智能平板组件 技术领域
本发明涉及智能电子设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种智能平板组件。
背景技术
智能平板是一种通过触控技术对显示在显示平板(LCD、LED、PDP)上的内容进行操控和实现人机交互操作的一体化设备,这种设备集成了投影机、电子白板、幕布、音响、电视机、视频会议终端的多种功能,适用于群体沟通场合,集中解决了会议中远程音视频沟通,各种格式会议文档高清晰显示,视频文件播放,现场音响,屏幕书写,文件标注、保存、打印和分发等系统化会议需求;同时还内置电视接收功能和环绕声音响,在工作之余还可满足视听娱乐需求。广泛应用于教育教学、企业会议、商业展示等领域,可有效改善沟通环境、提升群体沟通效率。
现有的智能平板通常由固定的结构对其进行支撑,在使用过程中其高度不可调节,难以满足不同身高使用者的使用需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种智能平板组件,其在使用过程中高度可进行调节,能够满足不同使用者以及使用环境的要求。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
提供一种智能平板组件,包括支撑架和设置在所述支撑架上可随所述支撑架实现升降运动的智能平板主体,所述支撑架包括两个可升降支腿,两个所述 可升降支腿内部分别设置有运动机构,通过升降驱动件同步驱动升降支腿内部的运动机构实现升降运动;
所述升降驱动件与所述运动机构之间设置有锁止机构,通过所述锁止机构,所述升降驱动件可选择性控制所述运动机构;
所述可升降支腿包括固定支撑组件以及相对于所述固定支撑组件可移动设置的活动支撑组件,所述固定支撑组件包括润滑组件和固定设置在所述固定支撑组件中的驱动滑块,所述运动机构包括设置在所述活动支撑组件中与所述驱动滑块相配合的驱动丝杆,所述驱动滑块与所述驱动丝杆相配合带动所述活动支撑组件相对于所述固定支撑组件滑动。
作为所述的智能平板组件的一种优选技术方案,所述固定支撑组件包括固定支架,以及设置在所述固定支架上方的套管组件,所述润滑组件以及所述驱动滑块均设置在所述套管组件上。
作为所述的智能平板组件的一种优选技术方案,所述润滑组件包括设置在所述套管组件靠近所述固定支架一端的第一润滑套和设置在所述套管组件远离所述固定支架一端的第二润滑套,所述第一润滑套通过弹性卡扣卡接于所述套管组件内部,且所述第一润滑套与所述第二润滑套均套设在所述套管组件与所述活动支撑组件之间。
作为所述的智能平板组件的一种优选技术方案,所述润滑组件采用尼龙材料制成。
作为所述的智能平板组件的一种优选技术方案,所述支撑架包括均通过丝杆与滑块配合驱动实现升降的第一可升降支腿和第二可升降支腿,所述第一可升降支腿上设置有相互传动配合的第一驱动丝杆以及第一驱动滑块,所述第二可升降支腿上设置有相互传动配合的第二驱动丝杆以及第二驱动滑块,所述第 一可升降支腿与所述第二可升降支腿上分别具有所述升降驱动件,所述第一可升降支腿上的所述升降驱动件为驱动手柄,所述第二可升降支腿上的所述升降驱动件为驱动杆,所述驱动杆与所述驱动手柄固定连接,同步带动所述第一可升降支腿和所述第二可升降支腿做升降运动。
作为所述的智能平板组件的一种优选技术方案,所述第一可升降支腿上设置有用于安装第一传动组件的第一传动壳体,所述驱动手柄上设置有第一转动限位件,所述第一传动壳体上设置有第二转动限位件,当所述第一转动限位件与所述第二转动限位件相配合,可限制所述驱动手柄带动所述第一传动组件转动,当所述第一转动限位件与所述第二转动限位件相分离,所述驱动手柄转动可带动所述第一传动组件转动。
