针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了手滑触摸控制器及沙发,以解决现有技术中智能控制操作繁琐的问题。

可以进一步的理解的是,控制板113上具有功能触点,该功能触点能够很好的与触摸功能键112发生联系,当手指在触摸功能键112上滑动时,能够出发控制板113上的功能触点而使得控制板发送不同的指令。
具体的,当手指在上述触摸功能键112沿两个不同的方向滑动时,可以使得电动推杆120具有不同的动作。
为了实现上述控制方式,例如,可对控制板进行这样的设置:在控制板113上设置具 有方向相反的两个功能触点,该方向相反的两个功能出点与上述手指滑动的方向相对应,该两个功能触点所发出的控制指令不一样,当触发其中一个功能触点时,可以控制电动推杆120开始伸长,而触发另一个功能触点时,电动推杆120则开始收缩。这样,当手指在控制板113上沿不同方向滑动时,就实现了对电动推杆120的不同控制,使得电动推杆120能够伸缩。
在某些实施方式中,上述触摸功能键112不局限触摸滑动方式,其还可以通过按压的方式来实现对电动推杆120的控制。此时,触摸功能键112可以按照手机的输入组件来设定,类似于手机拇指健,不仅具有触摸功能,还具有按压功能。如此,能够使得用户通过触摸功能键对电动推杆120具有多种控制方式,更加方便用户的控制操作。
请参考图2,为了实现上述控制,手滑触摸控制器100可采用如下的电路:触摸功能键112、控制板113、信号接收器114、信号放大器115及电动推杆120依次连接。在此处,控制板113用于识别手指在触摸功能键112上进行的操作并进行信号转换,使得用户在触摸功能键112上滑动时,实现对电动推杆120的不同控制。信号接收器114用于接收控制板113所发出的信号,信号放大器115用于对上述信号进行放大,用于保证控制过程中的灵敏度。
换言之,当用户的手指在触摸功能键112上滑动时,就会触发控制板113发出一个信号,该信号就会被信号接收器114所接收,此时信号接收器114就会控制电动推杆120伸长或者收缩。
在某些实施方式中,请继续参考图2,手滑触摸控制器100还包括无线接收器140,该无线接收器140连接于控制板113,用于接收无线信号。
如此,手滑触摸控制器100就具备了远程控制功能,进一步提高用户的使用方便性。例如,移动终端,手机或者平板电脑等可以发送WIFI信号被无线接收器100所接收,继而被触摸控制器100处理,这样通过手机或者平板电脑就可实现对电动推杆120的控制。
需要说明的是,上述无线信号可以采用315MHZ、ZIGBEE及WIFI等来实现。
请继续参考图1,在本发明实施方式中,安装壳111包括一对相对设置的侧壳及一对相对设置的端壳,侧壳与端壳围成中部具有长方形安装腔1111的安装壳,触摸功能键112安装在长方形安装腔1111内。
在某些实施方式中,电动推杆120可以为多个,且均连接于触摸控制单元110,这样通过同一个触摸控制单元110即可实现对多个电动推杆120的同步控制。
当然,在某些情况下,用户也希望可通过手指滑动来实现对多个电动推杆120的不同步控制。此时可将触摸控制单元110中的触摸功能键112设置成多个,分别用于控制多个电动推杆120。
在某些实施方式中,手滑触摸控制单元110还包括充电接口116,充电接口116安装在长方形安装腔1111内。
如此,使得手滑触摸控制器100还具有充电功能,通过上述充电接口116可以对手机、平板等进行充电。
进一步的,上述充电接口116可以选择USB接口或者Type-C接口。可以理解,当选用Type-C接口时,由于Type-C接口是USB接口的一种连接介面,输出输入均高于其他接口,采用Type-C接口进行充放电,其效果明显高于其它接口,使得充电效果得到提升。
另外,Type-C接口还可以不用区分接口方向,让用户在使用产品时可以不用区分接口方向,使用更加方便快捷。这与手滑触摸的理念相符,保证用户使用时的方便性。
在本发明实施方式中,电动推杆120包括驱动电机及推杆,驱动电机与触摸控制单元110及电源单元130相连,推杆在驱动电机的驱动下实现伸缩。
可以理解,驱动电机是与控制板113相连的,通过控制板113的控制作用而实现驱动电机的工作,继而实现对电动推杆120的不同控制,使得电动推杆120伸长或者收缩。
请继续参考图1,在本发明实施方式中,电源单元130包括充电接头131及稳压器132,如此可保证手滑触摸控制器100在使用时的安全性,防止由于出现电压不稳而导致对电动推杆120控制效果不佳的问题。
实施例二
实施例二提供一种沙发200。
请一并参考图3-4,该沙发200包括沙发本体210及手滑触摸控制器100。
其中,沙发本体210包括沙发座211及承托板212,沙发座211具有可供人体坐下的容纳腔,承托板212设置在沙发座211的前侧,且承托板212可翻转。手滑触摸控制器100设置在沙发座211内,且与承托板212相连。
如此,通过简单的手指触摸滑动动作即可实现对手滑触摸控制器100的控制,继而实现对承托板212的控制,使得承托板212做出翻转动作。
在本实施例中,沙发200至少具有两种状态,其中一种状态为承托板212完全翻起的伸展状态,另一种状态为承托板212完全收起的收缩状态,通过对手滑触摸器100的操作即可使得沙发在上述两种状态之间进行切换。
具体而言,手滑触摸控制器100中的触摸控制单元110可以设置在沙发座211的旁侧,方便手指的触摸滑动,电动推杆120可以设置在沙发座211与承托板212之间。
如此,当人体躺在沙发上时,就可通过手指触摸沙发座211旁侧的触摸控制单元110,继而控制电动推杆120开始工作,从而推动承托板212,并使得承托板212翻起或者收缩。
当然,在其它实施方式中,触摸控制单元110还可以安装在其它合适位置,只要其能 满足用户的操作方便即可。
在某些实施方式中,在承托板212的翻转路径上还可以设置多个检测开关,该检测开关可具体安装在沙发座211上,检测开关可以检测到承托板212的位置,以实现将承托板212停在不同的位置。
通过以上对本发明各实施方式的描述可知,本发明至少具备如下的技术效果:
1、操作方便;
2、用户体验效果好。

