Description
DESCRIPTION
HIDDEN SURFACE LIGHTING APPARATUS Technical Field
The invention relates to a hidden surface lighting apparatus which illuminates the surface on which the electrical conditions of the switchgear, such as the plug, switch, antenna socket, data or telephone socket, and the like, are visually displayed via light / optic display of the electrical conditions (open - closed, energized - none) and which prevent direct contact of the light to the user's eyes.
Background of the Invention In the state of the art, the electrical conditions of the switchgear, such as the socket, switch, antenna socket, data or telephone socket, are switched on / off and the energy / no-energy information is provided through the light.
The light used to make the informants mentioned in the conventional applications is poured directly from the surface of the said switchgear materials by the light path.
This makes the light source visible from certain angles directly visible, creating a discomfort to the user by reducing / relieving the eye. In existing applications where the problem is to be solved, it is necessary to use intermediate parts such as light path diffusers and reflectors in order to move the light to the rear surface.
Although the effect of the vertically reflected light is not effective, it continues to disturb the eye at the waist opening from the side surfaces.
Because the light path is an optical product, it increases the cost and brings an additional labor cost.
Intermediate parts such as diffusers and reflectors, which are alternative solutions, also increase the cost and wear out due to usage over time. In most cases, it is unable to fulfill its original function. In the patent application No. EP1641008B1 in literature "A lighted switch device, comprising a substrate, a switch provided on a first surface of the substrate, a light source provided on a second surface of the substrate, a key top to press the switch, and a light guide mechanism to guide light emitted from the light source to the key top or a periphery of the key top, the light guide mechanism including a first light guiding member to hold the key top and a second light guiding member disposed to surround the light source, the light emitted from the light source being guided through the second light guiding member to the first light guiding member holding the key top."
A light guide mechanism is used to illuminate the switch in the application.
In the patent application US2017205560A1 , the subject matter is also related that "A button assembly is described. The button assembly includes a button that includes a translucent interior material and an opaque front surface with at least one aperture through which light can pass. The button assembly also includes a light guide that includes a light transmitting material and a reflector. The light guide is a molded part where the light transmitting material is molded with the reflector as an integral part of the light guide. The light guide provides illumination to a back surface of the button"
In the said application, there is also a button assembly with a reflector to provide illumination to the back of the electric button.
Due to the reasons mentioned above, we needed a new hidden surface lighting apparatus that allows lighting of switchgear, switch, antenna socket, data or telephone socket and other switchgear.
Purpose of the Invention
From this point of view, the object of the invention is to propose a new hidden surface lighting apparatus that allows lighting of switchgear, switch, antenna socket, data or telephone socket and other switchgear.
Another object of the invention is to provide a light source which can not be seen from the viewpoint of the user, is to reflect the surface of the assembly of the product.
Another object of the invention is to provide a structure that softens the reflection of light.
Another object of the invention is to provide a structure that enhances the user's comfort.
Another object of the invention is to provide a structure which contributes in a decorative sense with the single color or multi-color option of the light.
Another object of the invention is to establish a structure that minimizes the costs of production, workmanship and maintenance.

Detailed Description of the Invention
In this detailed description, the innovation is described with examples that will not have any limiting effect for better understanding of the subject matter.
The invention relates to a hidden surface lighting apparatus (A) which illuminates the surface on which the electrical conditions of the switchgear, such as the plug, switch, antenna socket, data or telephone socket, and the like, are visually displayed via light / optic display of the electrical conditions and which prevent direct contact of the light to the user's eyes and which comprise the LED (4) being a light emitting circuit element for illuminating said switchgear and a circuit board (3) accommodating electronic circuit elements in order to enable the LED (4) to fulfill the lighting function characterized in that; the frame (1 ) having a plurality of number of consecutive positions on the left and right edges of the said hidden surface lighting apparatus (A) and a light window (2) which is formed as a gap between said two consecutive frames (1 ) and which allows light from said LED (4) to leak through it, allowing light to be projected from the surface on which said switchgear material is mounted.
Figure 1 shows a representation view of the hidden surface lighting apparatus (A) according to the invention.
Figure 2 shows a detail view of the hidden surface lighting apparatus (A) according to the invention. The hidden surface lighting apparatus (A) according to the invention consists of main parts that; the LED (4) being a light emitting circuit element for illuminating said switchgear, a circuit board (3) accommodating electronic circuit elements in order to enable the LED (4) to fulfill the lighting function, the frame (1 ) having a plurality of number of consecutive positions on the left and right edges of the said hidden surface lighting apparatus (A), a light window (2) which is formed as a gap between said two consecutive frames (1 ) and which allows light from said LED (4) to leak through it, allowing light to be projected from the surface on which said switchgear material is mounted and a switch button (5) positioned to cover the front of said light window (2) that allows the reflection of the light to the surface, not only on the sides, but also on the mounting surface of the switchgear.
Said LED (4) is arranged on the bottom surface of the circuit board (3) so that light is allowed to leak through the light window (2) positioned between the two frames (1 ) positioned one after the other in the said hidden surface lighting apparatus (A).
The leaking light is blocked by switch button (5) so that the light is reflected not only on the sides but also on the mounting surface of the switchgear. Thus, it is possible to illuminate the switchgear without disturbing the user's eyes. In a preferred embodiment of the invention said switchgear is an electrical switch.
