Abstract
一种胶合板,包括面层(1)、中间层(2)和底层(3),所述中间层(2)位于面层(1)和底层(3)之间,所述面层(1)和底层(3)各由至少一层纵向单板构成,所述中间层(2)由至少一层斜向单板(4)构成,所述斜向单板(4)的斜角a范围为0°<a<90°。该胶合板中间层(2)采用斜向单板(4)来替代传统的横向单板,采用斜向单板的胶合板相比于采用横向单板的胶合板,其强度可提高20%以上,提高了承重限度,长期使用也不易损坏。
Description
本发明涉及人造板加工领域,具体地说是一种胶合板。
现有的胶合板通常由面层、中间层和底层构成,面层和底层由纵向单板构成,中间层由横向单板构成。这种由横向单板作为中间层的胶合板强度低、承重量有限,在实际使用中不断受到拉伸、剪切、压缩力的考验,在长期使用后从面层到中间层到底层单板容易被持续损坏,不能很好满足用户实际使用需求。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种胶合板。
本发明的目的是解决现有由横向单板作为中间层的胶合板强度低、承重量有限,在长期使用后容易被损坏,不能很好满足用户实际使用需求的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种胶合板,所述胶合板包括面层、中间层和底层,所述中间层位于面层和底层之间,所述面层和底层各由至少一层纵向单板构成,所述中间层由至少一层斜向单板构成,所述斜向单板的斜角a范围为0°<a<90°。
优选的,所述斜向单板的斜角a为45度。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明所述的胶合板,其中间层采用斜向单板来替代传统的横向单板,采用斜向单板的胶合板相比于采用横向单板的胶合板,其强度可提高20%以上,大大提高了承重限度,长期使用也不易损坏,能够较好地满足用户使用需求。其当斜向单板的斜角a为45度时最优。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明:
如图1~2所示,提供了本发明胶合板的实施例1,所述胶合板包括面层1、中间层2和底层3,所述中间层2位于面层1和底层3之间,所述面层1和底层3各由至少一层纵向单板构成,所述中间层2由至少一层斜向单板4构成,所述斜向单板4的斜角a范围为0°<a<90°。
当所述斜向单板4的斜角a为45度时为最优,胶合板的强度最好。
如图3所示,提供了本发明胶合板的实施例2,所述胶合板包括面层1A、中间层2A和底层3A,所述中间层2A位于面层1A和底层3A之间,所述面层1A由表及里依次由1、2、3层构成,所述1、2、3层均为纵向单板,所述底层3A依次由7、8、9层的构成,所述7、8、9层均为纵向单板,所述中间层2A由4、5、6层构成,所述4、6层为斜向单板,所述5层为齿接板。
传统的这种胶合板从上到下依次由3层纵向单板、1层横向单板、1层齿接板、1层横向单板、3层纵向单板构成。即本实施例2用斜向单板替代了传统胶合板中的横向单板。
如图4所示,提供了本发明胶合板的实施例3,所述胶合板包括面层1B、中间层2B和底层3B,所述中间层2B位于面层1B和底层3B之间,所述面层1B由表及里依次由1、2、3层构成,所述1、2、3层均为纵向单板,所述底层3B依次由19、20、21层构成,所述19、20、21层均为纵向单板,所述中间层2B由4~18层构成,所述第4、6、7、15、16、18层为斜向单板,所述第5、8~14、17层为纵向单板。
传统的这种胶合板,1~3、5、8~14、17、19~21层为纵向单板,第4、6、7、15、16、18层为横向单板。即本实施例3用斜向单板替代了传统胶合板中的横向单板。
本发明所述的胶合板,其中间层采用斜向单板来替代传统的横向单板,采用斜向单板的胶合板相比于采用横向单板的胶合板,其强度可提高20%以上,大大提高了承重限度,长期使用也不易损坏,能够较好地满足用户使用需求。其当斜向单板的斜角a为45度时最优。

- 一种胶合板,所述胶合板包括面层、中间层和底层,所述中间层位于面层和底层之间,其特征在于:所述面层和底层各由至少一层纵向单板构成,所述中间层由至少一层斜向单板构成,所述斜向单板的斜角a范围为0°<a<90°。
- 根据权利要求1所述的胶合板,其特征在于:所述斜向单板的斜角a为45度。
