Abstract

A container system allowing consumption of a content of the container system, while keeping some of the content sealed when some of the content is consumed, the container system comprising: a container comprising: a casing defining a space; at least one opening, and at least one septum dividing the space to a plurality of compartments and the opening to a plurality of container sub-openings, wherein the number of compartments is equal to the number of the container sub-openings; a first cover configured to cover the opening and leave at least one container sub-opening open while sealing the remaining container sub-openings, and a second cover configured to cover the first cover while covering all the container sub-openings. The container system may further comprise either a first seal, or a second seal, or both a first seal and a second seal. Methods of using the same are also disclosed herein.

Description

CONTAINER
CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATION
[001] This application claims priority to United States Provisional Patent Application No. 62/542,829, filed August 09, 2017, the entire contents of which is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
FIELD
[002] The present subject matter relates to containers for storing fluids. More particularly, the present subject matter relates to containers for storing fluids configured to keep part of the fluids under sealing conditions.
BACKGROUND
[003] The mostly consumed liquid containing dissolved gas is carbonated beverage. Carbonated beverages are normally stored in containers, like bottles. The opening of the container is sealed with a cover, for example a cap, more particularly a screw cap, that prevents spill of carbonated beverage from the container, and loss of carbon dioxide from the carbonated beverage. Normally after opening such a container, namely removing the cover from the opening of the container, particularly in cases where the container contains a large volume of carbonated beverage, the container is reclosed, namely the opening of the container is covered again with the cover, for storing the carbonated beverage, or the remaining of the carbonated beverage if some of it is consumed, for future consumption. However, after removing the cover from the opening of the container and returning the cover to the opening of the container, the sealing effect of the cover is not retained, causing loss of some carbon dioxide from the carbonated beverage. As a result, after some time of storage the carbonated beverage may lose some of its typical taste and aroma, and some consumers may dispose the carbonated beverage and may avoid prolonged storage of reclosed containers of carbonated beverage.
[004] A similar problem is encountered with other types of material stored in a container, for example powders and liquids, and any other type of material, stored for a prolonged period of time in the container and there is a possibility that after opening the container a sealing effect of a cover of the container is lost, not to mention the occasional opening and closing of the cover of the container that also exposes the content of the container to external conditions. This may have a detrimental effect on the content of the container, for example exposure of the content of the container to humidity when the content should be kept under dry conditions, or loss of aroma from spices, or exposure of the content to oxygen which may cause oxidation of the content, or evaporation of the content when the content is volatile.
SUMMARY
[005] Unless otherwise defined, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this subject matter belongs. Although methods and materials similar or equivalent to those described herein can be used in the practice or testing of the present subject matter, suitable methods and materials are described below. In case of conflict, the patent specification, including definitions, will control. In addition, the materials, methods, and examples are illustrative only and not intended to be limiting.
[006] According to one aspect of the present subject matter, there is provided a container system allowing consumption of a content of the container system, while keeping some of the content sealed when some of the content is consumed, the container system comprising:
a container comprising:
a casing defining a space;
at least one opening, and
at least one septum dividing the space to a plurality of compartments and the opening to a plurality of container sub-openings, wherein the number of compartments is equal to the number of the container sub-openings;
a first cover configured to cover the opening and leave at least one container sub- opening open while sealing the remaining container sub-openings, and
a second cover configured to cover the first cover while covering all the container sub- openings.
[007] According to one embodiment, the first cover comprises at least one cover sub-opening, wherein the cover sub-opening corresponds to a container sub-opening.
[008] According to another embodiment, the first cover comprises one cover sub-opening. [009] According to yet another embodiment, the first cover comprises a number of cover sub- openings that is equal to the number of container sub-openings.
[010] According to still another embodiment, the container system further comprises either a first seal, or a second seal, or both a first seal and a second seal, wherein the first seal is configured to seal the opening and leave at least one container sub-opening open while sealing the remaining container sub-openings, and the second seal is configured to seal all the container sub-openings.
[011] According to a further embodiment, the first seal comprises at least one seal sub- opening, wherein the seal sub-opening corresponds to a container sub-opening.
[012] According to yet a further embodiment, the first seal comprises one seal sub-opening.
[013] According to still a further embodiment, the first seal comprises a number of seal sub- openings that is equal to the number of container sub-openings.
[014] According to an additional embodiment, the first seal is configured to be placed over the opening, while the first cover is configured to be placed over the first seal.

