确定单元,用于确定终端当前所处位置能够接入的至少两个移动通信网络,所述至少两个移动通信网络均为漫游网络,并且所述终端当前所处位置无非漫游网络;
获取单元,用于获取所述至少两个移动通信网络的预设非网络指标信息;
选择单元,用于根据预设规则以及所述至少两个移动通信网络的预设非网络指标信息从所述至少两个移动通信网络中选择目标移动通信网络,所述预设规则是用户预先设置的;
附着单元,用于附着到所述目标移动通信网络。
其中,非网络指标信息是指的跟网络的物理指标没有关系的指标,例如可以是接入速度,网络制式,提供的带宽,使用费率,网络覆盖率等等。
可选的,所述确定单元具体用于:
获取终端所处位置的所有移动通信网络的网络指标信息;
根据所述所有移动通信网络的网络指标信息,从所述所有移动通信网络中 筛选出所述至少两个移动通信网络。
其中,所述网络指标信息可以包括移动通信网络在终端当前所处位置的信噪比,移动通信网络在终端当前所处位置的信号强度,移动通信网络在终端当前所处位置的网络覆盖率等等。
可选的,所述至少两个移动通信网络的网络指标信息指示所述至少两个移动通信网络能够提供达到预设指标的移动通信服务。
其中,该预设指标能够确保终端在附着到对应的移动通信网络后,能够确保基本的移动通信服务。
可选的,所述获取单元具体用于:
从预先存储的文件中读取所述至少两个一定通信网络的预设非网络指标信息,所述预先存储的文件是所述终端接入因特网时从服务器中下载并存储的。
其中,可以由用户主动在有因特网连接时从服务器下载,也可以终端自动周期性地从服务器下载并存储在终端上。其中,所述的因特网连接可以是WiFi网络连接,或蜂窝网络连接。
可选的,所述预设规则包括:资费预设规则,移动通信网络接入速度预设规则,移动通信网络覆盖率预设规则中的至少一个。
其中,这些预设规则可以由用户根据自己的需要自行设置,例如资费预设规则可以是资费最便宜,移动通信网络接入速度预设规则可以是移动通信网络接入速度最快,移动通信网络覆盖率预设规则可以是移动通信网络覆盖率最广等等。
从本发明实施例提供的以上技术方案可以看出,由于本发明实施例中终端可以获取至少两个移动通信网络的预设非网络指标信息,然后根据用户预先设置的预设规则以及所述至少两个移动通信网络的预设非网络指标信息从所述至少两个移动通信网络中选择目标移动通信网络;并附着到所述目标移动通信网络。从而使得终端附着的目标一定网络在非网络指标信息上能够满足用户设置的预设规则,从而使得终端附着的移动通信网络能够满足用户的需求,从而更适合用户使用。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
先介绍本发明实施例提供的漫游网络选择方法,图1描述了本发明一个实施例提供的漫游网络选择方法的流程,该实施例描述的是终端的处理流程,该终端可以是智能终端或平板电脑等。如图1所示,该实施例包括:
101、终端确定终端当前所处位置能够接入的至少两个移动通信网络,所述至少两个移动通信网络均为漫游网络,并且所述终端当前所处位置无非漫游网络。
其中,终端可以根据自身支持的网络制式,如全球移动通信系统(GSM:Global System for MobileCommunications),码分多址(CDMA:Code Division Multiple Access),宽带码分多址(WCDMA:Wideband Code Division Multiple Access),时分长期演进(TD-LTE:Time Division Long Term Evolution),频分长期演进(FDD-LTE:Frequency Division Duplex Long Term Evolution)等等,确定终端当前所处的位置可以接入的网络。可以理解的是,终端还可以根据其他的信息,如移动通信网络的公共陆地移动标识(PLMN ID:ublic Land Mobile Network Identification)等信息来确定终端当前所处的位置可以接入的网络。本发明实施例不限定终端如何确定当前所处位置能够接入的网络的方式,具体可以采用现有技术来实现,该技术是现有的成熟技 术。
其中,所述的至少两个移动通信网络均为漫游网络,即这两个网络都不是终端注册的网络。
其中,终端当前所处的位置不能有非漫游网络,即终端注册的网络,因为如果在终端当前所处的位置有终端注册的网络,那么终端就会直接接入终端注册的网络,而不会执行本申请的方法。
102、获取所述至少两个移动通信网络的预设非网络指标信息。
其中,非网络指标信息是指的跟网络的物理指标没有关系的指标,例如可以是接入速度,网络制式,提供的带宽,使用费率,网络覆盖率等等。如表1所示,表1描述了本发明一个实施例提供的非网络指标信息的示例。

其中,需要说明的是,表1中使用费率仅仅列举了数据网络的使用费率,在实际应用中可能还涉及语音的使用费率,其具体情况与数据网络类似,不再赘述。
103、根据预设规则以及所述至少两个移动通信网络的预设非网络指标信息从所述至少两个移动通信网络中选择目标移动通信网络,所述预设规则是用户预先设置的。
