日常生活中,衣物的清洗、护理和贮存必不可少,随着生活水平的提高,人们在处理上述事宜时,越来越借助各种电器设备,人们也会陆续或一次性的购置洗衣机、干衣机、洗干一体机、熨烫机以及洗后衣物贮存柜,洗前衣物处理贮存柜和预处理柜,但目前市场上上述衣物处理设备相互之间没有任何联系,均为独立工作的个体,一方面分散摆放需要很大的空间,另一方面需要在装修时预留很多的电源以及给水、排水接口,一旦前期考虑不周全,就会给后期的安装造成困难,同时,也不利于用户集中对衣物进行处理。
在制造上,目前随着技术的提高,越来越多的部件已经能够实现标准化,各种与衣物相关的电器设备都具有很多的通用硬件,相互之间具有很多共性,比如均可采用同样的控制硬件,不同的仅在于软件。因此采用模块化生产衣物处理设备可有效的节约生产成本。
发明内容
本公开提供一种家庭洗护中心,可为用户提供集中处理衣物的设备,有利于对衣物进行集中处理,方便使用和安装,同时能有效的降低生产成本;同时提供一种家庭洗护中心的控制方法。
为达此目的,本公开采用以下技术方案:
一种家庭洗护中心,包括多个洗护模块,所述洗护模块设置为实现以下至少一种功能:衣物清洗、护理和贮存,所述洗护模块具有统一的电路接口和水路接口,所述洗护模块之间通过水路连接部件互连实现水路导通,通过电路连接部件或者无线连接方式互连实现电路导通。
在一实施例中,所述洗护模块为洗衣模块、干衣模块、洗干一体模块、熨 烫模块、洗后衣物贮存模块、洗前衣物处理贮存模块、衣物叠放模块和预处理模块的一种或多种。
在一实施例中,所述洗护模块包括洗衣模块和干衣模块,两个模块具有统一的外形。
在一实施例中,所述水路连接部件与所述洗护模块的水路接口采用快速连接结构。
在一实施例中,所述洗衣模块单独连接电源,设置为为整个家庭洗护中心供电。
在一实施例中,所述水路连接部件和电路连接部件至少之一为标准件。
在一实施例中,多个所述洗护模块均通过控制连接线同所述洗衣模块的控制装置连接,通过洗衣模块的控制装置实现对多个所述洗护模块的控制。
在一实施例中,所述控制连接线为标准件,采用RS485接口或RS232通信接口。
在一实施例中,多个所述模块壳体之间具有相互配合的卡接结构,设置为将多个所述洗护模块连为一体。
一种家庭洗护中心的控制方法,所述洗护中心包括多个洗护模块,所述洗护模块设置为实现以下至少一种功能:衣物清洗、护理和贮存,所述洗护模块具有统一的电路接口和水路接口,所述洗护模块之间可通过水路连接部件进行互连实现水路导通,通过电路连接部件或者无线连接方式互连实现电路导通,所述洗护模块包括洗衣模块,通过所述洗衣模块的控制装置实现对多个所述洗护模块的集中或分散控制。
本公开提供的家庭洗护中心及控制方法,通过将多个洗护模块自由组合,所述洗护模块具有统一的电路接口和水路接口,所述洗护模块之间通过水路连接部件互连实现水路导通,通过电路连接部件或者无线连接方式互连实现电路导通。对于用户,能够随机扩展家庭衣物护理功能,完成衣物清洗、护理、叠放和贮存,节约家庭空间;对于制造商,可实现规模化、标准化生产,提高生产效率,可进一步降低生产成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明实施例的技术方案。
本发明实施例提供的一种家庭洗护中心,包括多个洗护模块,多个洗护模块上均具有统一标准的电路接口和水路接口,相邻的洗护模块之间可通过水路连接部件6连接水路接口,以实现相邻洗护模块的水路导通;且相邻的洗护模块之间可通过电路连接部件7连接电路接口,以实现相邻洗护模块的电路导通,或者采用无线连接的方式,来实现相邻洗护模块的电路导通。
上述多个洗护模块能够实现衣物清洗、护理和贮存功能至少之一,在一实施例中,洗护模块可以为洗衣模块1、干衣模块2、洗后衣物贮存模块3、熨烫模块4、衣物护理模块5,洗衣干衣合二为一的洗干一体模块、洗前衣物处理贮存模块、衣物叠放模块10和预处理模块的一种或多种,用户可根据自身需要选择搭配不同功能的模块,最终组合成家庭护理中心。
