Abstract

Le système est appliqué dans un serveur, et comprend : un module de réception utilisé pour recevoir des informations de brevet envoyées par un terminal d'utilisateur; un module d'extraction d'informations utilisé pour extraire des informations pertinentes d'un brevet cible; un module de mémorisation servant à mémoriser toutes les informations relatives à l'évaluation de la valeur de brevet; un module de recherche utilisé pour rechercher des informations d'évaluation associées à la valeur de brevet en fonction des informations pertinentes du brevet cible; un module de calcul utilisé pour calculer la valeur du brevet cible selon les informations d'évaluation et une règle prédéfinie; et un module de sortie utilisé pour délivrer en sortie la valeur d'évaluation du brevet cible au terminal d'utilisateur. Selon le système d'évaluation de valeur de brevet reposant sur des mégadonnées, de nombreux facteurs influençant la valeur de brevet, tels que le domaine technique, la rédaction de document de brevet, la décision de justice, la transaction de brevet, l'examen de brevet et le marché, sont totalement pris en compte, et l'acquisition et la comparaison sont effectuées automatiquement par le système; ainsi, une économie importante de main-d'œuvre humaine est réalisée, l'analyse est plus complète et le résultat est plus précis et de plus grande importance en termes de référence.
