一种防雷安全型配电柜 技术领域
本发明涉及电气领域,特别是涉及一种防雷安全型配电柜。
背景技术
电气柜是由钢材质加工而成用来保护元器件正常工作的柜子。电气柜制作材料一般分为热轧钢板和冷轧钢板两种。冷轧钢板相对热轧钢板更材质柔软,更适合电气柜的制作。电气柜用途广泛主要用于化工行业,环保行业,电力系统,冶金系统,工业,核电行业,消防安全监控,交通行业等等,以满足各行各业的需求。
现有的高压配电柜用于高压线路的配电,一般包括柜体和柜门,现有的配电柜在夜晚进行检修时,需要配备光源,使得操作不便。由于高压配电柜应用到高压领域,容易产生危险。而且,现有的配电柜不具有避雷效果,容易产生触电危险,实用性能不佳,存在着不足,不能满足发展的需求,
综上所述,针对现有技术的缺陷,特别需要一种防雷安全型配电柜,以解决现有技术的不足。
发明内容
针对现有的存在的不足,影响实际的使用,本发明提出一种防雷安全型配电柜,设计新颖,电气柜具有安全电路装置,而且能够有效的进行避雷,增强了使用安全性能。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种防雷安全型配电柜,包括柜体,柜体采用材质为合金钢,柜体的表面设置有防护涂层,柜体的内部为中空结构,柜体包含有顶端电路板放置箱、中端电路板放置箱、底端电路板放置箱,顶端电路板放置箱、中端电路板放置箱、底端电路板放置箱采用固定连接,顶端电路板放置箱的顶部设置有避雷针,避雷针的高度为1-3米,避雷针的包含有中间的主针,主针的四周设置有呈环形分布的副针,中端电路板放置箱的内部设置有安全防护电路,安全防护电路包含有防触电电路与防雷电路,防触电电路包含有滤波器,滤波器的一端连接继电器,滤波器的另一端连接放大器,防雷电路包含有电流传感器,电流传感器连接保护器,保护器设置有警报装置。
进一步,所述的警报装置的内部设置有蜂鸣器。
在本发明所述的顶端电路板放置箱、中端电路板放置箱、底端电路板放置箱的表面均设置有安全锁。
进一步,所述的箱体的中端电路板放置箱的表面设置有参数显示屏,参数显示屏的顶部设置有运行指示灯,参数显示屏的表面显示有电压、电流、功率、电量及功率因数。
在本发明所述的底端电路板放置箱的表面设置有观察窗。
进一步,所述的顶端电路板放置箱的表面设置有照明用LED显示灯。
本发明的有益效果是:结构简单,保护操作人员人生安全的目的,避免触电事故的发生,防雷高压配电柜上设有LED灯,便于在夜晚进行操作,提高了安全性,柜体上设有避雷针,具有防雷作用,新颖,是一种很好的创新方案。

参见图1,一种防雷安全型配电柜,包括柜体100,柜体100采用材质为合金钢,柜体100的表面设置有防护涂层,柜体100的内部为中空结构,柜体100包含有顶端电路板放置箱、中端电路板放置箱、底端电路板放置箱,顶端电路板放置箱、中端电路板放置箱、底端电路板放置箱采用固定连接,顶端电路板放置箱的顶部设置有避雷针110,避雷针110的高度为1-3米,避雷针100的包含有中间的主针,主针的四周设置有呈环形分布的副针,中端电路板放置箱的内部设置有安全防护电路160,安全防护电路160包含有防触电电路与防雷电路,防触电电路包含有滤波器,滤波器的一端连接继电器,滤波器的另一端连接放大器,防雷电路包含有电流传感器,电流传感器连接保护器,保护器设置有警报装置。
另外,警报装置的内部设置有蜂鸣器。顶端电路板放置箱、中端电路板放置箱、底端电路板放置箱的表面均设置有安全锁130。箱体的中端电路板放置箱的表面设置有参数显示屏150,参数显示屏150的顶部设置有运行指示灯140,参数显示屏150的表面显示有电压、电流、功率、电量及功率因数。底 端电路板放置箱的表面设置有观察窗170。顶端电路板放置箱的表面设置有照明用LED显示灯120。
配电柜还设有安全电路装置,安全电路装置包括防触电电路与防雷电路,其中,防触电电路包括与配电箱相连接的保护装置,配电柜内设置有传感器,保护装置内设置有滤波器,滤波器依次与放大器、继电器相连接,滤波器另一端与报警装置相连接,继电器上还连接有电源,传感器为电流传感器,传感器与滤波器相连接,报警装置内设置有蜂鸣器。
本发明的有益效果是:结构简单,保护操作人员人生安全的目的,避免触电事故的发生,防雷高压配电柜上设有LED灯,便于在夜晚进行操作,提高了安全性,柜体上设有避雷针,具有防雷作用,新颖,是一种很好的创新方案。
