미용기
본 발명은 미용기에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 신체의 각 부를 마사지할 수 있는 미용기에 관한 것이다.
최근 피부에 압력을 가하거나 꼬집는 등의 자극을 통해 피부를 건강하게 하는 미용기 제품에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 특히, 휴대가 용이하고 가격이 저렴하며 사용법이 간단한 휴대용 미용기 제품이 널리 보급되고 있다.
이러한 휴대용 미용기 제품으로 다양한 방식의 마사지용 미용기가 제안되어 있는데, 그 중 롤러를 이용해 피부에 자극을 주는 마사지 기능을 갖는 미용기, 예들 들면, 리파캐럿에서 제작한 페이스롤러(이하, 리파캐럿 제품)와 같은 제품들이 많은 인기를 누리고 있다.
구체적으로, 리파캐럿 제품과 같은 형태의 미용기는 핸들과, 상기 핸들에 회전 가능하게 장착된 하나 이상의 회전체를 포함할 수 있다. 이러한 미용기는 회전체를 피부에 접촉시킨 상태에서 왕복 동작시키는 것에 의해, 피부의 가압과 함께 리프팅이 이루어져 마사지 효과를 나타낸다.

본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 미용기는, 핸들; 및 상기 핸들의 전단부에 회전 가능하게 지지된 한 쌍의 회전체를 구비하며, 상기 핸들은, 상기 핸들의 전단부의 양 측부로부터 돌출된 한쌍의 전단 돌기와, 상기 핸들의 전단부에 반대하는 후단부의 양 측부로부터 돌출된 한쌍의 후단 돌기를 포함한다.

회전체(20)에 인접한 전단 돌기(11)의 내측부(101)는 회전체(20)에 대응하는 형상일 수 있다. 예를 들면, 회전체(20)가 구형인 경우, 평면 상에서 보았을 때, 전단 돌기(11)의 내측부(101)는 반구 형상일 수 있다. 또한, 전단 돌기(11)의 내측부(101)는 회전체(20)의 회전 동작을 간섭하지 않도록 회전체(20)로부터 소정 간격 이격될 수 있다.
전단 돌기(11)는 회전체(20)의 적어도 일부를 두르면서 상방으로 돌출된 형상을 갖되, 전단 돌기(11)의 돌출된 높이는 회전체(20)의 회전축을 간섭하지 않는 높이일 수 있고, 구체적으로 회전체(20)의 회전축 상에 위치한 캡(25)을 가리지 않는 높이일 수 있다. 이는 회전체(20)에 캡(25)을 결합하는 조립 작업 공정이 용이하게 이루어지도록 하기 위함이다.
전단 돌기(11)와 후단 돌기(12)는 핸들(10)과 일체로 제작되어, 강체로 이루어질 수 있으며, 또는 전단 돌기(11)에서 피부에 닿는 면이나 후단 돌기(12)에서 피부에 닿는 면에는 고무 등의 탄성체가 덮여 있어서, 지나친 압력이 피부에 가해지는 것이 방지될 수 있다.
핸들(10)에 사용자의 손가락이 삽입되기 위한 개구부(13)가 형성될 수 있다. 사용자는 개구부(13)를 이용해 핸들(10)을 다양한 형태로 파지할 수 있고, 다양한 각도로 신체 부위를 지압할 수 있을 것이다. 본 실시예에서, 개구부(13)는 핸들(10)에 하나의 원형 모양으로 형성됨을 예시하고 있으나, 개구부(13)의 개수, 크기 및 형상은 다양하게 변형될 수 있다.
핸들(10)은 측면에서 볼 때, 완만하게 휘어진 형상일 수 있다. 이 경우, 핸들(10)이 곧은 형상인 경우보다 그립감이 향상되고 사용자의 손으로 파지하고 마사지하기에 용이할 수 있다.
