现有的一种呼吸用空气过滤装置包括两过滤网、两支撑件以及连接件等众多部件。这些部件均单独成型后再组装在一起,不仅耗时耗力造成成本高昂,而且在组装过程中需要多重人工装配,存在污染过滤装置的风险,对佩戴者的卫生和健康不利。
发明内容
本发明提供一种低成本,且干净卫生的鼻腔呼吸用空气过滤装置。
本发明提供了一种鼻腔呼吸用空气过滤装置,包括:适于佩戴在使用者鼻腔中的第一过滤器和第二过滤器,以及连接第一过滤器和第二过滤器的连接体,所述第一过滤器和第二过滤器中的每一个包括支撑体和过滤体,所述支撑体和过滤体通过嵌件成型的方式一体成型并构成不可拆卸的整体,所述支撑体包括用于保持所述过滤体的支撑部,以及自所述支撑部一体延伸的用于与使用者鼻腔配合的配合部。
优选地,所述配合部自所述支撑部的外周呈渐扩状延伸,且其厚度在延伸方向上逐渐变薄。
