中医学是以阴阳五行作为理论基础,将人体看成是气、形、神的统一体,通过"望闻问切"四诊合参的方法,探求病因、病性、病位、分析病机及人体内五脏六腑、经络关节、气血津液的变化、判断邪正消长,进而得出病名,归纳出证型,以辨证论治原则,制定治法,使人体达到阴阳调和而康复。在当代社会,中医在我国仍然是治疗疾病的常用手段之一。但是,我国幅员辽阔,人口众多,边远地区的病人由于当地的医疗条件比较落后,在生病时需要花费高昂的费用外出就医,没有条件外出就医的病人则耽误了诊疗,给病人和家属造成了身心上的痛苦。远程诊疗可以使医生和病人之间建立起全新的联系,使病人在原地、原医院即可接受远地医生的诊疗并在其指导下进行治疗,可以节约医生和病人大量时间和金钱。虽然现有技术有一些远程诊疗系统,但是中医诊疗需要"望闻问切",现有技术的诊疗系统并没有中医辅助诊疗系统可以辅助医生进行远程中医诊疗。
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种远程中医辅助诊疗系统及方法,旨在解决现有技术不能通过互联网实现远程辅助中医诊疗的技术问题。
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种远程中医辅助诊疗系统,运行于智能终端中,所述智能终端通过通信网络与中医体征采集设备通信连接,所述智能终端还通过通信网络与远程医疗服务器通信连接,所述远程医疗服务器还通过通信网络与医生工作站通信连接,所述远程中医辅助诊疗系统包括:

将智能终端与远程医疗服务器所分配的医生工作站建立通信连接;
接收医生工作站发送的接受诊疗信息;
接收用户在症状信息采集界面输入的症状信息;
接收中医体征采集设备采集的用户的中医体征信息;
将用户的症状信息和中医体征信息发送至医生工作站;
接收医生工作站发送的该用户的诊疗信息;

相较于现有技术,本发明实施例通过与远程医疗服务器所分配的医生工作站建立通信连接,获取用户的症状信息和中医体征信息发送至所述医生工作站,并接受所述医生工作站的医生依据用户的症状信息和中医体征信息做出的诊疗信息,实现了通过互联网实现远程中医诊疗,便于偏远地区的患者实现中医诊疗,提升用户体验。

参照图1所示,图1是本发明远程中医辅助诊疗系统优选实施例的应用环境示意图。在本实施例中,所述远程中医辅助诊疗系统10运行于智能终端1,该智能终端1的数量可以为一个或多个。所述智能终端1通过通信网络2与中医体征采集设备3通信连接,所述智能终端1还通过通信网络2与远程医疗服务器4通信连接,所述远程医疗服务器4还通过通信网络2与医生工作站5通信连接。所述远程中医辅助诊疗系统10与远程医疗服务器4所分配的医生工作站5建立通信连接,获取用户的症状信息和中医体征信息发送至所述医生工作站5,并接受所述医生工作站5的医生依据用户的症状信息和中医体征信息做出的诊疗信息。
本发明远程中医辅助诊疗系统10运行于智能终端1中,用户打开远程中医辅助诊疗系统10进入用户注册/登录信息采集界面,若用户第一次使用远程中医辅助诊疗系统10,则远程中医辅助诊疗系统10接收用户在用户注册信息采集界面输入的用户的账户信息,创建用户账户。如果用户已经在远程中医辅助诊疗系统10中注册,则只需根据之前创建的用户的账户信息登录即可。
所述智能终端1包括但不限于显示屏、处理器、存储器等,用于将远程中医辅助诊疗系统展现给用户并接收用户的操作。所述智能终端1还包括有线通信接口或无线通信接口,用于供智能终端1与中医体征采集设备3、远程医疗服务器4、医生工作站5进行数据通信,所述中医体征采集设备3可以将采集到的中医体征信息通过通信网络2发送至智能终端1,所述远程医疗服务器4可以在接收到用户的远程医疗请求时为用户分配医生工作站5,所述医生工作站5接受诊疗,并依据接收的用户在症状信息采集界面输入的症状信息和用户的中医体征信息做出诊疗信息。
