Description

一种精致原木墙装饰面结构 技术领域
本发明属于建筑装饰技术领域，具体涉及一种精致原木墙装饰面结构。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高，对生活品质的追求也是日渐攀高，楼盘开发商也越来越注重楼盘品质，随之带动了很多新型的建筑外墙装饰材料的兴起，据有关专家介绍，当前，建筑外墙装饰材料主要有：外墙涂料、外墙砖、石材、铝板、玻璃幕墙等，其中在住宅中较为常见的是外墙涂料和外墙砖。
目前现阶段来看，外墙砖凭借自身众多的优点发展成为建筑外墙装饰的主要建材，就现代建筑外墙装饰而言，也有与外墙砖一争高下的产品——外墙涂料。建筑外墙装饰材料都必须兼顾保护墙体和美化墙体的两重功能。
外墙砖首次投入成本较高，粘贴要求较高，施工难度大，施工技术不过硬容易造成脱落伤人，还必须采用防水材料解决防水问题。
从环保的角度讲，外墙砖清洗过程中用酸会对大气造成污染。需要特别注意的是，用面砖的外墙一旦发生渗水问题较难找到渗水的位置到底在哪里，这一点会给以后的维修带来很多麻烦。
发明内容
发明目的：本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中的不足，提供一种精致原木墙装饰面结构，采用整体出模，自重轻，安装快捷，施工效率高，防火性能好，装饰效果好，提高建筑物的抗震性能，增加建筑使用面积，节省生产、使用能耗，装饰性强等优点。
技术方案：本发明所述的一种精致原木墙装饰面结构，包括从内到外依次设置的内饰板、第一结构板、轻钢龙骨、第二结构板、龙骨和外饰板；所述外饰板表面为连续的圆形或半圆形或凸起的柱体；所述龙骨、第二结构板和轻钢龙骨通过多个第一自攻钉固定在一起；所述外饰板通过多个第二自攻钉固定在龙骨上；所述第二自攻钉位于两相邻外饰板的之间，所述的外饰板与龙骨平行或垂直。
进一步的，所述的内饰板采用木质板结构，厚度为3-10mm。
进一步的，所述第一结构板和第二结构板均采用铝板，且第一结构板的厚度大于第二结构板的厚度。
进一步的，所述第一结构板的厚度为4-8mm，第二结构板的厚度为2-5mm。
进一步的，所述轻钢龙骨内填充有玻璃岩棉，轻钢龙骨厚度为20-40mm。
进一步的，所述龙骨的厚度为10-20mm。
进一步的，所述外饰板的接缝处通过密封胶嵌缝。
有益效果：本发明的原木墙装饰面结构，采用整体出模，自重轻，安装快捷，施工效率高，防火性能好，装饰效果好，提高建筑物的抗震性能，增加建筑使用面积，节省生产、使用能耗，装饰性强等优点。

下面结合具体实施例和附图对本发明的技术方案作进一步详细说明。
如图1所示的一种精致原木墙装饰面结构，包括从内到外依次设置的内饰板10、第一结构板1、轻钢龙骨2、第二结构板3、龙骨5和外饰板6；所述外饰板6表面为连续的圆形或半圆形或凸起的柱体；所述龙骨5、第二结构板3和轻钢龙骨2通过多个第一自攻钉7固定在一起；所述外饰板6通过多个第二自攻钉8固定在龙骨5上；所述第二自攻钉8位于两相邻外饰板6的之间，所述的外饰板6与龙骨5平行或垂直。
作为上述实施例的进一步优化：
优选的，所述的内饰板10采用木质板结构，厚度为3-10mm。
优选的，所述第一结构板1和第二结构板3均采用铝板，且第一结构板1的厚度大于第二结构板3的厚度。所述第一结构板1的厚度为4-8mm，第二结构板3的厚度为2-5mm。
优选的，所述轻钢龙骨2内填充有玻璃岩棉，轻钢龙骨2厚度为20-40mm。
优选的，所述龙骨5的厚度为10-20mm。
优选的，所述外饰板6的接缝处通过密封胶9嵌缝。
本发明的原木墙板的安装过程如下：
首先待基底层墙体完成后按照由下往上的顺序将外饰板与基层墙体打钉连接。其次板材接缝处采用密封胶嵌缝，最后钉孔位置处理还可以作为外墙装饰一体板直接作为外墙围护墙体与结构主体连接。为了增加局部连接强度，内衬龙骨和轻钢龙骨，使其连接更加稳定可靠。

  1. 一种精致原木墙装饰面结构，其特征在于：包括从内到外依次设置的内饰板(10)、第一结构板(1)、轻钢龙骨(2)、第二结构板(3)、龙骨(5)和外饰板(6)；所述外饰板(6)表面为连续的圆形或半圆形或凸起的柱体；所述龙骨(5)、第二结构板(3)和轻钢龙骨(2)通过多个第一自攻钉(7)固定在一起；所述外饰板(6)通过多个第二自攻钉(8)固定在龙骨(5)上；所述第二自攻钉(8)位于两相邻外饰板(6)的之间，所述的外饰板(6)与龙骨(5)平行或垂直。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种精致原木墙装饰面结构，其特征在于：所述的内饰板(10)采用木质板结构，厚度为3-10mm。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种精致原木墙装饰面结构，其特征在于：所述第一结构板(1)和第二结构板(3)均采用铝板，且第一结构板(1)的厚度大于第二结构板(3)的厚度。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种精致原木墙装饰面结构，其特征在于：所述第一结构板(1)的厚度为4-8mm，第二结构板(3)的厚度为2-5mm。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种精致原木墙装饰面结构，其特征在于：所述轻钢龙骨(2)内填充有玻璃岩棉，轻钢龙骨(2)厚度为20-40mm。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种精致原木墙装饰面结构，其特征在于：所述龙骨(5)的厚度为10-20mm。
