- 一种终端,其特征在于,所述终端包括:处理单元以及与所述处理单元连接的收发单元,其中,所述收发单元,用于接收网络侧设备发送的配置信令,所述配置信令包括:指示反馈应答信息的最大传输时延;所述处理单元,用于动态确定混合自动重传请求反馈时序,依据所述最大传输时延确定待传输的反馈应答消息的总比特数量;所述收发单元,用于向所述网络侧设备发送所述总比特数量的所述待传输的反馈应答消息。