providing a container system according to embodiments of the present subject matter; filling at least one of the compartments of the container with a content;
covering the opening with the first cover, and
covering the first cover with the second cover.
[018] According to one embodiment, the method for storing a content in a container system further comprises, before covering the opening with the first cover:
covering the opening with the first seal. [019] According to another embodiment, the method for storing a content in a container system further comprises, before covering the first cover with the second cover:
covering the first cover with the second seal.
[020] According to yet another aspect of the present subject matter, there is provided a method for consuming a content of a container system, while keeping some of the content sealed when some of the content is consumed, the method comprising:
providing a container system according to embodiments of the present subject matter; removing the second cover;
consuming the content of a compartment that is open, and
covering the first cover with the second cover.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[048] Before explaining at least one embodiment in detail, it is to be understood that the subject matter is not limited in its application to the details of construction and the arrangement of the components set forth in the following description or illustrated in the drawings. The subject matter is capable of other embodiments or of being practiced or carried out in various ways. Also, it is to be understood that the phraseology and terminology employed herein is for the purpose of description and should not be regarded as limiting. In discussion of the various figures described herein below, like numbers refer to like parts. The drawings are generally not to scale.
[049] For clarity, non-essential elements were omitted from some of the drawings.
[050] One aim of the present subject matter is to provide a container system, configured to contain a content that minimizes exposure of at least some of the content to external conditions, particularly after a cover of the container system is opened and reclosed.
[051] Another aim of the present subject matter is to provide a method for storing a content of a container system while minimizing exposure of at least some of the content to external conditions, particularly after a cover of the container system is opened and reclosed.
[052] The container system of the present subject matter is configured to contain any type of content known in the art, and minimizing the exposure of at least some of the content to external conditions, particularly after a cover of the container system is opened and reclosed. The content may be a solid material, liquid, fluid and the like. Examples of a content that may be stored in the container system of the present subject matter include: a liquid containing dissolved gas - in this embodiment the container minimizes loss of gas from at least some of the liquid after opening and reclosing the container system; a carbonated liquid, for example soda - in this embodiment the container system minimizes loss of carbon dioxide from at least some of the carbonated liquid after opening and reclosing the container system; a dry material - in this embodiment the container system minimizes exposure of at least some of the dry material to humidity after opening and reclosing the container system; a spice - in this embodiment the container system minimizes loss of aroma from at least some of the spice after opening and reclosing the container system; a material prone to damage by oxidation - in this embodiment the container system minimizes exposure of at least some of the material to oxygen after opening and reclosing the container system; and a volatile material - in this embodiment the container system minimizes evaporation of at least some of the volatile material after opening and reclosing the container system. It should be noted that these are only examples of the content that the container system of the present subject matter is configured to store and minimize exposure of at least some of the content to external conditions after opening and reclosing the container system. These examples should not be considered as limiting the scope of the present subject matter.
[053] The present subject matter provides a container system allowing consumption of a content of the container system 1, while keeping some of the content sealed when some of the content is consumed. The container system has the features described above. For the sake of simplicity only, the container system described hereinafter is based on a bottle for storing a carbonated beverage. However, this is only an example of the container system described above and should not be considered as limiting the scope of the present subject matter. Also, the shape and size of the container and of the other components of the container system may be any shape and size known in the art, as should not be considered as limiting the scope of the present subject matter.

[061] According to one embodiment, the container 10 comprises a casing 102 defining a space 104, and at least one opening 106, for example one opening 106 as illustrated in Figs. 1A-E. The container 10 is configured to contain, or store, a content inside the space 104. The container 10 illustrated in Figs. 1A-F is a bottle configured to contain a carbonated liquid. The casing 102 may be made of any material known in the art that is suitable for making a container 10, for example but not limited to, glass, plastic, metal and the like. The opening 106 is configured to allow insertion of a content into the space 104 of the container 10, and removal of the content from the space 104 of the container 10, for example pouring a carbonated liquid into the space 104 of the container 10 and removal of the carbonated liquid from the space 104 of the container 10.