所述通信网络2可以是有线通信网络或无线通信网络。在本实施例中,所述通信网络2优选为无线通信网络,包括但不限于,GSM网络、GPRS网络、CDMA网络、TD-SCDMA网络、WiMAX网络、TD-LTE网络、FDD-LTE网络等无线传输网络。
所述中医体征采集设备3可以为采集中医体征的设备,例如:脉搏仪、面诊仪、舌诊仪。在本实施例中,所述中医体征采集设备3优选为中医四诊仪。
所述远程医疗服务器4可以为云服务器,通过通信网络2与智能终端1和医生工作站5连接。
所述医生工作站5为设置于医院或者医疗管理机构中的一台服务器、电脑。所述医生工作站5可以为多个。
参照图2所示,图2是本发明远程中医辅助诊疗系统的优选实施例的模块示意图。在本实施例中,所述远程中医辅助诊疗系统10应用于智能终端1,该智能终端1包括,但不仅限于,远程中医辅助诊疗系统10、通信单元11、存储单元12及处理单元13。
所述通信单元11为一种具有远程无线通讯功能的无线通讯接口,例如,支持GSM、GPRS、WCDMA、CDMA、TD-SCDMA、WiMAX、TD-LTE、FDD-LTE等通讯技术的通讯接口。
所述存储单元12可以为一种只读存储单元ROM,电可擦写存储单元EEPROM、快闪存储单元FLASH或固体硬盘等。
所述的处理单元13可以为一种中央处理器(Central
Processing Unit,CPU)、微控制器(MCU)、数据处理芯片、或者具有数据处理功能的信息处理单元。
所述远程中医辅助诊疗系统10包括,但不限于,登录模块101、请求模块102、配对模块103、接收模块104、症状信息获取模块105、发送模块106、显示模块107。其中:
所述登录模块101,用于获取用户的账户信息。所述用户的账户信息包括但不限于用户的姓名、身份证号码和登录密码。所述用户的账户信息还可以包括用户的出生日期、性别、社保账号等。若用户第一次使用远程中医辅助诊疗系统10,则远程中医辅助诊疗系统10接收用户在用户注册信息采集界面输入的用户的账户信息,创建用户账户。用户注册信息采集界面显示用户的账户信息输入栏,用户在账户信息输入栏输入相应的信息并确认后,所述用户信息获取模块101为用户创建账户。如果用户已经在远程中医辅助诊疗系统10中注册,则只需根据之前创建的用户的账户信息在用户登录信息采集界面登录即可。本实施例中,所有界面都是由所述远程中医辅助诊疗系统10产生并显示在智能终端1上供用户输入用户信息的图形用户界面(GUI)。
所述请求模块102,用于发送远程医疗请求至远程医疗服务器4。所述远程医疗请求中包含用户的账户信息和智能终端1的IP地址。所述远程医疗服务器4接收该请求并查询通过通信网络2连接的多个医生工作站5,选择工作状态为空闲的其中一个医生工作站5将其分配给所述智能终端1。所述远程医疗服务器4将所述智能终端1的IP地址发送给该医生工作站5,并获取该医生工作站5的ID和IP地址。当所述远程医疗服务器4连接的所有医生工作站5的工作状态全部为忙碌时,所述远程医疗服务器4发送等待消息至所述智能终端1,并在有医生工作站5的工作状态为空闲将其分配给所述智能终端1。
