一种新型可控多路黄油嘴结构 技术领域
本发明属于制造技术领域,具体涉及一种新型可控多路黄油嘴结构。
背景技术
黄油嘴即压注油杯,是机械润滑的一种最简单的方式。黄油嘴是黄油枪和机械设备之间起到连接作用的。黄油枪首先要连接软管或者硬管,管子上面再连接平咀,平咀要连接黄油嘴,黄油嘴的另一头是螺纹,是拧在机械设备上的。完全采用人工操作,劳动强度大;容易断裂造成对操作工人的伤害,不能适应不同的设备规格,需更换操作手柄;操作时容易漏气,效率低。
发明内容
本发明克服现有技术的不足,提出了一种新型可控多路黄油嘴结构,所述结构设计精湛,工艺独特,加工精细,节能降噪,安全环保,易于操控,降低劳动强度。
本发明的技术方案为:一种新型可控多路黄油嘴结构,包括圆形空腔、上部连接结构和纵向连接结构,所述圆形空腔位于上部连接结构和纵向连接结构的中间,所述上部连接结构和纵向连接结构的内部设有空腔,圆形空腔,两个两个上部连接结构和两个纵向连接结构为一体式结构,上部连接结构位于上方,所述纵向连接结构呈纵向状态,所述上部连接结构和纵向连接结构沿各自的轴向呈锐角,角度范围为小于90度且大于0度,在上部连接结构的末端设有密封口,在圆形空腔的外部设有可调开关。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明构思巧妙,设计精湛,工艺独特,加工精细,节能降噪,安全环保,易于操控,快速高效能实现自动控制,大大提高自动化操作,降低劳动强度。
