Definitions
- the invention relates to the mining industry, in particular to mechanical rotary drilling tools and can be used for drilling wells in the mining, oil and gas industry.
- Known blade bit consisting of a housing with a system of channels for supplying washing fluid to the bottom of a well and discharging it into the annular space, blades reinforced with rock-breaking elements, in auxiliary supply channels connected to the main supply channel and located between the blades, hydraulic jet pumps are mounted, and the main inlet channel is isolated from the suction channel by an interchannel jumper and in it is a flow divider rigidly connected to the interchannel jumper, while the suction channel is connected with ejection and auxiliary discharge channels.
- a disadvantage of the known blade bits is the alternation of the working and idle cycles of the tooth (cyclical discontinuity of the drilling process); the variability of the thickness of the cut layer in each tooth of the cutter, as well as the variability of the number of teeth in operation, which causes a variable value of forces, moments and power required for chip formation, and complicates the milling process.
- the blade bit shifts the cut layer of soil not upward, but in the direction of the drilling speed, which creates conditions for the cut layer to stick to the teeth of the bit.
- auger drill (RF patent for PM J k? 120995), consisting of a body with flanges, connecting nipple, rock-cutting incisors mounted on the flanges, and the pilot bit, on the rear edges of the incisors there are hinges in which limiters of mechanical speed of drilling are movably installed, the free ends of which are rigidly connected to spring elements, and the opposite ends of spring elements are rigidly connected to ribs.
- the objective of the invention is to design a drilling tool drill bit (hereinafter the Federation Council), providing in the drilling process continuous contact of the cutting edge of the Federation Council with the ground, reducing friction, as well as increasing the resistance of the Federation Council and improving the drilling process.
- the Federation Council a drilling tool drill bit
- FIG. 1 is a schematic representation of a combined drilling tool a drill cutter, which comprises:
- Combined boring tool drill cutter includes a housing 1 (Fig. 1), mounted on it through the ring 3 parallel located cutting elements 2 in the form of discs with cutting edges 7, 8 (Fig. 1, the I).
- the cutting elements 2, 10 for soft soils are made of high-speed steels.
- the tool case of the Federation Council is provided with a tip in the form of a drill 10 (Fig. 1, section A-A).
- a tip in the form of a drill 10 (Fig. 1, section A-A).
- coolant coolant
- the central coolant supply is carried out by the hole 5.
- the liquid carries the drilled soil.
- grooves are provided for the passage of cut soil 10 in the cutting disks 2. !
- Combined drilling tool SF works as follows.
- SF (Fig. 1) are driven by the engine.
- the tip of the drill 10 cuts into the ground.
- the cutting edge 7 of the cutting element of the Federation Council in contact with the cutting layer of soil, enters it at point A (Fig. 2, a), easily shifts it in the direction tangent to the course of the drill h, to point O, leads the shifted layer from the working zone to as loose soil.
- the cutting edge comes out of contact with the cutting layer of soil, cutting and leveling the treated surface to C, and from this point smoothly enters the work, continuing the continuous path.
- the width of the cutting layer should not exceed the height of the amplitude h of the sinusoidal spiral (Fig. 2, a), taking into account the thickness of the cutting element (Fig. 1, the offset I).
- Curve I consists of from the arc A0 "for the first half of the turnover of the Federation Council and the OS for the second half of the revolution.
- Curve II is similar to curve I with the arcs A 0 / and O / C /.
- the performance of the cutting element in the form of a disk ensures the continuity of the tool, eliminates vibration, which allows to significantly improve the quality indicators of drilling, reducing deviations from the vertical and uniformity of the wall.
- the application of the proposed technical solution will allow to increase the service life of the tool, its performance and reduce the energy intensity of the drilling process.
