Description

浸胶防护手套 技术领域
本发明涉及一种劳护用品,具体涉及一种手套。
背景技术
目前市面上劳动用手套多以化纤或化纤加棉混纺的纱线编制而成,这种手套舒适性和透气性最优,但防水、防滑、耐磨性能差,不能保护手部免于坚硬物体伤害。在处理对皮肤有腐蚀或毒害作用的物质时,通常使用以橡胶为主原料的防护手套,如天然乳胶浸渍手套,但这种材质的手套通常透气性差,长时间使用后汗水排不出,湿热的手套内部环境极易滋生细菌,严重时会引起手指细菌感染。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种手感柔软,抓着性能优异,耐磨性能好,防水且透气的浸胶防护手套。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案,浸胶防护手套,包括手掌面,手背面,手腕部,手掌面一端与手背面一端连接形成具有五指形状的手套腔体,手套腔体末端与手腕部编织连接,手腕部另一端具有较宽的开口,手掌面全覆盖有防护胶料,手背面部分覆盖有防护胶料。手掌面与手背面作为两片独立的织物,可采用相同或不同的材质,制成相同或不同大小,能有效降低次品率,并可左右互换使用,机动灵活;手掌面和手背面涂覆的防护胶料能抵挡坚硬物体对手部的压迫,提高手掌面的握持力;手背面未涂覆防护胶料部分可采用隔水透气膜如聚四氟乙烯薄膜,利用其防水排湿性既能隔开外界的水和毒性液体,又能将手套内的湿气向外排出,舒适透气,即使出汗也不闷热烦躁。
在一些实施方式中,手掌面与手背面采用针织面料编织而成,其连接处采用一体编织或缝线缝制方式连接,手腕部采用针织面料与弹性皮筋混合编织,呈上窄下宽形。针织面料可采用棉、毛、天然纤维、涤纶、氨纶、玻璃纤维、金属纤维等包覆成可编织的纱线。如采用金属纤维内芯制成的浸胶防护手套具有较强的抗割性,可用于金属加工、石油化工、救灾抗险等危险环镜。手腕部的弹性设计可保证手套与手腕的贴合,防止手套在使用过程中脱 落造成伤害,此外也可采用魔术贴、抽绳等方式达到类似效果,手腕部末端开口略大,可方便将衣袖套入,防止弄脏衣物。
在一些实施方式中,防护胶料封闭式覆盖于手掌面与手腕部接缝处,手掌面,手掌面与手背面接缝处,并向手背面延伸至手背面指头部分的1/2处,防护胶料未覆盖的手背面剩余部位成一手掌形状。考虑到手掌面是防滑、防碰撞、防水要求最高的部位,且手掌面与手背面及手腕部的接缝处因工艺原因会存在一定程度的不整洁、密闭性差等问题,将防护胶料全覆盖于手掌面及接缝处,并延伸至手背面手指处,保证了手套的密闭防水性,向手背面延伸的防护胶料可加强对指甲、手指外侧的防护,在将左右手套互换使用时,仍能保证较好的抓着性。
手指是手套中磨损较频繁的部位,在一些实施方式中,对手指腹进行多次浸胶处理直至具有要求厚度的胶料积聚在手指腹上,大幅延长手套的使用寿命。
在一些实施方式中,防护胶料由天然橡胶和丁腈橡胶配置而成,也可以是天然橡胶、羧化丁腈橡胶、异戊二烯橡胶、氯丁二烯橡胶、丁基橡胶、丁二烯橡胶、硅橡胶、含氟橡胶、聚氨酯橡胶、丁苯橡胶、氯丁橡胶中的一种或几种单独或配置使用。
在一些实施方式中,手掌面的防护胶料表面进行防滑处理,具有凹凸不平的花纹或止滑凸点或止滑条。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明浸胶防护手套内层织物柔软,外层大范围的防护胶料涂层保证了防水防碰撞的需要,也满足了排汗透湿的需求,手指腹的加厚设计延长了手套的使用寿命,手腕部采用特殊编织方法,完美贴合手腕,不易脱落,手掌面增加了防滑处理,提高手套的握持力。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图,对本发明作进一步详细的说明:
如图1~3所示,本发明提供的一种浸胶防护手套,包括手掌面1,手背面2,手腕部3,手掌面1一端与手背面2一端优选地采用缝制方式连接成具有五指形状的手套腔体,手套腔体末端与手腕部3一体编织;
鉴于防护手套在使用中需要很好地贴合手掌,以防止意外脱落造成伤害, 手掌面1与手背面2优选采用涤纶弹力面料编织而成,其连接处优选采用缝制方式连接,手腕部3优选采用涤纶弹力面料与高弹性皮筋混合编织,弹性设计更贴合手腕,方便穿脱,手腕部末端开口略大,可将衣袖放入。
手掌面1全覆盖有防护胶料4,手背面2部分覆盖有防护胶料4。考虑到手掌面是防滑、防碰撞、防水要求最高的部位,且手掌面与手背面因采用缝制连接会存在一定程度的不整洁、密闭性差等问题,防护胶料4封闭式覆盖于手掌面1与手腕部3接缝处,整个手掌面1,手掌面1与手背面2的接缝处,并向手背面2延伸至手指部位1/2处,保护指甲、手指外侧。手背面其余部分采用聚四氟乙烯薄膜浇铸而成,保证手套的防水透气性。
手指是手套中磨损较频繁的部位,在浸胶防护手套整体完成浸胶及烘干工艺后,仅将手掌面1指腹处浸于防护胶料中,直至具有要求厚度的胶料积聚在手指腹上,经过多次浸胶处理后,手指腹的防护胶料明显厚于其他部位。
防护胶料4优选采用天然胶乳、丁腈胶乳配置而成,兼具天然胶乳温和无害和丁腈胶乳耐油、耐酸碱、定伸拉力大等优点。
鉴于浸胶光面手套在使用中易造成物体滑落,造成人身和物体伤害,为了实现更好的防滑性,对完成浸胶工艺的手套采用专门的模具进行压制,从而达到凹凸不平的花纹或止滑凸点或止滑条。
以上所述的仅是本发明的一些实施方式。对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种浸胶防护手套,包括手掌面(1),手背面(2),手腕部(3),其特征在于所述手掌面(1)一端与手背面(2)一端连接形成具有五指形状的手套腔体,手套腔体末端与手腕部(3)编织连接,所述手腕部(3)另一端具有较宽的开口,所述手掌面(1)全覆盖有防护胶料(4),所述手背面(2)部分覆盖有防护胶料(4)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种浸胶防护手套,其特征在于,所述手掌面(1)与手背面(2)采用针织面料编织而成,其连接处采用一体编织或缝线缝制方式连接,所述手腕部(3)采用针织面料与弹性皮筋混合编织,呈上窄下宽形。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种浸胶防护手套,其特征在于,所述防护胶料(4)封闭式覆盖于所述手掌面(1)与手腕部(3)接缝处,手掌面(1),手掌面(1)与手背面(2)接缝处,并向手背面(2)延伸至手背面(2)指头的1/2处,防护胶料(4)未覆盖的手背面(2)剩余部位成一手掌形状。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种浸胶防护手套,其特征在于,所述手掌面(1)指腹处进行多次浸胶处理,略厚于其他部位。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种浸胶防护手套,其特征在于,所述防护胶料(4)由天然胶乳和合成橡胶配置而成。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种浸胶防护手套,其特征在于,所述手掌面(1)的防护胶料(4)表面进行防滑处理,具有凹凸不平的花纹或止滑凸点或止滑条。