其中,所述预设规则包括:资费预设规则,移动通信网络接入速度预设规则,移动通信网络制式预设规则,移动通信网络覆盖率预设规则等等UI则中的至少一个。可以理解的是,在实际应用中预设规则也可以采用其他的规则,不受本发明实施例示例的限制。
需要说明的是,如果有至少两个网络满足预设规则,则可以从该满足预设规则的至少两个网络中选择网络指标信息更好的一个作为目标网络,也可以选择非网络指标信息中更符合预设规则的一个作为目标网络。
在一个实施例中,用户预先设置的规则是资费预设规则,具体规则是低于1元/M,则如表1所示,在这种情况下只能选择网络2。
在另一个实施例中,用户预先设置的规则是资费预设规则,具体规则是不高于1元/M,则如表1所示,在这种情况下可以选择网络1和网络2,此时,可以根据网络1和网络2的网络性能指标来选择一个目标网络,也可以选择自费最低的一个,即网络2作为目标网络。
在另一个实施例中,用户预先设置的规则是网络制式预设规则,具体规则是选择TD-LTE,则如表1所示,在这种情况下可以选择网络1。
在另一个实施例中,用户预先设置的规则是接入速度预设规则,具体规则是不低于100M,则如表1所示,在这种情况下可以选择网络1。
在另一个实施例中,用户预先设置的规则是网络覆盖率预设规则,具体规则是不低于良,则如表1所示,在这种情况下可以选择网络1和2,此时,可以根据网络1和网络2的网络性能指标来选择一个目标网络,也可以选择网络覆盖率最好的一个,即网络2作为目标网络。
可以理解的是,用户预先设置的预设规则也可以是组合规则,此时,则需要从至少两个移动通信网络中选择一个满足所有预设规则要求的一个网络作为目标网络。
在一个实施例中,预设规则是接入速度预设规则和使用费率预设规则的组合,具体规则是接入速度不低于80M,费率低于1元/M,如表1所示,速度不低于80M的由网络1和网络2,但是费率低于1元/M的只有网络2,因此选择网络2作为目标网络。
104、附着到所述目标移动通信网络。
具体的附着过程可以参考现有技术。
由于本发明实施例中终端可以获取至少两个移动通信网络的预设非网络指标信息,然后根据用户预先设置的预设规则以及所述至少两个移动通信网络的预设非网络指标信息从所述至少两个移动通信网络中选择目标移动通信网络;并附着到所述目标移动通信网络。从而使得终端附着的目标一定网络在非网络指标信息上能够满足用户设置的预设规则,从而使得终端附着的移动通信 网络能够满足用户的需求,从而更适合用户使用。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,所述终端确定终端当前所处位置能够接入的至少两个移动通信网络,包括:
获取终端所处位置的所有移动通信网络的网络指标信息;
根据所述所有移动通信网络的网络指标信息,从所述所有移动通信网络中筛选出所述至少两个移动通信网络。
其中,所述网络指标信息可以包括移动通信网络在终端当前所处位置的信噪比,移动通信网络在终端当前所处位置的信号强度,移动通信网络在终端当前所处位置的网络覆盖率等等。
其中,所述至少两个移动通信网络的网络指标信息指示所述至少两个移动通信网络能够提供达到预设指标的移动通信服务。该预设指标能够确保终端在附着到对应的移动通信网络后,能够确保基本的移动通信服务。例如至少需要保证终端在接入网络后能够进行通话,能够使用数据业务等等。具体的基本移动通信服务包括什么内容,可以根据具体的场景进行设置,也可以由用户自己选择。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,所述获取所述至少两个移动通信网络的预设非网络指标信息,包括:
从预先存储的文件中读取所述至少两个一定通信网络的预设非网络指标信息,所述预先存储的文件是所述终端接入因特网时从服务器中下载并存储的。其中,可以由用户主动在有因特网连接时从服务器下载,也可以终端自动周期性地从服务器下载并存储在终端上。其中,所述的因特网连接可以是WiFi网络连接,或蜂窝网络连接。
例如,用户决定到美国旅游,则可以预先从因特网中的服务器中下载美国所有与用户归属的网络有合作关系的合作伙伴的非网络指标信息。这些非网络指标信息,可以由移动通信运营商设置并放置在因特网服务器上供用户下载。
图2描述了本发明另一个实施例提供的终端的结构,如图2所示,该终端包括:
确定单元201,用于确定终端当前所处位置能够接入的至少两个移动通信 网络,所述至少两个移动通信网络均为漫游网络,并且所述终端当前所处位置无非漫游网络。
其中,终端可以根据自身支持的网络制式,如全球移动通信系统(GSM:Global System for MobileCommunications),码分多址(CDMA:Code Division Multiple Access),宽带码分多址(WCDMA:Wideband Code Division Multiple Access),时分长期演进(TD-LTE:Time Division Long Term Evolution),频分长期演进(FDD-LTE:Frequency Division Duplex Long Term Evolution)等等,确定终端当前所处的位置可以接入的网络。可以理解的是,终端还可以根据其他的信息,如移动通信网络的公共陆地移动标识(PLMN ID:ublic Land Mobile Network Identification)等信息来确定终端当前所处的位置可以接入的网络。本发明实施例不限定终端如何确定当前所处位置能够接入的网络的方式,具体可以采用现有技术来实现,该技术是现有的成熟技术。
