The notification mechanism 10 is a mechanism mainly configured to notify a user wearing the textile product 20 of information by a predetermined method using the notification unit 12. The predetermined method may be, for example, but not limited to, the emission of light appealing to vision, the reproduction of sound appealing to hearing, the output of vibration appealing to touch, and the generation of an odor appealing to smell. Further, the notification mechanism 10 may notify information to others around the user wearing the textile product 20. A method of informing others of the information around the user may be, for example, reproduction of sound or light emission, but is not limited thereto.
The notification mechanism 10 causes the notification unit 12 to notify in accordance with the detection result of the sensor 11. More specifically, the notification mechanism 10 notifies the notification unit 12 when the measurement value detected by the sensor 11 is equal to or more than a predetermined upper limit value. Further, the notification mechanism 10 causes the notification unit 12 to notify when the temperature detected by the sensor 11 is equal to or less than a predetermined lower limit value. These upper and lower limit values are preset threshold values, and these threshold values can be set arbitrarily.
For the textile product 1, the sensor 11 is disposed at a position corresponding to the sole of the foot of the textile product body 20. Further, the notification unit 12 is disposed at a position corresponding to the back of the foot of the textile product body 20. Furthermore, the battery 13 and the circuit unit 14 are disposed in the vicinity of the footwear outlet of the textile product body 20.
The sensor 11 is a device that converts information of an indicator variable and an indicator variable measured in a person or the surrounding environment into signals transmitted by another medium using some scientific principle. The information measured by the sensor 11 may be, for example, information on the user wearing the fiber product 20, such as the user's body temperature, pulse rate, amount of sweating, and the angle and direction when the user falls down. In addition, information on the surrounding environment such as humidity in the air around the user and the presence or absence of smoke may be used. In addition, the information which the sensor 11 measures is not limited to these.
The sensor 11 can detect ambient environment variables. For example, the sensor 11 is implemented as a temperature sensor using a thermistor that detects the ambient temperature. The sensor 11 is connected to the circuit unit 14 through the knit covering yarn 15 and outputs the detected environmental variable to the circuit unit 14. The sensor 11 may be located anywhere as long as it can detect ambient environment variables, but it may be an environment such as a neck muscle receiving a long time of sunlight or a foot sole receiving high heat instantaneously such as frictional heat to the ground. It is preferable that the variables be placed at variable positions. Also, the sensor 11 may be formed integrally with the knit covering yarn 15.
The notification unit 12 makes a notification in response to an instruction from the circuit unit 14 and causes the user to perceive the notification. The notification unit 12 is connected to the circuit unit 14 via the knit covering yarn 15. Note that the notification unit 12 is not particularly limited as long as it can be notified. For example, the notification unit 12 may be configured to cause the user to perceive vibration using a piezoelectric vibrator such as a piezoelectric ceramic vibrator or a quartz vibrator that vibrates by application of a voltage. The piezoelectric vibrator is small and lightweight, and consumes very little current, so it can notify the user without interfering with the user's operation. Further, when the notification unit 12 is configured to make the user perceive a vibration, it is preferable that the notification unit 12 is disposed at a position where the user can easily detect the vibration, such as the back of a wrist or a foot.
The battery 13 is a power supply source connected to the circuit unit 14 through the knit covering yarn 15. The sensor 11, the notification unit 12, and the circuit unit 14 operate using the power supplied from the battery 13. . The configuration of the battery 13 is not particularly limited, but it is preferable that the battery 13 be small and lightweight, and that the amount of heat generation at the time of discharge be small.
The circuit unit 14 controls all the units. For example, the circuit unit 14 acquires an environmental variable detected by the sensor 11, and compares the environmental variable with each of the upper limit value and the lower limit value. And when the environment variable detected by the sensor 11 is more than an upper limit, the circuit part 14 controls the alerting | reporting part 12, and makes it alert | report. When the environment variable detected by the sensor 11 is equal to or less than the lower limit value, the circuit unit 14 controls the notification unit 12 to make notification.
The knit covering yarn 15 is a composite yarn in which the circumferential surface of the metal wire is covered with a fiber layer. The knit covering yarn 15 is woven into a part of the textile product body 20, and using a metal wire covered with a fiber layer, the sensor 11, the notification unit 12, the battery 13, the circuit unit 14 and the notification unit 12 Electrically connected. The details of the knit covering yarn 15 will be described later.