作为所述的智能平板组件的一种优选技术方案,所述第一传动组件包括相互啮合的第一主动齿轮以及第一从动齿轮,所述第一主动齿轮与所述驱动手柄可选择性传动连接,所述第一从动齿轮与所述第一驱动丝杆固定连接;所述第二可升降支腿上设置有用于安装第二传动组件的第二传动壳体,所述第二传动组件包括相互啮合的第二主动齿轮和第二从动齿轮,所述第二主动齿轮与所述驱动杆可选择性传动连接,所述第二从动齿轮与所述第二驱动丝杆固定连接。
作为所述的智能平板组件的一种优选技术方案,所述驱动手柄具有伸入所述第一传动壳体中与所述第一主动齿轮传动连接的传动状态,所述驱动杆具有一端伸入所述第一传动壳体与所述驱动手柄固定连接的传动状态,所述传动状态下所述驱动杆背离所述第一传动壳体的一端伸入所述第二传动壳体与所述第二主动齿轮传动连接。
作为所述的智能平板组件的一种优选技术方案,所述第一转动限位件为设置在所述驱动手柄上的限位凸块,所述第二转动限位件为设置在所述第一传动 壳体上与所述限位凸块相配合的限位凹槽,或,所述第一转动限位件为设置在所述驱动手柄上的限位凹槽,所述第二转动限位件为设置在所述第一传动壳体上与所述限位凹槽相配合的限位凸块。
作为所述的智能平板组件的一种优选技术方案,所述驱动杆远离所述驱动手柄的端部穿过所述第二传动壳体并延伸至所述第二传动壳体外部,其位于所述第二传动壳体远离所述第一传动壳体的一侧设置有限位销。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明中智能平板组件的支撑架包括可升降支腿,两可升降支腿同步调节升降,保证升降高度一致,保证智能平板主体升降过程中不出现倾斜,满足用户使用要求;设置有锁止机构,在不需要调节高度时进行锁止操作,避免误触造成智能平板主体位置变化,影响使用体验;设置有润滑组件,可以保证升降动作的流畅性,避免产生噪音。

如图1~13所示,于本实施例中公开一种智能平板组件,其包括支撑架1和设置在所述支撑架1上可随所述支撑架1实现升降运动的智能平板主体2,所述支撑架1包括两个可升降支腿3,两个所述可升降支腿3通过升降驱动件同步驱动设置在其各自内部的运动机构实现升降运动;
通过将智能平板主体2设置在可升降的支撑架1上,使得具有不同需求的用户可以根据自身需要调节支撑架1的高度,进而控制智能平板主体2的高度,使其处于合适的高度位置,让使用者可以在最佳的视角以及操作高度下使用智能平板,提高使用舒适度。同时此方案同样适用于家庭中有不同身高使用者的情况,在身高较高的儿童或成人使用时,可将支撑架1升起,而当身高较矮的儿童使用时可将支撑架1落下,具体使用过程中,支撑架1的高度可根据实际 需要进行适当调节。
所述升降驱动件与所述运动机构之间设置有锁止机构,通过所述锁止机构,所述升降驱动件可选择性控制所述运动机构;
本方案实施例中运动机构用于带动支撑架1实现升降,升降驱动件用于控制运动机构的运动,本方案中运动机构依靠自身的传动结构以及零部件之间的摩擦力具有一定的自锁效果,可以在一定的受力范围内防止支撑架1受重力作用自行降落,而为了确保支撑架1的高度且避免受外力作用导致支撑架1降落,本方案中还设置有锁止机构,当所述锁止机构工作状态下,升降驱动件的动作被限制,将无法控制升降驱动件运动,使得支撑架1高度不可调,当锁止机构处于非工作状态下,升降驱动件可自由运动,进而可通过升降驱动件带动运动机构运动,控制支撑架1升降运动。
具体的,本实施例中所述可升降支腿3包括固定支撑组件以及相对于所述固定支撑组件可移动设置的活动支撑组件,所述固定支撑组件包括润滑组件322和固定设置在所述固定支撑组件中的驱动滑块,所述运动机构包括设置在所述活动支撑组件中与所述驱动滑块相配合的驱动丝杆,所述驱动滑块与所述驱动丝杆相配合带动所述活动支撑组件相对于所述固定支撑组件滑动。