[062] According to one embodiment, the container 10 further comprises at least one septum 108 dividing the space 104 to a plurality of compartments. The container illustrated in Figs. 1A-F comprises a septum 108 dividing the space 104 to two compartments - a first compartment 1042 and a second compartment 1044. The at least one septum 108 spans the entire space 104, including the opening 106. The at least one septum 108 is configured to completely separate the compartments, for example completely separate between the first compartment 1042 and the second compartment 1044, in a manner that a content, for example a carbonated liquid, contained in the first compartment 1042 cannot mix with a content, for example a carbonated liquid, contained in the second compartment 1044. Furthermore, in cases where the content is a liquid containing dissolved gas, for example carbon dioxide, the at least one septum 108 is configured to eliminate movement of the gas, for example carbon dioxide, between liquids contained in the first compartment 1042 and the second compartment 1044.
[063] According to one embodiment, the height of the at least one septum 108 is similar to the height of the container 10. In other words, the at least one septum 108 is aligned with the opening 106 of the container 10, thus dividing the opening 106 to container sub-openings. According to the embodiment illustrated for example in Fig. IE, the septum 1085 divides the opening 106 to two container sub-openings - a first container sub-opening 1062 of the first compartment 1042, and a second container sub-opening 1064 that is an opening of the second compartment 1044.
[064] In general, then, the at least one septum 108 divides the space 104 of the casing to a plurality of compartments and the opening 106 to a plurality of container sub-openings, wherein the number of compartments is equal to the number of the container sub-openings.

[071] According to one embodiment, the first cover 20 comprises a first section 22 and a second section 24 on top of the first section 22. According to one embodiment, the first section 22 is configured to engage with a part of the container 10 that is in the area of the opening 106 of the container 10. Any method and mechanism for engaging the first section 22 of the first cover 20 to the container 10 in the area of the opening 104 is under the scope of the present subject matter, for example, but not limited to, welding, adhering, gluing, screwing, and the like. [072] According to one embodiment, the second section 24 of the first cover 20 comprises at least one cover sub-opening, wherein the cover sub-opening corresponds to a container sub- opening. According to one embodiment, the first section 32 is configured to engage with a part of the container 10 that is in the area of the opening 106 of the container 10. Any method and mechanism for engaging the first section 32 of the second cover 30 to the container 10 in the area of the opening 104 is under the scope of the present subject matter, for example, but not limited to, welding, adhering, gluing, screwing, and the like. According to one embodiment, the shape of the first section 32 of the second cover 30 corresponds to the shape of the part of the container 10 near the opening 106. For example, as illustrated in Figs. 3B-E, the first section 32 of the second cover 30 has a screw thread 322 configured to engage with a screw thread near the opening 106 of the container 10, like for example in a standard bottle of beverage, or carbonated beverage.
[080] According to an additional embodiment, the first section 32 of the second cover 30 is configured to engage with the first cover 20. According you an additional embodiment, the first section 32 of the second cover 30 is configured to engage with a first cover 20 covering an opening 106 of a container 10. Any method and mechanism for engaging the first section 32 of the second cover 30 to the first cover 20 is under the scope of the present subject matter, for example, but not limited to, welding, adhering, gluing, screwing, and the like.
[081] According to the embodiment illustrated in Figs. 3A-E, the second cover 30 has a shape similar to a cover of a standard bottle of beverage, namely the second cover 30, comprises screw threads 322 and resembles a standard screw cap. Accordingly, the first cover 20 comprises corresponding screw threads that are configured to engage with the screw threads 322 of the second cover 30 (not shown). It should be noted though that this embodiment is exemplary only, and that any method and mechanism known in the art for engaging the second cover 30 with either the area of the container 10 adjacent to the opening 106 or the first cover 20 is under the scope of the present subject matter, for example, but not limited to, welding, adhering, gluing, screwing, and the like. [082] In order to enhance the ability of the container system 1 to properly seal the compartments, for example a first compartment 1042 and a second compartment 1044 of a container 10, the container system 1 may further comprise at least one of a first seal 40 and a second seal 50. In other words, the container system 1 may comprise either a first seal 40, or a second seal 50, or both a first seal 40 and a second seal 50. According to one embodiment the first seal 40 corresponds to the first cover 20, and according to another embodiment the second seal 50 corresponds to the second cover 30.
[083] According to one embodiment, the first seal 40 comprises at least one seal sub-opening, wherein the seal sub-opening corresponds to a container sub-opening. According to another embodiment, the first seal 40 comprises one seal sub-opening. According to yet another embodiment, the first seal 20 comprises a number of seal sub-openings that is equal to the number of container sub-openings.

