Claims (10)
- 一种具有封装层的医学植入器件,其特征在于,包括器件本体,以及用于封装所述器件本体的封装层,所述封装层包括层叠设置的至少一层有机薄膜层和至少一层无机薄膜层,所述封装层的最里层为有机薄膜层或无机薄膜层,所述封装层的最外层为有机薄膜层或无机薄膜层,所述有机薄膜层为具有生物相容性的派瑞林薄膜或聚酰亚胺树脂薄膜,所述无机薄膜层为具有生物相容性的无机薄膜。
- 如权利要求1所述的具有封装层的植入体器件,其特征在于,所述具有生物相容性的无机薄膜包括Al2O3薄膜,SiO2薄膜,SiC薄膜,TiO2薄膜或SiN薄膜。
- 如权利要求1所述的具有封装层的植入体医疗电子器件,其特征在于,所述有机薄膜层的厚度为0.5-60μm,所述无机薄膜层的厚度为20-100nm。
- 如权利要求1所述的具有封装层的植入体医疗电子器件,其特征在于,所述封装层进一步包括一层或多层有机缓冲层,所述有机缓冲层为具有生物相容性的聚四氟乙烯薄膜或聚四氟乙烯结构氟碳聚合物薄膜。
- 如权利要求4所述的具有封装层的植入体医疗电子器件,其特征在于,所述有机缓冲层设置于任意的所述有机薄膜层或所述无机薄膜层之上。
- 如权利要求4所述的具有封装层的植入体医疗电子器件,其特征在于,所述有机缓冲层的厚度为0.5-60μm。
- 如权利要求1所述的具有封装层的植入体医疗电子器件,其特征在于,所述器件本体包括神经电极、无线传输线圈、集成电路芯片、PCB板、传感器、生物芯片板、心脏起搏器、人造视网膜、人工耳蜗、除颤器和刺激器中的一种 或多种。
- 一种医学植入器件的封装方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:提供器件本体,在所述器件本体表面层叠制备至少一层有机薄膜层和至少一层无机薄膜层,得到封装层,所述有机薄膜层为具有生物相容性的派瑞林薄膜或聚酰亚胺树脂薄膜;所述无机薄膜层为具有生物相容性的无机薄膜;所述封装层的最里层为有机薄膜层或无机薄膜层,所述封装层的最外层为有机薄膜层或无机薄膜层。
- 如权利要求8所述的封装方法,其特征在于,进一步包括在任意的所述有机薄膜层或无机薄膜层表面制备有机缓冲层,所述有机缓冲层为具有生物相容性的聚四氟乙烯薄膜或聚四氟乙烯结构氟碳聚合物薄膜。
- 如权利要求9所述的封装方法,其特征在于,每次制备所述无机薄膜层之前,先对所述有机薄膜层或所述有机缓冲层进行退火处理,所述退火处理的温度为100-200℃,时间为5-120分钟。
