现有技术中的取暖器,其包括壳体,所述壳体中空设有腔体,在腔体内设置有电热管,通电后,电热管加热散发出热量,其缺点是电热管在加热时光照强度大、辐射范围广、影响视觉,长时间使用电暖器对用户的眼睛伤害比较大,且在晚上使用时影响睡眠。
中国专利CN205002220U公开了一种挂壁式取暖器,其通过采用微晶玻璃材料制成的取暖器前板,使得可见光在通过前板后亮度降低,以保护用户的眼睛,但效果一般。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种新型电暖器,该电暖器在一定程度上降低了用户看到的光照强度,有效解决了用户长时间使用电暖器伤眼的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:

进一步,本实施例的第二壳体114上还设有一遮光凸板116,所述遮光凸板位于所述容纳空间内,且可以挡住电热管的光线,避免电热管的光线从所述间隙或孔槽中射出。优选地,所述间隙或孔槽为迷宫式结构。
作为一种优选的实施例,所述安装壳体和遮光板为中空结构。
实施例3:
本实施例与实施例1或2的技术方案基本相同,其主要区别在于:在所述外壳1上还连接有灯管支架4,在所述灯管支架中设置有灯管,用于照明。
本发明的新型电暖器,其将电热管设置在安装壳体的容纳空间中,并在容纳空间的上方设置一可以挡住电热管出射光线并可以改变光线出射路径的遮光板,一方面,使得电热管的光线经过发射后才射出,在一定程度上降低了人眼看到的光的亮度;另一方面,使得用户在使用电暖器时,不会直接看到电热管,有效减缓了电热管的直射光对用户眼睛的伤害。
进一步,本发明将电暖器进行电热管半隐藏设计,使用户无法直接看到电热管也不会直接正对电热管,有效避免了因电热管爆裂直接冲击周围用户造成用户受伤的情况。
本发明并不局限于上述实施方式,如果对本发明的各种改动或变形不脱离本发明的精神和范围,倘若这些改动和变形属于本发明的权利要求和等同技术范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变形。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种新型电暖器,其特征在于,包括一外壳,所述外壳包括有:
    安装壳体,其具有一容纳空间,在所述容纳空间内设有电热管,工作时所述电热管的光从所述容纳空间射出;
    遮光板,其一端与所述安装壳体的一侧边连接,且所述遮光板设置在所述容纳空间的上方以挡住所述容纳空间,在工作时所述从容纳空间射出的光被所述遮光板挡住并改变其出射路径。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的新型电暖器,其特征在于:
    所述遮光板包括一主反光面,其挡住所述从容纳空间射出的光并改变其出射路径。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的新型电暖器,其特征在于:所述主反光面为一抛物线段沿所述遮光板的长度方向延伸所得的面,所述电热管位于该抛物线段所在的抛物线的焦点上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的新型电暖器,其特征在于:该抛物线段的两个端点位于该抛物线段所在的抛物线的顶点的同一侧。
  5. 根据权利要求2-4任一项所述的新型电暖器,其特征在于:所述容纳空间的内表面为一副反光面,用以将所述电热管出射至副反光面上的光反射至所述主反光面。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的新型电暖器,其特征在于:所述副反光面为一抛物线段沿所述遮光板的长度方向延伸所得的面,所述电热管位于该抛物线段所在的抛物线的焦点上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的新型电暖器,其特征在于:所述安装壳体包括第一壳体、与所述遮光板连接的第二壳体,所述第一壳体和第二壳体连接在一起形成所述容纳空间。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的新型电暖器,其特征在于:所述安装壳体的底部具有一与所述容纳空间连通的间隙,或开设有若干个与所述容纳空间连通的孔槽。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的新型电暖器,其特征在于:所述第二壳体上还设有一位于所述容纳空间内的遮光凸板,使所述间隙或孔槽形成迷宫式结构,用以遮挡电热管的光线从所述间隙或孔槽中射出。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的新型电暖器,其特征在于:该电暖器还包括与所述外壳连接的灯管支架以及设在所述灯管支架上的灯管。
