Description

宗教规范保证系统和方法 技术领域
本发明关于一种宗教规范保证系统和方法,特别是一种方便使用者了解一商品是否符合宗教规范的宗教规范保证系统和方法。
背景技术
世界上有许多宗教对于饮食和日常生活有特殊的要求,例如,伊斯兰教规定穆斯林禁止吃猪肉和酒,因此穆斯林日常食用或碰触到身体的产品(例如化妆品、保养品),皆不可具有猪肉和酒的成分;并且穆斯林食用或碰触到身体的产品的成份,必须从生产原物料、食品烹调、包装和物流等过程中,都完全避免接触猪肉和酒的成份,才算符合伊斯兰教义;除了规定食品和接触到身体的用品的成分以外,伊斯兰教义也规定,穆斯林只能吃依照伊斯兰教法规定的宰杀程序(例如,屠宰师在宰杀动物时,必须诵读伊斯兰真主之名)所宰杀的动物。
随着食品加工技术、冷冻设备和交通运输日益进步,世界各地均有来自各国产制的加工食品。此类食品虽仍在外包装上有成分标示,但是穆斯林消费者在只看成分标示时,往往很难判别该产品是否在生产过程中,完全避免接触到猪肉和酒的成份,并且是否曾依照伊斯兰教法规定的宰杀程序而适合穆斯林食用;因此,穆斯林消费者仍有可能误食不适宜的食物而不小心违背伊斯兰教义。
因此,有必要提供一种商品的宗教规范保证系统和方法,其方便使用者了解一商品是否符合特定的宗教规范。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种方便使用者了解商品是否符合宗教规范的宗教规范保证系统。
为达成上述的目的,本发明的一种宗教规范保证系统电性连接一电子商务服务器,用以显示电子商务服务器贩卖的一商品是否符合一宗教规范。宗教规范保证系统包括一宗教规范沟通模块、一商品数据沟通模块、一检验模块、一服务器沟通模块和一数据库。宗教规范沟通模块用以接收宗教规范。商品数据沟通模块用以接收商品的一商品数据。检验模块用以检验商品是否符合宗教规 范,并根据检验结果而产生一宗教规范保证。服务器沟通模块电性连接电子商务服务器。数据库电性连接宗教规范沟通模块、商品数据沟通模块、检验模块和服务器沟通模块,数据库储存该宗教规范、商品的商品数据和宗教规范保证。
根据本发明之一实施例,当服务器沟通模块接收到商品是否符合宗教规范之一查询要求时,数据库检索商品之宗教规范保证,并根据宗教规范保证而回传商品是否符合宗教规范。
根据本发明之一实施例,当一电子者装置电性连接电子商务服务器,以查看商品是否符合宗教规范时,电子商务服务器会传送商品是否符合宗教规范的查询要求给宗教规范保证系统。
本发明的另一主要目的系在提供一种宗教规范保证方法。
为达成上述的目的,该宗教规范保证方法应用于一宗教规范保证系统,以显示一电子商务服务器贩卖的一商品是否符合一宗教规范,该宗教规范保证系统包括一宗教规范沟通模块、一商品数据沟通模块、一检验模块、一服务器沟通模块和一数据库,该服务器沟通模块电性连接该电子商务服务器,该数据库电性连接该宗教规范沟通模块、该商品数据沟通模块、该检验模块和该服务器沟通模块,该宗教规范保证方法包括:藉由该宗教规范沟通模块,接收一宗教规范;将该宗教规范储存于该数据库;藉由该商品数据沟通模块,接收该商品的一商品数据;将该商品的该商品数据储存于该数据库;藉由该检验模块,检验该商品是否符合该宗教规范,并根据检验结果而产生一宗教规范保证;以及将该宗教规范保证储存于该数据库。

以下请一并参考图1至图8关于本发明的第一实施例的宗教规范保证系统和方法。
如图1所示,在本发明的第一实施例中,宗教规范保证系统1用以显示一商品是否符合宗教规范,以方便据有特定宗教信仰的使用者了解该商品是否符 合自身信仰的宗教规范,而放心得购买商品。宗教规范保证系统1例如为一服务器,其与网络900电性连接,宗教规范保证系统1可藉由网络900而电性连接一电子商务服务器800(或多个电子商务服务器,图未示)和多个电子装置700、700a、700b、700c。
如图1和图4所示,在本发明的第一实施例中,电子商务服务器800提供一网站,并通过电子商务的方式(例如网络拍卖)在网站上贩卖商品。电子商务服务器800具有一购物模块810,购物模块810可以提供如商品网页A以显示电子商务服务器800贩卖的商品。商品网页A可显示商品图片(第一实施例的商品图片例如为一罐装西红柿肉酱)、商品介绍B、宗教规范列表C、宗教规范保证D和购买钮E。商品介绍B可描述商品的资料,例如名称、成分、价格和厂商。宗教规范列表C可条列出商品具有的宗教规范保证D(第一实施例的宗教规范保证例如为伊斯兰教),以供具有特定宗教信仰的人了解该商品是否符合自身信仰的规定,并且宗教规范保证D包括一评价D1的图示,其可标示该商品在宗教规范保证的评分(例如,评价D1所标示的数字可以为1至5分,1分表示低度符合宗教规范,5分表示完全符合宗教规范)。购买钮E可供用户以鼠标指针点击而购买商品。然而,商品的种类并不以罐装西红柿肉酱等食品类的商品为限,商品也可以是美妆品、保养品、服装、各类实体商品或各式服务类的商品。
