Abstract
A helmet (1) comprising a three-dimensional film (2), realized in transparent silicone or other similar material, which can be elastically adaptable in a way to cover at least partially the surface of the helmet (1); the film (2) includes, in correspondence with a central and upper portion of the helmet (1), a photovoltaic film (10) adapted to recharge an electronic system, including circuits and sensors (3), batteries (4) and signal (5), inserted below the film (2) and between the film (2) and the surface of the helmet (1), in a rear part of the aforesaid helmet (1).
Description
HELMET WITH THREE-DIMENSIONAL FILM
Description
The present invention refers to a three-dimensional film in transparent silicone or other similar material, adaptable and elastic to cover almost completely the shell of a helmet; the film includes, in correspondence with a central and upper portion of the helmet, a photovoltaic film able to recharge an electronic system, having circuits and sensors, batteries and signaling LEDs, which can be inserted in the rear part of the three- dimensional film in transparent silicone.
The three-dimensional film made of transparent silicone or other similar material, adaptable and elastic, is realize to adapt to cover completely a helmet with the sole exclusion of the area of the visor and has the purpose of being able to use, on different helmet models, an advanced electronic system in safety including circuits and sensors, batteries and signaling LEDs; likewise, the positioning of a photovoltaic film on the central and upper part of the same three-dimensional film in silicone has the purpose of allowing the recharge of the batteries of the advanced electronic system during the use of the helmet, allowing a lengthening of the time of use of the same system of safety.
Currently there are no similar objects on the market, while on the market there are both photovoltaic films positioned on smartphone and tablet covers for their recharging, and systems for signaling the direction and stop using LEDs on helmets for motorcycles and/or cycles, they are firmly fixed on the helmet, in locations for the purpose predisposed.
The object of the present invention is therefore to obviate the above- mentioned technical problems.
Advantageously, the present invention relates to the use of a three- dimensional transparent film in silicone or other similar material where on the central and upper part a photovoltaic film of last generation is stably
associated and in the rear part, a seat is provided to receive within its internal an advanced safety system, including circuits and sensors, batteries and signaling LEDs, which adapts to the rear spherical surface of the helmet shell and is stably maintained in the seat; in alternative, the advanced safety system, including circuits and sensors, batteries and signaling LEDs, is previously inserted into a containment bag, made of the same material as the transparent three-dimensional film.
Further characteristics and advantages of the helmet provided with a three-dimensional film in silicone associated with the electronic device, according to the present invention, will be more evident from the description of an exemplary but non-limiting embodiment, and from the attached drawings, where:
- figure 1 A shows a perspective side view of the helmet provided with a three-dimensional film in silicone with the photovoltaic film associated in the upper central part and with the electronic circuit with sensors, batteries and signaling LEDs positioned in a rear seat and stably fixed to the helmet by pressure, according to the present invention;
- figure 1 B shows a perspective rear view of the helmet provided with a three-dimensional film in silicone or other similar material with photovoltaic film associated in the central upper part and with the electronic circuit with sensors, batteries and signaling LEDs positioned in a rear seat and held stably fixed to the helmet by pressure, according to the present invention;
- figure 2A shows a perspective side view of the helmet provided with a three-dimensional film in silicone or other similar material with photovoltaic film associated in the central upper part and with the electronic circuit with sensors, batteries and signaling LEDs previously enclosed in a containment bag, positioned in a rear seat and held stably fixed to the helmet by pressure, according to the invention;
- figure 2B represents a perspective rear view of the helmet provided with a three-dimensional film in silicone or other similar material with photovoltaic film associated in the central upper part and with the
electronic circuit with sensors, batteries and signaling LEDs previously enclosed in a containment bag, positioned in a rear seat and kept stably fixed to the helmet by pressure, according to the invention.
With reference to the aforementioned figures, a three-dimensional film in transparent silicone or similar material (2) associated with the photovoltaic film (10) is positioned on the helmet (1 ) thanks to its elasticity.
An advanced electronic safety system, including circuits and sensors (3), batteries (4) and signaling LEDs (5), which can be inserted or at least inside a containment bag (7), is placed between the transparent three- dimensional film (2) and the surface of the helmet (1 ) in a predisposed seat (6) where it remains fixed by the pressure of the three-dimensional film (2) on the upper surface of the helmet (1 ).
The photovoltaic film (10), associated with the three-dimensional film (2), is connected to the batteries (4) via the connector (1 1 ), thus allowing them to be recharged.
The invention thus conceived and illustrated herein is susceptible of numerous modifications and variations, all of which are within the scope of the inventive concept.
Furthermore, all the details may be replaced by other technically equivalent elements.
Finally, the components used, so long as they are compatible with the specific use, as well as the dimensions, may be any according to requirements and to the state of the art.
Where the characteristics and techniques mentioned in any claim are followed by reference marks, such reference marks have been attached for the sole purpose of increasing the intelligibility of the claims and, consequently, these reference marks have no limiting effect on the claims, interpretation of each element identified by way of example from these reference marks.
