Description

无线耳机收纳充电盒 技术领域
本发明涉及无线耳机充电领域技术,尤其是指一种无线耳机收纳充电盒。
背景技术
随着科技的发展,无线耳机因其方便携带的特点而受到人们的青睐,其解决了传统有线耳机的不便性,但由于无线耳机使用一段时间之后必须进行充电,还有,无线耳机在日常使用完毕之后,需要存放以防止耳机的丢失和损坏,所以,现有技术中出现了一种可兼具充电及耳机收纳的耳机盒,其有效解决了上述充电及耳机收纳等问题。但是,传统的可兼具充电及耳机收纳的耳机盒,其存在结构设计合理性差、整体体积较大、携带存放麻烦等不足。
因此,本发明申请中,申请人精心研究了一种新型的无线耳机收纳充电盒来解决上述问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明针对现有技术存在之缺失,其主要目的是提供一种无线耳机收纳充电盒,其结构设计合理,紧凑性较好,整体体积较小,便于携带存放,提高了使用便利性。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下之技术方案:
一种无线耳机收纳充电盒,包括一壳体以及装设于壳体两对侧的两充电座体;所述充电座体包括充电底壳和充电面盖,所述充电底壳内设置有供无线耳机放置的收纳腔,所述收纳腔上设有用于电性连接无线耳机的充电电极;所述充电面盖装设于充电底壳上以可开合式封盖收纳腔。
作为一种优选方案,所述壳体为中空腔体结构,其具有上、下开口的安装腔,前述两充电座体堆叠式位于安装腔内,各自的充电面盖分别露于安装腔的相应上、下开口侧。
作为一种优选方案,所述壳体内装设有主控制电路板以及分别连接于主控制电路板的充电电池、第一充电电路板,所述充电电极与相应第一充电电路板连接。
作为一种优选方案,所述壳体上设置有用于给充电电池进行充电的外接充电接口。
作为一种优选方案,所述外接充电接口连接有第二充电电路板,所述第二充电电路板连接于前述主控制电路板。
作为一种优选方案,所述充电底壳进一步装设有用于吸附定位无线耳机的耳机定位磁性件。
作为一种优选方案,所述充电面盖的一端连接于充电底壳上,所述充电面盖的另一端可开合式连接于充电底壳;所述充电面盖的另一端与充电底壳之间通过磁性吸附连接固定;所述充电面盖的另一端、充电底壳,两者中,其一设置有面盖定位磁性件,另一设置有适配磁性件或磁吸金属件,所述面盖定位磁性件可开合式吸附于适配磁性件或磁吸金属件。
作为一种优选方案,所述主控制电路板连接有指示LED灯,所述指示LED灯露于壳体外表面。
作为一种优选方案,所述充电底壳具有竖向延伸的若干连接柱,所述壳体的安装腔内壁面凸设有若干连接块,所述连接块上开设有竖向延伸的连接孔,所述连接柱与相应的连接孔相连接。
作为一种优选方案,所述连接柱嵌入相应的连接孔内形成固定;或者,所述连接柱上进一步开设连接螺孔,通过螺丝连接于连接孔与连接螺孔之间。
本发明与现有技术相比具有明显的优点和有益效果,具体而言,由上述技术方案可知,其主要是通过将两充电座体分别装设于壳体两对侧部位,以分别对左、右无线耳机进行装设,其结构设计合理,紧凑性较好,整体体积较小,便于携带存放,提高了使用便利性。

所述壳体10为中空腔体结构,其具有上、下开口的安装腔101,前述两充电座体20堆叠式位于安装腔101内,各自的下述充电面盖202分别露于安装腔101的相应上、下开口侧;所述壳体10内装设有主控制电路板22以及分别连接于主控制电路板22的充电电池24、第一充电电路板25,下述充电电极213与相应第一充电电路板25连接;在本实施例中,所述壳体10上设置有用于给充电电池进行充电的外接充电接口231,具体而言,外接充电接口231为USB充电接口,所述壳体10上设有供外接充电接口231穿过的外接充电接口插孔11,所述外接充电接口231通过外接充电接口插孔11外露于壳体10的外表面;所述壳体10的外表面对应外接充电接口231设置有充电接口软胶套12;所述外接充电接口231连接有第二充电电路板23,所述第二充电电路板23连接于前述主控制电路板22;下述充电底壳201的底部设置有电池安装部203,前述充电电池24固定安装于电池安装部203内;在本实施例中,主控制电路板22连接有指示LED灯221,所述指示LED灯221露于壳体10外表面,具体而言,所述指示LED灯221设置于外接充电接口231相对侧。
所述充电座体20包括充电底壳201和充电面盖202,所述充电底壳201内设置有供无线耳机放置的收纳腔21,优选地,所述收纳腔21的形状根据无线耳机设计,以保证收纳无线耳机时能够为其提供稳定的支撑而不至于脱落;所述收纳腔21上设有用于电性连接无线耳机的充电电极213,在本实施例中,所述充电电极213包括分别为正负极的两个充电顶针;所述充电面盖202装设于充电底壳201上以可开合式封盖收纳腔21;

所述充电底壳201进一步装设有用于吸附定位无线耳机的耳机定位磁性件26,具体而言,所述收纳腔21壁外侧面设有第一嵌装槽211,所述耳机定位磁性件26装设于第一嵌装槽211内;优选地,耳机定位磁性件26可以为磁铁,而无线耳机上的磁吸件对应可以为铁块,故无线耳机在放入收纳腔21时,耳机定位磁性件26与磁吸件相磁吸而实现无线耳机牢固的放置在收纳腔21内,不易脱离,且放置后无线耳机上的充电端恰好与前述充电电极213连接,实现充电;所述收纳腔21壁外侧面上设有螺丝柱,第一充电电路板25通过螺丝固定于螺丝柱内,以及,下述第一充电电路板25封盖第一嵌装槽211底部。
所述充电底壳201具有竖向延伸的若干连接柱2011,所述壳体10的安装腔101内壁面凸设有若干连接块1011,所述连接块1011上开设有竖向延伸的连接孔1012,所述连接柱2011与相应的连接孔1012相连接;具体而言,所述连接柱2011嵌入相应的连接孔1012内形成固定;或者,所述连接柱2011上进一步开设连接螺孔,通过螺丝连接于连接孔1012与连接螺孔之间。
综上所述,本发明的设计重点在于,主要是通过将两充电座体分别装设于壳体两对侧部位,以分别对左、右无线耳机进行装设,其结构设计合理,紧凑性较好,整体体积较小,便于携带存放,提高了使用便利性。

  1. 一种无线耳机收纳充电盒,其特征在于:包括一壳体以及装设于壳体两对侧的两充电座体;所述充电座体包括充电底壳和充电面盖,所述充电底壳内设置有供无线耳机放置的收纳腔,所述收纳腔上设有用于电性连接无线耳机的充电电极;所述充电面盖装设于充电底壳上以可开合式封盖收纳腔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的无线耳机收纳充电盒,其特征在于:所述壳体为中空腔体结构,其具有上、下开口的安装腔,前述两充电座体堆叠式位于安装腔内,各自的充电面盖分别露于安装腔的相应上、下开口侧。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的无线耳机收纳充电盒,其特征在于:所述壳体内装设有主控制电路板以及分别连接于主控制电路板的充电电池、第一充电电路板,所述充电电极与相应第一充电电路板连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的无线耳机收纳充电盒,其特征在于:所述壳体上设置有用于给充电电池进行充电的外接充电接口。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的无线耳机收纳充电盒,其特征在于:所述外接充电接口连接有第二充电电路板,所述第二充电电路板连接于前述主控制电路板。
