Abstract

Procédé d'empilement de récipients plastiques réalisé de manière à pouvoir se verrouiller avec d'autres récipients et munis de moyen de fixation verticale et horizontale; dans ce procédé, on pose sur une surface d'appui une base de pile se présentant comme une feuille sur laquelle on a réalisé des saillies coniques identiques aux retraits dans les points d'intersection des axes horizontaux longitudinaux et transversaux des rangées à des fins de butée des logements coniques intérieurs du moyen de fixation horizontale dans le fond des récipients montés rangée après rangée. Autour des saillies coniques on a réalisé quatre orifices destinés à accueillir les pieds avec les consoles de récipient qui forment les moyens de fixation horizontale. Des logements longitudinaux sont réalisés dans les récipients. Les logements du récipient situé plus haut dans une pile déjà formée se situent au-dessus des orifices du récipient situé plus bas pour pouvoir se placer dans les logements des pieds. On monte ensuite le récipient adjacent du même niveau et on le déplace verticalement vers le bas de manière à décaler son axe par rapport à celui du récipient du niveau situé plus bas jusqu'à la butée de la surface conique du logement dans le fond à la surface du couvercle. Les pieds du récipient du niveau situé plus haut sont déplacés librement vers le logement, et leurs consoles sont insérées dans les orifices du récipient du niveau situé plus bas de la rangée adjacente.
