Description

智能马桶及其座圈 技术领域
本发明涉及马桶技术领域,特别是一种智能马桶及其座圈。
背景技术
随着科技的不断进步和人们对生活水平的要求越来越高,智能马桶应用的越来越广泛。一般的智能马桶大都配备有落座传感器,但是因为落座传感器的设置不合理,导致某些情况下感应不到有人落座,即感应不到有效落座。例如,瘦弱的小孩和老人由于腿太细没接触到感应点,或者使用者因身体缺陷没接触到感应点,或者因为需要侧身操作导致感应点接触不良,这些情况都是因为落座传感器的设置不合理,导致无法感应到有人落座。
发明内容
基于此,有必要提供一种设置合理,更容易检测到有效落座的智能马桶及其座圈。
一种智能马桶的座圈,包括:
座圈盖板,具有落座面及背向于所述落座面的安装面,所述座圈盖板上开设有贯穿所述落座面与所述安装面的敞口;
至少两个落座传感器,安装于所述安装面上,且所述敞口的对称线左右两侧设置有至少一所述落座传感器;及
电路板,形成或门电路,所述或门电路分别通过第一线材与各所述落座 传感器串联,各所述落座传感器并联设置,所述或门电路与主控电路板通信连接。
一种智能马桶,包括:
马桶本体;
如以上任意一项所述的座圈,所述座圈可转动地设置于所述马桶本体上;
马桶盖板,可转动地设置于所述马桶本体上,所述座圈位于所述马桶本体与所述马桶盖板之间;及
主控电路板,与所述或门电路通信连接。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图 对本发明的具体实施方式做详细的说明。在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明。但是本发明能够以很多不同于在此描述的其它方式来实施,本领域技术人员可以在不违背本发明内涵的情况下做类似改进,因此本发明不受下面公开的具体实施的限制。
需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者也可以存在居中的元件。当一个元件被认为是“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。本文所使用的术语“垂直的”、“水平的”、“左”、“右”以及类似的表述只是为了说明的目的,并不表示是唯一的实施方式。
除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本发明的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在本发明的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施例的目的,不是旨在于限制本发明。以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
一实施方式中的智能马桶,包括马桶本体、座圈、马桶盖板及主控电路板。座圈可转动地设置于马桶本体上,马桶盖板可转动地设置于马桶本体上,座圈位于马桶本体与马桶盖体之间。
请参阅图1至图3,为一实施方式中的座圈10,座圈10包括座圈盖板100、至少两个落座传感器200、电路板300及座圈底板400。座圈盖板100具有落座面110及背向于落座面110的安装面120,落座面110用于供使用者落座,安装面120用于安装落座传感器200和电路板300等。座圈盖板100上开设有贯穿落座面110与安装面120的敞口101,敞口101与马桶本体的 马桶池相对应。
至少两个落座传感器200安装于安装面120上,且敞口101的对称线A左右两侧设置有至少一落座传感器200。因此,当使用者在使用马桶时,对应使用者的双腿两侧分别有用于感应落座的落座传感器200。落座传感器200可以为压力传感器,通过检测座圈盖板100上的压力来确定使用情况。落座传感器200也可以为电阻传感器、光线感应器、距离感应器等。
落座传感器200设置的越多,则更容易检测到有效落座,但是成本越高。因此结合成本及检测准确度考虑,本实施方式中采用两个落座传感器200,两个落座传感器200分别位于敞口101的对称线左右两侧。
请一并参阅图4及图5,安装面120上向背向于落座面110的方向突出形成有收容框130,落座传感器200位于收容框130内,有利于规范落座传感器200的安装位置,在安装时更容易定位。落座传感器200通过胶层140贴附于安装面120上。例如,通过3M胶贴附于安装面120上,安装时更加简便快捷。
收容框130内填充有防水固定胶150,防水固定胶150覆盖落座传感器200。具体地,可以在落座传感器200通过3M胶贴附到安装面120后,再在收容框130内填充覆盖落座传感器200的防水固定胶150,固定落座传感器200的同时起到防水作用。具体地,防水固定胶150可以为硅胶。
