步骤S201,获取用户使用数据,其中,所述用户使用数据至少包括用户使用共享物品之后的放置地点信息。
在实际应用中,用户每次使用共享物品,均会生成用户使用数据。在本说明书实施例中,所述的用户使用数据可以通过实时接受获得(例如,通过业务方的业务服务器实时接收用户使用数据,并转发至评估设备),也可以是预先已经得到的用户历史数据。所述的用户使用数据记录该用户的使用情况,即每条使用记录中通常会包括该用户的ID、本次开始使用的时间和地点、本次使用结束的时间和地点等等。使用结束的地点即被认为是该用户使用共享物品之后的放置地点。
步骤S203,确定多个投放地点及各投放地点的评分。
如前述内容,在实际应用中,共享物品管理方通常可指定多个固定地点作为投放地点,用于投放共享物品,每个地点附近一定范围内的区域被认定为同 一投放地点。
例如,指定以某地铁出口为圆心,半径50米的圆内的区域为同一投放地点。
作为本说明书实施例中的一种方式,所述的评分可以根据经验直接给定,例如,直接指定某地铁口评分为10分,某商场出口为8分,某公园附近为2分等等。
作为本说明书实施例中的另一种方式,也可以通过数据统计,采用某种算法或者模型,确定指定投放地点的评分,具体实施方式将在后文详述。
步骤S205,针对任一用户,根据已确定的部分或者全部投放地点的评分和该用户的放置地点信息,对该用户进行评估。
如前所述,放置地点可为所述多个投放地点的子集或与投放地点相关,从而每个放置地点均可计算各自对应的评分,进而针对每一个用户,均可获取其对于共享物品的多次放置地点对应的评分,进行求和、求均值等多种方式对用户进行评分,以对该用户进行评级、判断优劣等等评估操作。在这个过程中,针对一个用户而言,可能只需要使用部分投放地点的评分,但对于大量的用户而言,每个投放地点的评分都会被采用。
本说明书的实施例中,通过确定各投放地点及其评分。结合包含放置地点信息的用户使用数据,实现针对用户进行评估。从而共享物品的管理方更了解自己的用户,有利于共享物品的管理方根据评估结果进一步开展营销业务和管理业务。
在本说明书的一种实施例中,所述步骤S203中,确定各投放地点的评分,可采用如下实现方式,如图3所示:
步骤S301,获取所述多个投放地点上共享物品的特征分布。
如前述,共享物品的特征分布可包括该共享物品的损坏比例/概率、乱停比例/概率、丢失比例/概率、二次使用比例/概率等等。可以通过线下采集和线上采集两个部分来实现,具体方式将在后文详述。
步骤S303,根据所述特征分布,确定所述多个投放地点的评分。
由于得到的特征分布通常有多个,且通常是比例或者概率的形式,在实际应用中,可以对特征分布进行归一化,以使其更适宜操作,也更能直观的显示出对于某个特征分布而言,该投放地点在整体中的相对位置,如图4所示。
例如,现已确定对于某共享单车的损坏比例,在投放地点A为10%,在地点B为20%,在地点C为40%,在地点D为50%,在地点E为60%,对前述的损坏比例进行归一化,则对于损坏比例这个特征分布而言,地点A至地点E各自对应的值分别为:0、0.2、0.6、0.8、1。还可以对所述的归一化值进行比例放大或者缩小生成评分,更为直观的显示出各地点的损坏情况在整体中的相对位置。
进而,可对于每一种特征分布都进行归一化,并设置每种特征分布的权重,对前述的多个归一化值进行诸如加权求和、加权平均等计算方式,对所述的多个地点进行评分。
在上述方案中,通过共享物品的特征分布进行评分,从而对于投放地点的评分更符合实际情况,并且可以随时根据特征分布的变化及时进行修正。
在本说明书的另一种实施例中,所述步骤S301,获取所述多个投放地点上共享物品的特征分布,可以包括如下两种实现形式:
其一,通过线下采集的方式,包括获取包含所述多个投放地点的共享物品的特征数据,根据部分或者全部所述特征数据,统计所述多个地点上共享物品的特征分布,其中,所述特征数据至少包括共享物品的损坏状态。
该方式通常可以获取各投放地点上共享物品的损坏比例或乱停放(即,没有停靠在指定投放地点范围内的比例)比例/概率等
其二,通过线上采集的方式,可根据用户使用数据,确定同一地点上,同一用户连续使用不同共享物品的时间间隔或同一共享物品被连续使用的时间间隔,根据所述时间间隔,获取所述多个地点上共享物品的特征分布。
在同一投放地点上,统计同一用户连续使用不同共享物品的时间间隔,可 获取该投放地点上共享物品不可用的比例/概率;统计同一共享物品被连续使用的时间间隔,可获取该投放地点上物品丢失的比例/概率;统计在同一投放点上不同时间段的共享物品的数量以及该地点附近的人流量,可获取该投放地点上物品被二次使用的比例/概率。其中,所述的连续使用指在时间顺序上依次发生的两次使用。
