Description

SHOELACE APPARATUS
Technical Field
The invention relates to a locked shoe lacing apparatus which is connected to an elastic/ semi-elastic shoelace, which allows shoelaces to be tied together without having the shoelaces dangled excessively and knot of the shoelaces with each other.
BACKGROUND
As is known, shoe laces are usually knotted in the shape of a butterfly. In this way, the knot can be untied for several times by itself in a day , and it can cause shoelace being swung to the right or left while walking or the lace may even get stuck under the shoe which will lead to the falling of the user. Besides this, tying laces takes time and requires effort.
In the recognized state of the technique, easy untying of the laces is prevented as well as several shoelace apparatus have been created to facilitate lacing. In the existing model, the laces are fixed with a clamp with a plastic adjustable lock that is passed over the laces. In this model, the tips of the laces remain outside and it does not appeal to the eye in aesthetic sense.
2016/01471 numbered utility model application it is a shoelace apparatus which allows shoe to be easily worn/ put on and taken out, its feature is as follows; while putting on/ taking off the shoe, there is a magnet which allows the connection between the left part and right part and it contains a hole in which the shoelaces are positioned when adjusting the shoelaces.
It is related to a connecting element of the 2015/05001 numbered shoelaces, which is fixed to at least one of the lacing tip s which allows the lace tip s to be combined with each other. The said connection element preferably comprises a groove part connected to the said lace tip; formed on the said groove part, groove part lace slot in l which the tip of the lace is positioned; to provide connection of the said lace tip s which are connected other lace tip, one jack part connected to the said groove part; contains a groove part lace slot in which the said other lace tip is positioned when being formed on the said jack part.
The 2015/05001 numbered invention mentioned in the recognized technique, was created to prevent the deformation, contact with the dirty ground, crawling of the tip s on the ground by connecting the loose tip s with each other through the connection elements after tying the shoelaces. The said invention contains a jack connection lug and a groove part mounting slot which can be connected/ disconnected easily with each other through the use of magnets. In the said invention, the jack part connection lug outstretching towards outside and integrates into the mounting slot which is structured on the lateral surface of the groove part mounting slot, then these get fixed with each other through the magnets.
In the recognized technique, although the laces are knotted in the form of butterfly and then the tip s are connected to each other by a magnet; the shoelaces are untied easily because the shoelaces are tied with a knot. In short, the said invention does not prevent the laces from being untied but only prevents the contact of long shoelace tips with the ground. However, to reconnect the loosened/ untied laces, the tips of the magnet should be separated and reconnected after the laces are tied.
The models mentioned in the recognized technique do not have an integrated aesthetic appearance which can easily be tied without knotting and fixed without leaving the shoelaces hanging. Therefore, there is no shoelace apparatus on which the deisred outcomes are achieved as a single model.
The shoelace apparatus which is the subject of the invention is in a structure in which the parts of the apparatus are connected by getting locked with each other without necessarily knotting the shoelace tips in order to overcome the aforesaid problems of the recognized technique. Shoelace apparatus is locked through the intertwining of jack-grooce tips which are connected to both tips of the shoelace.
The shoelace tips will be locked through the shoelace apparatus which is the subject of the invention; hence it will not open spontaneously until the user opens it. Thus, the lace will not be opened spontaneously which will prevent walking and problems such as swinging under / to the left/ to the right of the shoe will be solved.
Description of the Invention
The purpose of the invention is as follows; a shoelace apparatus which allows the locking of the lace tips with each other without getting knotted.
Another purpose of the invention is as follows; acquiring a shoelace apparatus on which the shoelace tips are intertwined with each other in a manner that they would not swing over the shoe.
In line with the above specified purposes of the invention; another purpose of the invention is to acquiring a lace apparatus on which the laces in sufficient length are intertwined from their ends by utilizing the elasticity of the elastic/ semi-elastic lace,.

Shoelace apparatus which is the subject of the invention, is in a structure that allows the connection of lace (1 )tips by getting locked to each other without necessarily being knotted. The intertwine of the jack connection element (2) which is connected to one tip of the shoelace (1 ) and the groove connection element (3) which is connected to the other tip fixes the shoe by getting locked at determined compactness.
The shoelace (1 ) is elastic (rubber thread) or semi-elastic in the preferred embodiment of the invention. The lace (1 ) may be preferred to be fully elastic or partially elastic (some of the yarn is a rubber yarn) or entirely thread lace.
In one embodiment of the invention, the lace (1 ) is designed to be completely elastic and, in a different embodiment, made entirely of elastic material. It will be elastic or partially elastic, thus it provides ergonomic convenience and comfort to the user. In the invention, the construction of the lace (1 ) is elastic, providing usefulness in connecting the ends by forming a flexure.
The shoelace apparatus which will be structured on the tip part of the shoelace (1 ) will be designed in different figures and models and it will be able to provide a stylish visualization for the shoe as well. With its design, it will bring the shoe to the foreground compared to the shoes which use the other existing lace models. Detailed Description of the Invention
The Invention, as can be seen in Figure l and figure 2;relates to a shoelace apparatus on which the elastic/ semi-elastic shoelace (1 ) is connected to one tip; contains a jack connection element (2) with a connection lug (2.1 ) as well as lug slot
(3.1 ) in which the said connection lug (2.1 ) is placed and locked, a groove connection element (3) which is connected to the other tip of the shoelace (1 ).
The said connection lug (2.1 ) is in a structure which is vertically stretching out from the jack connection element (2)as can be seen in Figure 4. The connection lug (2.1 ) consists of one body (2.2) and a head (2.3) which is structured as a ball on the body
(2.2) .
The said grooce connection element (3) has a lug slot (3.1 .) in which the connection lug (2.1 ) will be positioned. The lug slot (3.1 ), as can be seen in Figure 4, a canal (3.2) through which the body (2.2.) will pass and a head slot (3.3) in which the body (2.2) head (2.3)will be placed.
As can be seen in Figure 6, the jack connection element (2) is positioned within the grooce connection element (3). For this purpose, as can be seen in Figure 5,the connection lug (2.1 ) of the jack connection element (2) will be positioned into the lug slot (3.1 ) of the groove connection element and the jack body (2.2) will be positioned within the canal (3.2) and then the head (2.3) is placed into the head slot (3.3.) in the groove connection element (3) by applying force. As a result of the force applied, the connection lug (2.1 ) is placed into the lug slot (3.1 ). As a result of this placement, the head (2.3) will be placed into the head slot (3.3) and locking of the jack connection element (2) into the groove connection element (3) is provided. In the invention, the jack connection element (2) and the groove connection element (3) may be constructed of metal or plastic material.