电路板300形成有或门电路,或门电路分别通过第一线材500与各落座传感器200串联,各落座传感器200之间并联设置。具体到本实施方式中,第一线材500为两根,一落座传感器200通过一第一线材500与或门电路串联,两落座传感器200之间并联设置。或门电路与主控电路板通信连接。例如,或门电路通过第二线材600与主控电路板通信连接。当然,在其它的实 施方式中,或门电路还可以通过无线通信的方式与主控电路板实现通信连接。
请一并参阅图6,座圈盖板100的安装面120还形成有固定柱121,固定柱121上开设有固定孔122,电路板300通过紧固件123固定于固定孔122内。例如,在本实施方式中,固定孔122为螺纹孔,紧固件123为与螺纹孔相匹配的螺钉,螺钉将电路板300固定于螺纹孔内。当然,在其它的实施方式中,还可以为其他形式的固定柱121和紧固件123,只要能够实现将电路板300固定于安装面120上即可。
具体到本实施方式中,固定柱121的高度与收容框130的高度相对应,因此有利于为第一线材500与电路板300上的或门电路串联预留空间,提高安装的便利性。
具体到本实施方式中,座圈盖板100的可转动端开设有出线孔160,第二线材600穿过出线孔160与主控电路板电连接。
具体到本实施方式中,座圈底板400与座圈盖板100配合后形成收容腔,落座传感器200、电路板300均收容于收容腔内。对应地,座圈底板400上也开设有与马桶本体的马桶池相对应的敞口101。座圈底板400上形成有胶垫410,增加座圈10在落座时的缓冲。当有人落座时,座圈底板400与马桶本体相抵触,座圈底板400主要用于保护落座传感器200、电路板300等,防止落座时被损坏。
上述智能马桶及其座圈10至少具有以下优点:
在座圈盖板100的安装面120设置至少两个落座传感器200,且敞口101的对称线左右两侧设置有至少一落座传感器200,或门电路分别通过第一线材500与各落座传感器200串联,各落座传感器200并联设置,定义落座传感器200有人落座时输出有效高电平,否则为低电平,多个落座传感器200 中只要有一个落座传感器200检测到有效落座,或门电路就会输出有效高电平,高电平通过第二线材600传递至主控电路板,因此落座传感器200设置合理,更容易检测到有效落座。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种智能马桶的座圈,包括:
    座圈盖板,具有落座面及背向于所述落座面的安装面,所述座圈盖板上开设有贯穿所述落座面与所述安装面的敞口;
    至少两个落座传感器,安装于所述安装面上,且所述敞口的对称线左右两侧设置有至少一所述落座传感器;及
    电路板,形成或门电路,所述或门电路分别通过第一线材与各所述落座传感器串联,各所述落座传感器并联设置,所述或门电路与主控电路板通信连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的座圈,其特征在于,所述安装面上向背向于所述落座面的方向突出形成有收容框,所述落座传感器位于所述收容框内。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的座圈,其特征在于,所述落座传感器通过胶层贴附于所述安装面上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的座圈,其特征在于,所述收容框内填充有防水固定胶,所述防水固定胶覆盖所述落座传感器。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的座圈,其特征在于,所述防水固定胶为硅胶。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的座圈,其特征在于,所述座圈盖板的安装面还形成有固定柱,所述固定柱上开设有固定孔,所述电路板通过紧固件固定于所述固定孔内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的座圈,其特征在于,所述固定孔为螺纹孔,所述紧固件为与所述螺纹孔相匹配的螺钉,所述螺钉将所述电路板固定于所述螺纹孔内。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的座圈,其特征在于,还包括座圈底板,所述座圈底板与所述座圈盖板配合后形成收容腔,所述落座传感器、所述电路板均收容 于所述收容腔内。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的座圈,其特征在于,所述座圈底板上形成有胶垫。
  10. 一种智能马桶,其特征在于,包括:
    如权利要求1至9中任意一项所述的座圈;及
    主控电路板,与所述座圈的电路板上的或门电路通信连接。
