Abstract

L'invention concerne un banc d'exercice dynamique polyvalent, pour réaliser un programme d'entraînement de relevés de buste dans une session d'exercice, comprenant : une base en forme de "H" configurée pour fournir un support stable pour le banc; une table de banc inclinable ayant des première et seconde extrémités, la table de banc étant recouverte d'un tapis de banc sur lequel un utilisateur repose son dos avec sa tête orientée vers la seconde extrémité et ses pieds fixés au niveau de la première extrémité pendant une session d'exercice; un support de palier fixé sur la base, le support de palier ayant un palier de rotation de table, la table de banc étant positionnée au-dessus et fixée au palier de rotation près de la seconde extrémité de table de banc; un piston d'inclinaison relié à la table de banc et à la base, le piston d'inclinaison étant destiné à fournir une inclinaison de la table de banc autour du palier de rotation; et une commande d'interface fixée à la table de banc servant à commander la fonctionnalité du banc.
