因为第一连接杆的材质为Q235钢,连接杆为长方体,第一连接杆的下端面左侧与支架的上端面固定式连接,第一连接杆的左端面与右端面之间的距离为50cm。

本发明达到了工作效率高、自动化程度高、施肥效果好的效果,本发明在施肥的过程中不断的搅拌肥料,使得肥料混合均匀,更有利于农作物吸收。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
一种用于农业前推式搅拌施肥机,如图1-4所示,包括有车体1、轮子2、支架3、第一连接杆4、第二连接杆5、第一电机6、进料斗7、第一电控阀8、搅拌片9、搅拌桶10、轴承座11、转杆12、第二电控阀13、软管14、固定套15、喷头16、第三连接杆17、转轴18和第二电机19,车体1底部设有轮子2,车体1顶部设有支架3和第二电机19,第二电机19在支架3右侧,第二电机19顶部连接有转轴18,转轴18顶部右侧连接有第三连接杆17,第三连接杆17右端连接有固定套15,支架3顶部连接有第一连接杆4,第一连接杆4右端连接有进料斗7,进料斗7上设有第一电控阀8,支架3右侧中部对称设有第二连接杆5,第二连接杆5右端连接有搅拌桶10,搅拌桶10顶部与进料斗7连接,搅拌桶10右侧设有轴承座11,轴承座11上设有转杆12,转杆12右端连接有第一电机6,第一电机6安装在搅拌桶10左侧,转杆12上均匀设有搅拌片9,搅拌片9在搅拌桶10内部,搅拌桶10底部连接有软管14,软管14上设有第二电控阀13,软管14穿过固定套15连接有喷头16。
还包括有放置框20,车体1左侧下方设有放置框20,放置框20的右端面与车体1左侧固定式连接,放置框20的上端面与下端面之间的距离为20cm,放置框20的前端面与后端面之间的距离为30cm。
还包括有遮阳板21,车体1左侧上方设有遮阳板21,遮阳板21 为长方体,遮阳板21的右端面与车体1左侧固定式连接,遮阳板21的上端面与下端之间的距离为6cm。
还包括有弹簧22和钢珠23,搅拌片9的末端均设有弹簧22,弹簧22的末端均设有钢珠23,弹簧22的形状为螺旋状,钢珠23与弹簧22的末端固定式连接,钢珠23的形状为球形,且钢珠23的直径为2cm。
还包括有第一加强筋24,支架3与第一连接杆4之间连接有第一加强筋24,第一加强筋24为圆柱体,第一加强筋24的左端与支架3固定式连接,第一加强筋24的右端与第一连接杆4固定式连接。
还包括有第二加强筋25,支架3与第二连接杆5之间连接有第二加强筋25,第二加强筋25为圆柱体,第二加强筋25的左端与支架3固定式连接,第二加强筋25的右端与第二连接杆5固定式连接。
还包括有第三加强筋26,支架3与第三连接杆17之间连接有第三加强筋26,第三加强筋26为圆柱体,第三加强筋26的左端与支架3固定式连接,第三加强筋26的右端与第三连接杆17固定式连接。
支架3材质为Q235钢,支架3为长方体,支架3的下端面与车体1的上端面固定式连接,支架3的上端面与下端面之间的距离为100cm,支架3的左端面与右端面之间的距离为8cm。
第一连接杆4的材质为Q235钢,连接杆为长方体,第一连接杆4的下端面左侧与支架3的上端面固定式连接,第一连接杆4的左端面与右端面之间的距离为50cm。
工作原理:当需要施肥时,工作人员将施肥机推到工作地点,将 准备好的肥料倒入进料斗7,然后控制第一电控阀8打开,肥料进入搅拌桶10,当肥料装满搅拌桶10后,控制第一电控阀8关闭,同时控制第一电机6转动,第一电机6带动转杆12转动,转杆12带动搅拌片9转动,对搅拌桶10内的肥料进行搅拌,搅拌完成后,工作人员控制第二电控阀13打开,肥料通过软管14流入喷头16,再从喷头16喷出至土地上,对土地进行施肥,然后工作人员推着施肥机在土地上前进,同时控制第二电机19顺时针或逆时针旋转一定角度,第二电机19带动转轴18顺时针或逆时针转动一定角度,转轴18带动第三连接杆17顺时针或逆时针转动一定角度,第三连接杆17带动固定套15顺时针或逆时针转动一定角度,固定套15带动软管14底部顺时针或逆时针转动一定角度,软管14带动喷头16顺时针或逆时针转动一定角度,使得施肥范围更大、更均匀。工作完毕后,工作人员控制第一电机6和第二电机19停止工作,将施肥机推回原地。
因为还包括有放置框20,车体1左侧下方设有放置框20,放置框20的右端面与车体1左侧固定式连接,放置框20的上端面与下端面之间的距离为20cm,放置框20的前端面与后端面之间的距离为30cm,方便工人放置水杯之类的物品。
因为还包括有遮阳板21,车体1左侧上方设有遮阳板21,遮阳板21为长方体,遮阳板21的右端面与车体1左侧固定式连接,遮阳板21的上端面与下端之间的距离为6cm,当阳光较大时,可以为工人遮挡阳光。
因为还包括有弹簧22和钢珠23,搅拌片9的末端均设有弹簧22, 弹簧22的末端均设有钢珠23,弹簧22的形状为螺旋状,钢珠23与弹簧22的末端固定式连接,钢珠23的形状为球形,且钢珠23的直径为2cm,使搅拌效果更佳。
因为还包括有第一加强筋24,支架3与第一连接杆4之间连接有第一加强筋24,第一加强筋24为圆柱体,第一加强筋24的左端与支架3固定式连接,第一加强筋24的右端与第一连接杆4固定式连接,使装置稳定性更好。
因为还包括有第二加强筋25,支架3与第二连接杆5之间连接有第二加强筋25,第二加强筋25为圆柱体,第二加强筋25的左端与支架3固定式连接,第二加强筋25的右端与第二连接杆5固定式连接,使装置稳定性更好。