所述配对模块103,用于将所述智能终端1与所述远程医疗服务器4所分配的医生工作站5建立通信连接。所述远程医疗服务器4将分配给所述智能终端1的医生工作站5的ID和IP地址发送给所述智能终端1,所述配对模块103依据所述医生工作站5的ID和IP地址向所述医生工作站5发起连接请求,在所述医生工作站5通过连接请求后,与所述医生工作站5建立通信连接。
所述接收模块104,用于接收所述医生工作站5发送的接受诊疗信息。所述医生工作站5在与所述智能终端1建立通信连接成功后,发送接受诊疗信息给所述智能终端1,所述接收模块104接收所述医生工作站5发送的接受诊疗信息。
症状信息获取模块105,用于接收用户在症状信息采集界面输入的症状信息。所述症状信息采集界面包括但不限于既往病史问卷栏、生理表现问卷栏和症状描述输入栏。用户在所述既往病史问卷栏、生理表现问卷栏和症状描述输入栏中勾选和/或输入的内容即用户的症状信息。既往病史问卷栏可以包括疾病史勾选栏,例如糖尿病、心脏病、癌症等疾病史的勾选栏,所述既往病史问卷栏还可以包括疾病史输入栏,用户可以在所述疾病史输入栏中输入用户患有的疾病名称。所述生理表现问卷栏可以包括但不限于睡眠情况勾选栏、冷热耐受情况勾选栏、饮食情况勾选栏、疼痛情况勾选栏和排便情况勾选栏。用户可以在所述症状描述输入栏中输入用户的症状描述。所述症状信息获取模块105接收用户在症状信息采集界面输入的症状信息,即接收用户在症状信息采集界面中勾选和/或输入的症状信息。
所述接收模块104还用于接收中医体征采集设备3采集的用户的中医体征信息。所述中医体征信息包括舌诊信息、脉诊信息、面诊信息。所述舌诊信息可以是中医体征采集设备3采集的用户的舌部图像,也可以是中医体征采集设备3对采集的用户的舌部图像的分析结果。所述脉诊信息可以是中医体征采集设备3采集的用户脉搏波形,也可以是中医体征采集设备3对采集的用户脉搏波形的分析结果。所述面诊信息可以是中医体征采集设备3采集的用户的面部图像,所述面诊信息还可以是中医体征采集设备3采集的用户的面部图像的分析结果。
发送模块106,用于将用户的症状信息和中医体征信息发送至所述医生工作站。所述发送模块106将用户的症状信息和中医体征信息发送至所述医生工作站5,所述医生工作站5的医生依据接收到的用户的症状信息和中医体征信息对用户的疾病做出诊断,并填写诊疗信息发送至所述智能终端1。所述诊疗信息包括但不限于诊断结果、用药指导和医嘱。
所述接收模块104还用于接收所述医生工作站5发送的该用户的诊疗信息。
所述显示模块107,用于显示该用户的诊疗信息在诊疗结果显示界面。
作为本发明的优选实施例,所述远程中医辅助诊疗系统10还包括:

参照图3所示,是本发明远程中医辅助诊疗方法的优选实施例的流程图。在本实施例中,所述远程中医辅助诊疗方法应用于智能终端1中,所述智能终端1通过通信网络2与中医体征采集设备3通信连接,所述智能终端1还通过通信网络2与远程医疗服务器4通信连接,所述远程医疗服务器还通过通信网络2与医生工作站5通信连接。结合图1和图2所示,该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S11,登录模块101接收用户的账户信息,并在验证用户的账户信息正确后登录。所述用户的账户信息包括但不限于用户的姓名、身份证号码和登录密码。所述用户的账户信息还可以包括用户的出生日期、性别、社保账号等。若用户第一次使用远程中医辅助诊疗系统10,则远程中医辅助诊疗系统10接收用户在用户注册信息采集界面输入的用户的账户信息,创建用户账户。用户注册信息采集界面显示用户的账户信息输入栏,用户在账户信息输入栏输入相应的信息并确认后,所述用户信息获取模块101为用户创建账户。如果用户已经在远程中医辅助诊疗系统10中注册,则只需根据之前创建的用户的账户信息在用户登录信息采集界面登录即可。本实施例中,所有界面都是由所述远程中医辅助诊疗系统10产生并显示在智能终端1上供用户输入用户信息的图形用户界面(GUI)。
