背景技术
利用移动终端拍摄照片可以说是现代人们最常用的照片拍摄方式了,相较于数码相机等专业设备,其性能当然要略差一些;但移动终端相较于专业摄像设备,同样具备以下优势:第一、拍照过程简单,无需太高的摄像技术,适用范围更广泛;第二、携带方便,可以随时拍摄。

S500、移动终端判断用户是否根据照片分享平台发送来的照片,或者拍照参考位置及拍照参考角度调整拍摄状态,若否则提示用户进行全景预录制。
当用户对从照片分享平台上所获取的照片不满意时,移动终端可提供全景预录制后处理的方式对其进行弥补,使用户可拍摄到自己喜欢而又效果较好的照片。预录制是现有移动终端已有功能,本申请不再对其进行赘述。
处理过程如下:S600、移动终端接收用户的操作指令,对全景预录制过程中,用户点击的局部区域进行标记。
用户可以标记多个局部区域,该多个局部区域可根据标记先后顺序默认重要程度;也可以仅标记一个局部区域。
S600、所述移动终端接收用户的操作指令,对全景预录制过程中,用户点击的局部区域进行标记之后还包括步骤:
S700、移动终端进行所标记局部区域的内内对比及内外对比,识别局部区域内须凸显的目标拍摄物。
所谓目标拍摄物即用户最希望突出显示的东西,当然,用户也可以标记不希望显示出来的物体(目标遮盖物),例如垃圾桶。或者说,多次标记,标记的局部区域中既包含目标拍摄物,也可以包括目标遮盖物,这种标记有多种实现方式,也较为简单,比如移动终端显示屏上有两个选择框,一个用来选择目标拍摄物,一个用来选择目标遮挡物,用户先选择使用哪个选择框,然后再选择局部区域,本申请不再一一赘述。
S800、移动终端将所识别的目标拍摄物与其附近的拍摄物进行色彩及大小对比,并根据对比结果提示用户最佳的拍摄位置及拍摄角度。
S-X、移动终端完成照片拍摄,询问用户是否将所拍摄照片上传至照片分享平台,并接收用户操作指令,若是则将所拍摄照片及照片拍摄位置发送至照片分享平台。
S-Y、照片分享平台展示移动终端所发送来的照片,接收其他用户对该照片所发表的评论或建议,并将所接收评论或建议发送至移动终端。
步骤S-X及步骤S-Y既可以放置在步骤S400之后,也可以放置在S800之后。
如图2所示,图2是本申请实施例提供的基于移动终端的照片拍摄控制系统的功能原理框图,本申请还提供了一种基于移动终端的照片拍摄控制系统,其包括:
照片分享平台10,用于预先存储照片及照片拍摄位置,并按照关注度降序排列同一位置的照片;以及根据所接收的位置信息,检索并判断是否存储有相同位置的照片,若是则将排列在前的照片发送至移动终端,以供用户进行拍摄参考;
移动终端20,用于接收用户指令打开照相机,并实时获取用户当前所处位置;以及将所获取的位置信息发送至照片分享平台。
图3示出了本申请实施例提供的移动终端的具体结构框图,该移动终端1200可以用于实施上述实施例中提供的基于移动终端的照片拍摄控制方法方法及系统。该移动终端1200可以为智能手机或平板电脑。
如图3所示,移动终端1200可以包括RF(Radio Frequency,射频)电路110、包括有一个或一个以上(图中仅示出一个)计算机可读存储介质的存储器120、输入单元130、显示单元140、传感器150、音频电路160、传输模块170、包括有一个或者一个以上(图中仅示出一个)处理核心的处理器180以及电源190等部件。本领域技术人员可以理解,图3中示出的移动终端1200结构并不构成对移动终端1200的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。其中:
RF电路110用于接收以及发送电磁波,实现电磁波与电信号的相互转换,从而与通讯网络或者其他设备进行通讯。RF电路110可包括各种现有的用于执行这些功能的电路元件,例如,天线、射频收发器、数字信号处理器、加密/解密芯片、用户身份模块(SIM)卡、存储器等等。RF电路110可与各种网络如互联网、企业内部网、无线网络进行通讯或者通过无线网络与其他设备进行通讯。上述的无线网络可包括蜂窝式电话网、无线局域网或者城域网。