工业实用性
本实施例中的手滑触摸控制器能够解决现有技术中智能控制操作繁琐的问题,并且由于触摸控制单元的设定,使得在进行控制操作时,只需手指在触摸控制单元上触摸滑动即可控制电动推杆,使得电动推杆动作,继而使得沙发进行伸展动作,操作简单,提高了用户的使用方便性,适于工业实用。

Claims (15)

  1. 手滑触摸控制器,其特征在于,包括:
    触摸控制单元,所述触摸控制单元被配置成起触摸控制作用;
    电动推杆,所述电动推杆通过导线与所述触摸控制单元相连,且由所述触摸控制单元进行控制;及
    电源单元,所述电源单元被配置成提供电能,使得所述电动推杆在所述触摸控制单元的控制下实现动作。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的手滑触摸控制器,其特征在于,所述触摸控制单元包括:
    安装壳;
    控制板,所述控制板安装在所述安装壳内;及
    触摸功能键,所述触摸功能键安装在所述安装壳内,且与所述控制板相连。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的手滑触摸控制器,其特征在于,所述安装壳包括一对相对设置的侧壳及一对相对设置的端壳,所述侧壳与所述端壳围成中部具有长方形安装腔的安装壳,所述触摸功能键安装在所述长方形安装腔内。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的手滑触摸控制器,其特征在于,所述电动推杆为多个,所述触摸功能键至少为一个,被配置成控制多个所述电动推杆分别动作或者同时动作。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的手滑触摸控制器,其特征在于,所述手滑触摸控制单元还包括充电接口,所述充电接口安装在所述长方形安装腔内。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的手滑触摸控制器,其特征在于,所述充电接口为USB接口或Type-C接口。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的手滑触摸控制器,其特征在于,所述电动推杆包括驱动电机及推杆,所述驱动电机与所述触摸控制单元及所述电源单元相连,所述推杆在所述驱动电机的驱动下实现伸缩。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的手滑触摸控制器,其特征在于,所述电源单元包括充电接头及稳压器。
  9. 如权利要求1-8中任一项所述的手滑触摸控制器,其特征在于,所述手滑触摸控制单元还包括无线接收器,所述无线接收器连接于所述触摸控制单元,所述无线接收器被配置成接收无线信号。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的手滑触摸控制器,其特征在于,所述无线信号采用315MHZ、ZIGBEE或WIFI实现。
  11. 沙发,其特征在于,包括:
    沙发本体,所述沙发本体包括沙发座及承托板,所述沙发座具有可供人体坐下的容纳腔,所述承托板设置在所述沙发座的前侧,且所述承托板可翻转;及
    如权利要求1-10中任一项所述的手滑触摸控制器,所述手滑触摸控制器设置在所述沙发座内,且与所述承托板相连。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的沙发,其特征在于,所述承托板的翻转路径上设置多个检测开关,所述检测开关安装于所述沙发座上;所述检测开关被构造成检测所述承托板的位置,以实现将所述承托板停在不同的位置。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的沙发,其特征在于,所述沙发至少具有两种状态,其中一种状态为所述承托板完全翻起的伸展状态,另一种状态为所述承托板完全收起的收缩状态,通过对所述手滑触摸器的操作能够使得所述沙发在所述两种状态之间切换。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的沙发,其特征在于,所述手滑触摸控制器中的触摸控制单元设置在所述沙发座的旁侧,所述电动推杆设置在所述沙发座与所述承托板。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的沙发,其特征在于,所述沙发配置成,当人体躺在所述沙发上时,能够通过其手指来触摸所述沙发座旁侧的所述触摸控制单元,继而控制所述电动推杆开始工作,从而推动所述承托板并使得所述承托板翻起或者收缩。
