Description
本发明涉及遥控领域,尤其涉及一种遥控器的连接装置以及具有该连接装置的遥控设备。
无人驾驶飞行器在军事领域和民用领域有着广阔的应用前景,无人驾驶飞行器需要搭配遥控器和显示屏来完成航拍任务,目前的无人驾驶飞行器,要求用户在进行航拍任务时,一边操作遥控器对无人机进行远程遥控,一边通过显示屏获取飞行状态、拍摄参数及航拍画面等。
但是目前遥控器和显示屏并没有很好的连接方式,用户需要同时手持遥控器和显示屏,造成用户操作很不方便。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种连接装置以及具有该连接装置的遥控设备。
本发明提供一种连接装置,用于连接遥控器和显示屏,所述连接装置包括内支架、外支架及屏幕插接件,所述内支架固定于所述遥控器上并连接于所述外支架,所述外支架的一端连接所述内支架,另一端连接所述屏幕插接件,所述屏幕插接件固定于所述显示屏上并连接所述外支架。
进一步地,所述内支架的两端向外延伸并各形成一连接部,每个所述连接部的一端沿其轴向方向开设有连接孔。
本发明提供一种连接装置,用于连接遥控器和显示屏,所述连接装置包括内支架、外支架及屏幕插接件,所述内支架固定于所述遥控器上并连接于所述外支架,所述外支架的一端连接所述内支架,另一端连接所述屏幕插接件,所述屏幕插接件固定于所述显示屏上并连接所述外支架。
进一步地,所述内支架的两端向外延伸并各形成一连接部,每个所述连接部的一端沿其轴向方向开设有连接孔。
进一步地,所述连接部的侧面设置有凸起,所述凸起嵌入所述遥控器内。
进一步地,所述内支架的至少一侧设置有凸边,所述凸边也嵌入所述遥控器内。
进一步地,所述外支架包括一固定台,所述固定台的两端分别设置有一个连接件,每个所述连接件对应嵌入所述内支架上开设的所述连接孔内。
进一步地,所述固定台上还设置有锁扣及扳手,所述屏幕插接件上开设有对应所述锁扣的凹槽,所述锁扣扣合于所述屏幕插接件开设的所述凹槽内,所述扳手连接所述锁扣,所述扳手用于打开所述锁扣,分离处于扣合状态的所述锁扣和所述屏幕插接件。
进一步地,所述内支架和所述外支架之间还设置有弹性件,所述弹性件用于保护所述内支架和所述外支架的接触面。
进一步地,所述固定台的一侧沿其轴向方向延伸并形成插板,所述插板嵌入所述屏幕插接件内。
进一步地,所述屏幕插接件上装设有容置板,所述容置板上开设有对应所述插板的容置槽,所述固定台上的插板嵌入所述容置槽内。
进一步地,所述屏幕插接件上还开设有螺纹孔,所述连接装置还包括螺纹紧固件,所述屏幕插接件通过所述螺纹紧固件与所述螺纹孔的配合固定于所述显示屏上。
本发明还提供一种遥控设备,包括遥控器、显示屏以及如上述的所述连接装置,所述连接装置能够将所述显示屏连接至所述遥控器。
进一步地,所述遥控器包括对称设置的两个支臂,且所述两个支臂上开设有贯通槽,所述两个支臂与遥控器主体可转动地连接,当所述支臂相对所述遥控器扣合时,所述内支架从所述支臂上的贯通槽部分地延伸出来,并与所述外支架连接。
本发明提供所述连接装置能够实现所述遥控器和所述显示屏的相互连接,提高用户操作的便捷性。

请一并参阅图1至图4,图1为本发明第一实施例中的连接装置100的立体示意图,图2为图1所示连接装置100的立体分解示意图,图3为遥控器200的立体结构示意图,图4为显示屏300的立体结构示意图。连接装置100用于连接遥控器200和显示屏300,使得遥控器200和显示屏300连接为整体,提高用户操作的便捷性。本实施方式中,遥控器200和显示屏300均为无人机配套的电子装置,遥控器200用于远程操控无人机,显示屏300用于显示无人机的飞行状态、拍摄参数及航拍画面等。
