Description
PRODUCTION OF CONNECTOR FROM COLD FORGED FULL MATERIAL
DESCRIPTION
THE RELATED ART The invention relates to elbows and/or T connectors used for manufacturing of heater panel radiators and offering easy manufacturing and enhancing efficiency.
The invention particularly relates to elbows and/or T connectors having sphere and cylindrical form used as uniform with the materials contained therein for heater panel radiators. BACKGROUND OF THE RELATED ART
Today connectors are used in manufacturing of heater panel radiators. The number of connectors that can be used for a radiator varies from at least 4 to 8 or more.
The connectors used in the panel radiators have two type of production methods which has similar usage with the invention object. In existing 1 st method the connectors are produced by hot pressed or cold pressed full materials. The cost of such production method is considerably high.
In existing 2nd method the used connectors are produced by a cylindric tube as outher sides have cylindrical shape and the central part has a sphere shape by the usage of mechanic injection molding (swelling technique) and this sphere tube is then welded with collar. The cost of such production method is relatively less and is used by all panel radiator producers today. However, efficiency of the connectors is low.
In existing 2nd method it is also possible to produce by inserting a nucleus (core) part that can be made from different materials of cylindrical structure (for example: steel, aluminium, sinter metal or plastic) into the cylindrical parts of sphere connector. After inserting this part to the cylindrical walls, it is too difficult to provide hermetic pressure sealing. Also an additional welding operation or application of a further different system is needed. Thus even though efficiency of the connector is enhanced, the cost is considerably high.
As a result, the need for a new production method to solve the above mentioned problems and inadequacy of existing solutions have necessitated development in the related art.
PURPOSE OF THE INVENTION
The invention solves all of the above mentioned problems at the same time. In the broadest manner this invention relates to elbows and/or T connectors of low cost, by firstly heating the front surface of the panel radiator and thus enhancing the thermal efficiency, and offering easy production. The most important purpose of the invention is to give hot water to front surface of the panel radiator firstly and thus enhance the thermal efficiency.
Another purpose of the invention is that its production cost is considerably low.
A further purpose of the invention is the usage of connector as both T and L types and to use them for all components of the radiator. Another important purpose of the invention is to provide a standard component form which is adaptable to all existing production lines of panel radiator producers in the world.
The structural and characteristic features and all advantages of the invention will be understood better in the figures given below and the detailed description by reference to the figures. Therefore, the assessment should be made based on the figures and the detailed descriptions.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to elbows and/or T connectors of low cost, firstly heating the front surface of the panel radiator and thus enhancing the thermal efficiency, and offering easy production. The connectors used in the panel radiators have two type of production methods.
In 1 st method (figure 2) the connectors are produced with the existing high cost production method. Here the connectors are produced by hot pressed or cold pressed uniform full material (figure 3) The cost of such production method is considerably high but the efficiency of the connector is low.
In 2 method ( figure 4) shows the connector used in the related standart art. The connectors used here are produced by a cylindrical tube as outher sides have cylindrical shape (1 1 ) and the central part has a sphere shape (12) by the usage of mechanic injection mold (swelling technique) and this sphere tube is then welded with collar (9). Hot water enters from the collar (9) and goes into the panel through the two outlet of the connector. Therefore the cost of such production method is relatively less and is used by all panel radiator producers today. However, efficiency of the connectors are low because the outlet is available through two sides of the connectors. Figure 5 shows the connector produced with 2nd method and the usage by inserting an additional nucleus part which can has a similar usage with the invention in the object. Here it is possible to produce by inserting a water directing nucleus (13) into the cylindrical parts of the sphere connector that can be made from different materials of cylindrical structure (for example: steel, aluminium, sinter metal or plastic). After inserting this part to the cylindrical walls, it is too difficult to provide hermetic pressure sealing. Also an additional welding operation or application of a further different system is needed. Thus efficiency of the connector is enhanced but the cost is considerably high.
And in Figure 6, the full material is processed by cold forging method in order give the central part a sphere form (12) and the sides a cylindrical form (1 1 ). Then as seen in Figure 7 the collar part (9) is welded to the cylindrical formed sphere full material (14). As seen in Figure 8. as a result of the proper processing the channel (10) is opened into the connector and by this way the invention object L or T type connector is produced As seen in Figure 9. hot water enters from the collar (9) and goes into panel through the outlet or outlets. The purpose of this connection is to heat the front surface of the panel radiator firstly and thus increase the efficiency. Here the connector has 2 or more outlets and at least one direction is blind (full- not processed). In addition, with this method the production cost of connector is considerably low. As it can be seen in figure 9 the connector can be used both as right and version and both as T and L type as for all of the components in the radiator. The sphere shape (12) provides adaptability to all panel radiator production lines. Because of having sphere form (12) the collar can be welded more durably without a need for any extra operation. The distinguishing characteristic of this part is
that it has a standard connection form and with this characteristic it is adaptable to all productions lines of panel radiator producers in the world.
The protection area of this application has been specified under claims and cannot be limited to the descriptions only given as sampling above. It is clear that any innovation can be provided by a person skilled in the related art by use of the similar embodiments and/or can also apply this embodiment in other areas for similar purposes used in the related art. Therefore, such embodiments will be lack of novelty and inventive step criteria.