[088] The first seal 40 is configured to seal the opening 106 and leave at least one container sub-opening open while sealing the remaining container sub-openings. According to one embodiment, the first seal 40 has a disc-like shape comprising a seal sub-opening 42 corresponding to one of the container sub-openings, for example first container sub-opening 1062 or second container sub-opening 1064. Thus, when the first seal 40 covers an opening 106 of a container 10, the first seal 20 allows one container sub-opening, for example 1062 or 1064, to remain open while the rest of the container sub-openings are covered. This is achieved by covering the opening 106 of the container 10 with the first seal 20 while fitting the seal sub- opening 42 to a container sub-opening. This ensures that the rest of the container sub-openings of the container 10 are covered and sealed by the first seal 40.
[089] According to one embodiment, the first seal 40 is made of any material known in the art that is suitable for sealing an opening, for example preventing passage of gases, humidity, odors and the like. Thus, for example, the first seal 40 may be made of rubber, silicon and the like.
[090] According to one embodiment, the first seal 40 is configured to be placed over an opening 106 of a container 10 while the first cover 20 is configured to be placed over the first seal 40.

[094] According to one embodiment, the second seal 50 has a complete disc-like shape. Thus, the second seal 50 is configured to seal an entire opening 106 of a container 10, including all the container sub-openings. In other words, the second seal 50 is configured to seal all the container sub-openings.
[095] According to one embodiment, the second seal 50 is made of any material known in the art that is suitable for sealing an opening, for example preventing passage of gases, humidity, odors and the like. Thus, for example, the first seal 40 may be made of rubber, silicon and the like.
[096] According to one embodiment, the second seal 50 is configured to be placed over the first cover 20 that covers an opening 106 of a container 10 while the second cover 30 is configured to be placed over the second seal 50.
[097] Figs. 6A-B schematically illustrate, according to an exemplary embodiment, a perspective side view and a perspective side see-through view of an assembled container system 1. The assembled container system 1 illustrated in Figs. 6A-B is configured to achieve all the aforementioned aims of the container system 1. According to one embodiment, the assembled container system 1 comprises a container 10 divided to a plurality of compartments by at least one septum 108, a first cover 20 covering an opening 106 of the container 10 and a second cover 30 covering the first cover 20. According to another embodiment, the assembled container system 1 may further comprise a first seal 40 positioned between the opening 106 of the container 10 and the first cover 20. According to yet another embodiment, the assembled container system 1 may further comprise a second seal 50 positioned between the first cover 20 and the second cover 30. According to still another embodiment, the assembled container system 1 may further comprise a first seal 40 positioned between the opening 106 of the container 10 and the first cover 20 and a second seal 50 positioned between the first cover 20 and the second cover 30.
[098] As mentioned above, the container 10 may comprise at least one septum 108 dividing the space 104 of the container 10 to a plurality of compartments. One embodiment, of a container 10 comprising a septum 108 dividing the space 104 to two compartments - a first compartment 1042 and a second compartment 1044, was shown for example in Figs. 1E-F.
[099] Figs. 7A-B schematically illustrate, according to an exemplary embodiment, an upper view and a bottom view, respectively, of a container 10 comprising septa 108 dividing the space 104 to three compartments - 1042, 1044 and 1046, as well as dividing the opening 106 of the container 10 to three container sub-openings 1062, 1064 and 1066.
[100] Figs. 8A-B schematically illustrate, according to an exemplary embodiment, an upper view and a bottom view, respectively, of a container 10 comprising septa 108 dividing the space 104 to four compartments - 1042, 1044, 1046 and 1048, as well as dividing the opening 106 of the container 10 to four container sub-openings 1062, 1064, 1066 and 1068.
[101] It should be noted that the embodiments illustrated in Figs. 1E-F, 7A-B and 8A-B should not be considered as limiting the scope of the present subject matter, and that any number of septa 108 dividing the space 104 of the container 10 to any number of compartments and dividing the opening 106 to any number of container sub-openings is under the scope of the present subject matter. [102] Figs. 4A-F illustrate a first seal 40 that fits an opening 106 of a container 10 divided to two container sub-openings 1062 and 1064. This first seal 40 comprises a seal sub-opening 42 that corresponds to one out of two container sub-openings. Similarly, the present subject matter provides a first seal 40 comprising a seal sub-opening 42 that corresponds to one of any number of container sub-openings of the opening 106 of the container 10. For example, Fig. 9 illustrates a first seal 40 that corresponds to an opening 106 of a container 10 comprising four container sub-openings, like the one illustrated for example in Fig. 8A.
