本发明提供一种基于公共网络的移动监控装置,包括摄像机、传声器、视频采集卡、处理器、无线上网卡、通讯基站、移动终端,通讯基站提供通信网络,摄像机、传声器分别与视频采集卡连接,并将摄像机、传声器的电信号转化为数字信号,视频采集卡与处理器连接,处理器通过无线上网卡与通信网络连接,并将来自视频采集卡的数字信号发送至通信网络覆盖下的移动终端。本发明提供的基于公共网络的移动监控装置,基于公共通信网络,构建成本低,使用方便,终端可移动设置,方便了人们随时随地了解监控地的状况。
Description
本发明涉及监控装置领域,具体涉及一种无线监控领域。
目前的家庭装饰领域中,一般采用外包式服务,业主将图纸提供给工程方,工程方按照业主的图纸进行装修,随着现代社会节奏的加快,业主对家装公司的工程质量非常关心,但是不能抽出足够的时间查看装修的全过程。这一定程度上加深了家装服务中双方的不信任感。因此有必要提出一种可供业主随时随地查看家装进度的平台,体现现代家装公司的人性化服务。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供基于公共网络的移动监控装置,解决上述现有技术问题中业主不方便查看装修的问题。
本发明提供一种基于公共网络的移动监控装置,包括摄像机、传声器、视频采集卡、处理器、无线上网卡、通讯基站、移动终端,通讯基站提供通信网络,摄像机、传声器将监控地的图像和声音信息转化为电信号,摄像机、传声器均与视频采集卡连接,视频采集卡将摄像机、传声器的电信号转化为数字信号,视频采集卡与处理器连接,处理器通过无线上网卡与通信网络连接,处理器将来自视频采集卡的数字信号发送至通信网络覆盖下的移动终端。
本发明提供的基于公共网络的移动监控装置,基于公共通信网络,构建成本低,使用方便,终端可移动设置,方便了人们随时随地了解监控地的状况。
在一些实施方式中,视频采集卡为音视频采集卡,音频部分和视频部分在数字化时同步保存。移动终端可实现同步播放。
在一些实施方式中,无线上网卡为3G无线上网卡。其带宽利用率高,掉包率小,可大大提高图像质量。

下面结合附图对本发明提供的基于公共网络的移动监控装置作进一步地详细描述。
如图1所示,本发明提供了一种基于公共网络的移动监控装置,包括摄像机、传声器、视频采集卡、处理器、无线上网卡、通讯基站、移动终端,通讯基站提供通信网络,摄像机、传声器分别与视频采集卡连接,并将摄像机、传声器的电信号转化为数字信号,视频采集卡与处理器连接,处理器通过无线上网卡与通信网络连接,处理器将来自视频采集卡的数字信号发送至通信网络覆盖下的移动终端。
传声器,是声电转换的换能器,其内部的电声元件将声波信号转化为电信号,其种类繁多,本发明以实现声电转换为目的,对其种类不作限制。摄像机将监控地的图像信息也转化为相应的电信号。
视频采集卡将摄像机采集的视频数据或者视频音频的混合数据转换成处理器可辨别的数字信号,输入处理器。作为优化,本发明的视频采集卡为音视频采集卡,音频部分和视频部分在数字化时同步保存,移动终端实现同步播放。
处理器将来自视频采集卡的数字信号压缩,在收到移动终端的请求后将其通过无线上网卡发送至移动终端。无线上网卡可利用手机的SIM卡来连接到公共通信网络,减少了投资。
通过以通讯基站构建的蜂窝移动通信网的远距传输通讯信号,使用者可通过移动终端,接收来自通讯基站的微波信号,实现远距离监控摄像机、传声器处的环境。
本发明采用的移动终端可以是手机,也可以是连接有无线上网卡的笔记本电脑。可实现终端可移动监控。
作为优化,本发明采用的无线上网卡可以是3G无线上网卡,掉包率小,
可大大提高图形的质量。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选方式,应当指出,对于本领域普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干相似的变形和改进,这些也应视为本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (3)
- 基于公共网络的移动监控装置,其特征在于,包括摄像机、传声器、视频采集卡、处理器、无线上网卡、通讯基站、移动终端,所述通讯基站提供通信网络,所述摄像机、传声器将监控地的图像和声音信息转化为电信号,所述摄像机、传声器均与所述视频采集卡连接,所述视频采集卡将所述摄像机、传声器的电信号转化为数字信号,所述视频采集卡与所述处理器连接,所述处理器通过所述无线上网卡与通信网络连接,所述处理器将来自所述视频采集卡的数字信号发送至通信网络覆盖下的所述移动终端。
- 根据权利要求1所述的基于公共网络的移动监控装置,其特征在于,所述视频采集卡为音视频采集卡,音频部分和视频部分在数字化时同步保存。
- 根据权利要求1所述的基于公共网络的移动监控装置,其特征在于,所述无线上网卡为3G无线上网卡。
