背景技术
当终端一段时间不进行控制信令和用户数据传输时,终端的空口资源释放,终端的用户面的隧道(基站到网关)也往往释放。当有下行数据或信令下发给终端时,网络将触发基站在一定区域内(如TA(Tracking Area,跟踪区域)列表中)寻呼。终端检测到寻呼消息后,发起连接建立请求,进入连接态。
为实现终端可达所进行的寻呼是相关的网络中核心网控制面设备主要消耗资源的功能之一。此外,寻呼不是所有的终端都需要。对于MICO(Mobile Initiated Communication Only)终端或固定不移动终端,其业务的发起都由终端主动触发。不存在终端处于空闲(IDLE)态,由网络唤起终端进而通过控制面信令或用户面数据通道传输数据的情况。
基于上述原因,在第五代5G的服务化架构设计中,一个网络功能(NF)由多个服务来定义。比如AMF(Access and Management Function,接入和管理功能)可以由:通信(Communication)服务、信息开放服务等多个服务组成。相关技术中,大多的终端寻呼、数据面通道都由通信服务来完整。而基于上述原因,为便于进行功能的定制以及对该服务的容量功能按需进行扩缩容,需要考虑更灵活的数据通道建立方式。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本公开提供一种建立数据通道的方法、设备及非易失性计算机可读存储介质,以提高为终端建立数据通道的灵活性。
第一方面,本公开提供一种建立数据通道的方法,该方法应用于会话管理功能SMF或其相关服务且包括:当网络侧有下行数据到达时,直接调用终端可达服务为终端建立用户面数据通道;或者当网络侧有下行数据到达时,间接调用终端可达服务为终端建立用户面数据通道。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图和实施例,对本公开的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本公开,但不用来限制本公开的范围。
在本公开的一些实施例中,将“终端可达”作为一个单独的服务,可设置于AMF(Access and Management Function,接入和管理功能)中,以便于进行功能的定制,以及对该服务的容量功能按需进行扩缩容。
为实现对终端可达服务的灵活配置,进而提高为终端建立数据通道的灵活性,在本公开的一些实施例中,提出了如下解决方案1-方案3。
方案1、当网络侧有下行数据到达,但发现终端用户面数据通道不存在时,网络中的相关功能(如SMF(session management function,会话管理功能))调用终端可达服务(MT)。终端可达服务判断终端的状态,如果发现终端处在连接态,则调用相关的服务为终端建立用户面数据通道。如果终端处在空闲态,则终端可达服务对终端进行寻呼,待终端响应寻呼进入连接态后,调用相关的服务为终端建立用户面数据通道。
方案2、SMF调用通信服务,通信服务判断终端的状态。如果通信服务发现终端处在连接态,则为终端建立用户面数据通道。如果通信服务发现终端处在空闲态,则通信服务先调用终端可达服务对终端进行寻呼,待终端响应寻呼进入连接态后,为终端建立用户面数据通道。
方案3、SMF调用通信服务,通信服务不判断终端状态,而是直接调用终端可达服务,由终端可达服务判断终端的状态。如果终端可达服务发现终端处在连接态,则终端可达服务立即告知通信服务终端可达,通信服务进而为终端建立用户面数据通道。如果终端可达服务发现终端处在空闲态,则终端可达服务对终端进行寻呼,待终端响应寻呼进入连接态后,终端可达服务响应通信服务,通信服务进而为终端建立用户面数据通道。
以下对上述方案做详细说明。
如图1所示,本公开的一些实施例提供一种建立数据通道的方法,该方 法应用于SMF或其相关服务。其中,SMF相关服务指的是SMF中包括的某一个服务。所述方法包括步骤101。

