Description
SLOPING CHAINSAW BAR
Technical Field:
This invention is the sloping saw bar which relates to the utilization of the sloping type bars instead of straight type bars (chain guides) in the chainsaws (gasoline, electric, etc.) used in the hand tools sector, and in this respect provides both the ease of utilization and the protection of the user and especially and the chainsaw engine,
Previous Technology
The bars used in chainsaws (gasoline, electric, etc.) are usually in the form of straight (linear) type and at the attachment side of the bar to the chainsaw, have a mounting clearance for the bar mounting bolts and on the other side that is inside the semicircle which provides the return of the chain and rubs the chain against the bar, the bar wheels and the tension adjustment take place. In existing chainsaw systems, when the user cuts tree, wood, timber, etc. both the chainsaw, and the user are weltered in the sawdust because the sawdust formed during cutting is thrown directly into the chainsaw engine (because the cutting angle is aligned with the chainsaw engine). Since the chain lubrication hole can be clogged by the wood shavings that are formed during the operation of the saw, the chain cooling is reduced, and the oil consumption is increased because of the chain oil is absorbed by the sawdust, as the resulting chips cause blockage in the sprocket mechanism that rotate the saw chain and dirty the air filter, the efficiency decreases. Furthermore, the alignment that the cutting angle of the existing bars with the chainsaw engine can be dangerous in case of the sudden chain jamming.
As a result, the requirement emerged for the sloping saw bar which provides protection of chainsaw both from the above-mentioned drawbacks and which does not make the user soiled.
Object of the invention
The chainsaws are not clean and productive because both the chainsaw engine and the user contaminated by the resulting sawdust. Thanks to the invention, the user and especially the chainsaw engine will be protected from the chips and a cleaner usage will be ensured, since the chainsaw will have a longer service life and the cost (oil, fuel, and malfunction) will decrease and consequently the efficiency will increase
Since The straight type bars used in chainsaws are mountable and demountable external parts, the sloping chainsaw bar which is the subject of the invention will be designed and utilized according to the chainsaw.
The object of the invention is to provide protection against the objects such as the cut parts of the tree, branch, timber, wood etc. which suddenly fly out or jam the chain during the usage.
The object of the invention is to prevent the chain saw from being contaminated by chips.
The object of the invention is to provide complete chain lubrication. The object of the invention is to prevent the loss in the oil consumption.
Another object of the invention is to reduce fuel consumption by preventing clogging of the air filter.
Another object of the invention is to protect against the malfunctions which may occur due to sawdust deposits in the clutch sprocket mechanism. Another object of the invention is to prevent dustiness of the user.
Another object of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the chainsaws by fabricating a sloping bar to be designed in accordance with existing chain saws.
The structural features and all the advantages of this invention will be more clearly understood by the following figures and detailed description which are made by referring to these figures. For this reason, evaluation should be done taking these figures and detailed explanations into consideration.

Explanation of the invention
The connection between the chain saw motor (1) and the sloping chainsaw bar (5) is achieved by bolting the bar mounting clearance (3) on the sloping chainsaw bar (5) with the chain saw engine (1). Furthermore, the chain (6) connected to the bar wheels (4) by sitting on the chain bed around the sloping chainsaw bar (5) is also connected to the coupling sprocket (2). When the chain saw engine (1) the power will be transferred to the coupling sprocket (2) as the rotational motion, and with the rotation of the coupling sprocket (2) the chain (6) which is on the coupling sprocket (2) will start to rotate. With the rotation of the chain (6) of the chainsaw starts cutting. During the cutting of the tree, branch, wood, etc., since the cutting edge of the sloping chainsaw bar (5) which is the subject of the invention (due to the sloping) is towards the bottom side of the sloping chainsaw engine (1) (away from the chainsaw engine (1)), the thrown sawdust and the saw shavings pass underneath the chainsaw engine (1) and do not touch the chainsaw engine (1), so that the user and the chainsaw engine (1) and are protected from sawdust.
Industrialization method of the invention
The sloping chainsaw bar (5) which is the subject of the invention can be used in all chainsaws, by being designed in accordance with the dimensions of the existing chain saws.
The sloping angle and the length of the chainsaw bar (5) which is the subject of this invention can be designed in different lengths and in different angles depending on the intended purpose, the type of the chainsaw, the bar (5) and the chain (6) etc.
The bar wheels (4) of the sloping chainsaw bar (5) can be designed in different sizes according to the sloping angle in the design of the sloping chainsaw bar (5).
The scope of the protection of this application is set out in the Claims section and is not limited to the above examples which are the references only. The innovation provided by this invention can be introduced by an expert in this technology with the utilization of the similar structuring and/or it is obvious that this structuring may be applied to the other similar fields. It is therefore clear that such structuring will lack the criteria of innovation and in particular of exceeding the known state of the technology.