[103] Fig. 9 schematically illustrates, according to an exemplary embodiment, an upper perspective view of a first seal 40 corresponding to an opening 106 divided to four container sub-openings. The first seal illustrated in Fig. 9 comprises a seal sub-opening 42 that fits to one of the four container sub-openings illustrated in Fig. 8A. During usage, the first seal 40 illustrated in Fig. 9 leaves one compartment out of the four compartment open while the other three compartments are sealed. Once the material contained in the open compartment is consumed, the orientation of the first seal 40 over the opening 106 may be changed in a manner that the seal sub-opening 42 is positioned above another yet not consumed compartment, while the rest of the compartments are sealed.
[104] According to one embodiment, the first seal 40 may comprise a number of seal sub- openings similar to the number of container sub-openings of the opening 106 of the container 10. For example, when the opening 106 comprises two container sub-openings the first seal 40 comprises two seal sub-openings (not shown), when the opening 106 comprise three container sub-openings the first seal 40 comprises three seal sub-openings (not shown) and when the opening 106 comprises four container sub-openings the first seal 40 comprises four seal sub- openings, as illustrated in Fig. 10.
[105] Fig. 10 schematically illustrates, according to an exemplary embodiment, an upper perspective view of a first seal 40 comprising four seal sub-openings 42.
[106] The present subject matter further provides a foil configured to releasably cover and seal a seal sub-opening 42. Any such foil known in the art is under the scope of the present subject matter. Thus, any seal sub-opening according to any one of the embodiments described above may be covered and sealed with the foil. When in usage, a foil covering a seal sub- opening 42 may be removed and the content of the corresponding compartment may be consumed while the rest of the compartments remain sealed. According to one embodiment, the foil is configured to releasably cover and seal a seal sub-opening 42 as is, as illustrated for example in Fig. 10. According to another embodiment, the seal sub-opening 42 comprises a pit 422 configured to facilitate removal of the foil by a user.
[107] Fig. 11 schematically illustrates, according to an exemplary embodiment, an upper view of a first seal 40 comprising four seal sub-openings 42, and a pit 422 aside each seal sub- opening 42.
[108] Fig. 12 schematically illustrates, according to an exemplary embodiment, an upper perspective view of a first seal 40 comprising four seal sub-opening 42, a pit 422 aside each seal sub-opening 42, and a foil 60 releasably covering and sealing each seal sub-opening 42.
[109] The pit 422, illustrated in Fig. 11, is configured to assist a user in grasping a foil 60 covering the seal sub-opening 42 for easy removal of the foil 60. As can be seen in Fig. 12, the shape of the foil 60 is similar to the shape of the seal sub-opening 42 together with the pit 422. Similarly, a foil 60 that is configured to releasably cover and seal a seal sub-opening 42 that does not comprise a pit 422, for example the seal sub-opening 42 illustrated in Fig. 10, may have a shape similar to the shape of the seal sub-opening 42 illustrated in Fig. 10.
[110] According to one embodiment, the first seal 40 may comprise at least one seal sub- opening. In other words, the number of seal sub-opening may be greater that one and lower than the number of container sub-openings. For example, a first seal 40 corresponding to an opening 106 comprising four container sub-openings may comprise, for example, two seal sub- openings while the rest of the first seal covers the remaining two container sub-openings. In this embodiment, the seal sub-openings may be covered and sealed with foils.
[I l l] According to a simplified embodiment, the container system 1 does not comprise a first cover 20, foils cover and seal directly container sub-openings of the opening 106 of the container 10. Namely, the container sub-openings are each covered with a foil.
[112] The present subject matter further provides a method for storing a content in a container system 1, the method comprising:
providing a container system 1 comprising a container divided to a plurality of compartments, a first cover 20 and a second cover 30;
filling at least one of the compartments of the container 10 with a content; covering an opening 106 of the container 10 with the first cover 20, and covering the first cover 20 with the second cover 30.
[113] According to one embodiment, the container system 1 further comprises a first seal 40, while the first cover 20 covers the first seal 40, and the method for storing the content in the container system 1 further comprises - covering an opening 106 of the container 10 with the first seal 40, before covering an opening 106 of the container 10 with the first cover 20.