需要说明的是,在前述确定丢失比例/概率时,对于没有定位模块(例如GPS模块)的共享物品而言,可通收集用户的使用记录来确定。当然,对于有定位模块的共享物品而言,除采用用户使用记录来统计之外,还可以直接利用定位模块进行定位以确定丢失的比例。
通过不同的方式采集数据,获得多种不同的共享物品的特征分布,从多个方面反映同一投放地点上共享物品的使用情况,为后续的根据特征分布进行评分提供了更全面的参数支持。
作为本说明书实施例的一种可实施方案,所述步骤S205,针对任一用户,根据已确定的部分或者全部投放地点的评分和该用户的放置地点信息,对该用户进行评估,具体的说,可包括如下实施方式:
步骤S501,针对任一用户,根据已确定的部分或者全部投放地点的评分,确定该用户各放置地点的评分。
容易理解,当所述放置地点是所述多个投放地点的子集时,可直接确定所述放置地点的评分。
当所述放置地点只与确定的投放地点有相关性,而不属于已确定的多个地点时,可以采用某些算法来确定其评分。例如,以距离该放置地点最近的三个投放地点的平均分作为该放置地点的评分。即,对于某一个用户而言,可能只需要部分投放地点的评分即可确定该用户的各放置地点的评分。
步骤S503,根据各放置地点的评分和用户的使用次数,生成该用户的评估结果。
所述的评估结果可反映用户的风险程度,对于经常把车停在在损坏比例 高、丢失可能性高、二次使用率低的地方的用户,其风险等级比经常把车停放在有序区域且容易二次使用的地方的用户高。至于用户评分和风险等级是正相关还是负相关,可根据评分的规则进行调整,此处不做具体限定。
评估结果可有多种表现形式,以评分为例,可以采用各地点评分之和/总次数来确定某用户的评分。例如,现已确定某用户使用次数有10次,对应有4个放置地点,分别为3次地点A,2次地点B、2次地点C以及3次地点D,各放置地点对应的评分分别为4、6、8、10(该评分根据各地点的物品的损坏比例得到,损坏比例越高的评分越高)。则该用户评分=(3*4+2*6+2*8+3*10)/10=7。
在实际应用中,还可以根据评分进行分级、判断优劣等等。续前例,若有用户a至用户e,其用户评分分别为4、5、7、9、10,则可以认为用户a每次都是把物品放置在损坏比例低的地点A,属于优质用户,用户e每次都把物品放置在损坏比例高的地点D,属于劣质用户。
作为本说明书实施例的一种可实施方案,在获取了评估结果后,前述的方法还可包括:根据所述评估结果,向用户提供指定业务服务。所述的指定业务服务可包括消息推送、对用户进行补贴、对用户进行奖励/惩罚、限制用户的部分或全部应用功能等等。所述的补贴方式可包括实际金额补贴(例如:抽奖、立减、打折、返佣、红包等等)或虚拟权益发放(例如,里程奖励、使用次数奖励、等级奖励、信用分奖励等等)。
对于所述的评估结果,存在如下应用方式:对满足一定条件(如评分满足一定条件、或者判定结果属于优质用户)的用户,在完成一次使用后,对其进行补贴;或者,对满足一定条件的用户,直接进行补贴。在采用本说明书的方案确定用户的评估结果之后,根据各用户评估结果的不同,给予不同程度的补贴。对于优质用户,给予较高额度的补贴,从而带来更多的使用次数;对于劣质用户给予较低额度的补贴甚至不给补贴,从而可激励优质用户进行多次使用。即,激励用户将共享物品放至损坏、丢失比例低的投放地点,缓解乱停放、 损坏和丢失的可能程度,降低运营成本。
基于同样的思路,本发明还提供一种针对使用共享物品的用户评估装置,如图6所示,所述装置包括:
获取模块601,获取用户使用数据,其中,所述用户使用数据包括用户使用共享物品之后的放置地点信息;
确定模块603,确定共享物品的多个投放地点及各投放地点的评分;
评估模块605,针对任一用户,根据已确定部分或全部投放地点的评分和该用户的放置地点信息,对该用户进行评估。
进一步地,所述获取模块601,获取所述多个投放地点上共享物品的特征分布,所述确定模块,根据所述特征分布,确定所述各投放地点的评分。
进一步地,所述获取模块601,获取包含所述多个投放地点的共享物品的特征数据,根据部分或者全部所述特征数据,统计获取所述多个地点上共享物品的特征分布,其中,所述特征数据至少包括共享物品的损坏状态。
进一步地,所述获取模块601,获取所述多个投放地点上,同一用户连续使用不同共享物品的时间间隔或者同一共享物品被连续使用的时间间隔,根据所述时间间隔,获取所述多个投放地点上共享物品的特征分布。