在本发明的第一实施例中,多个电子装置700、700a、700b、700c例如为计算机、智能型手机等具有上网功能和显示屏幕的装置;多个电子装置700、700a、700b、700c用以分别供宗教规范提供者、商品供货商、验证者和一般消费者使用,以藉由网络900而电性连接电子商务服务器800和宗教规范保证系统1。宗教规范提供者可以藉由电子装置700而电性连接宗教规范保证系统1以提供宗教规范的数据;商品供货商可以藉由电子装置700a而电性连接宗教规范保证系统1以提供欲贩卖的商品数据,并电性连接电子商务服务器800以提供欲贩卖的商品数据,以在购物模块810提供商品网页A以贩卖商品。验证者可以藉由电子装置700b而电性连接宗教规范保证系统1,以检验商品是否符合宗教规范。一般消费者可以藉由电子装置700c而电性连接电子商务服务器800以观看商品,并了解商品是否符合宗教规范。
在本发明的第一实施例中,宗教规范保证系统1包括一宗教规范沟通模块 10、一商品数据沟通模块20、一检验模块30、一服务器沟通模块40、一人才数据管理模块50、一语言转换模块60、一系统管理模块70、一统计分析模块80、数据库90、91、92和一评价模块100。宗教规范沟通模块10用以接收宗教规范提供者藉由电子装置700所提供的宗教规范的数据,例如,若是宗教规范提供者为伊斯兰教的清真寺的工作人员,则可以提供伊斯兰教的宗教规范的资料,例如伊斯兰教认可的食品或用品的成份不可含有自死物、血、猪肉、酒,且其烹调、包装、物流的过程中也不可碰触到自死物、血、猪肉、酒,并且肉类需依照伊斯兰教法规定的程序宰杀。
商品数据沟通模块20用以接收商品供货商藉由电子装置700a所提供的欲贩卖的商品的一商品数据,且该商品会通过电子商务的方式,在电子商务服务器800设置商品网页A而进行贩卖。商品数据例如商品名称、成分、供货商名称,该商品的原料、烹调、包装、物流过程的处理厂商、成分、烹调、包装、物流过程的符合宗教规范的声明,和供货商声明该商品应可符合的宗教规范;但商品数据的类型不以上述为限,其可依照需求而改变。
检验模块30用以检验商品供货商所提供的商品资料是否符合供货商声明的该宗教规范。检验模块30包括一计算机检验件31和一人工检验数据沟通件32,计算机检验件31和人工检验数据沟通件32电性连接数据库90、91、92。计算机检验件31用以通过计算机自动检验的方式,检验商品数据是否符合供货商声明的该宗教规范。人工检验数据沟通件32用以接收检验者藉由电子装置700b所提供的一人工检验数据,第一实施例的检验者例如为提供宗教规范的宗教机构,检验者系以人工的方式检验商品是否符合供货商声明的该宗教规范。若是检验模块30的检验结果为商品确实符合供货商声明的该宗教规范,则检验模块30会产生一宗教规范保证。
如图1、图5至图8所示,数据库90、91、92电性连接宗教规范沟通模块10、商品数据沟通模块20、检验模块30和服务器沟通模块40。数据库90、91、92例如为一储存设备内的三个不同储存区。数据库90用以储存宗教规范沟通模块10所接收的宗教规范,数据库91用以储存商品数据沟通模块20所接收的商品的商品数据,数据库92用以储存检验模块30产生的宗教规范保证。另外,数据库90、91、92也可以分别储存宗教规范提供者、商品供货商和验证者的身份、联络方式(例如e-mail)以及惯用的语言。
服务器沟通模块40电性连接电子商务服务器800,服务器沟通模块40用以和电子商务服务器800互相传送信息;例如,服务器沟通模块40可以接收电子商务服务器800传来的查询商品是否符合宗教规范的查询要求,服务器沟通模块40也可以将商品是否符合宗教规范的判断结果回传给电子商务服务器800。
人才数据管理模块50电性连接数据库90、91、92,人才数据管理模块50用以管理数据库90、91、92储存的宗教规范提供者、商品供货商、验证者的身份。由于宗教规范提供者、商品供货商、验证者分别进行不同的作业,因此人才数据管理模块50可以限制验证者、商品供货商和宗教规范提供者的使用者账号和权限,以便区分不同的使用者账号所能执行的作业类别。另外,由于宗教规范提供者、商品供货商、验证者皆需对于宗教在食品或用品的限制有一定程度的知识,因此人才数据管理模块50也可以设计为具有知识培育机制,例如其可藉由网页或e-mail的形式,提供宗教规范的相关知识给宗教知识提供者、商品供货商、验证者,以便宗教知识提供者、商品供货商、验证者增进宗教规范的相关知识。