[114] According to another embodiment, the container system 1 further comprises a second seal 50, while the second cover 30 covers the second seal 50, and the method for storing the content in the container system 1 further comprises - covering the first cover 20 with the second seal 50, before covering the first cover 20 with the second cover 30.
[115] The present subject matter further provides a method for consuming a content of a container system 1, while keeping some of the content sealed when some of the content is consumed, the method comprising:
providing a container system 1 comprising a container 10 divided to a plurality of compartments, at least one of the compartments is filled with a content, a first cover covering an opening 106 of the container 10, and a second cover 30 covering the first cover 20;
removing the second cover 30;
consuming the content of the compartment that is open, and
covering the first cover 20 with the second cover 30.
[116] According to one embodiment, the container system 1 further comprises a first seal 40 covering the opening 106 of the container 10, while the first cover 20 covers the first seal 40. This embodiment does not affect the method for consuming a content of a container system 1, while keeping some of the content sealed when some of the content is consumed, but it enhances the ability of the container system 1 to properly seal the compartments.
[117] According to another embodiment, the container system 1 further comprises a second seal 50 covering the first cover 20, while the second cover 30 covers the second seal 50, and the method for consuming a content of a container system 1, while keeping some of the content sealed when some of the content is consumed further comprises - removing the second seal 50, after removing the second cover 30. [118] It is appreciated that certain features of the subject matter, which are, for clarity, described in the context of separate embodiments, may also be provided in combination in a single embodiment. Conversely, various features of the subject matter, which are, for brevity, described in the context of a single embodiment, may also be provided separately or in any suitable sub combination.
[119] Although the subject matter has been described in conjunction with specific embodiments thereof, it is evident that many alternatives, modifications and variations will be apparent to those skilled in the art. Accordingly, it is intended to embrace all such alternatives, modifications and variations that fall within the spirit and broad scope of the appended claims.

Claims

A container system allowing consumption of a content of the container system, while keeping some of the content sealed when some of the content is consumed, the container system comprising:
a container comprising:
a casing defining a space;
at least one opening, and
at least one septum dividing the space to a plurality of compartments and the opening to a plurality of container sub-openings, wherein the number of compartments is equal to the number of the container sub-openings;
a first cover configured to cover the opening and leave at least one container sub- opening open while sealing the remaining container sub-openings, and
a second cover configured to cover the first cover while covering all the container sub-openings.
The container system of claim 1, wherein the first cover comprises at least one cover sub- opening, wherein the cover sub-opening corresponds to a container sub-opening.
The container system of claim 2, wherein the first cover comprises one cover sub- opening.
The container system of claim 2, wherein the first cover comprises a number of cover sub-openings that is equal to the number of container sub-openings.
The container system of claim 1, further comprising either a first seal, or a second seal, or both a first seal and a second seal, wherein the first seal is configured to seal the opening and leave at least one container sub-opening open while sealing the remaining container sub-openings, and the second seal is configured to seal all the container sub-openings.
The container system of claim 5, wherein the first seal comprises at least one seal sub- opening, wherein the seal sub-opening corresponds to a container sub-opening.
The container system of claim 6, wherein the first seal comprises one seal sub-opening.
8. The container system of claim 6, wherein the first seal comprises a number of seal sub- openings that is equal to the number of container sub-openings.
9. The container system of claim 5, wherein the first seal is configured to be placed over the opening, while the first cover is configured to be placed over the first seal.
10. The container system of claim 5, wherein the second seal is configured to be placed over the first cover, while the second cover is configured to be placed over the second seal.
11. The container system of claim 6, wherein the container system further comprises a foil configured to releasably cover and seal a seal sub-opening.
12. A method for storing a content in a container system, the method comprising:
providing the container system of any one of claims 1-11;
filling at least one of the compartments of the container with a content;
covering the opening with the first cover, and
covering the first cover with the second cover.
13. The method for storing a content in a container system of claim 12, the method further comprising before covering the opening with the first cover:
covering the opening with the first seal.
14. The method for storing a content in a container system of claim 12, the method further comprising before covering the first cover with the second cover:
covering the first cover with the second seal.
15. A method for consuming a content of a container system, while keeping some of the content sealed when some of the content is consumed, the method comprising:
providing the container system of any one of claims 1-11;
removing the second cover;
consuming the content of a compartment that is open, and
covering the first cover with the second cover.
6. The method for consuming a content of a container system, while keeping some of the content sealed when some of the content is consumed, the method further comprising after removing the second cover:
removing the second seal.