上述的无线网络可以使用各种通信标准、协议及技术,包括但并不限于全球移动通信系统(Global System for Mobile Communication, GSM)、增强型移动通信技术(Enhanced Data GSM Environment, EDGE),宽带码分多址技术(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access, WCDMA),码分多址技术(Code Division Access, CDMA)、时分多址技术(Time Division Multiple Access, TDMA),无线保真技术(Wireless Fidelity, Wi-Fi)(如美国电气和电子工程师协会标准 IEEE 802.11a, IEEE 802.11b, IEEE802.11g 和/或 IEEE 802.11n)、网络电话(Voice over Internet Protocol, VoIP)、全球微波互联接入(Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access, Wi-Max)、其他用于邮件、即时通讯及短消息的协议,以及任何其他合适的通讯协议,甚至可包括那些当前仍未被开发出来的协议。
存储器120可用于存储软件程序以及模块,如上述实施例中基于移动终端的照片拍摄控制方法方法及系统对应的程序指令/模块,处理器180通过运行存储在存储器120内的软件程序以及模块,从而执行各种功能应用以及数据处理,即实现基于移动终端的照片拍摄控制的功能。存储器120可包括高速随机存储器,还可包括非易失性存储器,如一个或者多个磁性存储装置、闪存、或者其他非易失性固态存储器。在一些实例中,存储器120可进一步包括相对于处理器180远程设置的存储器,这些远程存储器可以通过网络连接至移动终端1200。上述网络的实例包括但不限于互联网、企业内部网、局域网、移动通信网及其组合。
输入单元130可用于接收输入的数字或字符信息,以及产生与用户设置以及功能控制有关的键盘、鼠标、操作杆、光学或者轨迹球信号输入。具体地,输入单元130可包括触敏表面131以及其他输入设备132。触敏表面131,也称为触摸显示屏或者触控板,可收集用户在其上或附近的触摸操作(比如用户使用手指、触笔等任何适合的物体或附件在触敏表面131上或在触敏表面131附近的操作),并根据预先设定的程式驱动相应的连接装置。可选的,触敏表面131可包括触摸检测装置和触摸控制器两个部分。其中,触摸检测装置检测用户的触摸方位,并检测触摸操作带来的信号,将信号传送给触摸控制器;触摸控制器从触摸检测装置上接收触摸信息,并将它转换成触点坐标,再送给处理器180,并能接收处理器180发来的命令并加以执行。此外,可以采用电阻式、电容式、红外线以及表面声波等多种类型实现触敏表面131。除了触敏表面131,输入单元130还可以包括其他输入设备132。具体地,其他输入设备132可以包括但不限于物理键盘、功能键(比如音量控制按键、开关按键等)、轨迹球、鼠标、操作杆等中的一种或多种。
显示单元140可用于显示由用户输入的信息或提供给用户的信息以及移动终端1200的各种图形用户接口,这些图形用户接口可以由图形、文本、图标、视频和其任意组合来构成。显示单元140可包括显示面板141,可选的,可以采用LCD(Liquid Crystal Display,液晶显示器)、OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,有机发光二极管)等形式来配置显示面板141。进一步的,触敏表面131可覆盖显示面板141,当触敏表面131检测到在其上或附近的触摸操作后,传送给处理器180以确定触摸事件的类型,随后处理器180根据触摸事件的类型在显示面板141上提供相应的视觉输出。虽然在图3中,触敏表面131与显示面板141是作为两个独立的部件来实现输入和输出功能,但是在某些实施例中,可以将触敏表面131与显示面板141集成而实现输入和输出功能。
移动终端1200还可包括至少一种传感器150,比如光传感器、运动传感器以及其他传感器。具体地,光传感器可包括环境光传感器及接近传感器,其中,环境光传感器可根据环境光线的明暗来调节显示面板141的亮度,接近传感器可在移动终端1200移动到耳边时,关闭显示面板141和/或背光。作为运动传感器的一种,重力加速度传感器可检测各个方向上(一般为三轴)加速度的大小,静止时可检测出重力的大小及方向,可用于识别手机姿态的应用(比如横竖屏切换、相关游戏、磁力计姿态校准)、振动识别相关功能(比如计步器、敲击)等; 至于移动终端1200还可配置的陀螺仪、气压计、湿度计、温度计、红外线传感器等其他传感器,在此不再赘述。