如图1所示,提供了第一种家庭洗护中心,该家庭洗护中心包括有一个洗衣模块1、一个干衣模块2以及一个衣物叠放模块10,且洗衣模块1和干衣模 块2具有统一或匹配的外形,能够有效节约安装空间。其中洗衣模块1连接于水源、排水以及电源,干衣模块2置于洗衣模块1上方,并通过水路连接部件6和电路连接部件7(或无线连接方式)连接于洗衣模块1,具体示意结构如图10和图11所示,相应的水路连接部件6采用快速连接结构,在图1所示产品中置于洗衣模块1和干衣模块2结合面之间;电路连接部件7也采用标准件,置于洗衣模块1和干衣模块2结合面之间,使用时,只需要通过给洗衣模块1进行单独供电、供水和排水,即可实现两个模块的上述功能。为了方便实现洗衣模块1和干衣模块2的灵活摆放,在生产时,可以在相应模块的侧面、顶部、底部均预留相应的水路连接部件6和电路连接部件7的水路接口和电路接口,上述水路接口和电路接口在不使用时,可通过嵌块9封闭起来,在一实施例中,该嵌块9可由硅胶、橡胶或塑料等材质制作,当水路接口或电路接口在使用时,可将嵌块9取下,然后进行相应的水路或电路的连接。使用时,通过调整壳体内相应软连接管路或线路,能够将水路连接部件6和电路连接部件7安装在合适的水路接口和电路接口上,以实现相邻模块水路和电路的连通。
如图2所示,提供了第二种家庭洗护中心,包括两个洗衣模块1和两个干衣模块2,其中两个干衣模块2分别置于两个洗衣模块1上方。此时,两个洗衣模块1中,一个洗衣模块1连接于水源、排水以及电源,另一个洗衣模块1通过水路连接部件6和电路连接部件7(或无线连接方式)连接于该洗衣模块1,上述两个干衣模块2通过水路连接部件6和电路连接部件7(或无线连接方式)分别连接于其下方的洗衣模块1,以此实现上述多个模块间水路和电路的连通。
如图3所示,提供了第三种家庭洗护中心,包括四个洗护模块,且四个洗护模块分别为洗衣模块1、干衣模块2、洗后衣物贮存模块3以及熨烫模块4,上述洗衣模块1、干衣模块2、洗后衣物贮存模块3以及熨烫模块4的形状相同,均为方形箱体结构;其中洗后衣物贮存模块3设置在洗衣模块1的侧面,干衣模块2设置在洗衣模块1上方,熨烫模块4设置在洗后衣物贮存模块3的上方。
本实施例提供的家庭洗护中心,洗衣模块1连接水源、排水和电源,洗后衣物贮存模块3通过电路连接部件7(或无线连接方式)连接于该洗衣模块1,上述熨烫模块4通过电路连接部件7(或无线连接方式)连接于洗后衣物贮存模块3、干衣模块2或者洗衣模块1,上述干衣模块2通过水路连接部件6和电路连接部件7(或无线连接方式)连接于洗衣模块1。上述结构的家庭洗护中心,能够实现将衣物的洗涤、洗后衣物的贮存、衣物的烘干以及衣物的熨烫功能组 合,以满足用户的要求。
本实施例提供的家庭洗护中心,上述干衣模块2、洗后衣物贮存模块3以及熨烫模块4均可通过控制连接线直接连接于洗衣模块1的控制装置,由洗衣模块1控制上述干衣模块2、洗后衣物贮存模块3以及熨烫模块4的运行。
如图4所示,提供了第四种家庭洗护中心,该家庭洗护中心的洗护模块为洗衣模块1、干衣模块2和衣物护理模块5的组合,干衣模块2设置在洗衣模块1的上方,衣物护理模块5设置在洗衣模块1和干衣模块2的侧面,衣物护理模块5的高度与洗衣模块1和干衣模块2叠加后的高度相同,该家庭洗护中心主要集成实现洗后衣物贮存模块3以及熨烫模块4的功能,即同时具有洗后衣物贮存和熨烫功能。可以理解的是,上述衣物护理模块5还可以集成其他功能,以满足用户的个性化需求。上述洗衣模块1连接水源、排水和电源,干衣模块2和衣物护理模块5均通过水路连接部件6和电路连接部件7(或无线连接方式)连接于洗衣模块1,以实现衣物的集中处理。
干衣模块2、衣物护理模块5可通过控制连接线直接连接于洗衣模块1的控制装置,由洗衣模块1控制上述干衣模块2衣物护理模块5的运行。
如图5所示,提供了第五种家庭洗护中心,该家庭洗护中心的洗护模块为洗衣模块1或干衣模块2(图5中以洗衣模块1为例)与洗后衣物贮存模块3以及熨烫模块4的组合,其中上述洗后衣物贮存模块3设置在洗衣模块1的侧面,且洗后衣物贮存模块3的高度与洗衣模块1的高度相同,其宽度小于洗衣模块1的宽度,上述熨烫模块4设置在洗衣模块1和洗后衣物贮存模块3的上方,且熨烫模块4的宽度为洗衣模块1和洗后衣物贮存模块3的宽度之和。在一实施例中,上述该家庭洗护中心的洗护模块为干衣模块2与洗后衣物贮存模块3以及熨烫模块4的组合,其中上述洗后衣物贮存模块3设置在干衣模块2的侧面,且洗后衣物贮存模块3的高度与干衣模块2的高度相同,其宽度小于干衣模块2的宽度,上述熨烫模块4设置在干衣模块2和洗后衣物贮存模块3的上方,且熨烫模块4的宽度为干衣模块2和洗后衣物贮存模块3的宽度之和。