可以理解,在其他实施方式中,连接装置100不限于仅应用于无人机遥控器200和显示屏300的连接场合,还可应用于其他需要遥控器200和显示屏300相互连接的场合,例如,无人车或者无人船的遥控设备也可采用类似的连接装置100来连接遥控器200和显示屏300。
本实施方式中,遥控器200为无人机配套设置的Mavic/Spark系列遥控器。可以理解,在其他实施方式中,遥控器200可以是其他系列的遥控器。本实施方式中,显示屏300为无人机配套设置的高亮屏,其能够在强光下显示飞行状态、拍摄参数和高清的航拍画面。可以理解,显示屏300不限于本实施方式中
的高亮屏,还可以是其他类型的屏幕。
连接装置100包括内支架10、外支架20及屏幕插接件30,内支架10连接于外支架20,外支架20的一端连接内支架10,另一端连接屏幕插接件30。内支架10嵌入遥控器200内,用于实现连接装置100和遥控器200的相互连接,外支架20一端连接遥控器200,另一端连接显示屏300,用于实现遥控器200和显示屏300的电气连接和数据传输,屏幕插接件30固定连接于显示屏300,用于实现连接装置100和显示屏300的相互固定。
所述内支架10大致呈长条形,所述内支架10的两端向外延伸并各形成一连接部11,两个连接部11相互平行设置,每个连接部11的一端沿其轴线方向开设连接孔12,每个连接部11远离内支架10的侧面上设置有凸起13,内支架10的上端面设置有两个凸边14,两个凸边14沿连接部11的延伸方向相互平行设置。
外支架20包括一固定台21,固定台21大致呈中间大两端小的圆盘状,固定台21的两端分别设置有一个连接件211,每个连接件211能够和内支架10上对应的连接孔12配合,从而实现内支架10和外支架20之间的相互固定。本实施方式中,连接件211为滚花螺母。内支架10和外支架20之间还设置有一层弹性件22,弹性件22具有弹性,可以保护内支架10和外支架20的接触面不会在过大的压紧力下发生压溃现象。本实施方式中,所述弹性件22为软胶垫。
固定台21远离内支架10一侧的大致中心处设置有接口212,接口212用于嵌入显示屏300的插槽301内,从而实现连接装置100和显示屏300之间的电力及数据连接。固定台21的一侧还置有接口213,接口213用于连接遥控器200,从而实现连接装置100和遥控器200之间的电力及数据连接。接口212及接口213是一根数据连接线的两端,该数据连接线穿过连接装置100并且一端连接遥控器200,另一端连接显示屏300,从而实现遥控器200和显示屏300之间的电力及数据连接。
本实施方式中,固定台21上装设的接口212和接口213均为USB数据接口。可以理解,在其他实施中,接口212和接口213还可以是其他形式的连接接口,只需保证各部件之间可以相互完成数据传输即可。
固定台21的一侧向外延伸并形成一插板214,插板214用于嵌入屏幕插接件30内,固定台21相对插板214的一侧还设置有锁扣215和扳手216,锁扣
215用于卡扣并固定屏幕插接件30,扳手216用于打开锁扣215,分离处于扣合状态的屏幕插接件30和锁扣215。锁扣215和扳手216为联动设置,即操作扳手216可使锁扣215锁紧或者释放屏幕插接件30。
