Description

一种方便定位且具有清洗功能的双柱式举升机 技术领域
本发明属于举升机技术领域,具体涉及一种方便定位且具有清洗功能的双柱式举升机。
背景技术
双柱式汽车举升机是一种汽车修理和保养单位常用的专用机械举升设备,广泛应用于轿车等小型车的维修和保养,双柱式汽车举升机将汽车举升在空中的同时可以节省大量的地面空间,方便地面作业,但是双柱式汽车举升机为了最大的节省材料,一般都去掉了底板,由于没有底板,使得立柱的扭力需要靠地面来抵消,所以对地基要求很高,若是有横梁(龙门举升机)就靠横梁抵消。
但是,现有的双柱式举升机不仅结构复杂,而且结构单一,汽车开上举升机不能准确的停车,导致支撑架放置不当,损坏汽车底座,事故车推上了举升机,不能够清洗汽车表面上的杂物,维修不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种方便定位且具有清洗功能的双柱式举升机,以解决上述背景技术中提出的汽车开上举升机不能准确的停车,导致支撑架放置不当,损坏汽车底座,事故车推上了举升机,不能够清洗汽车表面上的杂物,维修不方便的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种方便定位且具有清洗功能的双柱式举升机,包括底座,所述底座的上方对称连接有立柱,且底座的中间对称设置有定位块,两个所述立柱的底部对称设置有螺栓,且两个立柱内部下方对称设置有液压缸,两个所述液压缸的上端连接有液压伸缩杆,两个所述液压伸缩杆的上方设置有升降台,两个所述升降台的一侧连接有外杆,所述外杆的一侧上方设置有转轴,且外杆的上表面设置有防滑垫,所述 外杆的内部设置有内杆,所述内杆的上方靠近外杆的一侧设置有限位块,且内杆的一侧设置有顶车螺杆,两个所述立柱的外侧设置有三角架,两个所述三角架的上方设置有油箱,两个所述油箱的上方连接有油泵,所述立柱的外侧中间固定设置有AT89S52控制器,两个所述立柱通过横梁固定连接,所述横梁通过卡扣连接有水管,所述水管的下方设置有喷头,所述油泵与AT89S52控制器电性连接。
优选的,所述喷头共设置有六个,且六个喷头均匀安装在水管上。
优选的,所述防滑垫共设置有四个,且四个防滑垫均匀安装在外杆上。
优选的,两个所述油泵与两个液压缸均通过油管连接。
优选的,所述顶车螺杆与内杆通过螺纹旋合连接。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明设置了定位装置,汽车可以通过定位块的位置,将车的轮胎
对准驶入,使车身不易跑偏,通过调节外杆、内杆、顶车螺杆能够方便
放置车底支撑位。
(2)本发明设置了清洗装置,事故车上了双柱举升机后,如事故车表面
有泥垢,可以接通水管,水通过喷头全面清洗汽车上表面,更加方便维
修。

请参阅图1和图2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种方便定位且具有清洗功能的双柱式举升机,包括底座6,底座6的上方对称连接有立柱15,且底座6的中间对称设置有定位块10,定位块10给车辆的位置作参照物,两个立柱15的底部对称设置有螺栓7,螺栓7固定连接地面,且两个立柱15内部下方对称设置有液压缸5,两个液压缸5的上端连接有液压伸缩杆2,两个液压伸缩杆2的上方设置有升降台1,升降台1通过液压伸缩杆2推动上下移动,两个升降台1的一侧连接有外杆13,外杆13的一侧上方设置有转轴8,且外杆13的上表面设置有防滑垫21,防滑垫21防止车辆前后滑动,外杆13的内部设置有内杆12,内杆12的上方靠近外杆13的一侧设置有限位块9,限位块9防止内杆12脱离于外杆13,且内杆12的一侧设置有顶车螺杆11,顶车螺杆11通过螺纹可以调节高度,两个立柱15的外侧设置有三角架4,两个三角架4的上方设置有油箱3,两个油箱3的上方连接有油泵20,立柱15的外侧中间固定设置有AT89S52控制器14,两个立柱15通过横梁19固定连接,横梁19通过卡扣17连接有水管16,水管16的下方设置有喷头18,油泵20与AT89S52控制器14电性连接。
为了清洗干净,本实施例中,优选的,喷头18共设置有六个,且六个喷头18均匀安装在水管16上。
为了使举升时防止汽车滑动,本实施例中,优选的,防滑垫21共设置有四个,且四个防滑垫21均匀安装在外杆13上。
为了使液压缸5可以正常使用,本实施例中,优选的,两个油泵20与两个液压缸5均通过油管连接。
为了使顶车螺栓11可以调整高低,本实施例中,优选的,顶车螺杆11与内杆12通过螺纹旋合连接。
本发明的工作原理及使用流程:该安装好过后,先将四个外杆13通过转轴8拉开,拉开至方便汽车推进举升机内,然后推车,将车的两边轮胎对准定位块10驶入,稳定住后,再将四个外杆13转回至汽车底座处,通过内杆12和顶车螺杆11调整位置,对准汽车底座支撑位,通过AT89S52控制器14控制油泵20工作,油泵20将油箱3内的液压油抽入液压缸5内,液压缸5工作推动液压伸缩杆2,液压伸缩杆2带动升降台1上升,汽车也随之上升,上升至合适位置时,方便汽修人员作业,如汽车表面有泥、杂物,可以给水管16接水,水通过喷头18,清洗表面,去除杂物后更加方便维修,查看损坏处。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

  1. 一种方便定位且具有清洗功能的双柱式举升机,包括底座(6),其特征在于:所述底座(6)的上方对称连接有立柱(15),且底座(6)的中间对称设置有定位块(10),两个所述立柱(15)的底部对称设置有螺栓(7),且两个立柱(15)内部下方对称设置有液压缸(5),两个所述液压缸(5)的上端连接有液压伸缩杆(2),两个所述液压伸缩杆(2)的上方设置有升降台(1),两个所述升降台(1)的一侧连接有外杆(13),所述外杆(13)的一侧上方设置有转轴(8),且外杆(13)的上表面设置有防滑垫(21),所述外杆(13)的内部设置有内杆(12),所述内杆(12)的上方靠近外杆(13)的一侧设置有限位块(9),且内杆(12)的一侧设置有顶车螺杆(11),两个所述立柱(15)的外侧设置有三角架(4),两个所述三角架(4)的上方设置有油箱(3),两个所述油箱(3)的上方连接有油泵(20),所述立柱(15)的外侧中间固定设置有AT89S52控制器(14),两个所述立柱(15)通过横梁(19)固定连接,所述横梁(19)通过卡扣(17)连接有水管(16),所述水管(16)的下方设置有喷头(18),所述油泵(20)与AT89S52控制器(14)电性连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种方便定位且具有清洗功能的双柱式举升机,其特征在于:所述喷头(18)共设置有六个,且六个喷头(18)均匀安装在水管(16)上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种方便定位且具有清洗功能的双柱式举升机,其特征在于:所述防滑垫(21)共设置有四个,且四个防滑垫(21)均匀安装在外杆(13)上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种方便定位且具有清洗功能的双柱式举升机,其特征在于:两个所述油泵(20)与两个液压缸(5)均通过油管连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种方便定位且具有清洗功能的双柱式举升机,其特征在于:所述顶车螺杆(11)与内杆(12)通过螺纹旋合连接。
