Description

求助方法、移动终端及存储介质 技术领域
本公开涉及但不限于通讯领域,特别是涉及一种求助方法、移动终端及存储介质。
背景技术
防走失产品通常采用GPS(Global Positioning System,全球定位系统)和移动网络通信的方式。当通过GPS检测到使用者超出限定区域时,会通过通信功能通知预先设定的联系人,便于对使用者进行定位和寻找。
常规的防走失产品具有诸多缺陷,这些缺陷降低了用户体验。例如,需要通知联系人才能获得救助,若联系人与使用者相距的距离较远,无法进行及时有效的救助。又例如,通信功能依赖于数据网络,如果没有数据网络或者数据网络的信号不佳(比如,地下车库、山区),有可能无法通知联系人。又例如,报警判断主要通过GPS定位,但在一些国家,处于国家安全等考虑,要求GPS误差精度要放大,这样就导致很多防走失装备的定位不精准,尤其是在地形较为复杂或者建筑稠密的地带。而且GPS通常只能在户外使用,而在室内经常无法接收到信号。又例如,因为通信功能的功耗都比较大,而体积小巧的设备无法放置大电池,所以一般续航能力都比较差。又例如,为了更好的信号要求和更准的定位,防走失装备会将发射天线的功率设计得更大一些,这样就会带来更大的辐射问题。又例如,防走失装备需要配备单独的电话卡,因此需要耗费电话费和数据服务费。
发明内容
本公开的实施例提供了一种求助方法、移动终端及存储介质。
在第一方面中,根据本公开的一个实施例,提供了一种求助方法,包括:根据预设的触发条件,判定用户需要被救助,其中,将预先获取的用户信息编辑在用于求助的无线保真周边感知WiFi Aware广播中; 以及进行所述WiFi Aware广播。
在第二方面中,根据本公开的一个实施例,提供了一种移动终端,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器存储有求助计算机程序,所述处理器执行所述计算机程序,以实现如上任意一项所述方法的步骤。
在第三方面中,根据本公开的一个实施例,提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有求助计算机程序,所述计算机程序被至少一个处理器执行,以实现如上任意一项所述方法的步骤。

为了解决现有技术的问题,本公开提供了一种求助方法、移动终端及存储介质,以下结合附图以及实施例,对本公开进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本公开,并不限定本公开。
在后续的描述中,使用用于表示元件的诸如“模块”、“部件”或“单元”的后缀仅为了有利于本公开的说明,其本身没有特定的意义。因此,“模块”、“部件”或“单元”可以混合地使用。
如图1所示,本公开的一个实施例提供了一种求助方法,所述方法包括:
S11,根据预设的触发条件,判定用户需要被救助,其中,将预先获取的用户信息编辑在用于求助的无线保真周边感知WiFi Aware广播中;以及
S12,进行所述WiFi Aware广播,以使收到所述WiFi Aware广播的人员可以对该用户进行救助。
根据本公开实施例的求助方法可以用于具有WiFi Aware的移动终端,例如手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、掌上电脑、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)、便捷式媒体播放器(Portable Media Player,PMP)、导航装置、可穿戴设备、智能手环、计步器等。
在根据本公开实施例的求助方法中,通过将预先获取的用户信息编辑在用于求助的无线保真周边感知WiFi Aware广播中并且进行所述WiFi Aware广播,可以使用户的求助信息及时被附近人员获知。按照这种方式,可以不使用移动网络,从而有效提高了用户体验。
在本公开的一个示例性实施例中,所述根据预设的触发条件判定用户需要被救助的步骤,可以至少包括以下步骤之一:
在通过预置的通信模块检测到远程触发时,判定用户需要被救助;
采集用户位置的数据,并且在所述用户位置不在预设的安全区域之内时,判定用户需要被救助;以及
采集预设的用于反映所述用户身体状况的数据,并且在采集的数据达到预设的生理触发条件时,判定用户需要被救助。
例如,采集预设的用于反映所述用户身体状况的数据的步骤可以包括采集加速度数据,以反映用户是否跌倒。采集预设的用于反映所述用户身体状况的数据的步骤还可以包括采集心率数据。
在本公开的一个示例性实施例中,所述用户信息可以包括:用户的位置信息、用户的联系方式和紧急联系人的联系方式。
图2是根据本公开另一个实施例的一种求助方法的流程图如图2所示,所述求助方法包括:
步骤101,判断是否远程触发发送广播,若是,执行步骤104,若否执行步骤102;
步骤102,判断用户位置是否超出安全区域范围或者进入非安全区域范围,若是,执行步骤104,若否执行步骤103;
步骤103,通过加速度传感器数据或心率传感器数据判断用户是否需救助,若是,执行步骤104,若否执行步骤101;
步骤104,将用户的位置信息、预设的用户联系方式(例如用户姓名和电话号码)、紧急联系人信息(例如紧急联系人姓名和电话号 码)合成为广播内容;以及
步骤105,通过移动终端将广播内容以WiFi Aware广播的形式循环发送。
进一步地,所述方法还包括:
创建无线上网的发射点(例如热点);
当所述发射点被连接设备连接时,获取所述连接设备的位置信息;
根据所述用户的位置信息和所述连接设备的位置信息,设置救助路线;以及
将所述救助路线发送给所述连接设备。
当然,在本公开实施例中,救助路线可以设置在预设的寻址页面中。在将广播内容以所述WiFi Aware广播的形式循环发送之后,所述救助方法还可以包括:
在所述WiFi Aware广播中添加预设的被救助状态标识,其中,所述被救助状态标识为与所述连接设备对应的联系人的预设信息;以及
进行添加所述被救助状态标识的WiFi Aware广播。
在一个示例性实施例中,在进行添加所述被救助状态标识的WiFi Aware广播的步骤之后,所述救助方法还可以包括:
若在预设的救助时间内所述联系人未完成救助,进行未添加所述被救助状态标识的WiFi Aware广播;或者
在所述联系人放弃救助的情况下,进行未添加所述被救助状态标识的WiFi Aware广播;或者
在所述联系人完成救助后,进行添加救助成功信息的WiFi Aware广播。
图3是根据本公开另一个实施例的一种求助方法的流程图。如图3所示,所述求助方法包括:
步骤201,检测热点是否被连接,若被连接,执行步骤202;
步骤202,向联系人展示救助界面,例如,在救助界面上设置可以点击的救助按钮,同时之前的WiFi-Aware广播仍然继续;
步骤203,判断联系人是否点击救助按钮,若否,执行步骤201,重新检测,若是,执行步骤204;
步骤204,获取联系人的位置信息和电话号码等信息,根据联系人的位置信息与用户的位置信息,生成救助路线,并且修改广播内容,加入联系人的电话号码等信息,通知救助状态;