通过设置润滑组件322可以在固定支撑组件与活动支撑组件之间发生相对滑动时避免两者直接摩擦。优选的,本实施例中所述润滑组件322采用尼龙材料制成,通过设置采用尼龙材料制成的润滑组件322对固定支撑组件以及活动支撑组件进行润滑,可以避免金属之间直接接触导致磨损,并且避免升降的过程中产生噪音,影响用户使用体验。
具体的,本实施例中所述固定支撑组件包括固定支架,以及设置在所述固定支架上方的套管组件6,所述润滑组件322以及所述驱动滑块均设置在所述套 管组件6上。
所述润滑组件322包括设置在所述套管组件6靠近所述固定支架一端的第一润滑套323和设置在所述套管组件6远离所述固定支架一端的第二润滑套3237,所述第一润滑套323通过弹性卡扣3233卡接于所述套管组件6内部,且所述第一润滑套323与所述第二润滑套3237均套设在所述套管组件6与所述活动支撑组件之间。
所述第一润滑套323包括第一滑套本体3231以及设置在所述第一滑套本体3231一端的限位凸台3232,所述弹性卡扣3233设置在所述第一滑套本体3231的外侧壁上,所述弹性卡扣3233远离所述限位凸台3232的端部设置有卡接凸起3234,所述套管组件6上与所述卡接凸起3234对应的设置有卡接通孔3235。
套管组件6用于连接固定支撑组件以及活动支撑组件,同时在外部对活动支撑组件形成一个保护罩,避免活动支撑组件运动的过程中受到外界干扰。例如有杂物进入到固定支撑组件与活动支撑组件之间导致无法相对运动。
所述固定支架包括相互呈夹角设置的两根支脚,两根所述支脚连接处具有安装管,所述安装管与所述套管组件6可拆卸连接。
通过每个可升降支腿3设置两根支脚,并且支撑架1包括两个可升降支腿3,使得支撑架1整体具有四个支脚用于支撑,以便于保证支撑架1的稳定性。
所述固定支架的设置形式并不局限于底部设置两根支脚,在其他实施例中还可以在固定支架的底部设置支撑盘,通过支撑盘与地面大面积接触,从而保证支撑架1的稳定性。
进一步的,为了便于驱动滑块的安装,所述第一滑套本体3231内设置有滑块固定槽3236,所述驱动滑块设置在所述滑块固定槽3236中。本实施例中的升降方式为驱动滑块固定设置,驱动丝杆与驱动滑块相配合,在驱动丝杆转动的 情况下,由于驱动滑块固定不动,驱动丝杆将沿其轴向相对于驱动滑块进行移动。因此为实现本方案,需要对驱动滑块进行固定,通过在第一滑套本体3231内设置滑块固定槽3236,将驱动滑块设置在滑块固定槽3236中,可以防止驱动滑块发生转动,同时再采用焊接或卡接的形式对驱动滑块在驱动丝杆轴向方向的移动进行限制,即可满足本方案要求。
所述活动支撑组件包括活动套管以及设置在所述活动套管远离所述固定支撑组件的一端的驱动安装平台,所述驱动安装平台上设置有用于控制所述驱动丝杆转动的丝杆驱动装置,所述驱动丝杆一端与所述丝杆驱动装置传动连接,另一端穿过所述驱动安装平台于所述活动套管内部向所述固定支撑组件方向延伸,并与所述驱动滑块相配合。
本实施例中,所述活动支撑组件还包括与所述驱动安装平台固定连接的平板安装架。智能平板主体2安装在平板安装架上,可随活动支撑组件发生移动。
所述丝杆驱动装置包括固定连接所述驱动丝杆的齿轮组件以及传动连接所述齿轮组件的升降驱动件,所述升降驱动件通过所述齿轮组件带动所述驱动丝杆转动。
具体的,本实施例中所述支撑架1包括均通过丝杆与滑块配合驱动实现升降的第一可升降支腿301和第二可升降支腿312,所述第一可升降支腿301上设置有相互传动配合的第一驱动丝杆302以及第一驱动滑块303,所述第二可升降支腿312上设置有相互传动配合的第二驱动丝杆313以及第二驱动滑块314,所述第一可升降支腿301与所述第二可升降支腿312上分别具有所述升降驱动件,所述第一可升降支腿301上的所述升降驱动件为驱动手柄304,所述第二可升降支腿312上的所述升降驱动件为驱动杆315,所述驱动杆315与所述驱动手柄304固定连接,同步带动所述第一可升降支腿301和所述第二可升降支腿312做 升降运动。所述第一可升降支腿301上设置有用于安装第一传动组件的第一传动壳体305,所述驱动手柄304上设置有第一转动限位件,所述第一传动壳体305上设置有第二转动限位件,当所述第一转动限位件与所述第二转动限位件相配合,可限制所述驱动手柄304带动所述第一传动组件转动,当所述第一转动限位件与所述第二转动限位件相分离,所述驱动手柄304转动可带动所述第一传动组件转动。
