Abstract
본 발명은 메조다공성 무기 주형(mesoporous inorganic template)을 중성 팔라듐(Pd0)으로 코팅하는 단계; 소정의 탄소 용해도를 갖는 제1금속을 도금하는 단계; 고온에서 탄화할 수 있는 유기고분자를 유입하는 단계; 어닐링하여 그래핀을 형성하는 단계; 및 제1금속을 제거하는 단계를 포함하는, 메조다공성 무기 주형의 내부 표면을 각인한 3차원 메조다공성 그래핀 구조체의 제조방법, 상기 방법으로 제조한 규칙적인 3차원 메조다공 형상의 그래핀 구조체 및 이의 용도에 관한 것이다.