所述移动终端还可以包括通信模块、GPS定位模块和检测模块。

图5是根据本公开实施例的一种移动终端的系统架构图。如图5所示,本公开实施例中移动终端可以包括触发模块、触发逻辑判断模块,以及广播模块。
触发模块可以实现远程触发和本地触发。如果发生远程触发,则在通信模块接收到远端的触发指令之后,触发逻辑判断模块告知广播模块开始发送。如果发生本地触发,则触发逻辑判断模块可以根据GPS定位设备的信息发现用户超出了安全区域或者进入了非安全区域,并告知广播模块开始发送。如果需要救助的对象是人,也可以通过加速度传感器或者心率检测设备等来检测对象的身体状况。如果身体状况出现异常,则触发逻辑判断模块告知广播模块开始发送。
广播模块被配置成管理具体的救助广播,并且包括定位模块、广播内容编辑模块、连接管理模块和WiFi模块。
定位模块被配置成获取用户(例如,需要救助者)的位置信息。
广播内容编辑模块被配置成根据救助状态来编辑WiFi Aware广播的广播内容。如果救助状态是需要救助,则广播内容包含位置信息以及联系人的电话号码。如果救助状态是正在救助,则表明用户正在接收联系人或其他人员的救助。此时,广播内容包含救助人员电话号码等。
连接管理模块被配置成管理已连接到该WiFi热点的设备。如果联系人或其他人员确认收到用户(例如,需要救助者)的位置信息,则广播内容编辑模块修改广播内容,以根据联系人或其他人员的位置找到用户。

  1. 一种求助方法,包括:
    根据预设的触发条件,判定用户需要被救助,其中,将预先获取的用户信息编辑在用于求助的无线保真周边感知WiFi Aware广播中;以及
    进行所述WiFi Aware广播。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述根据预设的触发条件判定用户需要被救助的步骤,至少包括以下步骤之一:
    在通过预置的通信模块检测到远程触发时,判定用户需要被救助;
    采集用户位置的数据,并且在所述用户位置不在预设的安全区域之内时,判定用户需要被救助;以及
    采集预设的反映用户身体状况的数据,并且在采集的数据达到预设的生理触发条件时,判定用户需要被救助。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,所述用户信息至少包括:用户的位置信息和用户的联系方式。

  7. 如权利要求6所述的方法,其中,在进行添加所述被救助状态标识的WiFi Aware广播之后,所述方法还包括:
    若在预设的救助时间内所述联系人未完成救助,进行未添加所述处于被救助状态标识的WiFi Aware广播;或者
    在所述联系人放弃救助的情况下,进行未添加所述被救助状态标识的WiFi Aware广播;或者
    在所述联系人完成救助后,进行添加救助成功信息的WiFi Aware广播。
  8. 一种移动终端,包括存储器和处理器,其中,所述存储器存储有求助计算机程序,所述处理器执行所述计算机程序,以实现如权利要求1-7中任意一项所述方法的步骤。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的移动终端,还包括通信模块、GPS定位模块和检测模块,其中
    所述通信模块被配置为接收远程触发指令;所述GPS定位模块被配置为采集位置信息;所述检测模块被配置为采集预设的反映用户身体状况的数据。
  10. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其中,所述存储介质存储有求助计算机程序,所述计算机程序被至少一个处理器执行,以实现如权利要求1-7中任意一项所述方法的步骤。
