本发明涉及生活用品领域,尤其涉及了一种一体杯子。
背景技术
杯子是人们日常生活中不可或缺的生活用品。现有技术中的杯体和杯盖多是分离式的,插入吸管不方便。比如一些快餐类企业的一次性杯子,多是在杯盖上开孔用于插入吸管,但成本较高,且安装杯盖也增加一个额外的动作。而若取消了杯盖,又在保温性上有所缺失。可见,如何将杯盖保留,且将杯体与杯盖设置为一体式,是亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明针对上述的缺点,提供了一种一体杯子。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明通过下述技术方案得以解决:
一种一体杯子,其包括一体成型的杯盖和杯体,杯盖连接在杯体的上部,杯盖由多个相邻的折叠单元组成,该多个折叠单元相互连接且可在折叠状态与展开状态之间自由变换,当为折叠状态时,该多个折叠单元绕圆周方向上依次叠加,此时相邻的两个折叠单元部分相互重叠而覆盖杯体的开口;当为展开状态时,该多个折叠单元展开而形成杯口。在展开状态时,使用者可根据自己的意愿调整杯口大小用于饮用饮料或水等,或者将杯口调整到指定大小插入吸管等,操作简单方便。
作为优选,每一折叠单元包括第一折叠面和第二折叠面,第一折叠面(31)和第二折叠面连接。
作为优选,将该多个折叠单元中的任意两个相邻的折叠单元设定为第一折 叠单元、第二折叠单元,所述第一折叠单元包括第三折叠面和第四折叠面,所述第三折叠面和第四折叠面连接,所述第二折叠单元包括第五折叠面和第六折叠面,所述第五折叠面和第六折叠面连接,在折叠状态时,所述第五折叠面叠盖在所述第四折叠面上。
作为优选,所述第二折叠面上设有折痕线,折痕线将第二折叠面分成两个对称的子折叠面,该两个子折叠单元沿所述折痕线而可重叠。
作为优选,杯体上包括多个相邻连接的杯体折面单元,杯体折面单元与折叠单元中的第二折叠面连接。
本发明所述一体杯子具有以下优点:所述杯盖的多个折叠单元可在折叠状态与展开状态之间自由变换,因而使用者可根据自己的需求调整杯口的大小,用于饮用不同的饮料或者插入吸管等;当需要将杯体的开口盖住时,通过简单的折叠,即可方便实现,既保证了杯内的液体保温又避免了液体洒出。该特别的结构中,杯盖与杯体一体设置,也易于制备,同时更加的节能环保,提高了用户体验。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例1
如图1至图3所示,本实施例提供一种一体杯子,包括一体设置的杯盖1和杯体2。所述杯盖1连接在杯体2的上部。所述杯盖1由多个相邻的折叠单元3组成。该多个折叠单元3相互连接且可在折叠状态与展开状态之间自由地变换。当为折叠状态时,该多个折叠单元3绕圆周方向上依次叠加,此时相邻的两个折叠单元3部分相互重叠而将杯体2的开口覆盖;当为展开状态时,该多个折叠单元3展开而形成多边形的杯口4。可以理解,在折叠状态下,所述杯体2的开口可被该多个折叠单元3全部覆盖而全部封闭,或者部分覆盖而部分封闭。在部分封闭的情况下,可在杯体2的开口的中间位置形成一孔(图未标),该孔可作为插放吸管的用途。当然,在全部封闭的情况下,在所述杯体2、杯盖1或者杯体2与杯盖1的连接处设一开孔9(如图4所示),该开孔9可做插放吸管或者直饮口的用途。该开孔9的大小及位置根据需要设定。当然,该开孔9也可仅是以虚线裁定的预先留设的位置,即在实际使用中,使用者可轻易的撕开或者戳破而形成实际的孔。
所述折叠单元3的个数不做限定,可为6个以上。优选的,所述折叠单元3的个数为6个~8个。本实施例中,所述折叠单元3的个数为6个。当处于折叠状态时,所述折叠单元3的外边缘部分为直线,而呈一种具有线性美感的“花朵”形态。
具体的,请参阅图1,每一折叠单元3包括第一折叠面31和第二折叠面32,第一折叠面31和第二折叠面32相连接。将该多个折叠单元3中的任意两个相邻的折叠单元3设定为第一折叠单元5、第二折叠单元6。请参阅图2,所述第一折叠单元5包括第三折叠面51和第四折叠面52,第三折叠面51和第四折叠面52连接。所述第二折叠单元6包括第五折叠面61和第六折叠面62,第五折叠面61和第六折叠面62连接。在折叠状态时,所述第五折叠面61叠盖在所述第四折叠面52上。可以理解,在展开状态下,所述第三折叠面51和所述第四折叠面52所形成的形状,类似于将所述第三折叠面51作为一个可倒出杯内液体的取液口,可方便的倒出液体。
所述第二折叠面32上可设有折痕线7。所述折痕线7将第二折叠面32两个对称的子折叠面(图未标)。该两个子折叠单元沿所述折痕线7而可重叠。
所述杯体2包括多个相邻且连接的杯体折面单元8。杯体折面单元8与折叠单元3中的第二折叠面32连接。
所述杯盖1与杯体2为一体的结构。该一体结构的含义为:所述杯盖1的材料与杯体2的材料相同,所述杯盖1与杯体2为一体成型得到。所述杯盖1及杯体2的材料可为柔性塑料或纸等。可以理解,所述杯盖1与杯体2具有一定的硬度和柔韧度,以在容纳液体的同时,可折叠。当然,所述杯盖1及杯体2在应用时,其内壁还可设置一防水材料,如塑料防水薄膜。
所述一体杯子的高度、内腔的大小及杯体的厚度等均不做限定。
实施例2
请参阅图5、图6,本实施例的一体杯子与实施例1的基本相同,不同之处在于,所述折叠单元3的外边缘部分为曲线,而在折叠状态时呈现更柔美的“花 朵”形态(见图4)。此时在展开状态下,该多个折叠单元(3)展开而形成开口,该开口并非为多边形,而更倾向于一种不规则的形状。

  1. 一种一体杯子,其特征在于:包括杯体(2)以及所述杯体(2)一体相连的杯盖(1),杯盖(1)连接在杯体(2)的上部,杯盖(1)由多个相邻的折叠单元(3)组成,该多个折叠单元(3)相互连接且可在折叠状态与展开状态之间变换,当为折叠状态时,该多个折叠单元(3)绕圆周方向上依次叠加,此时相邻的两个折叠单元(3)部分相互重叠而覆盖所述杯体(2)的开口;当为展开状态时,该多个折叠单元(3)展开而形成杯口(4)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一体杯子,其特征在于,每一折叠单元(3)包括第一折叠面(31)和第二折叠面(32),第一折叠面(31)和第二折叠面(32)相连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一体杯子,其特征在于,所述折叠单元(3)包括第一折叠单元(5)和与所述第一折叠单元相邻的第二折叠单元(6),所述第一折叠单元(5)包括第三折叠面(51)和第四折叠面(52),所述第三折叠面(51)和第四折叠面(52)连接,所述第二折叠单元(6)包括第五折叠面(61)和第六折叠面(62),所述第五折叠面(61)和第六折叠面(62)连接,在折叠状态时,所述第五折叠面(61)叠盖在所述第四折叠面(52)上。
