat cooperating with a valve configured to move outwardly of the filtering respiratory protection mask 100.
Indeed, the valve 124 only allows fluid communication of the breathing chamber 101 to the environment of the user so that when the user expires in the chamber 101 the worn air does not pass through the filter but is expelled directly to the environment of the user by the evacuation created by the flexibility of the valve.
This second receiving portion is protected by a protective member 121 present on the second frame 128 to create a protection zone for the valve 124 in which the valve 124 is free to move outwardly of the respiratory protection mask filtering 100.
This configuration is shown in an exploded view in FIG. 3 and shows that the first frame 127 is between the skirt 110 and the filter, and the second frame 128 covers the filter, the first frame 127 and the skirt 110. Aside from the fact that this arrangement keeps the filter in place, it also allows to clean it or change it regularly and easily.
In order to protect the filter, the first frame 127 and / or the second frame 128 comprises or comprises a set of reinforcing members 125 configured to reinforce the first frame 127 and / or the second frame 128 against the torsional, tensile, compressive and / or flexural forces, as shown in FIGS. 1, 3 and 4.
The enclosure 101 and the profile of the contact portion 111 define an impression for the nose of the user surrounded by two nasal support portions 115, a bearing portion for the chin 116 of the user and portions of the nose. lateral support 117 for the cheeks of the user connecting the nasal support portions 115 to the bearing portion for the chin 116 and the distance 151 between the impression of the nose 114 of the user and the bearing portion for the chin 116 of the user being between 50mm and 110mm, in particular between 60mm and 100mm, preferably between 67mm and 92mm, the distance between the tops of the nasal support portions 115 being between 19mm and 32mm, in particular between 21mm and 30mm preferably between 23mm and 28mm, the nasal impression 114 comprising two side walls extending to the nasal supports 115 and forming an angle 152 relative to each other the angle between 25 ° and 36 °, especially between 27 ° and 34 ° of preference this between 29 ° and 32 ° and in particular between 30 ° and 31 °, and the angle 153 formed by the nasal support portions 115 relative to a horizontal plane being between 70 ° and 81 °, in particular between 72 ° and 79 ° preferably between 74 ° and 77 °. These dimensions have been chosen because they also allow a morphological contour in materials of one size and ensuring an optimum seal on all faces. In the case where the filtering respiratory protection mask is a quarter of filtering respiratory protection mask, the support portion for the chin is between the chin and the lower lip.
Moreover, the two portions of nasal supports 115 form two convexities whose vertices are defined by an end zone of the convexity situated opposite the maximum length of the connecting wall 113 so that the mask fits better. to all morphologies. These two portions of nasal supports 115 cover all or part of the nose wings and the lobule of the user so that a user can both wear the mask and a pair of glasses.
Indeed, the depth of the silicone and its thickness provides both an improved contact with the user's face. Thus, users wearing goggles that are padded or on the skin, are not bothered by the filtering respiratory protection mask because the height of the structure is positioned below the area for the telescope bridges. Therefore, the skirt can adhere to the skin, the wearer can position glasses without sealing is reduced and which completely or partially avoids that the fog is formed on the glasses glasses.