以下以SMF、通信服务、终端可达服务、终端几个实体之间的交互为例, 详细描述一下本公开的一些实施例的实现过程。
如图6所示,本公开的一些实施例提供一种建立数据通道的方法,该方法包括步骤601-605。
步骤601、SMF收到用户面下行数据通道建立通知后,向终端可达服务发起下行数据到达通知(Downlink data notify)(或用户面数据通道建立通知),通知中含有PDU(Protocol Data Unit,协议数据单元)会话的标识。
步骤602、终端可达服务收到该通知后,判断终端是否在连接态:
a)如果终端在空闲态,则发起寻呼。终端在收到寻呼后,向终端可达服务发送响应,终端可达服务停止寻呼,进入步骤603。
b)如果终端在连接态,则进入步骤603。
步骤603、终端可达服务向通信可达服务发送建立用户面通道请求,通知终端可达。终端可达服务根据用户信息调用相应的通信服务,并携带PDU会话的标识。
步骤604、通信服务根据会话的标识(其其它可能的信息,如用户的ID),向基站侧发起用户面数据通道建立请求,并通过建立用户面通道请求把用户面下行和上行通道信息告知终端可达。
同时,通信服务可向终端可达服务发送建立用户面通道响应。
步骤605、终端可达服务向SMF发送下行数据通知确认(Downlink data notify ACK),把用户面数据通道信息告知SMF。
SMF后续可进一步与用户面网络功能交互,完成RAN(Radio Access Network,无线接入网)和用户面间用户通道的建立。
如图7所示,本公开的一些实施例提供另一种建立数据通道的方法,该方法包括步骤701-704。
步骤701、网络中用户面管理的服务(如SMF)调用控制面服务(如AMF中的通信服务),发起下行数据传递请求服务。SMF可根据该用户的PDU会话标识来选择相应的通信(communication)服务。SMF向通信服务发送下行数据到达通知(Downlink data notify)。
步骤702、通信服务判断终端是否在连接态:
a)通信服务如果判断终端是连接态,则直接进入步骤703。
a)如果判断终端处于空闲态,则调用终端可达(或寻呼)服务,向终端可达服务发送终端进入连接态请求,使得终端可达服务根据该请求发起寻呼请求。终端响应寻呼,终端可达服务停止寻呼。而后,终端可达服务通过建立用户面通道请求(Active UE response)告知通信服务终端进入Active(或可达)状态。当终端进入连接态后,向通信服务发送终端进入连接态响应。

步骤704、通信服务向SMF发送下行数据通知确认(Downlink data notify ACK),并把用户面数据通道的信息告知用户面管理服务
如图8所示,本公开的一些实施例提供再一种建立数据通道的方法,该方法包括步骤801-806。

与相关技术相比,本公开的一些实施例的方案可以实现控制面网络功能解耦,以独立的终端可达服务的方式进行实现,有利于寻呼作为一个独立的服务来实现,从而实现寻呼能力的扩缩容。
在本申请所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露方法和装置,可以通过其它的方式实现。例如,以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如,所述单元的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,例如多个单元或组件可以结合或者可以集成到另一个系统,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。另一点,所显示或讨论的相互之间的耦合或直接耦合或通信连接可以是通过一些接口,装置或单元的间接耦合或通信连接,可以是电性,机械或其它的形式。

上述以软件功能单元的形式实现的集成的单元,可以存储在一个计算机可读存储介质中。上述软件功能单元存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本公开各个实施例所述收发方法的部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,简称ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,简称RAM)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。

Claims (36)

  1. 一种建立数据通道的方法,该方法应用于会话管理功能SMF或其相关服务且包括:
    当网络侧有下行数据到达时,直接调用终端可达服务为终端建立用户面数据通道;或者
    当网络侧有下行数据到达时,间接调用终端可达服务为终端建立用户面数据通道。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述直接调用终端可达服务为终端建立用户面数据通道,包括:
    直接调用终端可达服务,所述终端可达服务在确定所述终端处于连接态时,调用接入及移动性管理相关功能或服务为所述终端建立用户面数据通道;所述终端可达服务在确定所述终端处于空闲态时,寻呼所述终端,并在确定所述终端处于连接态后,调用接入及移动性管理相关功能或服务为所述终端建立用户面数据通道。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,还包括:
    接收所述终端可达服务发送的用户面数据通道的信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述间接调用终端可达服务为终端建立用户面数据通道,包括:
    调用接入及移动性管理相关功能或服务,所述接入及移动性管理相关功能或服务调用终端可达服务以确定所述终端处于连接态;当所述接入及移动性管理相关功能或服务接收到所述终端可达服务确定所述终端处于连接态的信息时,为所述终端建立用户面数据通道;当所述接入及移动性管理相关功能或服务接收到所述终端可达服务确定所述终端处于空闲态的信息时,调用终端可达服务寻呼所述终端,并接收到所述终端可达服务确定所述终端处于连接态的信息后,为所述终端建立用户面数据通道。

    调用接入及移动性管理相关功能或服务,所述接入及移动性管理相关功 能或服务在确定所述终端处于连接态时,为所述终端建立用户面数据通道;所述接入及移动性管理相关功能或服务在确定所述终端处于空闲态时,调用终端可达服务寻呼所述终端,并在确定所述终端处于连接态后,为所述终端建立用户面数据通道。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的方法,还包括:
    接收所述接入及移动性管理相关功能或服务发送的用户面数据通道的信息。
  7. 一种建立数据通道的方法,该方法应用于终端可达服务且包括:
    接收会话管理功能SMF或其相关服务的数据通道建立通知;以及
    根据所述数据通道建立通知,为终端建立用户面数据通道。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述数据通道建立通知,为终端建立用户面数据通道,包括:
    获取所述终端的状态信息;

