本申请要求于2017年09月21日提交中国专利局、申请号为201710861841.5、发明名称为“一种钻石结构”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本发明涉及钻石技术领域,尤其涉及一种钻石结构。
随着人们生活水平的提高,珠宝首饰作为人们的饰品得到了越来越广泛的使用,其中以钻石饰品尤为突出。评价钻石的品质,主要从四个方面考虑:颜色、净度、重量、切工。由于颜色、净度、重量是钻石形成时自身的性质,无法改变,因此只有切工才能赋予钻石更好的品质和价值,并赋予钻石更灿烂的光芒。
而随着人们对于高端饰品的追求,更为高端的钻石已经成了消费者竞相追逐的热点。其中,钻石刻面的多少,是高端钻石的一种表现,但现有的钻石表面的刻面结构简单单一,呈现的视觉折射以及反射效果较差,导致钻石本体的色泽暗淡。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种钻石结构,其具有多个不同的刻面,提高了钻石的折射率,增强了钻石的折射光芒,且增加了爱心的图案,更具有表达爱情、传达爱意的意义。
有鉴于此,本发明第一方面提供一种钻石结构,可包括:
钻石本体,钻石本体包括由上至下依次衔接的冠部、腰部和亭部;
冠部包括一个正十二边形的台面、十二个三角形的星刻面、十二个方形的冠部主刻面、二十四个上腰面;
台面的每条边朝向腰部的方向设有一个星刻面,两相邻星刻面之间设有一个冠部主刻面,两相邻冠部主刻面之间设有两个侧边共边的上腰面;
亭部包括二十四个下腰面、十二个亭部主刻面、十二个底小面;
两相邻亭部主刻面之间设有两个侧边共边的下腰面,下腰面与上腰面相对应,底小面的两侧边分别位于亭部主刻面远离腰部的两侧边上,十二个底小面的另一侧边连接成一个心形结构。

需要说明的是,本实施例中的底小面7可以为三角形,从而从亭部往冠部看,十二个底小面7组成的心形可以稍带棱角,在实际应用中,底小面7不位 于亭部主刻面6远离腰部的两侧边上的另一侧边也可以为弧线,由此使得从亭部往冠部看,十二个底小面7组成的心形可以稍显圆润,在实际应用中,设计师可以根据需要进行相应的调整,此处不做具体限定。

基于钻石结构的美观,在下面的实施例中,以各个星刻面2、各个冠部主刻面3、各个上腰面4、各个下腰面5、各个亭部主刻面6的形状、大小以相同为例进行说明:
优选的,在本发明的一些实施例中,星刻面2与台面1所成的夹角可以为160度。
优选的,在本发明的一些实施例中,冠部主刻面3与台面1所成的夹角可以为145.5度至146.5度。在实际应用中,该夹角可以为146度。
优选的,在本发明的一些实施例中,冠部主刻面3靠近台面1的角可以为140度,冠部主刻面3远离台面1的角可以为105度,该140度的角与105度的角相对设置,冠部主刻面3的另外两个角分别可以为57.5度,该两个57.5度的角相对设置。
优选的,在本发明的一些实施例中,两相邻冠部主刻面3之间的两个上腰面4所成的夹角为102.5度,从而使得该两个上腰面4之间共用的侧边可以稍微凸起,形成了相邻紧挨的两个上腰面4,也使得钻石结构具有较好的闪烁效果。
优选的,在本发明的一些实施例中,由于亭部主刻面3由于底小面7的设计原因,可以包括多个面,则亭部主刻面3靠近腰部的面与腰部的截面所成的夹角可以为40.8度至41.2度。在实际应用中,该夹角可以为41度。
优选的,在本发明的一些实施例中,亭部主刻面6靠近腰部的角为25度,亭部主刻面6远离腰部的角为45度,该25度的角与45度的角相对设置,亭部主刻面6毗邻心形结构的两个角分别为145度,该两个145度的角相对设置。
优选的,在本发明的一些实施例中,两相邻亭部主刻面6之间的两个下腰面5所成的夹角可以为58度,从而使得该两个下腰面5之间共用的侧边可以稍微凸起,形成了相邻紧挨的两个下腰面5,也使得钻石结构具有较好的闪烁效果。
优选的,在本发明的一些实施例中,亭部主刻面6靠近腰部的面与底小面7所成的夹角可以为176度,由此可以在亭部主刻面6靠近亭部底端的部位凸出底小面7的切割,以使得十二个小面7可以组成一个心形。
在实际应用中,通过上述角度的限定,可以使上述钻石本体呈现更加完美的切割,且更有利于光线的折射与发射,使得钻石结构更加光彩夺目。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。

Claims (9)
- 一种钻石结构,包括钻石本体,所述钻石本体包括由上至下依次衔接的冠部、腰部和亭部,其特征在于,所述冠部包括一个正十二边形的台面、十二个三角形的星刻面、十二个方形的冠部主刻面、二十四个上腰面;所述台面的每条边朝向所述腰部的方向设有一个所述星刻面,两相邻所述星刻面之间设有一个所述冠部主刻面,两相邻所述冠部主刻面之间设有两个侧边共边的所述上腰面;所述亭部包括二十四个下腰面、十二个亭部主刻面、十二个底小面;两相邻所述亭部主刻面之间设有两个侧边共边的所述下腰面,所述下腰面与所述上腰面相对应,所述底小面的两侧边分别位于所述亭部主刻面远离所述腰部的两侧边上,十二个所述底小面的另一侧边连接成一个心形结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的钻石结构,其特征在于,所述星刻面与所述台面所成的夹角为160度。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的钻石结构,其特征在于,所述冠部主刻面与所述台面所成的夹角为145.5度至146.5度。
- 根据权利要求3所述的钻石结构,其特征在于,所述冠部主刻面靠近所述台面的角为140度,所述冠部主刻面远离所述台面的角为105度,所述冠部主刻面的另外两个角分别为57.5度。
- 根据权利要求3所述的钻石结构,其特征在于,两相邻所述冠部主刻面之间的两个所述上腰面所成的夹角为102.5度。
- 根据权利要求3所述的钻石结构,其特征在于,所述亭部主刻面靠近所述腰部的面与所述腰部的截面所成的夹角为40.8度至41.2度。
- 根据权利要求6所述的钻石结构,其特征在于,所述亭部主刻面靠近所述腰部的角为25度,所述亭部主刻面远离所述腰部的角为45度,所述亭部主刻面毗邻所述心形结构的两个角分别为145度。
- 根据权利要求6所述的钻石结构,其特征在于,两相邻所述亭部主刻面之间的两个所述下腰面所成的夹角为58度。
- 根据权利要求6所述的钻石结构,其特征在于,所述亭部主刻面靠近 所述腰部的面与所述底小面所成的夹角为176度。