如图8所示,提供了第八种家庭洗护中心,该家庭洗护中心的洗护模块为两个洗衣模块1、洗后衣物贮存模块3以及熨烫模块4的组合,其中上述洗后衣物贮存模块3设置在两个洗衣模块1之间,且洗后衣物贮存模块3的高度与洗衣模块1的高度相同,洗后衣物贮存模块3的宽度小于洗衣模块1的宽度,上述熨烫模块4设置在两个洗衣模块1和洗后衣物贮存模块3的上方,且熨烫模 块4的宽度为两个洗衣模块1和洗后衣物贮存模块3的宽度之和。
本实施例提供的家庭洗护中心,其中一个洗衣模块1连接水源、排水和电源,洗后衣物贮存模块3通过水路连接部件6和电路连接部件7(或无线连接方式)连接于该洗衣模块1,另一个洗衣模块1则通过水路连接部件6和电路连接部件7(或无线连接方式)连接于洗后衣物贮存模块3,上述熨烫模块4通过电路连接部件7(或无线连接方式)连接于洗后衣物贮存模块3或者任意一个洗衣模块1。该家庭洗护中心具有公用的排水管路。上述结构的家庭洗护中心,能够将衣物的洗涤、洗后衣物的贮存以及衣物的熨烫功能组合,且能够满足用户不同批次的衣物同时洗涤的要求。
对于本家庭洗护中心,上述未连接水源、排水和电源的洗衣模块1、洗后衣物贮存模块3以及熨烫模块4可通过控制连接线直接连接于洗衣模块1的控制装置,由洗衣模块1控制上述未连接水源、排水和电源的洗衣模块1、洗后衣物贮存模块3以及熨烫模块4的运行。
可以理解的是,上述未连接水源、排水和电源的洗衣模块1还可以替换为干衣模块2,其连接方式和该洗衣模块1的连接方式相同。也可以是上述两个洗衣模块2中的任意一个或两个替换为干衣模块2,此时干衣模块2的连接方式和对应的洗衣模块1的连接方式相同。
如图9所示,提供了第九种家庭洗护中心,该家庭洗护中心的洗护模块为洗衣模块1、干衣模块2、熨烫模块4以及衣物叠放模块10的组合,上述洗衣模块1、干衣模块2、熨烫模块4以及衣物叠放模块10具有统一或匹配的外形,例如均可以为方形箱体结构;其中熨烫模块4设置在洗衣模块1的侧面,干衣模块2设置在洗衣模块1上方,衣物叠放模块10设置在熨烫模块4的上方。
对于本家庭洗护中心,洗衣模块1连接水源、排水和电源,熨烫模块4通过电路连接部件7(或无线连接方式)连接于该洗衣模块1,上述衣物叠放模块10通过电路连接部件7(或无线连接方式)连接于熨烫模块4、干衣模块2或者洗衣模块1,上述干衣模块2通过水路连接部件6和电路连接部件7(或无线连接方式)连接于洗衣模块1。上述结构的家庭洗护中心,能够实现将衣物的洗涤、衣物的烘干、衣物的熨烫以及衣物的叠放功能组合,以满足用户的要求。
本发明实施例提供的家庭洗护中心,可实现多个洗护模块灵活组合,可以将一个洗衣模块1作为主要控制部件,将干衣模块2、洗后衣物贮存模块3、熨烫模块4、衣物护理模块5,洗衣干衣合二为一的洗干一体模块、洗前衣物处理 贮存模块、衣物叠放模块10和预处理模块的一种或多种作为辅助功能模块,可将该洗衣模块1单独连接水源、排水和电源,用于对家庭洗护中心的其他洗护模块进行供水、排水和供电,来实现其他洗护模块的运行。也就是说,只需一个电源以及给水、排水接口,即可实现对各个洗护模块的控制,而无需如相关技术中设置多个电源以及给水、排水的连接,来实现各模块的功能。且上述图1-9所示的九种家庭洗护中心的结构,利于用户对衣物进行集中处理,方便家庭洗护中心的使用和安装,同时能有效的降低生产成本。本发明实施例提供的上述家庭洗护中心并不限于图1-9所示的九种组合形式,也可以是其他洗护模块的组合形式,具体可以根据不同用户进行个性化的选择。
在一实施例中,上述家庭洗护中心的其他洗护模块均可通过控制连接线连接于洗衣模块1的控制装置,随后由洗衣模块1的控制装置来控制其他洗护模块实现相应的功能。上述控制连接线采用标准件,可采用RS485接口或RS232通信接口。