步骤S12,请求模块102发送远程医疗请求至远程医疗服务器4。所述远程医疗请求中包含用户的账户信息和智能终端1的IP地址。所述远程医疗服务器4接收该请求并查询通过通信网络2连接的多个医生工作站5,选择工作状态为空闲的其中一个医生工作站5将其分配给所述智能终端1。所述远程医疗服务器4将所述智能终端1的IP地址发送给该医生工作站5,并获取该医生工作站5的ID和IP地址。当所述远程医疗服务器4连接的所有医生工作站5的工作状态全部为忙碌时,所述远程医疗服务器4发送等待消息至所述智能终端1,并在有医生工作站5的工作状态为空闲将其分配给所述智能终端1。
步骤S13,配对模块103将智能终端1与远程医疗服务器4所分配的医生工作站5建立通信连接。所述远程医疗服务器4将分配给所述智能终端1的医生工作站5的ID和IP地址发送给所述智能终端1,所述配对模块103依据所述医生工作站5的ID和IP地址向所述医生工作站5发起连接请求,在所述医生工作站5通过连接请求后,与所述医生工作站5建立通信连接。
步骤S14,接收模块104接收医生工作站5发送的接受诊疗信息。所述医生工作站5在与所述智能终端1建立通信连接成功后,发送接受诊疗信息给所述智能终端1,所述接收模块104接收所述医生工作站5发送的接受诊疗信息。
步骤S15,症状信息获取模块105接收用户在症状信息采集界面输入的症状信息。所述症状信息采集界面包括但不限于既往病史问卷栏、生理表现问卷栏和症状描述输入栏。用户在所述既往病史问卷栏、生理表现问卷栏和症状描述输入栏中勾选和/或输入的内容即用户的症状信息。既往病史问卷栏可以包括疾病史勾选栏,例如糖尿病、心脏病、癌症等疾病史的勾选栏,所述既往病史问卷栏还可以包括疾病史输入栏,用户可以在所述疾病史输入栏中输入用户患有的疾病名称。所述生理表现问卷栏可以包括但不限于睡眠情况勾选栏、冷热耐受情况勾选栏、饮食情况勾选栏、疼痛情况勾选栏和排便情况勾选栏。用户可以在所述症状描述输入栏中输入用户的症状描述。所述症状信息获取模块105接收用户在症状信息采集界面输入的症状信息,即接收用户在症状信息采集界面中勾选和/或输入的症状信息。
步骤S16,所述接收模块104还接收中医体征采集设备3采集的用户的中医体征信息。所述中医体征信息包括舌诊信息、脉诊信息、面诊信息。所述舌诊信息可以是中医体征采集设备3采集的用户的舌部图像,也可以是中医体征采集设备3对采集的用户的舌部图像的分析结果。所述脉诊信息可以是中医体征采集设备3采集的用户脉搏波形,也可以是中医体征采集设备3对采集的用户脉搏波形的分析结果。所述面诊信息可以是中医体征采集设备3采集的用户的面部图像,所述面诊信息还可以是中医体征采集设备3采集的用户的面部图像的分析结果。
步骤S17,发送模块106将用户的症状信息和中医体征信息发送至医生工作站。所述发送模块106将用户的症状信息和中医体征信息发送至所述医生工作站5,所述医生工作站5的医生依据接收到的用户的症状信息和中医体征信息对用户的疾病做出诊断,并填写诊疗信息发送至所述智能终端1。所述诊疗信息包括但不限于诊断结果、用药指导和医嘱。

- 如权利要求9所述的远程中医辅助诊疗方法,其特征在于,所述智能终端通过通信网络与打印装置通信连接,所述方法还包括步骤:依据该用户的诊疗信息生成诊疗结果表格并发送至打印装置打印。