평면 상에서 보았을 때, 핸들(10)의 외측부(103)는 곡선 형상일 수 있다. 사용자는 핸들(10)의 외측부(103)를 이용해 마사지를 할 수 있다. 상기 곡선의 곡률반경은 40mm ~ 60mm인 것이 바람직하다. 이 경우, 옆구리, 등, 허벅지 등과 같은 넓은 신체 부위에 대한 마사지가 효과적일 수 있다.
핸들(10)의 일부 또는 전체의 재료는 합성 수지 및 금속 재료 중 어느 하나 또는 이들의 조합으로부터 선택될 수 있으며, 본 발명이 이에 의해 제한되는 것은 아니다.
회전체(20)는 핸들(10)의 전단부에 회전 가능하게 지지되며, 사용자가 회전체(20)를 피부에 접촉시킨 상태에서 핸들(10)을 움직이면 회전체(20)가 구르면서 피부를 마사지하는 기능을 한다.
회전체(20)는 한쌍의 전단 돌기(11) 사이에 위치할 수 있으며, 각 회전체(20)의 회전축은 핸들(10)의 중심선으로부터 Y 형상으로 분기된 구조일 수 있다. 두 회전체(20)의 회전축 사이의 각도는 회전체(20)의 개방 각도(α)로 지칭되며, 상기 회전체(20)의 개방 각도(α)는 110도 ~ 120도인 것이 바람직하다. 이 경우, 볼, 입가, 눈매 등과 같은 얼굴 부위에 대한 마사지가 효과적일 수 있다. 본 실시예에서, 상기 회전체(20)의 개방 각도(α)는 113.3도이다.
본 실시예에서, 회전체(20)는 2개로 구성됨을 예시하고 있으나, 3개 또는 4개일 수 있고, 회전체(20)가 서로 독립적으로 회전하면서 회전체(20) 사이에서 피부를 조이는 동작을 구현할 수 있다면, 회전체(20)의 개수나 배치 등은 특별히 한정되지 않는다.
또한, 회전체(20)의 형상은 구형, 타원 구형, 또는 이들 형상을 조합시킨 형상일 수 있다. 회전체(20)는 그 표면에 여러 가지의 형상에 의한 요철이나 돌기가 마련될 수 있다. 회전체(20)는 적당한 경도를 갖는 실리콘, 금속 또는 플라스틱 재질인 것이 바람직하다. 회전체(20)는 각각 단일의 재질이거나 둘 이상의 재질을 조합시켜 구성될 수 있다. 본 발명에서 회전체(20)의 구조 및 재질 등은 특별히 한정되지 않는다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 미용기의 부분 확대도이고, 도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 미용기의 부분 단면도이다.
도 3 및 도 4를 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 미용기(1)는 샤프트(21), 베어링(23) 및 캡(25)을 더 포함할 수 있다. 더 바람직하게는 가이드 와셔를 더 포함할 수 있다.
샤프트(21)는 회전체(20)를 핸들(10)에 결합시키기 위한 구성으로서 금속 재질로 마련될 수 있다. 샤프트(21)는 회전체(20)와 동일하게 한 쌍으로 구비될 수 있다. 한 쌍의 샤프트(21)는 외측을 향하여 서로 벌어지도록 일 단부가 핸들(10)의 전단부에 삽입될 수 있다. 그리고, 샤프트(21)의 타 단부는 회전체(20)의 홀(201)에 각각 삽입된다.
베어링(23)은 샤프트(21)와 회전체(20)의 홀(201)의 내주면 사이에 위치하며, 샤프트(21)의 둘레에 링 형상의 베어링(23)이 끼움 결합된 구조일 수 있다. 베어링(23)은 다수개 마련될 수 있다. 이에 의하여, 회전체(20)는 샤프트(21)에 결합된 상태에서 독립적으로 회전 가능하도록 구성된다.
회전체(20)는 내부를 관통하는 홀(201)을 가지며, 홀(201)의 내부에는 베어링(23)이 유동하지 않도록 지지하기 위한 요철(203)이 마련될 수 있다. 홀(201)의 일 측으로는 샤프트(21)가 삽입되고, 홀(201)의 타 측으로는 개방된 홀(201)을 밀폐하는 캡(25)이 끼움 결합될 수 있다.