本发明实施例中,参照图10,上述水路连接部件6为快速接头,其结构为相关技术中常见的结构,例如包括锁套、自锁弹簧、滚珠和卡簧等结构,水路连接部件6的连接方式和相关技术的结构相同,不再赘述。通过该水路连接部件6,能够快速实现相邻两个洗护模块的水路连通。
在连通相邻两个洗护模块的电路时,需要保证两个洗护模块中电路连接的绝缘性,参照图11,上述电路连接部件7可以包括位于其中一个洗护模块电路接口处的绝缘件71,该绝缘件上设有插头72,在另一个洗护模块上设有能够密封其电路接口的弹性件73,该弹性件73上绝缘的设有导电端子74,当两个洗护模块需要电路导通时,上述插头72插入弹性件73,并与导电端子74接通。
为了保证上述多个洗护模块组合后保持稳固,多个洗护模块的壳体之间具有相互配合的卡接结构8,用于将多个洗护模块连为一体。在一实施例中,上述卡接结构8为相关技术中常见的结构,例如可以是图12所示的快速固定插头和插口的结构,也可以是图13所示的旋转件与底脚的卡合结构。
本发明实施例的上述家庭洗护中心在装配时,只需通过上述水路连接部件6和电路连接部件7(或无线连接方式)将多个洗护模块进行水路和电路导通,随后通过卡接结构8将多个洗护模块固定,即可完成整个家庭洗护中心的安装,随后通过上述洗衣模块1连接电源、水源和排水,即可实现整个家庭洗护中心的运行,进而满足用户对衣物集中处理的要求。
对于上述家庭洗护中心的控制方法,均可通过洗衣模块1的控制装置实现对多个洗护模块的集中或分散控制。
本发明实施例通过上述家庭洗护中心及控制方法,对于用户,能够随机扩展家庭衣物护理功能,完成衣物清洗、护理、叠放和贮存,节约家庭空间;对于制造商,可实现规模化、标准化生产,提高生产效率,可进一步降低生产成本。

  1. 一种家庭洗护中心,包括多个洗护模块,所述洗护模块设置为实现以下至少一种功能:衣物清洗、护理和贮存,所述洗护模块具有统一的电路接口和水路接口,所述洗护模块之间通过水路连接部件互连实现水路导通,通过电路连接部件或者无线连接方式互连实现电路导通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的家庭洗护中心,其中,所述洗护模块为洗衣模块、干衣模块、洗干一体模块、熨烫模块、洗后衣物贮存模块、洗前衣物处理贮存模块、衣物叠放模块和预处理模块的一种或多种。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的家庭洗护中心,其中,所述洗护模块包括洗衣模块和干衣模块,两个模块具有统一或匹配的外形。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的家庭洗护中心,其中,所述水路连接部件与所述洗护模块的水路接口采用快速连接结构。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的家庭洗护中心,其中,所述洗衣模块单独连接电源,设置为为整个家庭洗护中心供电。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一所述的家庭洗护中心,其中,所述水路连接部件和电路连接部件至少之一为标准件。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的家庭洗护中心,其中,多个所述洗护模块均通过控制连接线同所述洗衣模块的控制装置连接,通过所述洗衣模块的控制装置实现对多个所述洗护模块的控制。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的家庭洗护中心,其中,所述控制连接线为标准件,采用RS485接口或RS232通信接口。

  10. 一种家庭洗护中心的控制方法,所述洗护中心包括多个洗护模块,所述洗护模块设置为实现以下至少一种功能:衣物清洗、护理和贮存,所述洗护模块具有统一的电路接口和水路接口,所述洗护模块之间通过水路连接部件进行互连实现水路导通,通过电路连接部件或者无线连接方式互连实现电路导通,所述洗护模块包括洗衣模块,其中,通过所述洗衣模块的控制装置可实现对各个模块的集中或分散控制。