屏幕插接件30大致呈圆角矩形,其一端沿轴线方向延伸并形成容置板31,容置板31开设一对应所述插板214的容置槽311,容置槽311用于供外支架20上装设的插板214嵌入,实现插板214和屏幕插接件30之间的嵌合连接。屏幕插接件30面对容置板31的一端设置有对应锁扣215的凹槽312,凹槽312用于供外支架20上的锁扣215卡扣,实现锁扣215和屏幕插接件30之间的扣合连接。通过插板214和锁扣215对屏幕插接件30的固定,可实现外支架20与屏幕插接件30之间的固定连接。屏幕插接件30的大致中心处开设有通孔313,通孔313用于供接口212穿过并使接口212在屏幕插接件30处露出,方便接口212和显示屏300进行插接,屏幕插接件30的两端各开设有一螺纹孔314,每个螺纹孔314和一螺纹紧固件315相互螺合,每个螺纹紧固件315旋入螺纹孔314内并固定于显示屏300上,从而实现屏幕插接件30和显示屏300之间的相互固定。
下面介绍连接装置100实现连接遥控器200和显示屏300的安装过程。
请参阅图3,图3示意了连接装置100中内支架10嵌入遥控器200内的安装过程,先打开遥控器200的两个支臂202,将内支架10的一端容置于遥控器200的一个支臂202内,内支架10一端上装设的凸起13和凸边14与遥控器200的该支臂202扣合,使得内支架10的一端和遥控器200的该支臂202相互卡扣固定,再将该支臂202从打开状态折叠为收容状态。其中,支臂202上开设贯通槽(图未标),故内支架10的凸起14从所述贯通槽部分地延伸出来,从而与外支架20连接,且该凸起14的活动范围被限定于支臂202的贯通槽内,可起到定位的功能。内支架10的凸边14与支臂202内侧配合,实现辅助定位的功能。将该支臂202连同内支架10相互平行固定于遥控器200的一端侧面上,此时内支架10上开设的连接部11朝向遥控器200的外部,最后将另一个支臂202也折叠为收容状态并与内支架10的另一端卡扣连接,从而实现内支架10与遥控器200的相互固定。
请再一并参阅图5,图5为连接装置100的连接状态示意图,将外支架20上的连接件211旋入内支架10上的连接孔12内,从而实现内支架10和外支架
20之间的相互固定,此时弹性件22装设于内支架10及支臂202与外支架20之间,可以缓冲震动和防止接触面压溃。
请再一并参阅图4,图4示意了显示屏300和屏幕插接件30之间的连接状态,螺纹紧固件315(图未示)旋入螺纹孔314内并和显示屏300螺合,从而实现屏幕插接件30和显示屏300之间的相互固定,此时容置板31承载显示屏300。
请再一并参阅图6,图6为连接装置100的另一连接状态示意图,将外支架20上的插板214嵌入屏幕插接件30中容置板31的容置槽311内,将外支架上的锁扣215扣合于屏幕插接件30中的凹槽312内,从而实现外支架20与屏幕插接件30之间的相互固定,进而使得外连接装置100与显示屏300相互固定,从而完成连接装置100连接遥控器200和显示屏300的安装过程。
本发明提供的连接装置100能够实现遥控器200和显示屏300的相互连接,提高用户操作的便捷性。
本技术领域的普通技术人员应当认识到,以上的实施方式仅是用来说明本发明,而并非用作为对本发明的限定,只要在本发明的实质精神范围的内,对以上实施方式所作的适当改变和变化都落在本发明要求保护的范围的内。
Claims (21)
- 一种连接装置,用于连接遥控器和显示屏,其特征在于:所述连接装置包括内支架、外支架及屏幕插接件,所述内支架固定于所述遥控器上并连接于所述外支架,所述外支架的一端连接所述内支架,另一端连接所述屏幕插接件,所述屏幕插接件固定于所述显示屏上并连接所述外支架。
- 如权利要求1所述的连接装置,其特征在于:所述内支架的两端向外延伸并各形成一连接部,每个所述连接部的一端沿其轴向方向开设有连接孔。
- 如权利要求2所述的连接装置,其特征在于:所述连接部的侧面设置有凸起,所述凸起嵌入所述遥控器内。