(Details of knit covering yarn)
The detailed configuration of the knit covering yarn 15 will be described below with reference to FIG. FIG. 2 (a) is a partially broken plan view of a knit covering yarn 15 constituting a part of the textile product 1, and FIG. 2 (b) is a knit covering yarn constituting a part of the textile product 1. 15 is a schematic longitudinal sectional view of FIG.
First, the outline of the knit covering yarn 15 will be described with reference to FIG. The knit covering yarn 15 has a core portion 151 and a fiber layer 156 covering the core portion 151. The core portion 151 includes a first insulation coated metal wire 152 and a second insulation coated metal wire 153 which extend in the longitudinal direction.
Next, the internal structure of the knit covering yarn 15 will be described using (b) of FIG. (B) of FIG. 2 is a longitudinal sectional view taken along the line A-A 'of (a) of FIG.
As shown in (b) of FIG. 2, the first insulating coated metal wire 152 is composed of a metal wire 152 a covered by an insulating layer 152 b. In addition, the second insulating covering metal wire 153 is formed of a metal wire 153a covered by the insulating layer 153b. A part of the insulating layer 152 b is removed, and a bonding portion 154 is formed to be in contact with the exposed metal wire 152 a. In addition, a part of the insulating layer 153 b is removed, and a bonding portion 155 is formed to be in contact with the exposed metal wire 153 a. The sensor 11 has a rectangular shape, and has a pair of external electrodes 11a and 11b at both ends. The sensor 11 is electrically connected to the metal wire 152 a and the metal wire 153 a by connecting the external electrode 11 a to the bonding portion 154 and connecting the external electrode 11 b to the bonding portion 155. In this manner, the surroundings of the electrically connected temperature sensor 11 and the metal wires 152 a and 153 a are covered with the fiber layer 156. The bonding portions 154 and 155 may be formed as a structure different from the bonding material by plating or the like, but when the insulating layers 152 b and 153 b are thin, bonding is performed using a bonding material such as solder or a conductive adhesive. The units 154 and 155 can also be configured. Moreover, in the area | region where the core wire part 151 was coat | covered with the fiber layer 156, the core wire part 151 is sealed with respect to the exterior.
A copper wire or a nickel wire can be used for the metal wires 152 a and 153 a that constitute the core wire portion 151. Preferably it is a copper wire. The diameter of the metal wire is not particularly limited, but is 1 μm or more and 1 mm or less, preferably 1 μm or more and 0.5 mm or less. The insulating layers 152b and 153b prevent the metal wires 152a and 153a from being in direct contact with each other, and a polyurethane resin, an acrylic resin, or a long insulating sheet or tape can be used.
The fiber layer 156 includes a knitted fabric covering the core portion 151, and covers the outer periphery of the core portion 151. The type of fibers constituting the fiber layer 156 may be the same as or different from the knitted fabric (yarn) used for the fiber product body 20.
The sensor 11, the notification unit 12, the battery 13, and the circuit unit 14 are electrically connected by the knit covering yarn 15 having such a configuration. Therefore, the notification mechanism 10 does not need to have an antenna for wireless transmission as in the related art, so that the size and power consumption can be reduced. Further, since the knit covering yarn 15 is woven into the textile body 20, it is possible to prevent the user's operation from being impeded by the metal wires 152a and 153a of the knit covering yarn 15.
(Configuration of notification mechanism)
The structure of the notification mechanism 10 which the textile product 1 which concerns on this embodiment has is demonstrated using FIG. FIG. 3: is a block diagram which shows an example of a principal part structure of the alerting | reporting mechanism 10 which the textile product 1 has.
As shown in FIG. 3, the notification unit 12, the battery 13, and the circuit unit 14 include a connector 16 that detachably connects the knit covering yarn 15 ( metal wires 152 a and 153 a).
The connector 16 is a connecting member for electrically connecting the above-described portions by the knit covering yarn 15. According to the illustrated example, one connector 16 is provided in each of the notification unit 12 and the battery 13, and three in the circuit unit 14. The connectors 16 are preferably provided on both parts so as to detachably connect the parts and the knit covering yarns 15. That is, the notification unit 12, the battery 13, and the circuit unit 14 can be attached to and detached from the textile product 1 by the connector 16. For example, preferably, the notification unit 12 includes the connector 16, and the connector 16 is used to detachably connect the metal wire that configures the core wire portion 151 of the knit covering yarn 15. Thus, for example, when the notification unit 12 breaks down, it is possible to release the connection between the notification unit 12 and the knit covering yarn 15, and remove only the notification unit 12 from the textile product body 20 for replacement. Preferably, the connector 16 has a waterproof structure that prevents the entry of water.