所述第一可升降支腿301包括第一固定支撑组件308以及相对于所述第一固定支撑组件308可移动设置的第一活动支撑组件309,所述第一固定支撑组件308包括第一润滑组件和固定设置在所述第一固定支撑组件308中的第一驱动滑块303,所述第一活动支撑组件309中设置有与所述第一驱动滑块303相配合的第一驱动丝杆302,所述第一驱动滑块303与所述第一驱动丝杆302相配合带动所述第一活动支撑组件309相对于所述第一固定支撑组件308滑动;所述第二可升降支腿312包括第二固定支撑组件318以及相对于所述第二固定支撑组件318可移动设置的第二活动支撑组件319,所述第二固定支撑组件318包括第二润滑组件和固定设置在所述第二固定支撑组件318中的第二驱动滑块314,所述第二活动支撑组件319中设置有与所述第二驱动滑块314相配合的第二驱动丝杆313,所述第二驱动滑块314与所述第二驱动丝杆313相配合带动所述第二活动支撑组件319相对于所述第二固定支撑组件318滑动。
所述第一可升降支腿301上的所述第一传动组件包括相互啮合的第一主动齿轮310以及第一从动齿轮311,所述第一主动齿轮310与所述驱动手柄304可选择性传动连接,所述第一从动齿轮311与所述第一驱动丝杆302固定连接;所述第二可升降支腿312上的所述第二传动组件包括相互啮合的第二主动齿轮320和第二从动齿轮321,所述第二主动齿轮320与所述驱动杆315可选择性传 动连接,所述第二从动齿轮321与所述第二驱动丝杆313固定连接。
所述第一可升降支腿301上设置有用于安装所述第一主动齿轮310以及第一从动齿轮311的第一传动壳体305,所述第二可升降支腿312上设置有用于安装所述第二主动齿轮320以及第二从动齿轮321的第二传动壳体317,所述驱动手柄304具有伸入所述第一传动壳体305中与所述第一主动齿轮310传动连接的传动状态,所述驱动杆315具有一端伸入所述第一传动壳体305与所述驱动手柄304固定连接的传动状态,所述传动状态下所述驱动杆315背离所述第一传动壳体305的一端伸入所述第二传动壳体317与所述第二主动齿轮320传动连接。
所述驱动手柄304包括驱动部3041以及控制部3042,所述驱动部3041与所述控制部3042之间通过连接杆3043连接,所述控制部3042可带动所述驱动手柄304绕所述驱动部3041的轴心进行旋转。所述驱动杆315与所述驱动部3041同轴设置且传动连接,共同可滑动穿设在所述第一主动齿轮310以及第二主动齿轮320的轴心孔中,所述驱动部3041与所述驱动杆315选择性与所述第一主动齿轮310以及所述第二主动齿轮320传动连接。
在其他实施例中,还可以设置为所述驱动杆315与所述驱动部3041同轴设置且可选择性传动连接,所述驱动部3041可滑动穿设在所述第一主动齿轮310的轴心孔中,可选择性与所述第一主动齿轮310以及所述驱动杆315传动连接,所述驱动杆315与所述第二从动齿轮321传动连接。即驱动杆315始终与第二从动齿轮321传动连接,而具有控制部3042的驱动手柄304可通过滑动选择性与第一主动齿轮310以及驱动杆315传动连接,由此可以避免在滑动过程中驱动杆315整体需要移动,减少操作所需的力。同时可以避免频繁滑动造成的对第二从动齿轮321的磨损。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述驱动部3041和所述连接杆3043的横截面均为多边形结构,所述第一主动齿轮310和所述第二主动齿轮320的轴心孔分别与所述驱动部3041和所述连接杆3043的横截面形状相匹配。
