具体实施时,首先,在步骤P100中,智能电视接收到用户按下信号源按键时,采用安卓系统广播的方式把按键强制分发、输出给智能电视的系统和应用端,即强制广播是指智能电视接收到用户按下信号源按键后,采用安卓系统广播的方式把按键强制分发并输出给智能电视的系统和应用端,使系统和应用端都能接收到信号源信号。这样,应用就无法拦截所述信号源信号,因此在任意页面都能接收到。然后进入步骤S100,当智能电视接收到强制广播的信号源时,呼出悬浮式菜单至当前页面的任意位置,优选地,悬浮式菜单位于当前页面的右下角,当然可以根据用户习惯调节至当前页面的其他位置。所述悬浮式菜单获取信号源通道,根据系统文件配置获取当前智能电视机型需显示的设置项并在当前页面显示,所述设置项根据系统当前的状态自动进行动态排序。其中,所述设置项被点击时,其自身单独悬浮并高亮显示于当前页面供用户调节。进一步地,所述悬浮式菜单在用户完成调节后,在第一预设时间阈值内未接收到显示指令,则自动隐藏,所述第一预设时间阈值为5-60秒,优选地,所述第一预设时间阈值为8秒。进一步地,所述设置项在用户完成调节后,在第二预设时间阈值内未接收到调节指令,则自动退出,所述第二预设时间阈值为5-30秒,优选地,第二预设时间阈值为10秒。当然,用户在调节完成后,也可以再次按下“信号源”按键退出悬浮式菜单。
可见,在当前播放的任意场景下,通过按下信号源按键一键呼出悬浮式菜单,并直接在其中调节常用的设置项,由于采用悬浮形式设计,在调节设置项时,完全无需打断当前的观看页面,调节过程简单、快捷,同时能够在不同的机型上显示不同的设置项,符合其机器本身的配置,用户可直观地进行调节,无需繁琐的步骤,大大缩短了调节路径。
进一步地,如图2所示,所述步骤S200具体包括:
S201、悬浮式菜单获取信号源通道。
S202、调用大数据信息,获取常用的设置项并显示。
S203、调用系统文件配置获取当前智能电视机型。
S204、将当前智能电视机型需显示的设置项在当前页面显示。
具体实施时,悬浮式菜单首先获取信号源通道,然后调用大数据信息,根据 大数据计算结果,获取所述智能电视常用的设置项,再调用系统文件配置获取当前智能电视的机型,最后将当前智能电视机型需显示的设置项在当前页面显示。
可见,通过调用大数据信息获取智能电视的常用设置项,再结合系统文件配置获取的当前智能电视的机型,最后将当前智能电视机型需显示的设置项在当前页面显示,有助于减少搜索设置项的时间,从而实现了快捷设置的目的。
进一步地,如图3所示,所述步骤S300具体包括:
步骤S301、所述设置项获取系统当前的状态,并判断有无信号。
步骤S302、根据有无信号实时自动进行动态排序。
具体实施时,本发明的较佳实施例中,当所述设置项获取系统当前的状态后,首先判断有无信号,再根据有无信号实时自动进行动态排序。例如:未连接网络时,网络设置项位置将提前;有升级包时,升级设置项位置将提前。这样的设置有助于用户快速找到出最可能需要设置的选项,方便了客户。
进一步的实施例,如图4-9所示,所述任意播放界面的悬浮式菜单中设置项显示状态下,可快捷调节设置项。例如,图4中示出了调出悬浮式菜单后的状态,其显示的是经过大数据计算智能电视最常用的设置项;图5示出的是未连接网络时,网络设置项位置将提前或有升级包时,升级设置项位置将提前;图6和图7示出的是用户点击了“背光”和“图像模式”设置项后,其悬浮于当前页面,用户可以直接点按左右键即可进行调节相应的背光度和图像模式,例如影院模式;图8示出了当用户在玩游戏时,发现画面太刺眼,即按下遥控器的“信号源”按键,则悬浮式菜单即悬浮于页面任意位置,由于是以安卓透明的形式显示的,因此,无需退出游戏,即可将菜单呼出页面;由于用户发现游戏画面太刺眼,因此选择了调节“背光”设置项,如图9所示,所述“背光”设置项悬浮于当前页面,用户可快捷调节至满意的背光度。
本发明还提供一种智能电视,其中,包括:悬浮式菜单,所述悬浮式菜单的显示包括如上所述的方法。
综上所述,本发明所提供的一种基于智能电视信号源的悬浮式菜单显示方法及智能电视,方法包括:智能电视接收到强制广播的信号源时,呼出悬浮式菜单至当前页面的任意位置;所述悬浮式菜单获取信号源通道,根据系统文件配置获取当前智能电视机型需显示的设置项并在当前页面显示;所述设置项根据系统当 前的状态自动进行动态排序。本发明通过在接收到信号源时,呼出悬浮式菜单至当前页面,并根据系统文件配置显示与当前智能电视机型相对应的设置项供用户调节,有效解决了现有电视在调节设置项时,必须先经过主页进入设置项所在菜单,从而导致调节路径长、步骤繁琐、且无法直观当前播放画面图像的调节效果的问题。
当然,本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关硬件(如处理器,控制器等)来完成,所述的程序可存储于一计算机可读取的存储介质中,该程序在执行时可包括如上述各方法实施例的流程。其中所述的存储介质可为存储器、磁碟、光盘等。