- 如权利要求3所述的连接装置,其特征在于:所述内支架的至少一侧设置有凸边,所述凸边也嵌入所述遥控器内。
- 如权利要求2所述的连接装置,其特征在于:所述外支架包括一固定台,所述固定台的两端分别设置有一个连接件,每个所述连接件对应嵌入所述内支架上开设的所述连接孔内。
- 如权利要求5所述的连接装置,其特征在于:所述固定台上还设置有锁扣及扳手,所述屏幕插接件上开设有对应所述锁扣的凹槽,所述锁扣扣合于所述屏幕插接件开设的所述凹槽内,所述扳手连接所述锁扣,所述扳手用于打开所述锁扣,分离处于扣合状态的所述锁扣和所述屏幕插接件。
- 如权利要求1所述的连接装置,其特征在于:所述内支架和所述外支架之间还设置有弹性件,所述弹性件用于保护所述内支架和所述外支架的接触面。
- 如权利要求4或5所述的连接装置,其特征在于:所述固定台的一侧沿其轴向方向延伸并形成插板,所述插板嵌入所述屏幕插接件内。
- 如权利要求8所述的连接装置,其特征在于:所述屏幕插接件上装设有容置板,所述容置板上开设有对应所述插板的容置槽,所述固定台上的插板嵌入所述容置槽内。
- 如权利要求8所述的连接装置,其特征在于:所述屏幕插接件上还开设有螺纹孔,所述连接装置还包括螺纹紧固件,所述屏幕插接件通过所述螺纹紧固件与所述螺纹孔的配合固定于所述显示屏上。
- 一种遥控设备,包括遥控器、显示屏以及连接装置,所述连接装置能 够将所述显示屏连接至所述遥控器,所述连接装置还包括内支架、外支架及屏幕插接件,所述内支架固定于所述遥控器上并连接于所述外支架,所述外支架的一端连接所述内支架,另一端连接所述屏幕插接件,所述屏幕插接件固定于所述显示屏上并连接所述外支架。
- 如权利要求11所述的遥控设备,其特征在于:所述内支架的两端向外延伸并各形成一连接部,每个所述连接部的一端沿其轴向方向开设有连接孔。
- 如权利要求12所述的遥控设备,其特征在于:所述连接部的侧面设置有凸起,所述凸起嵌入所述遥控器内。
- 如权利要求13所述的遥控设备,其特征在于:所述内支架的至少一侧设置有凸边,所述凸边也嵌入所述遥控器内。
- 如权利要求12所述的遥控设备,其特征在于:所述外支架包括一固定台,所述固定台的两端分别设置有一个连接件,每个所述连接件对应嵌入所述内支架上开设的所述连接孔内。
- 如权利要求15所述的遥控设备,其特征在于:所述固定台上还设置有锁扣及扳手,所述屏幕插接件上开设有对应所述锁扣的凹槽,所述锁扣扣合于所述屏幕插接件开设的所述凹槽内,所述扳手连接所述锁扣,所述扳手用于打开所述锁扣,分离处于扣合状态的所述锁扣和所述屏幕插接件。
- 如权利要求11所述的遥控设备,其特征在于:所述内支架和所述外支架之间还设置有弹性件,所述弹性件用于保护所述内支架和所述外支架的接触面。
- 如权利要求14或15所述的连接装置,其特征在于:所述固定台的一侧沿其轴向方向延伸并形成插板,所述插板嵌入所述屏幕插接件内。
- 如权利要求18所述的遥控设备,其特征在于:所述屏幕插接件上装设有容置板,所述容置板上开设有对应所述插板的容置槽,所述固定台上的插板嵌入所述容置槽内。
- 如权利要求18所述的遥控设备,其特征在于:所述屏幕插接件上还开设有螺纹孔,所述连接装置还包括螺纹紧固件,所述屏幕插接件通过所述螺纹紧固件与所述螺纹孔的配合固定于所述显示屏上。
- 如权利要求11-20任一项所述的遥控设备,其特征在于:所述遥控器包括对称设置的两个支臂,且所述两个支臂上开设有贯通槽,所述两个支臂与 遥控器主体可转动地连接,当所述支臂相对所述遥控器扣合时,所述内支架从所述支臂上的贯通槽部分地延伸出来,并与所述外支架连接。