进一步地,所述评估模块605,针对任一用户,根据已确定的部分或全部投放地点的评分,确定该用户各放置地点的评分,根据各放置地点的评分和用户的使用次数,生成该用户的评估结果。
进一步地,所述装置还包括营销模块607,所述营销模块607,根据所述评估结果,向用户提供指定业务服务。
对应的,本申请实施例还提供一种针对使用共享物品的用户评估设备,所述设备包括:
存储器,存储共享物品的用户评估程序;
处理器,调用存储器中存储的共享物品的用户评估程序,并执行:
获取用户使用数据,其中,所述使用记录包括用户使用共享物品之后的放置地点信息;
确定共享物品的多个投放地点及各投放地点评分;
针对任一用户,根据已确定的部分或者全部投放地点的评分和该用户的放置地点信息,对该用户进行评估。
基于同样的发明思路,本申请实施例还提供了对应的一种非易失性计算机存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令设置为:
获取用户使用数据,其中,所述使用记录包括用户使用共享物品之后的放置地点信息;
确定共享物品的多个投放地点及各投放地点的评分;
针对任一用户,根据已确定的部分或者全部投放地点的评分和该用户的放置地点信息,对该用户进行评估。
本说明书中的各个实施例均采用递进的方式描述,各个实施例之间相同相似的部分互相参见即可,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处。尤其,对于装置、设备和介质类实施例而言,由于其基本相似于方法实施例,所以描述的比较简单,相关之处参见方法实施例的部分说明即可,这里就不再一一赘述。
上述对本说明书特定实施例进行了描述。其它实施例在所附权利要求书的范围内。在一些情况下,在权利要求书中记载的动作或步骤或模块可以按照不同于实施例中的顺序来执行并且仍然可以实现期望的结果。另外,在附图中描绘的过程不一定要求示出的特定顺序或者连续顺序才能实现期望的结果。在某些实施方式中,多任务处理和并行处理也是可以的或者可能是有利的。
在20世纪90年代,对于一个技术的改进可以很明显地区分是硬件上的改进(例如,对二极管、晶体管、开关等电路结构的改进)还是软件上的改进(对于方法流程的改进)。然而,随着技术的发展,当今的很多方法流程的改进已经可以视为硬件电路结构的直接改进。设计人员几乎都通过将改进的方法流程 编程到硬件电路中来得到相应的硬件电路结构。因此,不能说一个方法流程的改进就不能用硬件实体模块来实现。例如,可编程逻辑器件(Programmable Logic Device,PLD)(例如现场可编程门阵列(Field Programmable Gate Array,FPGA))就是这样一种集成电路,其逻辑功能由用户对器件编程来确定。由设计人员自行编程来把一个数字系统“集成”在一片PLD上,而不需要请芯片制造厂商来设计和制作专用的集成电路芯片。而且,如今,取代手工地制作集成电路芯片,这种编程也多半改用“逻辑编译器(logic compiler)”软件来实现,它与程序开发撰写时所用的软件编译器相类似,而要编译之前的原始代码也得用特定的编程语言来撰写,此称之为硬件描述语言(Hardware Description Language,HDL),而HDL也并非仅有一种,而是有许多种,如ABEL(Advanced Boolean Expression Language)、AHDL(Altera Hardware Description Language)、Confluence、CUPL(Cornell University Programming Language)、HDCal、JHDL(Java Hardware Description Language)、Lava、Lola、MyHDL、PALASM、RHDL(Ruby Hardware Description Language)等,目前最普遍使用的是VHDL(Very-High-Speed Integrated Circuit Hardware Description Language)与Verilog。本领域技术人员也应该清楚,只需要将方法流程用上述几种硬件描述语言稍作逻辑编程并编程到集成电路中,就可以很容易得到实现该逻辑方法流程的硬件电路。