如图1和图2所示,本发明的宗教规范保证系统1可以先接收宗教规范提供者、商品供货商、验证者所传送的数据,以执行宗教规范保证方法而对商品建立宗教规范保证。首先,宗教规范提供者可以先藉由电子装置700而执行步骤701:传送宗教规范。
在本发明的第一实施例中,宗教规范提供者例如为伊斯兰教的清真寺的工 作人员,其可运用电子装置700电性连接至宗教规范保证系统1,并传送伊斯兰教的宗教规范所规定的食品和接触到身体的用品的规范数据,例如伊斯兰教认可的食品或接触到身体的用品,其成份、烹调、包装、物流过程中不可碰触或含有自死物、血、猪肉、酒并且符合伊斯兰教规定,并且肉类需依照伊斯兰教法规定的程序宰杀,工作人员也会运用电子装置700一并传送宗教规范提供者的名称(例如为清真寺)。
接着,宗教规范保证系统1会执行宗教规范保证方法的步骤101:接收宗教规范。
宗教规范保证系统1的宗教规范沟通模块10,会接收电子装置700传来的伊斯兰教的宗教规范所规定的食品和接触到身体的用品的规范数据,和宗教规范提供者的名称。
接着,宗教规范保证系统1会执行步骤102:将宗教规范储存于数据库。
宗教规范沟通模块10会将接收到的伊斯兰教的宗教规范、宗教规范提供者的名称传送给数据库90,而数据库90会整理并储存该些数据(如图5)。如此一来,宗教规范保证系统1的数据库90中,便建立了伊斯兰教的宗教规范,其可作为检验商品是否符合伊斯兰教的规范的标准。
在宗教规范保证系统1建立了伊斯兰教的宗教规范之后,若是商品供货商想利用宗教规范保证系统1而证实自己的商品符合伊斯兰教的宗教规范时,商品供货商可以运用电子装置700a而执行步骤711:传送贩卖的商品的一商品数据。
电子装置700a会传送贩卖的商品的一商品数据给宗教规范保证系统1。本发明的商品数据包括:商品名称为罐装西红柿肉酱;罐装西红柿肉酱的成分为牛肉、西红柿、盐、糖、橄榄油;供货商为K公司;罐装西红柿肉酱的商品应可符合的宗教规范为伊斯兰教;罐装西红柿肉酱的商品含有牛肉成分,且该肉品是依照伊斯兰教法规定的程序宰杀;罐装西红柿肉酱的商品在烹调、包装和物流过程皆符合伊斯兰教法规定(例如罐装西红柿肉酱的商品在烹调过程中并未接触到猪和酒的成份、包装的包材未曾碰触过消毒酒精、物流输送和展示过程中,罐装西红柿肉酱的商品并未放置在猪肉及酒精产品周围…等等);罐装西红柿肉酱的屠宰、烹调、包装和物流厂商的名称分别为W公司、X公司、Y公司、Z公司。需注意的是,商品数据的内容不以上述为限,例如,商品数据的 内容也可以包括商品在物流输送过程中的商品数量、输送日期、接收日期,以确认商品在物流输送过程中并未遗失或是被加入仿冒的商品。
接着,宗教规范保证系统1会执行步骤103:接收商品数据。
宗教规范保证系统1的商品数据沟通模块20会接收电子装置700a传来的商品数据,且商品数据沟通模块20会将商品数据分类为可用计算机自动检验的数据,以及必须通过人工检验的数据。在第一实施例中,商品名称、成分、供货商,并告知该商品应可符合的宗教规范,是属于可用计算机自动检验的数据;若商品含有肉类成分则该肉类是否依照伊斯兰教法规定的程序宰杀、在烹调、包装和物流过程是否碰触过伊斯兰教法禁止的物品,以及屠宰、烹调、包装和物流厂商的名称,则是属于人工检验的资料。在电子装置700a传来的商品数据中,可用计算机自动检验的数据会被传送给计算机检验件31和数据库91以储存数据,人工检验的数据则会被传送给人工检验数据沟通件32。
接着,宗教规范保证系统1会执行步骤104:传送商品数据。
人工检验数据沟通件32会把商品数据中的需要人工检验的数据,传送给电子装置700b,以供验证者进行人工检验。需注意的是,数据库92已经储存验证者惯用的语言,因此语言转换模块60可以根据数据库92储存的验证者惯用的语言,先将需要人工检验的数据翻译成验证者惯用的语言,再让人工检验数据沟通件32将翻译后的数据传给电子装置700b。
接着,电子装置700b会执行步骤721:接收商品数据。
电子装置700b会接收人工检验数据沟通件32传送的需要人工检验的数据,而检验者会以人工的方式检验需要人工检验的数据。第一实施例的检验者例如为提供伊斯兰宗教规范的清真寺的工作人员,工作人员会以人工的方式,前往屠宰厂商W公司,实地检视屠宰过程是否依照伊斯兰教法规定的程序,以及以人工的方式前往烹调、包装和物流厂商的X公司、Y公司、Z公司,实地检视烹调、包装和物流过程中是否符合伊斯兰教法规定;并且检验者可将人工检验结果记录至电子装置700b。在第一实施例中,清真寺的工作人员以人工的方式检验需要人工检验的数据后,已确认需要人工检验的数据皆符合伊斯兰教的规范。
