Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif portable et autonome conçu pour distribuer des liquides en mousse tels que des boissons avec une "tête" en mousse. En particulier, la présente invention concerne un dispositif portable pour distribuer des liquides en mousse caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend : • un récipient pour recevoir le liquide à distribuer ; • un réservoir pour contenir un gaz qui est sensiblement insoluble dans l'eau et à une pression supérieure à la pression atmosphérique ; • un ensemble buse de distribution de mousse comprenant une unité de distribution comprenant un moyen pour créer un écoulement laminaire du mélange en mousse et/ou un ou plusieurs éléments de mélange gaz-liquide situés en amont de celui-ci et • un déclencheur pour actionner l'évacuation de la mousse à partir de l'ensemble buse de distribution de mousse.
