[权利要求 1] 一种折叠鼠标, 其特征在于: 包括可折叠且可展幵平铺的多块片材, 所述多块片材连接为一体, 相邻的所述片材之间设有折叠凹痕, 所述 多块片材沿所述折叠凹痕折叠后形成鼠标, 所述鼠标的操作区对应的 片材设有柔性触控层, 至少一块所述片材中设有与所述柔性触控层电 连接的控制器件, 所述多块片材的表层为有机材料层。
[权利要求 2] 如权利要求 1所述的折叠鼠标, 其特征在于: 所述片材包括底层、 支 撑层以及所述表层, 每块所述片材具有独立的支撑层, 所述多块片材 的表层和底层均为一体结构, 所述底层和表层在相邻的支撑层之间的 部分形成所述折叠凹痕。
[权利要求 3] 如权利要求 2所述的折叠鼠标, 其特征在于: 所述操作区对应的片材 在所述支撑层和所述表层之间设有所述柔性触控层。
[权利要求 4] 如权利要求 2所述的折叠鼠标, 其特征在于: 在整个表层和多个所述 支撑层之间设有一体的柔性触控层。
[权利要求 5] 如权利要求 4所述的折叠鼠标, 其特征在于: 所述多块片材展幵后作 为触控手写板, 所述触控手写板为楔形片状结构。
[权利要求 6] 如权利要求 5所述的折叠鼠标, 其特征在于: 所述控制器件包括用于 控制所述折叠鼠标处于鼠标工作状态或触控手写板工作状态的切换模 块。
[权利要求 7] 如权利要求 2所述的折叠鼠标, 其特征在于: 所述表层和底层连接为 一体结构。