接着,检验者可以用电子装置700b会执行步骤722:传送人工检验数据。
在检验者以人工的方式检验需要人工检验的数据后,可以用电子装置700b 电性连接至宗教规范保证系统1,并将人工检验的结果(需要人工检验的数据皆符合伊斯兰教的规范),汇整为人工检验数据,并传送给宗教规范保证系统1。
接着,宗教规范保证系统1会进行步骤105:接收人工检验数据。
人工检验数据沟通件32会接收电子装置700b传送的人工检验数据,并将人工检验数据传送给数据库91。
接着,宗教规范保证系统1会进行步骤106:将人工检验数据储存于数据库。
数据库91接收到人工检验数据沟通件32传送的人工检验数据之后,会将人工检验数据储存在数据库91里,以供后续产生检验结果。
接着,宗教规范保证系统1会进行步骤107:根据商品数据和人工检验数据,检验商品是否符合宗教规范。
计算机检验件31收到可用计算机自动检验的商品数据之后,会用计算机自动分析的方式自动检验商品是否符合的宗教规范;例如,计算机检验件31会检验该些数据的成份之中,是否含有猪肉或酒,以检验商品是否符合伊斯兰的宗教规范;数据库91储存的人工检验数据也记载着人工检验商品是否符合伊斯兰的宗教规范的结果。在第一实施例中,计算机检验件31的检验以及数据库91储存的人工检验数据,皆符合伊斯兰的宗教规范的结果,因此可确定罐装西红柿肉酱通过检验。反之,若是计算机检验件31对商品数据的检验或是数据库91储存的人工检验数据中的任一者,检验出商品不符合伊斯兰的宗教规范,则可确定该商品未通过检验。
接着,宗教规范保证系统1会进行步骤108:根据检验结果而产生一宗教规范保证。
检验模块30会根据商品是否通过检验,而产生一宗教规范保证。在第一实施例中,计算机检验件31对罐装西红柿肉酱的商品数据的检验以及数据库91储存的人工检验数据皆符合伊斯兰的宗教规范的结果,因此可确定罐装西红柿肉酱通过检验,且检验模块30会产生罐装西红柿肉酱符合伊斯兰教规范的宗教规范保证。反之,若是计算机检验件31对商品数据的检验或是数据库91储存的人工检验数据中的任一者,检验出商品不符合伊斯兰的宗教规范,则检验模块30会产生该产品不符合伊斯兰教规范的宗教规范保证。
另外,根据计算机检验件31对罐装西红柿肉酱的商品数据的检验以及数据 库91储存的人工检验数据皆符合伊斯兰的宗教规范的结果,评价模块100会评价数据库91所储存的数据,以判断数据库91商品符合宗教规范的程度高低,并对各项数据提出评价分数(例如,评价分数可以为1至5分,1分表示低度符合宗教规范,5分表示完全符合宗教规范);在第一实施例中,评价模块100评价数据库91的各项数据皆为完全符合宗教规范,故皆为5分。
接着,宗教规范保证系统1会进行步骤109:将宗教规范保证储存于数据库。
检验模块30产生了宗教规范保证之后,会将宗教规范保证传送给数据库92(如图8所示),以便数据库92储存宗教规范保证。另外,评价模块100会整合数据库91的各项数据的评价分数,在数据库92产生并储存一总评价分数;在第一实施例中,评价模块100整合数据库91的各项数据的评价分数(皆为5分),并在数据库92产生并储存一总评价分数为5分,其代表本商品完全符合宗教规范。如此一来,即可完整建立并储存罐装西红柿肉酱的伊斯兰教的宗教规范保证,以供一般消费者在购买罐装西红柿肉酱时,查看该商品是否符合自己所信仰的宗教规范。
如图1和图3所示,在本发明的宗教规范保证系统1对商品建立宗教规范保证之后,若是一般消费者需要查看电子商务服务器800所贩卖的商品是否符合自己所信仰的宗教规范,则消费者可以运用电子装置700c执行步骤731:传送一查看要求,以查看商品是否符合宗教规范。
在本发明的第一实施例中,消费者可以用电子装置700c电性连接至电子商务服务器800,并传送罐装西红柿肉酱的商品网页A的查看要求给电子商务服务器800。传送商品网页A的查看要求的方式可以是用电子装置700c联机至电子商务服务器800所提供的网站,并以鼠标指针点击欲查看的商品网页A;或者在罐装西红柿肉酱的广告或实体包装上可以设置QR Code的条形码,且该QR Code可设计为连接至商品网页A,如此一来,当用户运用电子装置700c扫描该QR Code时,电子装置700c也会传送罐装西红柿肉酱的商品网页A的查看要求给电子商务服务器800。
接着,电子商务服务器800会进行步骤801:接受查看要求。
在电子装置700c传送罐装西红柿肉酱的商品网页A的查看要求给电子商务服务器800后,电子商务服务器800会接受商品网页A的查看要求。由于商 品网页A具有宗教规范列表C,其必须列出商品具有的宗教规范保证,因此电子商务服务器800必须再传送一查询要求至宗教规范保证系统1,向宗教规范保证系统1查询罐装西红柿肉酱是否符合任何宗教规范。