所述驱动部3041与所述连接杆3043的横截面形状并不局限于上述实施例所述的多边形结构,在其他实施例中还可以采用横截面为圆形结构,配合以连接键的结构形成传动。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中所述第一转动限位件为设置在所述驱动手柄304上的限位凸块306,所述第二转动限位件为设置在所述第一传动壳体305上与所述限位凸块306相配合的限位凹槽307。限位凸块306可随驱动手柄304在其轴线方向上进行滑动,当其滑动至限位凹槽307中时,限位凸块306与限位凹槽307相配合,使得驱动手柄304无法绕其轴线进行转动,此时,第一传动组件将无法进行运动,即第一可升降支腿301也无法进行升降。
需要指出的是,第一转动限位件与第二转动限位件并不局限于上述形式,在其他实施例中还可以采用所述第一转动限位件为设置在所述驱动手柄304上的限位凹槽307,所述第二转动限位件为设置在所述第一传动壳体305上与所述限位凹槽307相配合的限位凸块306。同时,本领域技术人员容易想到的其他可防止驱动手柄304被误触发生转动的限位结构均可应用到本方案中。
所述驱动杆315远离所述驱动手柄304的端部穿过所述第二传动壳体317并延伸至所述第二传动壳体317外部,其位于所述第二传动壳体317远离所述第一传动壳体305的一侧设置有限位销316。通过在驱动杆315的端部设置限位销316,使得驱动杆315在随驱动手柄304沿其轴向运动时不会超过规定行程,避免用力过猛导致驱动手柄304以及驱动杆315滑落。
为了保证稳定性,所述第一可升降支腿301与所述第二可升降支腿312通 过支腿连接件固定连接。具体的,所述支腿连接件包括固定连接所述第一固定支撑组件308和所述第二固定支撑组件318的底部连接件5,以及固定连接所述第一活动支撑组件309与所述第二活动支撑组件319的顶部连接件4,所述顶部连接件4为套设在所述驱动杆315外部的连接套管。通过支脚连接件将第一可升降支腿301与第二可升降支腿312连接为一个整体,从而保证对智能平板主体2的支撑作用。
本实施例中所述顶部连接件4为设置在所述第一可升降支腿301与所述第二可升降支腿312之间,并位于所述驱动杆315的外部套设的连接套管,通过所述连接套管固定连接所述第一可升降支腿301与所述第二可升降支腿312。连接套管在连接第一可升降支腿301与第二可升降支腿312的同时还可以保护驱动杆315,避免驱动杆315转动过程中有杂物卷入其中导致卡死,或对使用者造成伤害。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种智能平板组件,其特征在于,包括支撑架和设置在所述支撑架上可随所述支撑架实现升降运动的智能平板主体,所述支撑架包括两个可升降支腿,两个所述可升降支腿内部分别设置有运动机构,通过升降驱动件同步驱动升降支腿内部的运动机构实现升降运动;
    所述升降驱动件与所述运动机构之间设置有锁止机构,通过所述锁止机构,所述升降驱动件可选择性控制所述运动机构;