其中,所述的至少两个移动通信网络均为漫游网络,即这两个网络都不是终端注册的网络。
其中,终端当前所处的位置不能有非漫游网络,即终端注册的网络,因为如果在终端当前所处的位置有终端注册的网络,那么终端就会直接接入终端注册的网络,而不会执行本申请的方法。
获取单元202,用于获取所述至少两个移动通信网络的预设非网络指标信息。
其中,非网络指标信息是指的跟网络的物理指标没有关系的指标,例如可以是接入速度,网络制式,提供的带宽,使用费率,网络覆盖率等等。
选择单元203,用于根据预设规则以及所述至少两个移动通信网络的预设非网络指标信息从所述至少两个移动通信网络中选择目标移动通信网络,所述预设规则是用户预先设置的。
其中,所述预设规则包括:资费预设规则,移动通信网络接入速度预设规则,移动通信网络制式预设规则,移动通信网络覆盖率预设规则等等UI则中的至少一个。可以理解的是,在实际应用中预设规则也可以采用其他的规则,不受本发明实施例示例的限制。
需要说明的是,如果有至少两个网络满足预设规则,则可以从该满足预设规则的至少两个网络中选择网络指标信息更好的一个作为目标网络,也可以选择非网络指标信息中更符合预设规则的一个作为目标网络。
在一个实施例中,用户预先设置的规则是资费预设规则,具体规则是低于1元/M,则如表1所示,在这种情况下只能选择网络2。
在另一个实施例中,用户预先设置的规则是资费预设规则,具体规则是不高于1元/M,则如表1所示,在这种情况下可以选择网络1和网络2,此时,可以根据网络1和网络2的网络性能指标来选择一个目标网络,也可以选择自费最低的一个,即网络2作为目标网络。
在另一个实施例中,用户预先设置的规则是网络制式预设规则,具体规则是选择TD-LTE,则如表1所示,在这种情况下可以选择网络1。
在另一个实施例中,用户预先设置的规则是接入速度预设规则,具体规则是不低于100M,则如表1所示,在这种情况下可以选择网络1。
在另一个实施例中,用户预先设置的规则是网络覆盖率预设规则,具体规则是不低于良,则如表1所示,在这种情况下可以选择网络1和2,此时,可以根据网络1和网络2的网络性能指标来选择一个目标网络,也可以选择网络覆盖率最好的一个,即网络2作为目标网络。

在一个实施例中,预设规则是接入速度预设规则和使用费率预设规则的组合,具体规则是接入速度不低于80M,费率低于1元/M,如表1所示,速度不低于80M的由网络1和网络2,但是费率低于1元/M的只有网络2,因此选择网络2作为目标网络。
附着单元204,用于附着到所述目标移动通信网络。
具体的附着过程可以参考现有技术。
由于本发明实施例中终端可以获取至少两个移动通信网络的预设非网络指标信息,然后根据用户预先设置的预设规则以及所述至少两个移动通信网络 的预设非网络指标信息从所述至少两个移动通信网络中选择目标移动通信网络;并附着到所述目标移动通信网络。从而使得终端附着的目标一定网络在非网络指标信息上能够满足用户设置的预设规则,从而使得终端附着的移动通信网络能够满足用户的需求,从而更适合用户使用。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,所述确定单元201具体可以用于:
获取终端所处位置的所有移动通信网络的网络指标信息;
根据所述所有移动通信网络的网络指标信息,从所述所有移动通信网络中筛选出所述至少两个移动通信网络。
其中,所述网络指标信息可以包括移动通信网络在终端当前所处位置的信噪比,移动通信网络在终端当前所处位置的信号强度,移动通信网络在终端当前所处位置的网络覆盖率等等。
其中,所述至少两个移动通信网络的网络指标信息指示所述至少两个移动通信网络能够提供达到预设指标的移动通信服务。该预设指标能够确保终端在附着到对应的移动通信网络后,能够确保基本的移动通信服务。例如至少需要保证终端在接入网络后能够进行通话,能够使用数据业务等等。具体的基本移动通信服务包括什么内容,可以根据具体的场景进行设置,也可以由用户自己选择。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,所述至少两个移动通信网络的网络指标信息指示所述至少两个移动通信网络能够提供达到预设指标的移动通信服务。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,所述获取单元202具体可以用于:
从预先存储的文件中读取所述至少两个一定通信网络的预设非网络指标信息,所述预先存储的文件是所述终端接入因特网时从服务器中下载并存储的。