接着,电子商务服务器800会进行步骤802:传送一查询要求,以查询商品是否符合宗教规范。
由于电子商务服务器800必须向宗教规范保证系统1查询罐装西红柿肉酱符合哪些宗教规范保证D,因此电子商务服务器800会向宗教规范保证系统1传送罐装西红柿肉酱的商品是否符合任何宗教规范的查询要求。
当电子商务服务器800向宗教规范保证系统1传送查询要求后,宗教规范保证系统1会执行步骤111:接收查询要求。
宗教规范保证系统1的服务器沟通模块40会接收电子商务服务器800传送的查询要求,且服务器沟通模块40会将查询要求传送给数据库92。
接着,宗教规范保证系统1会执行步骤112:检索商品的宗教规范保证。
数据库92接收查询要求后,数据库92会检索罐装西红柿肉酱是否符合任何宗教规范。如图8所示,数据库92已经建立并储存罐装西红柿肉酱的伊斯兰教的宗教规范保证,因此数据库92可检索到罐装西红柿肉酱符合伊斯兰教的宗教规范的宗教规范保证。
接着,宗教规范保证系统1会执行步骤113:产生一判断结果。
数据库92会根据检索到的该宗教规范保证而判断罐装西红柿肉酱符合伊斯兰教的宗教规范,而产生”罐装西红柿肉酱符合伊斯兰教的宗教规范”的判断结果。
接着,宗教规范保证系统1会执行步骤114:传送判断结果。
产生”罐装西红柿肉酱符合伊斯兰教的宗教规范”的判断结果之后,服务器沟通模块40会将该判断结果回传给电子商务服务器800。
接着,电子商务服务器800会执行步骤803:接收判断结果,并根据判断结果而更新一宗教规范列表。
电子商务服务器800接收到服务器沟通模块40传送的”罐装西红柿肉酱符合伊斯兰教的宗教规范”的判断结果后,购物模块810会根据该判断结果,而更新商品网页A的宗教规范列表C,并列出罐装西红柿肉酱的商品符合的伊斯兰的宗教规范保证D以及评价D1(如图4所示)。
接着,电子商务服务器800会执行步骤804:传送宗教规范列表。
电子商务服务器800会将具有更新后的宗教规范列表C之商品网页A传送给电子装置700c,以便在电子装置700c之屏幕上显示更新后的宗教规范列表C之商品网页A。
最后,电子装置700c会执行步骤732:接收宗教规范列表。
电子装置700c会接收电子商务服务器800传送的更新后的宗教规范列表C的商品网页A,并在电子装置700c的屏幕上显示更新后的宗教规范列表C的商品网页A,如此一来,一般消费者可藉由观看商品网页A的宗教规范列表C所列出的宗教规范保证D以及评价D1,而了解罐装西红柿肉酱符合伊斯兰的宗教规范以及符合的程度。
以下请一并参考图9至图13关于本发明的第二实施例的宗教规范保证系统。第二实施例与第一实施例的差别在于,第二实施例的商品是L旅游公司所提供的旅游类商品,例如一度假旅馆的房间,且第二实施例的宗教规范、商品网页A’的商品介绍B’和宗教规范列表C’皆会做相对应的变更。
如图1和图2所示,在第二实施例中,首先,宗教规范提供者可以先藉由电子装置700而执行步骤701:传送宗教规范。
在本发明的第二实施例中,宗教规范提供者(清真寺的工作人员)可运用电子装置700电性连接至宗教规范保证系统1,并传送伊斯兰教的宗教规范所规定的居住环境及旅游服务的规范资料,例如旅游业服务人员需接受清真规范教育训练,服务人员在服务的工作时间禁止接触酒类物品;房间内要有指向麦加的箭头、饭店内需设置祈祷室、祷告台、符合清真规范的盥洗室;饭店环境不可有色情图片、委靡音乐;饭店内的餐具不可接触伊斯兰教法禁止的物品。工作人员也会运用电子装置700一并传送宗教规范提供者的名称(例如为清真寺)。
接着,宗教规范保证系统1会执行步骤101:接收宗教规范。
宗教规范保证系统1的宗教规范沟通模块10,会接收电子装置700传来的伊斯兰教的宗教规范所规定的居住环境及旅游服务的规范数据,和宗教规范提供者的名称。
接着,宗教规范保证系统1会执行步骤102:将宗教规范储存于数据库。
宗教规范沟通模块10会将接收到的伊斯兰教的宗教规范、宗教规范提供者的名称传送给数据库90,而数据库90会整理并储存该些数据(如图10)。如此 一来,宗教规范保证系统1的数据库90中,便建立了伊斯兰教的宗教规范,其可作为检验旅游商品是否符合伊斯兰教的规范的标准。
在宗教规范保证系统1建立了伊斯兰教的宗教规范之后,若是商品供货商想利用宗教规范保证系统1而证实自己的商品符合伊斯兰教的宗教规范时,商品供货商可以运用电子装置700a而执行步骤711:传送贩卖的商品的一商品数据。