(Flow of processing)
The flow of the process performed by the notification mechanism 10 of the fiber product 1 according to the present embodiment will be described using FIG. 4. Drawing 4 is a flow chart which shows an example of the flow of processing performed by reporting mechanism 10 which textiles 1 has.
First, the sensor 11 detects the measurement value of the user or the surrounding environment (S1), and outputs it to the circuit unit 14.
Next, the circuit unit 14 that has acquired the measured value from the sensor 11 determines whether the measured value detected by the sensor 11 is equal to or greater than a predetermined upper limit (S2). If it is determined that the value is equal to or more than the predetermined upper limit (YES in S2), the circuit unit 14 notifies the user by notifying the notification unit 12 (S4). On the other hand, when it is determined that the measured value is not equal to or more than the predetermined upper limit (NO in S2), the circuit unit 14 subsequently determines whether the measured value detected by the sensor 11 is equal to or less than the predetermined lower limit (S3) . When it is determined that the measured value detected by the sensor 11 is less than or equal to the predetermined lower limit (YES in S3), the circuit unit 14 notifies the user by notifying the notification unit 12 (S4). On the other hand, when it is determined that the measured value detected by the sensor 11 is not less than or equal to the predetermined lower limit (NO in S3), the process returns to S1 and continues the process of S1 to S4.
As described above, the circuit unit 14 notifies the notification unit 12 when the measured value detected by the sensor 11 is equal to or more than the predetermined upper limit value and / or when the measured value is equal to or less than the predetermined lower limit value. Therefore, for example, by using a temperature sensor as the sensor 11 and setting the temperature at which heatstroke may develop as the upper limit, the user may recognize early that heatstroke may develop. it can. Also, by setting the temperature at which the user feels cold as the lower limit, the user can take early measures such as cold. Also, when the notification mechanism 10 is to notify information to others around the user, for example, when the sensor 11 detects a temperature at which heat stroke may develop, the notification unit 12 reproduces sound or emits light. It is possible to notify other people around by
As in the present embodiment, when the fiber product 1 is applied to a sock and the sensor 11 is disposed at a position corresponding to the sole of the foot, the predetermined upper limit is between the sock and the shoe sole or the ground. You may set the value which assumed the frictional heat by the friction of. When the frictional heat is large, the frictional heat may momentarily transfer a large amount of heat to the sole of the foot to cause a blister. In such a case, by notifying the user by vibration, for example, the user can take appropriate action.
(Effect of textile products)
Thus, the textile product 1 includes the textile product body 20 worn by the user and the notification mechanism 10 provided on the textile product body 20. The notification mechanism 10 includes a sensor 11, a notification unit 12 that notifies according to the measurement value detected by the sensor 11, and a knit covering yarn 15, and the knit covering yarn 15 is woven into the textile product body 20. It is a structure.
In the textile product 1, since each part of the notification mechanism 10 is electrically connected by the knit covering yarn 15, the notification mechanism 10 does not need to have an antenna as in the related art. Further, since the knit covering yarn 15 is woven into the textile body 20, the metal wires 152a and 153a of the knit covering yarn 15 are prevented from interfering with the user's operation.
Therefore, according to the present embodiment, it is possible to realize the fiber product 1 provided with the notification mechanism 10 that is compact and consumes low power and is unlikely to hinder the user's operation.
[Modification]
In the said embodiment, the textile product 1 was a structure which has the alerting mechanism 10 provided with one sensor 11. As shown in FIG. However, the fiber product 1 may be configured to include a plurality of sensors 11. For example, the notification mechanism 10 may be configured to include two sensors, a first sensor and a second sensor. At this time, it is preferable that the first sensor and the second sensor are disposed apart from each other at different portions of the textile main body 20. As a result, it is possible to notify the notification unit 12 according to the measurement values detected at different positions of the textile product main body 20 and to notify the user.
Moreover, in the said embodiment, it was a structure which alert | reports according to the measured value which the alerting | reporting part 12 detected by the sensor 11. FIG. However, the notification unit 12 may be configured to notify with a different notification pattern according to the measurement value detected by the sensor 11. For example, the notification unit 12 may be configured to notify with different notification patterns when the measured value detected by the sensor 11 is equal to or more than a predetermined upper limit value and when the measured value is equal to or less than the predetermined lower limit value. Thereby, the user can recognize whether the measured value detected by the sensor 11 is the upper limit value or more or the lower limit value or less from the difference in the notification pattern.