    所述可升降支腿包括固定支撑组件以及相对于所述固定支撑组件可移动设置的活动支撑组件,所述固定支撑组件包括润滑组件和固定设置在所述固定支撑组件中的驱动滑块,所述运动机构包括设置在所述活动支撑组件中与所述驱动滑块相配合的驱动丝杆,所述驱动滑块与所述驱动丝杆相配合带动所述活动支撑组件相对于所述固定支撑组件滑动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能平板组件,其特征在于,所述固定支撑组件包括固定支架,以及设置在所述固定支架上方的套管组件,所述润滑组件以及所述驱动滑块均设置在所述套管组件上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的智能平板组件,其特征在于,所述润滑组件包括设置在所述套管组件靠近所述固定支架一端的第一润滑套和设置在所述套管组件远离所述固定支架一端的第二润滑套,所述第一润滑套通过弹性卡扣卡接于所述套管组件内部,且所述第一润滑套与所述第二润滑套均套设在所述套管组件与所述活动支撑组件之间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的智能平板可升降支腿,其特征在于,所述润滑组件采用尼龙材料制成。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的智能平板组件,其特征在于,所述支撑架包括均通过丝杆与滑块配合驱动实现升降的第一可升降支腿和第二可升降支 腿,所述第一可升降支腿上设置有相互传动配合的第一驱动丝杆以及第一驱动滑块,所述第二可升降支腿上设置有相互传动配合的第二驱动丝杆以及第二驱动滑块,所述第一可升降支腿与所述第二可升降支腿上分别具有所述升降驱动件,所述第一可升降支腿上的所述升降驱动件为驱动手柄,所述第二可升降支腿上的所述升降驱动件为驱动杆,所述驱动杆与所述驱动手柄固定连接,同步带动所述第一可升降支腿和所述第二可升降支腿做升降运动。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的智能平板组件,其特征在于,所述第一可升降支腿上设置有用于安装第一传动组件的第一传动壳体,所述驱动手柄上设置有第一转动限位件,所述第一传动壳体上设置有第二转动限位件,当所述第一转动限位件与所述第二转动限位件相配合,可限制所述驱动手柄带动所述第一传动组件转动,当所述第一转动限位件与所述第二转动限位件相分离,所述驱动手柄转动可带动所述第一传动组件转动。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的智能平板组件,其特征在于,所述第一传动组件包括相互啮合的第一主动齿轮以及第一从动齿轮,所述第一主动齿轮与所述驱动手柄可选择性传动连接,所述第一从动齿轮与所述第一驱动丝杆固定连接;所述第二可升降支腿上设置有用于安装第二传动组件的第二传动壳体,所述第二传动组件包括相互啮合的第二主动齿轮和第二从动齿轮,所述第二主动齿轮与所述驱动杆可选择性传动连接,所述第二从动齿轮与所述第二驱动丝杆固定连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的智能平板组件,其特征在于,所述驱动手柄具有伸入所述第一传动壳体中与所述第一主动齿轮传动连接的传动状态,所述驱动杆具有一端伸入所述第一传动壳体与所述驱动手柄固定连接的传 动状态,所述传动状态下所述驱动杆背离所述第一传动壳体的一端伸入所述第二传动壳体与所述第二主动齿轮传动连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的智能平板组件,其特征在于,所述第一转动限位件为设置在所述驱动手柄上的限位凸块,所述第二转动限位件为设置在所述第一传动壳体上与所述限位凸块相配合的限位凹槽,或,所述第一转动限位件为设置在所述驱动手柄上的限位凹槽,所述第二转动限位件为设置在所述第一传动壳体上与所述限位凹槽相配合的限位凸块。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的智能平板组件,其特征在于,所述驱动杆远离所述驱动手柄的端部穿过所述第二传动壳体并延伸至所述第二传动壳体外部,其位于所述第二传动壳体远离所述第一传动壳体的一侧设置有限位销。