电子装置700a会传送度假旅馆的房间的商品数据给宗教规范保证系统1。本发明的商品数据包括:商品名称为度假旅馆;供货商为L旅游;度假旅馆的商品应可符合的宗教规范为伊斯兰教;部分服务人员并未接受清真规范教育训练,服务人员在服务的工作期间没有接触酒类物品;房间内有指向麦加的箭头、饭店内有设置祈祷室、祷告台、符合清真规范的盥洗室;饭店环境没有色情图片、委靡音乐;饭店内的餐具没有接触伊斯兰教法禁止的物品。
接着,宗教规范保证系统1会执行步骤103:接收商品数据。
宗教规范保证系统1的商品数据沟通模块20会接收电子装置700a传来的商品数据,并将商品数据分类为可用计算机自动检验的数据,以及必须通过人工检验的数据。在第二实施例中,商品名称、供货商,并告知该商品应可符合的宗教规范,是属于可用计算机自动检验的数据;其余数据则是属于人工检验的资料。在电子装置700a传来的商品数据中,可用计算机自动检验的数据会被传送给计算机检验件31和数据库91以储存数据,人工检验的数据则会被传送给人工检验数据沟通件32。
接着,宗教规范保证系统1会执行步骤104,由于第二实施例的步骤104和第一实施例一样,故不重复描述其内容。在进行步骤104后,电子装置700b会执行步骤721:接收商品数据。
电子装置700b会接收人工检验数据沟通件32传送的需要人工检验的数据,而检验者会以人工的方式检验需要人工检验的数据。第二实施例的检验者例如为提供伊斯兰宗教规范的清真寺的工作人员,工作人员会以人工的方式,前往L旅游的度假旅馆,实地检视服务人员、房间、饭店环境、饭店餐具是否依照伊斯兰教法规定;并且检验者可将人工检验结果记录至电子装置700b。在第二实施例中,清真寺的工作人员以人工的方式检验需要人工检验的数据后,已确认有一部分服务人员并未接受清真规范教育训练,而其余需要人工检验的数据 皆符合伊斯兰教的规范。
接着,电子装置700b会执行步骤722,且宗教规范保证系统1会接续进行步骤105至106,由于第二实施例的步骤722、105、106和第一实施例一样,故不重复描述其内容。在进行步骤106后,宗教规范保证系统1会进行步骤107:根据商品数据和人工检验数据,检验商品是否符合宗教规范。
计算机检验件31收到可用计算机自动检验的商品数据之后,会用计算机自动分析的方式自动检验商品是否符合的宗教规范;数据库91储存的人工检验数据也记载着人工检验的结果。在第二实施例中,可用计算机自动检验的商品数据已确认完全符合伊斯兰教的规范,而在数据库91储存的人工检验数据里,已确认有一部分服务人员并未接受清真规范教育训练,其余需要人工检验的数据皆符合伊斯兰教的规范。因此,则可确定该旅游商品虽然通过检验,但是在服务人员的教育训练方面仍有待改进。根据计算机检验件31对度假旅馆的商品数据的检验,以及数据库91储存的人工检验数据大致符合伊斯兰的宗教规范的结果,评价模块100会评价数据库91所储存的数据,以判断数据库91商品符合宗教规范的程度高低,并对各项数据提出评价分数;在第二实施例中,评价模块100评价数据库91服务人员为部分符合宗教规范,故服务人员的分数为4分,其余各项资料皆为完全符合宗教规范,故皆为5分。
接着,宗教规范保证系统1会进行步骤109:将宗教规范保证储存于数据库。
检验模块30产生了宗教规范保证之后,会将宗教规范保证传送给数据库92(如图13所示),以便数据库92储存宗教规范保证。另外,评价模块100会整合数据库91的各项数据的评价分数,在数据库92产生并储存一总评价分数;在第二实施例中,评价模块100整合数据库91的各项数据的评价分数,并在数据库92产生并储存一总评价分数为4分,其代表本商品虽符合宗教规范,但仍有少许瑕疵。
如图1和图3所示,在宗教规范保证系统1对商品建立宗教规范保证之后,若是一般消费者需要查看电子商务服务器800所贩卖的商品是否符合自己所信仰的宗教规范,则消费者可以运用电子装置700c执行步骤731:传送一查看要求,以查看商品是否符合宗教规范。
在本发明的第二实施例中,消费者可以用电子装置700c电性连接至电子商 务服务器800,并传送度假旅馆的商品网页A’的查看要求给电子商务服务器800。
接着,电子商务服务器800会进行步骤801:接受查看要求。
在电子装置700c传送度假旅馆的商品网页A’的查看要求给电子商务服务器800后,电子商务服务器800会接受商品网页A’的查看要求。由于商品网页A’具有宗教规范列表C’,其必须列出商品具有的宗教规范保证,因此电子商务服务器800必须再传送一查询要求至宗教规范保证系统1,向宗教规范保证系统1查询度假旅馆是否符合任何宗教规范。
接着,电子商务服务器800会进行步骤802:传送一查询要求,以查询商品是否符合宗教规范。
由于电子商务服务器800必须向宗教规范保证系统1查询度假旅馆符合哪些宗教规范保证D’,因此电子商务服务器800会向宗教规范保证系统1传送度假旅馆的商品是否符合任何宗教规范的查询要求。