控制器可以按任何适当的方式实现,例如,控制器可以采取例如微处理器或处理器以及存储可由该(微)处理器执行的计算机可读程序代码(例如软件或固件)的计算机可读介质、逻辑门、开关、专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC)、可编程逻辑控制器和嵌入微控制器的形式,控制器的例子包括但不限于以下微控制器:ARC 625D、Atmel AT91SAM、Microchip PIC18F26K20以及Silicone Labs C8051F320,存储器控制器还可以被实现为存储器的控制逻辑的一部分。本领域技术人员也知道,除了以纯计算机可读程序代码方式实现控制器以外,完全可以通过将方法步骤进行逻辑编程来使得控制 器以逻辑门、开关、专用集成电路、可编程逻辑控制器和嵌入微控制器等的形式来实现相同功能。因此这种控制器可以被认为是一种硬件部件,而对其内包括的用于实现各种功能的装置也可以视为硬件部件内的结构。或者甚至,可以将用于实现各种功能的装置视为既可以是实现方法的软件模块又可以是硬件部件内的结构。
上述实施例阐明的系统、装置、模块或单元,具体可以由计算机芯片或实体实现,或者由具有某种功能的产品来实现。一种典型的实现设备为计算机。具体的,计算机例如可以为个人计算机、膝上型计算机、蜂窝电话、相机电话、智能电话、个人数字助理、媒体播放器、导航设备、电子邮件设备、游戏控制台、平板计算机、可穿戴设备或者这些设备中的任何设备的组合。
为了描述的方便,描述以上装置时以功能分为各种单元分别描述。当然,在实施本说明书的实施例时可以把各单元的功能在同一个或多个软件和/或硬件中实现。

在一个典型的配置中,计算设备包括一个或多个处理器(CPU)、输入/输出接口、网络接口和内存。
内存可能包括计算机可读介质中的非永久性存储器,随机存取存储器(RAM)和/或非易失性内存等形式,如只读存储器(ROM)或闪存(flash RAM)。内存是计算机可读介质的示例。

- 一种针对使用共享物品的用户评估方法,包括:获取用户使用数据,其中,所述用户使用数据至少包括用户使用共享物品之后的放置地点信息;确定共享物品的多个投放地点及各投放地点的评分;针对任一用户,根据已确定的部分或全部投放地点的评分和该用户的放置地点信息,对该用户进行评估。
- 如权力要求1所述的方法,确定各投放地点的评分,包括:获取所述多个投放地点上共享物品的特征分布;根据所述特征分布,确定各投放地点的评分;其中,所述特征分布包括:该共享物品的损坏比例或者丢失比例中的至少一种。
- 如权利要求2所述的方法,获取所述多个投放地点上共享物品的特征分布,包括:获取所述多个投放地点的共享物品的特征数据;根据部分或全部所述特征数据,统计所述多个投放地点上共享物品的特征分布;其中,所述特征数据至少包括共享物品的损坏状态。
- 如权利要求2所述的方法,获取所述多个投放地点上共享物品的特征分布,包括:根据用户使用数据,确定同一投放地点上,同一用户连续使用不同共享物品的时间间隔或同一共享物品被连续使用的时间间隔;根据所述时间间隔,获取所述多个地点上共享物品的特征分布。
- 如权力要求1所述的方法,针对任一用户,根据已确定的部分或全部投放地点的评分和该用户的放置地点信息,对该用户进行评估,包括:针对任一用户,根据已确定的部分或全部投放地点的评分,确定该用户对 应的各放置地点的评分;根据各放置地点的评分和用户的使用次数,生成该用户的评估结果。
- 如权利要求5所述的方法,还包括:根据所述评估结果,向用户提供指定业务服务。
- 一种针对使用共享物品的用户评估装置,包括:获取模块,获取用户使用数据,其中,所述用户使用数据至少包括用户使用共享物品之后的放置地点信息;确定模块,确定多个投地点及各投放地点的评分;评估模块,针对任一用户,根据已确定的各投放地点的评分和该用户的放置地点信息,对该用户进行评估。
- 如权力要求7所述的装置,所述获取模块,获取所述多个投放地点上共享物品的特征分布,所述确定模块,根据所述特征分布,确定所述多个地点的评分,所述特征分布包括:该共享物品的损坏比例或者丢失比例中的至少一种。
- 如权利要求8所述的装置,所述获取模块,获取包含所述多个投放地点的共享物品的特征数据,根据部分或全部所述特征数据,统计获取所述多个投放地点上共享物品的特征分布,其中,所述特征数据至少包括共享物品的损坏状态。
- 如权利要求8所述的装置,所述获取模块,确定所述多个投放地点上,同一用户连续使用不同共享物品的时间间隔或同一共享物品被连续使用的时间间隔,根据所述时间间隔,获取所述多个地点上共享物品的特征分布。
- 如权力要求7所述的装置,所述评估模块,针对任一用户,根据已确定的部分或全部投放地点的评分,确定该用户对应的各放置地点的评分,根据各放置地点的评分和用户的使用次数,生成该用户的评估结果。