한 쌍의 회전체(20) 외주면 사이의 최단 거리(w)는 7mm ~ 8mm인 것이 바람직하다. 또한, 회전체(20)의 직경(d)은 20mm ~ 25mm인 것이 바람직하다. 상기 회전체(20) 사이의 최단 거리(w)와 회전체(20)의 직경(d)이 위와 같은 범위를 갖는 경우, 눈매나 입가 등의 좁은 부분의 피부의 집어 올림 효과가 적절하게 나타나서, 마사지 효과가 한층 향상될 수 있다. 본 실시예에서, 상기 회전체(20) 사이의 최단 거리(w)는 7.3mm이고, 상기 회전체(20)의 직경(d)은 21.9mm이다.
본 발명에 따른 미용기(1)는 핸들(10)의 전단부에 구비된 한 쌍의 전단 돌기(11)와, 상기 핸들(10)의 후단부에 구비된 한 쌍의 후단 돌기(12)를 이용하여 괄사 마사지 기능을 구현할 수 있다. 또한, 하나의 제품에 회전체(20)를 이용한 마사지뿐만 아니라 핸들(10)에도 마사지 기능을 부여함으로써, 미용기(10)의 효율성 및 사용자 만족도를 확보할 수 있다.
본 발명은 상기에서 설명된 실시예로 한정되지 않으며, 상기 실시예와 공지기술을 조합한 것을 새로운 실시예로 포함할 수 있음은 물론이다.
이상 본 발명을 구체적인 실시예를 통하여 상세히 설명하였으나, 이는 본 발명을 구체적으로 설명하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명은 이에 한정되지 않으며, 본 발명의 기술적 사상 내에서 당해 분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의해 그 변형이나 개량이 가능함은 명백하다고 할 것이다.
본 발명의 단순한 변형 내지 변경은 모두 본 발명의 영역에 속하는 것으로 본 발명의 구체적인 보호 범위는 첨부된 청구범위에 의하여 명확해질 것이다.

Claims (14)

  1. 핸들; 및
    상기 핸들의 전단부에 회전 가능하게 지지된 한 쌍의 회전체를 구비하며,
    상기 핸들은,
    상기 핸들의 전단부의 양 측부로부터 돌출된 한쌍의 전단 돌기와,
    상기 핸들의 전단부에 반대하는 후단부의 양 측부로부터 돌출된 한쌍의 후단 돌기를 포함하는 미용기.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 한 쌍의 회전체는 상기 한쌍의 전단 돌기 사이에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미용기.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 전단 돌기의 내측부는 상기 회전체에 대응하는 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 미용기.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    평면 상에서 보았을 때, 상기 후단 돌기의 크기는 상기 전단 돌기의 크기보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 미용기.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 핸들에 사용자의 손가락이 삽입되기 위한 개구부가 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 미용기.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 핸들은 측면에서 볼 때, 완만하게 휘어진 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 미용기.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    외측을 향하여 서로 벌어지도록 일 단부가 상기 핸들의 전단부에 삽입된 한 쌍의 샤프트를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미용기.
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서,
    상기 한 쌍의 회전체는 상기 한 쌍의 샤프트의 타 단부에 각각 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 미용기.
  9. 제 8 항에 있어서,
    상기 샤프트와 상기 회전체의 내주면 사이에 위치하는 베어링; 및
    상기 샤프트가 삽입되는 상기 회전체의 홀을 밀봉하는 캡을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미용기.
  10. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 한 쌍의 회전체의 개방 각도는 110도 ~ 120도인 것을 특징으로 하는 미용기.
  11. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 한 쌍의 회전체 외주면 사이의 최단 거리는 7mm ~ 8mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 미용기.
  12. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 회전체의 직경은 20mm ~ 25mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 미용기.
  13. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    평면 상에서 보았을 때, 상기 핸들의 외측부는 곡선 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 미용기.
  14. 제 13 항에 있어서,
    상기 곡선의 곡률반경은 40mm ~ 60mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 미용기.