接着,宗教规范保证系统1会执行步骤111,由于第二实施例的步骤111和第一实施例一样,故不重复描述其内容。在进行步骤111后,宗教规范保证系统1会执行步骤112:检索商品的宗教规范保证。
数据库92接收查询要求后,数据库92会检索罐装西红柿肉酱是否符合任何宗教规范。如图13所示,数据库92已经建立并储存度假旅馆的伊斯兰教的宗教规范保证,因此数据库92可检索到度假旅馆符合伊斯兰教的宗教规范的宗教规范保证。
接着,宗教规范保证系统1会执行步骤113:产生一判断结果。
数据库92会根据检索到的该宗教规范保证而判断度假旅馆符合伊斯兰教的宗教规范,而产生”度假旅馆符合伊斯兰教的宗教规范”的判断结果。
接着,宗教规范保证系统1会执行步骤114:传送判断结果。
产生”度假旅馆符合伊斯兰教的宗教规范”的判断结果之后,服务器沟通模块40会将该判断结果回传给电子商务服务器800。
接着,电子商务服务器800会执行步骤803:接收判断结果,并根据判断结果而更新一宗教规范列表。
电子商务服务器800接收到服务器沟通模块40传送的”度假旅馆符合伊斯兰教的宗教规范”的判断结果后,购物模块810会根据该判断结果,而更新商 品网页A’的宗教规范列表C’,并列出度假旅馆的商品符合的伊斯兰的宗教规范保证D’以及评价D1’(如图9所示)。
接着,电子商务服务器800会执行步骤804:传送宗教规范列表。
电子商务服务器800会将具有更新后的宗教规范列表C’的商品网页A’传送给电子装置700c,以便在电子装置700c的屏幕上显示更新后的宗教规范列表C’的商品网页A’。
最后,电子装置700c会执行步骤732:接收宗教规范列表。
电子装置700c会接收电子商务服务器800传送的更新后的宗教规范列表C’的商品网页A’,并在电子装置700c的屏幕上显示更新后的宗教规范列表C’的商品网页A’,如此一来,一般消费者可藉由观看商品网页A’的宗教规范列表C’所列出的宗教规范保证D’以及评价D1’,而了解度假旅馆符合伊斯兰的宗教规范以及符合的程度。
藉由本发明的宗教规范保证系统1,可以对商品建立宗教规范保证,并在消费者提出商品是否符合宗教规范查询时,宗教规范保证系统1可以显示出该商品是否符合宗教规范,以方便据有特定宗教信仰的使用者了解该商品是否符合自身信仰的宗教规范,而放心得购买该商品。
需注意的是,上述仅为实施例,而非限制于实施例。譬如此不脱离本发明基本架构者,皆应为本专利所主张的权利范围,而应以专利申请范围为准。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种宗教规范保证系统,其特征在于,电性连接一电子商务服务器,该宗教规范保证系统用以显示该电子商务服务器贩卖的一商品是否符合一宗教规范,该宗教规范保证系统包括:
    一宗教规范沟通模块,用以接收该宗教规范;
    一商品数据沟通模块,用以接收该商品的一商品数据;
    一检验模块,用以检验该商品是否符合该宗教规范,并根据检验结果而产生一宗教规范保证;
    一服务器沟通模块,电性连接该电子商务服务器;以及
    一数据库,电性连接该宗教规范沟通模块、该商品数据沟通模块、该检验模块和该服务器沟通模块,该数据库储存该宗教规范沟通模块接收的该宗教规范、该商品数据沟通模块接收的该商品的该商品数据和该检验模块产生的该宗教规范保证。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的宗教规范保证系统,其特征在于,当该服务器沟通模块接收到该商品是否符合该宗教规范的一查询要求时,该数据库检索该商品的该宗教规范保证,并根据该宗教规范保证而回报该商品是否符合该宗教规范。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的宗教规范保证系统,其特征在于,当一电子装置电性连接该电子商务服务器,以查看该商品是否符合该宗教规范时,该电子商务服务器会传送该商品是否符合该宗教规范的该查询要求给该宗教规范保证系统。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的宗教规范保证系统,其特征在于,当该数据库检索该商品的该宗教规范保证,并根据该宗教规范保证而判断该商品是否符合该宗教规范后,会产生一判断结果;其中当产生该判断结果之后,该服务器沟通模块将该判断结果回传给该电子商务服务器。