音频电路160、扬声器161,传声器162可提供用户与移动终端1200之间的音频接口。音频电路160可将接收到的音频数据转换后的电信号,传输到扬声器161,由扬声器161转换为声音信号输出;另一方面,传声器162将收集的声音信号转换为电信号,由音频电路160接收后转换为音频数据,再将音频数据输出处理器180处理后,经RF电路110以发送给比如另一终端,或者将音频数据输出至存储器120以便进一步处理。音频电路160还可能包括耳塞插孔,以提供外设耳机与移动终端1200的通信。
移动终端1200通过传输模块170(例如Wi-Fi模块)可以帮助用户收发电子邮件、浏览网页和访问流式媒体等,它为用户提供了无线的宽带互联网访问。虽然图3示出了传输模块170,但是可以理解的是,其并不属于移动终端1200的必须构成,完全可以根据需要在不改变发明的本质的范围内而省略。
处理器180是移动终端1200的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个手机的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储器120内的软件程序和/或模块,以及调用存储在存储器120内的数据,执行移动终端1200的各种功能和处理数据,从而对手机进行整体监控。可选的,处理器180可包括一个或多个处理核心;在一些实施例中,处理器180可集成应用处理器和调制解调处理器,其中,应用处理器主要处理操作系统、用户界面和应用程序等,调制解调处理器主要处理无线通信。可以理解的是,上述调制解调处理器也可以不集成到处理器180中。
移动终端1200还包括给各个部件供电的电源190(比如电池),在一些实施例中,电源可以通过电源管理系统与处理器180逻辑相连,从而通过电源管理系统实现管理充电、放电、以及功耗管理等功能。电源190还可以包括一个或一个以上的直流或交流电源、再充电系统、电源故障检测电路、电源转换器或者逆变器、电源状态指示器等任意组件。
尽管未示出,移动终端1200还可以包括摄像头(如前置摄像头、后置摄像头)、蓝牙模块等,在此不再赘述。具体在本实施例中,移动终端的显示单元是触摸屏显示器,移动终端还包括有存储器,以及一个或者一个以上的程序,其中一个或者一个以上程序存储于存储器中,且经配置以由一个或者一个以上处理器执行如上所述的基于移动终端的照片拍摄控制方法。
本申请实施例还提供一种存储介质,其存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序能够被执行以用于实现如上所述的基于移动终端的照片拍摄控制方法。
与照片分享平台建立连接,所述照片分享平台预先存储照片及照片拍摄位置,并按照关注度降序排列同一位置的照片;
接收用户指令打开照相机,并显示定位拍摄模式;
接收用户操作,打开定位拍摄模式,实时获取用户当前所处位置;
移动终端将所获取的位置信息发送至照片分享平台,其中,位置信息用于指示照片分享平台检索并判断是否存储有相同位置的照片及根据判断结果生成参考信息;
接收参考信息,以供用户进行拍摄参考,其中,若判断结果为照片分享平台存储有相同位置的照片,则参考信息中携带照片分享平台中相同位置的排列在前的照片。
其中,执行所述实时获取用户当前所处位置的步骤,包括:
根据GPS定位、LBS基站定位、WiFi定位、A-GPS定位与GPS-one定位中的一种或多种定位方式实时获取用户当前所处位置。
其中,执行所述接收参考信息,还包括:
若判断结果为照片分享平台未存储有相同位置的照片,则参考信息携带照片分享平台根据所接收的位置信息由网络地图检索拍照场景后得到的拍照参考位置及拍照参考角度。
其中,判断用户是否根据照片分享平台发送来的照片,或者拍照参考位置及拍照参考角度调整拍摄状态,若否则提示用户进行全景预录制。
其中,执行所述判断用户是否根据照片分享平台发送来的照片,或者拍照参考位置及拍照参考角度调整拍摄状态,若否则提示用户进行全景预录制的步骤之后,还用于执行以下步骤:

接收照片分享平台发送的评价信息,所述评价信息为照片分享平台展示移动终端所发送来的照片后接收到的其他用户对所述照片所发表的评论或建议。
应当理解的是,本申请的应用不限于上述的举例,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,所有这些改进和变换都应属于本申请所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种基于移动终端的照片拍摄控制方法,其中,所述基于移动终端的照片拍摄控制方法包括以下步骤:
    照片分享平台预先存储照片及照片拍摄位置,并按照关注度降序排列同一位置的照片;
    移动终端接收用户指令打开照相机,并实时获取用户当前所处位置;
    移动终端将所获取的位置信息发送至照片分享平台;
    照片分享平台根据所接收的位置信息,检索并判断是否存储有相同位置的照片,若是则将排列在前的照片发送至移动终端,以供用户进行拍摄参考。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的基于移动终端的照片拍摄控制方法,其中,所述实时获取用户当前所处位置,包括:
    根据GPS定位、LBS基站定位、WiFi定位、A-GPS定位与GPS-one定位中的一种或多种定位方式实时获取用户当前所处位置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的基于移动终端的照片拍摄控制方法,其中,所述照片分享平台根据所接收的位置信息,检索并判断是否存储有相同位置的照片,若是则将排列在前的照片发送至移动终端,以供用户进行拍摄参考,还包括:
    若否则根据所接收的位置信息,由网络地图检索拍照场景,并将拍照参考位置及拍照参考角度发送至移动终端。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的基于移动终端的照片拍摄控制方法,其中,所述照片分享平台根据所接收的位置信息,检索并判断是否存储有相同位置的照片,若是则将排列在前的照片发送至移动终端,以供用户进行拍摄参考之后,还包括步骤:
    移动终端判断用户是否根据照片分享平台发送来的照片,或者拍照参考位置及拍照参考角度调整拍摄状态,若否则提示用户进行全景预录制。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的基于移动终端的照片拍摄控制方法,其中,所述移动终端判断用户是否根据照片分享平台发送来的照片,或者拍照参考位置及拍照参考角度调整拍摄状态,若否则提示用户进行全景预录制之后,还包括步骤:
    移动终端接收用户的操作指令,对全景预录制过程中,用户点击的局部区域进行标记。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的基于移动终端的照片拍摄控制方法,其中,所述移动终端接收用户的操作指令,对全景预录制过程中,用户点击的局部区域进行标记之后,还包括步骤:
    移动终端进行所标记局部区域的内内对比及内外对比,识别局部区域内须凸显的目标拍摄物。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的基于移动终端的照片拍摄控制方法,其中,所述移动终端进行所标记局部区域的内内对比及内外对比,识别局部区域内须凸显的目标拍摄物之后还包括步骤:
    移动终端将所识别的目标拍摄物与其附近的拍摄物进行色彩及大小对比,并根据对比结果提示用户最佳的拍摄位置及拍摄角度。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的基于移动终端的照片拍摄控制方法,其中,所述照片分享平台根据所接收的位置信息,检索并判断是否存储有相同位置的照片,若是则将排列在前的照片发送至移动终端,以供用户进行拍摄参考之后,还包括步骤:
    移动终端完成照片拍摄,询问用户是否将所拍摄照片上传至照片分享平台,并接收用户操作指令,若是则将所拍摄照片及照片拍摄位置发送至照片分享平台。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的基于移动终端的照片拍摄控制方法,其中,所述移动终端完成照片拍摄,询问用户是否将所拍摄照片上传至照片分享平台,并接收用户操作指令,若是则将所拍摄照片及照片拍摄位置发送至照片分享平台之后,还包括步骤:
    照片分享平台展示移动终端所发送来的照片,接收其他用户对该照片所发表的评论或建议,并将所接收评论或建议发送至移动终端。
  10. 一种基于移动终端的照片拍摄控制系统,其中,
    照片分享平台,用于预先存储照片及照片拍摄位置,并按照关注度降序排列同一位置的照片;以及根据所接收的位置信息,检索并判断是否存储有相同位置的照片,若是则将排列在前的照片发送至移动终端,以供用户进行拍摄参考;
    移动终端,用于接收用户指令打开照相机,并实时获取用户当前所处位置;以及将所获取的位置信息发送至照片分享平台。
  11. 一种存储介质,其中,所述存储介质存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序能够被执行以用于实现以下步骤:
    与照片分享平台建立连接,所述照片分享平台预先存储照片及照片拍摄位置,并按照关注度降序排列同一位置的照片;
    接收用户指令打开照相机,并显示定位拍摄模式;
    接收用户操作,打开定位拍摄模式,实时获取用户当前所处位置;
    移动终端将所获取的位置信息发送至照片分享平台,其中,位置信息用于指示照片分享平台检索并判断是否存储有相同位置的照片及根据判断结果生成参考信息;
    接收参考信息,以供用户进行拍摄参考,其中,若判断结果为照片分享平台存储有相同位置的照片,则参考信息中携带照片分享平台中相同位置的排列在前的照片。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的存储介质,其中,执行所述实时获取用户当前所处位置的步骤,包括:
    根据GPS定位、LBS基站定位、WiFi定位、A-GPS定位与GPS-one定位中的一种或多种定位方式实时获取用户当前所处位置。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的存储介质,其中,执行所述接收参考信息,还包括:
    若判断结果为照片分享平台未存储有相同位置的照片,则参考信息携带照片分享平台根据所接收的位置信息由网络地图检索拍照场景后得到的拍照参考位置及拍照参考角度。

  15. 根据权利要求14所述的存储介质,其中,执行所述判断用户是否根据照片分享平台发送来的照片,或者拍照参考位置及拍照参考角度调整拍摄状态,若否则提示用户进行全景预录制的步骤之后,还用于执行以下步骤:
    接收用户的操作指令,对全景预录制过程中,用户点击的局部区域进行标记。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的存储介质,其中,执行所述接收用户的操作指令,对全景预录制过程中,用户点击的局部区域进行标记的步骤之后,还包括用于执行以下步骤:
    进行所标记局部区域的内内对比及内外对比,识别局部区域内须凸显的目标拍摄物。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的存储介质,其中,执行所述进行所标记局部区域的内内对比及内外对比,识别局部区域内须凸显的目标拍摄物的步骤之后,还用于执行以下步骤:
    将所识别的目标拍摄物与其附近的拍摄物进行色彩及大小对比,并根据对比结果提示用户最佳的拍摄位置及拍摄角度。
  18. 根据权利要求11所述的存储介质,其中,完成照片拍摄,询问用户是否将所拍摄照片上传至照片分享平台,并接收用户操作指令,若是则将所拍摄照片及照片拍摄位置发送至照片分享平台。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的存储介质,其中,执行所述完成照片拍摄,询问用户是否将所拍摄照片上传至照片分享平台,并接收用户操作指令,若是则将所拍摄照片及照片拍摄位置发送至照片分享平台之后,还用于执行以下步骤:
    接收照片分享平台发送的评价信息,所述评价信息为照片分享平台展示移动终端所发送来的照片后接收到的其他用户对所述照片所发表的评论或建议。
