Abstract

The present invention relates to a hydrogen-fueled cooking system which can be used in every kitchen and manufacturing facility where food is cooked with a high pressure regulator (16) for regulating the pressure of the gas exiting the hydrogen gas generator (I) which creates the hydrogen gas by filling it with water and a hydrogen gas valve (14) for controlling the flow of hydrogen gas leaving the high pressure regulator (16). The hydrogen gas generator (1) passes to the hydrogen gas valve (14), which increases the pressure of the hydrogen gas and passes hydrogen gas to the sweeping fan motor (I I) and the gas filter and the flame holder (17), then passes to the ignition coil (15) for providing the spark in the ignition switch (7) then transferring the hydrogen gas from the hydrogen injector (H) to the furnace (F) and a control board for controlling the operation of the system.