可以理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,而所有这些改变或替换都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种基于智能电视信号源的悬浮式菜单显示方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    智能电视接收到强制广播的信号源时,呼出悬浮式菜单至当前页面的任意位置;
    所述悬浮式菜单获取信号源通道,根据系统文件配置获取当前智能电视机型需显示的设置项并在当前页面显示;
    所述设置项根据系统当前的状态自动进行动态排序。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的基于智能电视信号源的悬浮式菜单显示方法,其特征在于,所述智能电视接收到强制广播的信号源时,呼出悬浮式菜单至当前页面的任意位置之前还包括:
    智能电视接收到用户按下信号源按键时,采用安卓系统广播的方式把按键强制分发、输出给智能电视的系统和应用端。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的基于智能电视信号源的悬浮式菜单显示方法,其特征在于,所述智能电视接收到用户按下信号源按键时,采用安卓系统广播的方式把按键强制分发、输出给智能电视的系统和应用端具体包括:
    智能电视接收到用户按下信号源按键;
    启用安卓系统广播;
    安卓系统广播将按键强制分发、输出给智能电视的系统和应用端。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的基于智能电视信号源的悬浮式菜单显示方法,其特征在于,所述设置项被点击时,其自身单独悬浮并高亮显示于当前页面供用户调节。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的基于智能电视信号源的悬浮式菜单显示方法,其特征在于,所述设置项在任意播放场景下通过信号源呼出悬浮式菜单,且所述设置项在被点击进行调节时,悬浮于当前页面而无需中断正在播放的画面,且所述设置项通过文件配置,使得不同的电视机型配置不同的设置项。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的基于智能电视信号源的悬浮式菜单显示方法,其特征在于,调节完成后若检测到用户再次按下信号源按键,则退出悬浮式菜单。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的基于智能电视信号源的悬浮式菜单显示方法,其特征在于,所述悬浮式菜单获取信号源通道,根据系统文件配置获取当前智能电 视机型需显示的设置项并在当前页面显示具体包括:
    悬浮式菜单获取信号源通道;
    调用大数据信息,获取常用的设置项并显示;
    调用系统文件配置获取当前智能电视机型;
    将当前智能电视机型需显示的设置项在当前页面显示。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的基于智能电视信号源的悬浮式菜单显示方法,其特征在于,所述设置项根据系统当前的状态自动进行动态排序具体包括:
    所述设置项获取系统当前的状态,并判断有无信号;
    根据有无信号实时自动进行动态排序。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的基于智能电视信号源的悬浮式菜单显示方法,其特征在于,当所述设置项获取系统当前的状态为未连接网络时,则网络设置项位置将提前。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的基于智能电视信号源的悬浮式菜单显示方法,其特征在于,当所述设置项获取系统当前的状态为有升级包时,升级设置项位置将提前。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的基于智能电视信号源的悬浮式菜单显示方法,其特征在于,所述悬浮式菜单在用户完成调节后,在第一预设时间阈值内未接收到显示指令,则自动隐藏。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的基于智能电视信号源的悬浮式菜单显示方法,其特征在于,所述设置项在用户完成调节后,在第二预设时间阈值内未接收到调节指令,则自动退出。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的基于智能电视信号源的悬浮式菜单显示方法,其特征在于,所述第一预设时间阈值为5-60秒。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的基于智能电视信号源的悬浮式菜单显示方法,其特征在于,所述第二预设时间阈值为5-30秒。
  15. 一种智能电视,其特征在于,包括:悬浮式菜单,所述悬浮式菜单的显示包括如权利要求1-14任一项所述的方法。