因为还包括有第三加强筋26,支架3与第三连接杆17之间连接有第三加强筋26,第三加强筋26为圆柱体,第三加强筋26的左端与支架3固定式连接,第三加强筋26的右端与第三连接杆17固定式连接,使装置稳定性更好。
因为支架3材质为Q235钢,支架3为长方体,支架3的下端面与车体1的上端面固定式连接,支架3的上端面与下端面之间的距离为100cm,支架3的左端面与右端面之间的距离为8cm。
因为第一连接杆4的材质为Q235钢,连接杆为长方体,第一连接杆4的下端面左侧与支架3的上端面固定式连接,第一连接杆4的左端面与右端面之间的距离为50cm。

  1. 一种用于农业前推式搅拌施肥机,其特征在于,包括有车体(1)、轮子(2)、支架(3)、第一连接杆(4)、第二连接杆(5)、第一电机(6)、进料斗(7)、第一电控阀(8)、搅拌片(9)、搅拌桶(10)、轴承座(11)、转杆(12)、第二电控阀(13)、软管(14)、固定套(15)、喷头(16)、第三连接杆(17)、转轴(18)和第二电机(19),车体(1)底部设有轮子(2),车体(1)顶部设有支架(3)和第二电机(19),第二电机(19)在支架(3)右侧,第二电机(19)顶部连接有转轴(18),转轴(18)顶部右侧连接有第三连接杆(17),第三连接杆(17)右端连接有固定套(15),支架(3)顶部连接有第一连接杆(4),第一连接杆(4)右端连接有进料斗(7),进料斗(7)上设有第一电控阀(8),支架(3)右侧中部对称设有第二连接杆(5),第二连接杆(5)右端连接有搅拌桶(10),搅拌桶(10)顶部与进料斗(7)连接,搅拌桶(10)右侧设有轴承座(11),轴承座(11)上设有转杆(12),转杆(12)右端连接有第一电机(6),第一电机(6)安装在搅拌桶(10)左侧,转杆(12)上均匀设有搅拌片(9),搅拌片(9)在搅拌桶(10)内部,搅拌桶(10)底部连接有软管(14),软管(14)上设有第二电控阀(13),软管(14)穿过固定套(15)连接有喷头(16)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于农业前推式搅拌施肥机,其特征在于,还包括有放置框(20),车体(1)左侧下方设有放置框(20),放置框(20)的右端面与车体(1)左侧固定式连接,放置框(20)的上端面与下端面之间的距离为20cm,放置框(20)的前端面与后端面之间的距离为30cm。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于农业前推式搅拌施肥机,其特征在于,还包括有遮阳板(21),车体(1)左侧上方设有遮阳板(21),遮阳板(21)为长方体,遮阳板(21)的右端面与车体(1)左侧固定式连接,遮阳板(21)的上端面与下端之间的距离为6cm。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于农业前推式搅拌施肥机,其特征在于,还包括有弹簧(22)和钢珠(23),搅拌片(9)的末端均设有弹簧(22),弹簧(22)的末端均设有钢珠(23),弹簧(22)的形状为螺旋状,钢珠(23)与弹簧(22)的末端固定式连接,钢珠(23)的形状为球形,且钢珠(23)的直径为2cm。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于农业前推式搅拌施肥机,其特征在于,还包括有第一加强筋(24),支架(3)与第一连接杆(4)之间连接有第一加强筋(24),第一加强筋(24)为圆柱体,第一加强筋(24)的左端与支架(3)固定式连接,第一加强筋(24)的右端与第一连接杆(4)固定式连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于农业前推式搅拌施肥机,其特征在于,还包括有第二加 强筋(25),支架(3)与第二连接杆(5)之间连接有第二加强筋(25),第二加强筋(25)为圆柱体,第二加强筋(25)的左端与支架(3)固定式连接,第二加强筋(25)的右端与第二连接杆(5)固定式连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于农业前推式搅拌施肥机,其特征在于,还包括有第三加强筋(26),支架(3)与第三连接杆(17)之间连接有第三加强筋(26),第三加强筋(26)为圆柱体,第三加强筋(26)的左端与支架(3)固定式连接,第三加强筋(26)的右端与第三连接杆(17)固定式连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于农业前推式搅拌施肥机,其特征在于,支架(3)材质为Q235钢,支架(3)为长方体,支架(3)的下端面与车体(1)的上端面固定式连接,支架(3)的上端面与下端面之间的距离为100cm,支架(3)的左端面与右端面之间的距离为8cm。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于农业前推式搅拌施肥机,其特征在于,第一连接杆(4)的材质为Q235钢,连接杆为长方体,第一连接杆(4)的下端面左侧与支架(3)的上端面固定式连接,第一连接杆(4)的左端面与右端面之间的距离为50cm。
