配电柜一种比较常见的电力设备,安装的场所也比较多,有的安装在户外,为了散热阴雨天易灌水,密封后配电柜内部部件工作散发出的热量不易散出,同时配电柜都是一体化出厂设计不易拆卸维修。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种双外壳便于维修的配电柜,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

一种双外壳便于维修的配电柜,包括第一外壳和第二外壳,所述第一外壳上端设有通风道,通风道上端设有无动力风球,无动力风球是免电力风机,通过自然风和室内外温差,驱动涡轮叶片转动,第一外壳右侧壁设有阵列分布的进风孔,进风孔右侧设有第一外壳上设有斜板,第一外壳左侧设有门,门通过转轴固定在第一外壳上,门中间设有进风道,门下端穿插设有螺纹销,所述第二外壳设有第一板、第二板、第三板和第四板,第一板和第四板连接处设有固定块,固定块右侧设有第二限位孔,第二限位孔内部通过穿插限位销将第一板固定,固定块下端穿插有固定杆,固定杆末端设有螺纹杆,螺纹杆通过穿插在固定孔内部固定第四板,固定块和第四板连接处设有第一限位孔,第一板和第二板连接处设有 限位块,第三板和第二板、第四板连接处设有转轴,转轴内侧设有密封板。
作为本实用新型进一步的方案:所述进风孔设置成左小右大的圆台状。
作为本实用新型再进一步的方案:所述进风道上端和门之间设有小于90度的倾斜角。