其中,可以由用户主动在有因特网连接时从服务器下载,也可以终端自动周期性地从服务器下载并存储在终端上。其中,所述的因特网连接可以是WiFi网络连接,或蜂窝网络连接。
例如,用户决定到美国旅游,则可以预先从因特网中的服务器中下载美国所有与用户归属的网络有合作关系的合作伙伴的非网络指标信息。这些非网络指标信息,可以由移动通信运营商设置并放置在因特网服务器上供用户下载。
上述装置和系统内的各模块之间的信息交互、执行过程等内容,由于与本发明方法实施例基于同一构思,具体内容可参见本发明方法实施例中的叙述,此处不再赘述。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,上述的程序可存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,上述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(ROM:Read-Only Memory)或随机存储记忆体(RAM:Random Access Memory)等。
本文中应用了具体个例对本发明的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的方法及其思想;同时,对于本领域的一般技术人员,依据本发明的思想,在具体实施方式及应用范围上均会有改变之处,综上所述,本说明书内容不应理解为对本发明的限制。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种漫游网络选择方法,其特征在于,包括:
    终端确定终端当前所处位置能够接入的至少两个移动通信网络,所述至少两个移动通信网络均为漫游网络,并且所述终端当前所处位置无非漫游网络;
    获取所述至少两个移动通信网络的预设非网络指标信息;
    根据预设规则以及所述至少两个移动通信网络的预设非网络指标信息从所述至少两个移动通信网络中选择目标移动通信网络,所述预设规则是用户预先设置的;
    附着到所述目标移动通信网络。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端确定终端当前所处位置能够接入的至少两个移动通信网络,包括:
    获取终端所处位置的所有移动通信网络的网络指标信息;
    根据所述所有移动通信网络的网络指标信息,从所述所有移动通信网络中筛选出所述至少两个移动通信网络。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述至少两个移动通信网络的网络指标信息指示所述至少两个移动通信网络能够提供达到预设指标的移动通信服务。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取所述至少两个移动通信网络的预设非网络指标信息,包括:
    从预先存储的文件中读取所述至少两个一定通信网络的预设非网络指标信息,所述预先存储的文件是所述终端接入因特网时从服务器中下载并存储的。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述预设规则包括:资费预设规则,移动通信网络接入速度预设规则,移动通信网络覆盖率预设规则中的至少一个。
  6. 一种终端,其特征在于,包括:
    确定单元,用于确定终端当前所处位置能够接入的至少两个移动通信网络,所述至少两个移动通信网络均为漫游网络,并且所述终端当前所处位置无非漫 游网络;
    获取单元,用于获取所述至少两个移动通信网络的预设非网络指标信息;
    选择单元,用于根据预设规则以及所述至少两个移动通信网络的预设非网络指标信息从所述至少两个移动通信网络中选择目标移动通信网络,所述预设规则是用户预先设置的;
    附着单元,用于附着到所述目标移动通信网络。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的终端,其特征在于,所述确定单元具体用于:
    获取终端所处位置的所有移动通信网络的网络指标信息;
    根据所述所有移动通信网络的网络指标信息,从所述所有移动通信网络中筛选出所述至少两个移动通信网络。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的终端,其特征在于,所述至少两个移动通信网络的网络指标信息指示所述至少两个移动通信网络能够提供达到预设指标的移动通信服务。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的终端,其特征在于,所述获取单元具体用于:
    从预先存储的文件中读取所述至少两个一定通信网络的预设非网络指标信息,所述预先存储的文件是所述终端接入因特网时从服务器中下载并存储的。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的终端,其特征在于,所述预设规则包括:资费预设规则,移动通信网络接入速度预设规则,移动通信网络覆盖率预设规则中的至少一个。