  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,所述调用接入及移动性管理相关功能或服务为所述终端建立用户面数据通道,包括:
    向所述接入及移动性管理相关功能或服务发送调用请求,在所述调用请求中携带终端可达指示,使得所述接入及移动性管理相关功能或服务在根据所述终端可达指示确定所述终端处于连接态后,为所述终端建立用户面数据通道;或者
    向所述接入及移动性管理相关功能或服务发送调用请求,使得所述接入及移动性管理相关功能或服务根据所述调用请求确定所述终端处于连接态后,为所述终端建立用户面数据通道。
  10. 一种建立数据通道的方法,该方法应用于终端可达服务且包括:
    根据接入及移动性管理相关功能或服务的指示,获取终端的状态信息;
    当根据所述状态信息确定所述终端处于连接态时,通知接入及移动性管理相关功能或服务所述终端可达,以由所述接入及移动性管理相关功能或服务为所述终端建立用户面数据通道;以及
    当根据所述状态信息确定所述终端处于空闲态时,寻呼所述终端,并在所述终端处于连接时,通知接入及移动性管理相关功能或服务所述终端可达,以由所述接入及移动性管理相关功能或服务为所述终端建立用户面数据通道。
  11. 一种建立数据通道的方法,该方法应用于终端可达服务且包括:
    当接入及移动性管理相关功能或服务确定终端处于空闲态时,根据所述接入及移动性管理相关功能或服务的指示,寻呼所述终端,并在所述终端处于连接时,通知所述接入及移动性管理相关功能或服务所述终端可达,以由所述接入及移动性管理相关功能或服务为所述终端建立用户面数据通道。
  12. 一种建立数据通道的方法,该方法应用于接入及移动性管理相关功能或服务且包括:
    接收会话管理功能SMF或其相关服务的数据通道建立通知;以及
    根据所述数据通道建立通知,为终端建立用户面数据通道。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其中,所述为终端建立用户面数据通道,包括:
    获取所述终端的状态信息;
    当根据所述状态信息确定所述终端处于连接态时,为所述终端建立用户面数据通道;以及
    当根据所述状态信息确定所述终端处于空闲态时,调用终端可达服务寻呼所述终端,并在接收到所述终端可达服务确定所述终端处于连接态的信息后,为所述终端建立用户面数据通道。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其中,所述为终端建立用户面数据通道,包括:
    调用终端可达服务以确定所述终端处于连接态;以及
    在接收到所述终端可达服务确定所述终端处于连接态的信息后,为所述终端建立用户面数据通道。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其中,所述调用终端可达服务以确定 所述终端处于连接态,包括:
    接收所述终端可达服务的响应消息,根据所述响应消息确定所述终端处于连接态,在所述响应消息中包括终端可达指示;或者
    接收所述终端可达服务的响应消息,根据所述响应消息获取所述终端的上下文信息,根据所述上下文信息确定所述终端处于连接态。
  16. 一种建立数据通道的设备,包括:
    处理器和收发器;
    其中所述处理器,用于当网络侧有下行数据到达时,直接调用终端可达服务为终端建立用户面数据通道;或者当网络侧有下行数据到达时,间接调用终端可达服务为终端建立用户面数据通道;
    所述收发器,用于在所述处理器的控制下接收和发送数据。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的设备,其中,所述处理器还用于,直接调用终端可达服务,所述终端可达服务在确定所述终端处于连接态时,调用接入及移动性管理相关功能或服务为所述终端建立用户面数据通道;所述终端可达服务在确定所述终端处于空闲态时,寻呼所述终端,并在确定所述终端处于连接态后,调用接入及移动性管理相关功能或服务为所述终端建立用户面数据通道。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的设备,其中,所述收发器还用于,接收所述终端可达服务发送的用户面数据通道的信息。
  19. 根据权利要求16所述的设备,其中,所述处理器还用于,调用接入及移动性管理相关功能或服务,所述接入及移动性管理相关功能或服务调用终端可达服务以确定所述终端处于连接态;当所述接入及移动性管理相关功能或服务接收到所述终端可达服务确定所述终端处于连接态的信息时,为所述终端建立用户面数据通道;当所述接入及移动性管理相关功能或服务接收到所述终端可达服务确定所述终端处于空闲态的信息时,调用终端可达服务寻呼所述终端,并接收到所述终端可达服务确定所述终端处于连接态的信息后,为所述终端建立用户面数据通道。