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的宗教规范保证系统,其特征在于,该检验模块更包括一计算机检验件和一人工检验数据沟通件,该计算机检验件和该人工检验数据沟通件电性连接该数据库;该计算机检验件用以通过计算机自动检验的方式,检验该商品数据是否符合该宗教规范;该人工检验数据沟通件用以接收一人工检验数据。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的宗教规范保证系统,其特征在于,包括一人才数据管理模块,该人才数据管理模块电性连接该数据库,该人才数据管理模块用以管理该数据库。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的宗教规范保证系统,其特征在于,更包括一语言转换模块,该语言转换模块电性连接该数据库,该语言转换模块用以翻译该数据库所储存的数据。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的宗教规范保证系统,其特征在于,更包括一系统管理模块,该系统管理模块电性连接该数据库,该系统管理模块用以管理该数据库。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的宗教规范保证系统,其特征在于,更包括一统计分析模块,该统计分析模块电性连接该数据库,该统计分析模块用以统计或分析该数据库所储存的数据。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的宗教规范保证系统,其特征在于,更包括一评价模块,该评价模块电性连接该数据库,该评价模块用以评价该数据库所储存的数据。
  11. 一种宗教规范保证方法,其特征在于,应用于一宗教规范保证系统,以显示一电子商务服务器贩卖的一一商品是否符合一宗教规范,该宗教规范保证系统包括一宗教规范沟通模块、一商品数据沟通模块、一检验模块、一服务器沟通模块和一数据库,该服务器沟通模块电性连接该电子商务服务器,该数据库电性连接该宗教规范沟通模块、该商品数据沟通模块、该检验模块和该服务器沟通模块,该宗教规范保证方法包括:
    藉由该宗教规范沟通模块,接收一宗教规范;
    将该宗教规范储存于该数据库;
    藉由该商品数据沟通模块,接收该商品的一商品数据;
    将该商品的该商品数据储存于该数据库;
    藉由该检验模块,检验该商品是否符合该宗教规范,并根据检验结果而产生一宗教规范保证;以及
    将该宗教规范保证储存于该数据库。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的宗教规范保证方法,其特征在于,更包括:

  13. 如权利要求12所述的宗教规范保证方法,其特征在于,当一电子装置电性连接该电子商务服务器,以查看该商品是否符合该宗教规范时,该电子商务服务器会传送该商品是否符合该宗教规范的该查询要求给该宗教规范保证系统。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的宗教规范保证方法,其特征在于,根据该宗教规范保证,回报该商品是否符合该宗教规范的步骤更包括:
    产生一判断结果;以及
    藉由该服务器沟通模块,将该判断结果回传给该电子商务服务器。
  15. 如权利要求11所述的宗教规范保证方法,其特征在于,该检验模块更包括一计算机检验件和一人工检验数据沟通件,该计算机检验件和该人工检验数据沟通件电性连接该数据库;该计算机检验件用以通过计算机自动检验的方式,检验该商品数据是否符合该宗教规范;该人工检验数据沟通件用以接收一人工检验数据。
  16. 如权利要求11所述的宗教规范保证方法,其特征在于,该宗教规范保证系统更包括一人才数据管理模块,该人才数据管理模块电性连接该数据库,该人才数据管理模块用以管理该数据库。
  17. 如权利要求11所述的宗教规范保证方法,其特征在于,该宗教规范保证系统更包括一语言转换模块,该语言转换模块电性连接该数据库,该语言转换模块用以翻译该数据库所储存的数据。
  18. 如权利要求11所述的宗教规范保证方法,其特征在于,该宗教规范保证系统更包括一系统管理模块,该系统管理模块电性连接该数据库,该系统管理模块用以管理该数据库。
  19. 如权利要求11所述的宗教规范保证方法,其特征在于,该宗教规范保证系统更包括一统计分析模块,该统计分析模块电性连接该数据库,该统计分析模块用以统计或分析该数据库所储存的数据。
  20. 如权利要求11所述的宗教规范保证方法,其特征在于,该宗教规范保证系统更包括一评价模块,该评价模块电性连接该数据库,该评价模块用以评价该数据库所储存的数据。
